Typical Bavarian restaurant with super nice staff. We ate there three times during our vacation and each time it was delicious. And the price-performance ratio is right. Absolutely recommended.

Food was very good, service was friendly. We ate outside and there were a lot of wasps which wasn't so pleasant.

We have been to Firmer Bräu several times and were generally satisfied. On our last visit we had the Cordon Bleu, which is a matter of taste - not a typical one, but filled with Obatzdn. Personally, I'll find something different, my husband didn't like it that much, but as I said, it's a matter of taste. The ketchup was apparently bottled in a jar early in the morning, so the consistency was almost like Jell-O - which was rather unappetizing. Service was friendly and quick.

Typically Bavarian restaurant, very tasty and rich food and friendly service. Seating both outside and inside is very nice, outside even with a view of the castle. Great value for money, absolutely recommended! My highlight was the salad with noble mushrooms, beautifully prepared, rich, hearty and very tasty. The salad could absolutely keep up with the Cordon Bleu, which was also very tasty.

Great service, nice blonde waitress, good food

The operating staff was very, very friendly. It's not so nice to sit outside because the street runs right past it. That's a bit unpleasant. But it depends on the situation

We were given the map to look at for half an hour, but no waitress took any further care of us. We preferred to go to another restaurant.

We had dinner there yesterday with 5 people. We sat outside, which is noisy in the Neustadt with the traffic, and were speechless at the prices. Cheese spaetzle for 15€ and a normal schnitzel for almost 18€ is very exaggerated. I had half a chicken which was stuffed (dish of the day) it wasn't dry, it was great, I just didn't like how it was seasoned but it's impossible to satisfy everyone's taste and 3 drinks then I was at 30€. The prices don't match.

Great German food. I've lived here for 2 months and the best German food I've had so far. Sides seasoned perfectly, which a lot of restaurants lack on.

A quaint place. There are tables with their own taps. The food is almost always delicious, but you should stay away from the Viennese-style pork schnitzel. These are not handmade, but convenience. The Bavarian Schnitzel Cordon Bleu is different, here craftsmanship is the order of the day. You can choose side dishes for the schnitzel: fried potatoes, potato salad, fries or just salad. The fish fries are juicy and spicy. The Schäufele was very tender, the crust was crispy, the sauce was very salty but the pretzel dumplings were very fine. There are various soup variations, snacks, sausage dishes and much more. The bar table is a highlight for a sociable gathering or with visitors. The service is great. The prices are ok, currently like everywhere else.

Ate very tasty schnitzels. QBut the other dishes on the menu also sounded good. Interesting interior design with two tables that have an integrated beer tap. A real beer garden would be great.

Food was really tasty and more than plentiful. Service was also good. I only gave it 4 stars because you couldn't replace any components (food intolerance). The ambience of the city is great, but not that you sit 50 cm on the side of the road with the chairs constantly behind you at the traffic lights. But that is probably due to the situation.

Unfortunately disappointed with the food. Dumplings are not homemade and if they are they are not good. Cordonbleu was okay, but fries were good. Tagliatelle with mushrooms had no taste. Noodles were overcooked and not enough. Cheese spaetzle were not cheese spaetzle, but with a strange cream sauce. The dishes generally lacked spices. Ambiance is appropriate for an inn. Service was okay, but still has a lot to learn.

Wonderful restaurant with regional dishes. Great ambience and nice service. You'll be happy to come back to Landshut.

Very cozy Bavarian restaurant, newly renovated in a rustic style. Typical Bavarian, down-to-earth delicacies. There is something for everyone. Food tastes very good. We particularly recommend the “Bavarian Cordon Bleu”, super tasty. Another highlight are the tables in the next room, where you can tap your own beer using the pump at the table. Would love to come back.

Although the restaurant is newly furnished, it has the atmosphere of a typical Bavarian inn. The lighting, the plates and also the salt and pepper controls are stylish and demonstrate an eye for detail. The service is friendly and attentive. The selection of beers was very good. The only downside was that the food came too quickly. Fresh preparation is impossible during this time. Still worth a visit.

I had a vegetable strudel with salad, guacamole and tomato sugo - it was very tasty and beautifully presented. The service ladies were very attentive and friendly. Keep it up!

