Urige Gaststätte mit sehr leckerm Essen und gutem Bier. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtete und sehr netten Service Personal.

Vorsicht In der Online-Speisekarte werden Gerichte als vegan gekennzeichnet. Ich habe nachgefragt und dabei stellte sich heraus, dass die als vegan gekennzeichneten Couscous-Taler mit Quark zubereitet werden. Also habe ich lieber den "veganen" Salat bestellt. Serviert wurde er dann mit Parmesan, außerdem waren die Pilze und das Brot in Butter gebraten. Das ist keine Kleinigkeit, sondern eine falsche Kennzeichnung. Für Veganer, Allergiker oder Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten kann so etwas ernsthafte Folgen haben. Auf die Aussagen des Personals und die Kennzeichnung würde ich mich hier definitiv nicht verlassen.

Egal ob 🌞 ein schattigen Platz hat man auf jeden Fall, 👍

Schattiges Plätzchen, direkt neben dem Martinsturm, höchster Backsteinturm der Welt, relativ ruhig, schneller und freundlicher Service. Nicht ganz billig und viele Touristen aber mir gefällt es da.

Ich saß drinnen, weil es draußen etwas zu heiß und sonnig war. Die Einrichtung war ziemlich dunkel und deprimierend. Ich nehme an, es ist typisch bayerisch. Das Kalbfleisch, das ich bestellt hatte, war etwas trocken, aber die Soße war köstlich. Die Spätzle waren einfach nur Spätzle. Keine Überraschung, und ich persönlich finde, sie sehen aus und schmecken wie misslungene Pasta. 😅

Ein ganz typischer Ort in Deutschland. Nichts Besonderes. Bier, Schnitzel, Kartoffeln.

Wir waren spontan um ca. 17:30 beim Abendessen. Haben ohne Reservierung gleich einen Platz bekommen. Da ich nicht so großen Hunger hatte, wollte ich mir ein Kinderschnitzel bestellen. Kommentar Service: Nicht möglich, nur für Kinder, wenn nur eine „kleine Portion“. Ja gut, dann halt die. Meine Begleitung hatte Leber mit Bratkartoffeln. Die waren in sehr große Stücke geschnitten und in der Mitte sehr nah an roh. Mein Schnitzel war dann ein kleines Schnitzel mit ein paar Pommes. Das Schnitzel war geschmacklich okay, aber echt nicht der Burner. Die Pommes gingen gar nicht. Die waren wohl frittiert dann erkaltet und dann nochmal in die Fritteuse geschmissen um sie warm zu machen. Dementsprechend haben sie auch geschmeckt. Zäh und hart. Der Kellner hat auf die Kritik sehr gut reagiert und meine Begleitung hat dann statt dem angebotenen Espresso einen Pfif aufs Haus bekommen. Die Rechnung war dann wieder so ein Ding. Für meine „kleine Portion“ wurden 1,50 vom Normalpreis abgezogen was das Schnitzel 16,40 hat kosten lassen. Portionsmäßig meiner Meinung nach ein Kinderschnitzel. Das hat auf der Karte allerdings nur 9,90 gekostet. Leider ein sehr enttäuschender Besuch.

Wir waren gestern Abend dort zum Abendessen. Das Essen war einfach super. Spargel auf den Punkt gegart. Das Schnitzel dazu spitze. Der Brotzeitteller war war mega. Sehr viel auf dem Teller. Und nicht zu vergessen das Personal. Sowas von freundlich. Besser geht fast nicht mehr. Egal ob das Essen oder das Personal. Vielen Dank für diesen super schönen Abend. Wir können das Restaurant ohne Abstriche weiterempfehlen. Wer in Landshut ist sollte dieses Restaurant unbedingt besuchen. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Der Krustenbraten hat seinen Namen verdient, mega lecker und ein großes Stück Braten. Brauhausatmosphäre und gutes Bier, flottes Bedienpersonal. Gern wieder

Uriges Wirtshaus. Freundliches Personal. Portionen waren groß und vorallem heiß! Preise sind gerechtfertigt. Unsere Empfehlung habt ihr!

