Fantastic food and incredibly friendly staff. We came here twice during our vacation: once with the kids and once alone. Even with the kids, the staff were very friendly and patient. Highly recommended!

The Augustiner at St. Martin's Church is a quaint Bavarian restaurant. We had the Augustiner burger and cheese spaetzle here. Both arrived after a short wait and were delicious. The only downside: it's quite loud. But you can still have a conversation. The prices are reasonable, but not outrageous.

Three of us ate there today, and I highly recommend it. The food was delicious and plentiful, and the dogs were even given water right away. The staff was very friendly.

The food was very good. However, you paid a bit more for it. My girlfriend and I spent €64 for two dishes and drinks.

Those who prefer Bavarian food will find the original Augustiner cuisine here, just like in every Augustiner cellar: excellent roast pork with two different dumplings, only here they serve delicious sauerkraut instead of coleslaw. Other Bavarian dishes of the usual quality at reasonable prices are also available.

First-class Obazda (traditional German obazda), super friendly staff, and cozy too. A definite recommendation.

We went there for lunch. Let's start with the positives: the service is really good and very attentive. But the food, unfortunately, is a rather negative point. It's all pre-made, frozen, and convenience foods. Unfortunately, nothing is freshly cooked anymore, and I have to say the price is simply not justified.

Lively german restaurant in the heart of Landshut. Everything was amazing but service after you got your food was a bit slow. I am used to American service and the culture of eating then leaving quickly.

This is what you imagine eating in Bavaria to be like. Unfortunately, they were out of knuckle of pork, but the roast pork with crust made up for it! The service was super friendly and accommodating, thank you Nina. If there's anything negative to say, it's just that we like to visit different restaurants on vacation, and everything here was so good that we had to go there several times in one week.

At some point, restaurants need to become a bit more flexible. I ordered a vegan burger for 16.90. I asked the waitress if I could have potato salad or salad instead of fries. She said I should pay 2 euros extra. It's a bit weird when you take out a product and replace it with the same product in a different form and preparation. And there was nothing on the menu. If you want it without fries, like me, do you offer a better price? Of course not. In the end, I got two burger buns with a potato patty for 16.90. Unbelievable

The beer is excellent, of course! The roast pork and schnitzel are fantastic! The service is prompt and world-class! We'll definitely be back!

A quaint and cozy inn in the shadow of the church. I was in the restaurant's beer garden with my son. The food was very good and plentiful. I would describe the selection as typical, upscale inn fare. I had lukewarm pork belly, and my son had veal liver in sherry sauce—both were delicious. The service is nice, just short. There is always busy so they need more people. Food size is appropriate and the quality is high. Beer is fresh and delicious. We love going here even though it’s busy, but it worth it!

We received a very warm welcome, and even though we didn't have a reservation, they made it possible for us to eat without waiting. The staff is very attentive without being intrusive. Most restaurants in Upper Palatinate and Franconia could take a leaf out of their book! The prices are reasonable for a tourist hotspot.

Be careful... they now charge €2 if you want to replace something on your plate. It's often cheaper to simply add the requested dish rather than replace it, even if it means wasting food. Given the number of hungry people in the world, the restaurant doesn't make any effort to avoid food waste. I find this incredibly petty and shows that the owner doesn't care about customer satisfaction. They only charge a minimal extra (if they charge any extra at all to replace an item on the menu).

Deep-fried Cordon Bleu with a tablespoon of potato salad and cheap Dutch cheese, a very dry affair for 18.80€, no description of the meat (veal, pork or turkey etc.). The labeling requirement is not correct... I haven't eaten something this bad in years, I left it alone.

We went to the Augustiner with a large company group. Everything was perfectly prepared, the service was very friendly, fast, flexible, simply fantastic. I've never eaten such a good roast pork, served in a pot with vegetables, simply divine. Highly recommended, would go back anytime!

It was your classic Bavarian restaurant. It was a bit pricey for how thick the schnitzel was. The fries were good and the radler was great! The service was okay. We waited 10 minutes after our drinks were delivered before we were able to flag down our waitress for the food order. All in all, a fine restaurant.

This is a big Augustiner Restaurant in the centre of Landshut. There are many seating options across multiple stories and even outside. The prices are a little high, but the food is really delicious and the portions are very big. The staff is quick and friendly. The beer is also very good. If you are looking for good German cuisine, this is the right place!

There is a long-established inn right next to St. Martin's Church. Reservation is advantageous. The service is quick and attentive. Special requests are also taken into account. The food is freshly prepared. There are also various dishes served in smaller portions. Anyone who likes good, hearty Bavarian cuisine is in good hands here. However, you can also get vegan dishes. Totally recommended.

Location: The Augustiner is located on a side street in the city center, and is therefore very centrally located. Ambiance: The ambience is simple, but still invites you to linger. Despite the rustic furniture, the seat cushions are comfortable to sit on for a long time, which is why I would recommend the Augustiner for both a quick snack and a long dinner. Arrival: Due to its location in a pedestrian zone, the Augustiner is best reached on foot or by bike. Service: All the employees I met at Augustiner were always polite, and the order I placed was served quickly. Conclusion: I would visit the Augustiner again at any time and recommend it without reservation.

The food was a lot and hard to manage, but good. However, the service was very poor and unfriendly. We quickly went to the toilet and on the way back we were pushed around by the waitress because she had to pass within the next two seconds. We also had to wait a long time for the food and it took an eternity before we were finally able to pay. We didn't want to tip. However, the service sometimes didn't give out the change. It was too stupid for us to start discussing things over €2. But that is definitely not correct.

A real tavern as you know it from the Augustiner restaurants, here you have a heart for fans of well-groomed drinking and if you've had too much, you can go out into the fresh air and relax again with the good air.

Typically Bavarian inn especially for tourists. Otherwise the food and the portion size are great, but honestly 14.50 euros for a Gröstl with around 5 slices of potatoes, 5 half slices of dumplings, 1 fried egg and around 6 small pieces of fatty pork belly - I'd rather make that myself. Next time I'll eat something different. Too bad.

With the dark wooden paneling and the service staff in traditional costume, the restaurant has the charm of a truly rustic Bavarian restaurant. We sat with a larger group in the fireplace room. The service was really on point and looked after us very well. The food was good. Unfortunately, I personally found it lacking a bit of spice. Unfortunately, the onion roast that I had didn't have any salt or pepper on it. Others in the group also confirmed this to me. I also think that the Obazde was not self-made. All in all it was a successful and lovely evening.

I really liked it here! We were served very friendly and quickly over a long evening - the beer tasted good anyway :-) On a few days each week there are one or two barrels of beer, traditionally from wooden barrels! Top!

According to Bavarian tradition, no white sausages or Viennese are served after 12 p.m. Who has heard of this tradition regarding Viennese? At least not us (a group of about 20 people, locals)!

On busy days, reservations should be made in advance. Delicious Bavarian fare, generous portions. Friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere.

We were here for dinner on Saturday afternoon. The welcome was very nice and luckily we got a table in the rustic restaurant straight away. We then ordered a Bavarian roast and an Augustiner burger, along with two beers. Everything was at the table super quickly and tasted excellent, plus there was super nice service (both from the boss himself and from the friendly waitress) and we felt completely at home. We'd love to come back again.