Update 05/2024: Still good! :) Very tasty food and nice service :) One of the waiters just brought fresh flowers and new table decorations were distributed. The bar is beautifully lit and the menu is creatively designed.

Good food, friendly and attentive service. We found space outside on a sunny day. The food was good and plentiful, the service was attentive and asked if everything was OK and if it tasted good. Unfortunately, such a small gesture has become rare. The price was just over €20 per person. Gladly again.

I don't like to give bad reviews, but the roast pork in our canteen is better, to put it politely. Three points just because of the perfect staff. Prices are the top category and you simply expect quality. I have never paid €5.50 for a cyclist in Landshut. Sorry, I'm almost sorry to have to write that, but that's just the way it is.

Super beautiful historic inn in the heart of Landshut. Ambiance made of light wood. Bavarian rustic decoration. Super nice staff. Even Kaiserschmarrn is served shortly before the kitchen closes and is of top quality with vanilla sauce and apple compote. On Easter Monday there were also tender lamb shanks, a poem. I'll come back any time.

A traditional inn as you would expect😃However... for 1/2 liter of light beer I personally think €4.90 is completely overpriced...

Very good quality: butter-tender beef roulade with homemade red cabbage and mashed potatoes, top! Just like the boiled beef with fresh horseradish and root vegetables, all very good and rich. Friendly staff and not too long of a wait, actually rather quick. Overall a good PVL due to the quality and quantity. Gladly again!

Are on recommendation. Food is rather average. Schnitzel is still in your stomach after 3 hours. Potato salad was ok, you can season it with the standard: salt & pepper. My companion's fried potatoes were rather limp and swimming in fat. A schnitzel with a cheese crust and juice spritzer costs around €23. The menu is refreshingly creative, the content is typically Bavarian and standard veggie dishes. The ambience itself is super cozy Bavarian.

Food good and plentiful, friendly service, but without an advance order it looks bad.

The service was friendly, the schnitzel with fries was a good portion and tasted good too. Unfortunately, a drop of ketchup costs extra and I think the total price of just under 25 euros for a schnitzel with fries and beer is simply too expensive. Then it's better to go to the Holy Spirit, it's just as comfortable there but at a reasonable price ☝️

Central location in the new town. Typically Bavarian delicacies at reasonable prices. Attentive service staff. Today (2/23/24) we had a delicious meal there again. Even though the prices have now risen, like everywhere else (19% VAT!), the very competent service provided the familiar large portions. I can only recommend it again express.

Food is good, but rather more expensive. From a personnel perspective, however, it's not fun. There is toxic and disrespectful behavior in the team and from the boss. Little to no understanding of illnesses and a lot of backbiting! I didn't feel comfortable there.

So the food was very tasty, but we ordered and the portions were smaller for one person and we had to share it, which was very disappointing for the price, so only one star and best regards. Next time please double the portions, as the cream mushroom dumplings only were served with a dumpling!

We were there on Sunday lunchtime. It was so cold that we covered ourselves with our jackets. My char was jet black on one side. The vegetables were bland and the potatoes were mushy. My family's food also left a lot to be desired. I give the two stars for the friendly service

Gutes bayrisches Wirtshaus, drinnen tatsächlich etwas eng gestellt. Bodenständige Küche und akzeptable Preise.

Sehr gutes Essen ,sehr nette Bedienungen.

Das Essen war super lecker und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Die Portionengröße ist eher überdurchschnittlich und daher das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut angemessen.. Einzige Manko, war die Toilette und der Gang dahin. Es war etwas kalt, zugig und wenig einladend. (Aber wer hält sich in einem Restaurant nur im Klo auf?! Eben...) Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Preisniveau und Personalfreundlichkeit sind mittlerweile leider ans Münchner Modell angeglichen worden. Speisenangebot vielfältig und schmackhaft. Auch zum Mittagstisch empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung. Mein Tipp: Unbedingt einen Blick auf die Wochenkarte werfen - das Wildgulasch (im Bild) ist sehr zum empfehlen. -- (Klein-)kinderfreundlichkeit 3/5 Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 4/5 Wohlfühlfaktor 2/5 FOMO*-Faktor 4/5 (*Fear of missing out, d.h. muss man diese Location unbedingt besucht haben)

Das älteste Wirtshaus (1430) Landshuts. Gemütl. Ambiente, bayer. Schmankerl und aufmerksamen Service. Preis/Leistung absolut korrekt! Gerne wieder...