Sehr freundliches Personal tolles Ambiente und sehr leckeres Essen

Das Interieur ist wunderschön, aber bei aller Liebe, 4,20€ ist für billiges Adelholzener Cola Mix 0,4l viel zu viel, da erwarte ich mir bei dem Preis schon ein Paulaner. Das Schnitzel war ok, aber fetter Abzug weil es hierzu keine Preiselbeeren gab, 19€ ist da auch ziemlich heftig. Edit: Hier hat meine Oma mit mir kurz vor ihrem Tod vor zwei Wochen noch gegessen, habe daher eine gewisse Verbindung zu dieser Lokalität. Danke.

Absolut empfehlenswert,gibt nix auszusetzen...komme bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder vorbei...

Traumhafter Biergarten, super leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Hier kann man im Sommer den ganzen Tag verweilen.

Wir hatten für 12 Personen reserviert und verbrachten einen sehr schönen Abend im Augustiner. Das Essen war sehr gut. Unsere Bedienung Nina war super aufmerksam und vermittelte uns das Gefühl als Gäste willkommen zu sein.

Das Augustiner in Landshut überzeugt mit typisch bayerischer Küche, die wirklich lecker und authentisch ist. Ob ein frisch gezapftes Bier oder eine erfrischende Weinschorle – die Getränkeauswahl passt perfekt zum Essen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Service: freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch, den ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Viel zu laut wenn viel los ist. Zwiebelrostbraten leider durch statt Medium r., die Soße extrem Schnaps/Portwein? lastig, Kartoffeln nicht gewürzt und sehr trocken..Kaiserschmarrn war leider auch sehr trocken.

Waren eine größere Gruppe und ich muss sagen, es hat alles super geklappt. Das Essen wurde schnell serviert, obwohl das Lokal voll war. Der Service dort ist wirklich auf Zack und sehr freundlich. Reichlich Plätze in den zwei Gaststuben und bei schönem Wetter viele Tische im Freien. Reservierung aber empfohlen. Preis-Leistung völlig okay. ( März 2026)

Insider Tipp, sehr zu empfehlen, sehr freundlich, familiär, herzliche Leute, sehr leckeres Essen, viele einheimische mit toller bayerischer Dialekt, für einen belgier nicht immer zu verstehen aber geiler Sprache. Preis/Leistung top Wir haben uns da richtig wohl gefühlt.

Ich habe heute in diesem Restaurant gegessen. Ich hatte ein Schnitzel und habe Kartoffelsalat statt Pommes bestellt. Sie haben mir 2 Euro für den Salat berechnet, obwohl ich extra darum gebeten hatte. Rechnung N. 38628. vielen Dank. Kommerzielles Restaurant!!!!!

The Hommage menu is not available on Sundays, and unfortunately, there is no indication of this. We had specifically booked a table for a larger group because they had a wide selection of dishes. However, the menu is significantly reduced on Sundays.

As one would expect from Augustiner: a traditional Bavarian setting, good service, beer beyond reproach, and very tasty food. Always a pleasure!

The exceptionally friendly service is outstanding! The traditional (mainly Bavarian) dishes are very well prepared. It's a brewery restaurant, and for that size, it's relatively cozy... quaint!

Very difficult review... it was full, so you have to join someone's table. That's how it is in Bavaria, so all good. The server who greeted me (yes, unfortunately, only one guest) was friendly and said, "Sit down there." The two groups at the table were also friendly, so I sat down. The server at the table gave me the beer and then ignored me for 20 minutes when I tried to order, even though she came to the table twice to serve. I thought my new order would have to wait, when she rolled her eyes when I said, "Sorry." She came back to check if everything was alright with the groups. The next table ordered another coffee. She probably didn't like me. :) Eventually, I ordered because the group next to me had to pay, and 10 minutes later, the roast pork arrived. The pictures here were promising, so I ordered it. The sauerkraut was a bit mushy, the dumplings extremely hard. Nevertheless, the taste was okay. The meat was good. However, you can get better in the few restaurants that still serve authentic Bavarian cuisine. The people at my table had liver and schnitzel. Both dishes were extremely good, according to my neighbors, and they looked fantastic too. I still left Lokas with a €5 tip. Why? I think my server, and maybe the chef, weren't having the best day. Everything was perfect for everyone else... 3 stars now, I'll be back for the liver :)

A traditional Bavarian restaurant. It was very crowded and noisy on Saturday evening. But the staff were still very friendly. The food arrived quickly and was good.