Tolles bayerisches Lokal. Mega Portionen, super Service und cooles Ambiente. Im direkten Vergleich - mit anderen uns bekannten, vergleichbaren Lokalen- nur ganz knapp an der vollen Punktzahl gescheitert. Kommen gerne wieder. Macht weiter so!

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis und freundlicher aufmerksamer Service. So haben wir für ein Schnitzel, das wir nicht aufessen konnten, ohne besondere Nachfrage eine Alufolie bekommen, damit wir es mitnehmen konnten. Spannend finde ich auch die (Bier-)Zapfhähne, die an manchen Tischen sind - ist bestimmt lustig in geselliger Runde, selber zu zapfen. Wir haben das bei unserem Mittagessen(3 Personen, knapp 60€, alle sehr satt) nicht gemacht.

Kleines, typisch bayrisches Lokal. Gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich und schnell. Die Portionen sind groß und das Essen ist sehr gut! Absolut zu empfehlen.

Oudste brouwerij van de stad stond er op het bord. Dat lokte ons naar binnen maar ze brouwen al jaren niet meer.

In der Altstadt von Landshut gelegen, bietet das Firmer Bräu eine schlichte, moderne Einrichtung, die dennoch eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Die schön aufbereitete Speisekarte präsentiert klassische bayerische Gerichte. Der freundliche und schnelle Service sorgte für eine angenehme Erfahrung. Die großzügigen Portionen von gutem Geschmack und hoher Qualität beeindruckten, und das insgesamt sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis macht eine klare Empfehlung für mich aus.

Sehr positiv überrascht, nettes Personal und wirklich spitzen Preise ich war zwar auf der Suche nach einer Leberknödelsuppe aber Leberspätzle taten es auch. Der Hauptgang war überragend und Preislich unschlagbar. Einfach alles Top!

Stilvolle Einrichtung, Leckeres Essen. Schneller Service

Die älteste Wirtschaft der Stadt. In einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre wird man sehr nett vom Personal empfangen. Es gibt sogar zwei Tische mit einer eigenen Schankanlage wo man auch sein Bier direkt am Tisch zapfen kann. Zum Essen hatte ich ein Alpenschnitzel. Ein sehr feines Schnitzel mit Käse in der Panade. Dazu gab es Bratkartoffeln. Geschmacklich hervorragend und die Portion war mehr als groß. Fazit Hier bekommt man qualitativ hochwertiges Essen für einen guten Preis mitten in der Altstadt von Landshut von sehr sehr netten Personal an dem Tisch gebracht. Ganz klare Empfehlung von mir 😊

War spontan im ältesten Gasthaus in Landshut zum Mittagstisch. Leider habe ich mit der Wahl des Backhendls mit Katoffel-Vogerlsalat aus der Mittagskarte voll daneben gegriffen. Der Kartoffelsalat war wohl eher nicht selbst gemacht, die Kartoffeln sauer und teilweise hart. Das Backhähnchen war nicht durch und sah aus wie TK-Ware. Auf Nachfrage vom Service wie es denn geschmeckt hat, habe ich ehrlich gesagt, dass es nicht geschmeckt hat. Ein kleines Schnapserl oder eine nette Entschuldigung, wäre hier schön gewesen.

Ein zünftiges bayerisches Wirtshaus mit leckerem Essen und freundlicher Bedienung, in dem man auch noch Schafkopfen darf.

Gutbürgerlicher Laden, der zudem sehr kinderfreundlich ist. Uns hat es gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Solide schmackhafte bayrische Küche mit sehr guten Service. Saß bei perfektem Wetter im Außenberreich. Die Wirtschaft ist sehr gut besucht. Das Bier ist frisch und süffig. Ich hatte ein Bierbratl mit einer sehr guten typisch bayrischen Soße mit viel Gemüse. Der Knödel war klein, aber top im Geschmack. Das Fleisch zart mit leckerer Kruste. Preislich nicht günstig, aber für die Qualität akzeptabel. Der bayrisch sprechende weibl. Service war top und sehr flott.