We were in Landshut with friends two weeks ago. We thought the Christmas market would be the highlight. But I have to say, the highlight for us was the Augustiner beer. We went there for farmer's hash on Friday evening, then for a few beers on Saturday afternoon, and then back for dinner in the evening. We had duck breast. All I can say is that the food is very good, the farmer's hash was amazing, and the duck breast was very, very good. The sauces were perfect. 😋 You can tell that the chefs in the kitchen know their craft. The highlight for me was that I got to tap two wooden kegs. 🤗🤗🤗 Thanks again. Friendly staff. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We had an excellent meal here and received very good and friendly service.

The food is good, but the waitstaff's sense of humor should ideally match your own, otherwise it can lead to frustration. At the right time in summer, you can even hear the organ of St. Martin's Church, which greatly enhances the visit.

The Augustiner in Landshut is tucked away from the street and not immediately visible. We sat in the main dining room and enjoyed a cozy Bavarian atmosphere with other guests at a large table. The service was very friendly, efficient, and always with a witty remark. We had a very pleasant time, and the food was very generous and delicious.

We visited Landshut because of a DEG away game. We felt completely at ease at the Augustiner. Lovely atmosphere, super friendly service, and delicious food. If we ever find ourselves in Landshut again, we'd love to come back :).

Typical brewery restaurant with plenty of space, quick and attentive service and good regional cuisine.

Fantastic atmosphere and delicious food! Unfortunately, some of the staff were very unfriendly, but importantly, I also noticed very friendly staff at other tables.

Despite it being a Saturday and without a reservation, the staff were immediately ready to find us a table for four. We were able to order drinks right away, and they arrived promptly. The servers were very attentive and immediately took our main course orders. After a short wait, the dishes arrived simultaneously. Everything tasted excellent, and the service was extremely friendly and even took the time for a little chat. Everything was perfect, something I haven't experienced in a long time. A big compliment to the staff and the chef. We will gladly return.

Relaxed and cozy atmosphere, average prices, good food: the Lüngerl was excellent, the Zwiebelrostrost and Wiener Schnitzel were large portions, and the Grillpfandl could have been more substantial.

We were a group of five without a reservation on a Sunday lunchtime. The restaurant was full, but they immediately found us a table. Excellent! The service was incredibly friendly and the food arrived very quickly. The food was delicious, and the portions were generously sized. Excellent value for money, friendly service—what more could you ask for? Highly recommended!

Traditional Bavarian style, cozy!!!

An interesting restaurant that spans two floors. We arrived without a reservation, and the dining room was full. We were directed upstairs twice. It's quite secluded, but very peaceful. The service was quite efficient. We had the roast pork with crackling and the pork loin with mushroom cream sauce. Both were delicious, and the portions were generous. A visit is worthwhile for anyone who enjoys Bavarian cuisine.

The food was very good. The staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was quaint and cozy. BUT the restrooms were absolutely disgusting. Men's restroom 1 was completely filled with pee, and men's restroom 2 was completely filled with feces. Disgusting.

Authentic Bavarian, truly delicious, simply "Sau guad" (really good). Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys good Bavarian food.

As someone from northern Germany, I'm not used to having to reserve a table at a restaurant. In Bavaria, it's different. We were a group of about 35 business associates and had five tables on the first floor. Downstairs was packed, and the second floor wasn't empty either 😊 Our group had a choice of three three-course set menus. My starter was a small bread plate with various spreads, my main course was delicious fish, and for dessert, I had Kaiserschmarrn with vanilla. Regardless of what my colleagues ordered, everyone was very satisfied with the speed of service, the excellent waitstaff, and the food. Definitely highly recommended!

On our company outing to the Lower Bavarian countryside, we first admired beautiful Landshut and then ended up here for dinner. Impeccable, I can't say it any other way. Delicious food, attractively presented, and no shortage of portions – I'll be happy with that!

Very nice place near St. Martin's Church. The food was, as you'd expect, very good, and the service was friendly too!

Authentic Bavarian, truly delicious, simply "really good." Excellent waiter, excellent service. If you'd like to try Bavarian dumplings and roast pork, this is the place to be. They also serve the best authentic Bavarian beer! We're from the area and love eating here! Reservations are recommended in the evening!
