We have visited the Filios restaurant in Baden-Baden twice now and were overall very satisfied. On our first visit we were looking forward to trying a good Greek wine, but unfortunately the waiter couldn't recommend any to us. The team also seemed a bit understaffed that evening, which slightly affected service. Our second visit, however, was a completely different experience. The sommelier was present and gave us excellent advice so we were able to enjoy some really great Greek wines. This time the team was also much better positioned and particularly friendly. The food at Filios is unbeatably delicious – truly a culinary discovery. With the improved wine advice and friendly service, the restaurant was completely convincing the second time. We'll definitely come back and look forward to more enjoyable evenings!

I had spotted the Filios terrace several times during my walks on the Allée du Liechtenstein. I finally decided to stop there in the middle of August. The outdoor space is a true haven of tranquility and was surprisingly empty on this sunny Sunday. The staff is very pleasant, and you can choose the table you like around the fountain or in the sofas on the covered terrace. The menu is quite difficult to understand and offers few known cocktails. The waiter, however, offered to make me a piña colada. But the cocktail I received was nothing like your typical piña colada. It had been made with creamy cow's milk and was simply undrinkable. So they replaced it with a glass of rosé which was very good, with a very sweet and flowery taste, perfect on this summer day. However, for that + a glass of grapefruit and a bottle of water cost me almost 40 euros, while part of the order was supposedly not billed due to the missed piña colada. This is by far the worst value for money bill of all I have seen and tried in Baden-Baden, which certainly explains why the terrace was empty on this beautiful summer weekend. I therefore recommend the place if you want to stop there to have a glass of water and take advantage of the toilets, which, it must be said, are particularly clean. But if you want to enjoy a slightly larger order, choose the other terraces along the Allée du Liechtenstein, which offer much more reasonable value for money.

Starters very good, main courses in terms of price/performance could be better, service staff sometimes not adequate (sales is everything), loud music and selection of music does not contribute to the ambience.

We haven't had such excellent food in a long time! Everything was right, from the background music to the ambience, the great, passionate, very professional, friendly waiters, etc.! 😊 Don't forget to mention the extremely clean toilets! We'll definitely be back!

The location is beautiful on Lichtentaler Allee, the food was very good, everything was right, taste, combination of ingredients, arrangement, a very good wine recommendation and service, All in all, a more than successful evening. Lovely again.

Gorgeous atmosphere in the middle of a beautiful park. Excellent service. The sea bass carpaccio was perfection. The lemon aioli and capers were the perfect accompaniment. Will definitely return.

The food is amazing, the service is impeccable. We had drinks on Saturday night with our two dogs, and they were treated like royalty. We then had lunch on Sunday, and the food is to die for. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are wonderful, and very welcoming.

Wir waren gemeinsam mit Freunden im Filios und haben auf der wunderbaren Terrasse mit Blick in den Kurpark Baden-Baden einen tollen Abend verbracht. Wir haben uns verschiedene Vorspeisen/Speisen empfehlen lassen und diese geteilt. Die Zutaten waren außergewöhnlich, absolut frisch, und die Speisen sehr kreativ zusammengestellt, alles auf allerhöchsten Niveau und von einem sehr netten Service Team serviert. Die Terrasse ist stylisch eingerichtet und ein absolutes Juwel, aber auch der Innenbereich ist sehr schön, die Bar lädt zu einer privaten Party ein. Auch die Weinempfehlung war sehr gut, ich kannte die Weine vorher nicht, aber auf den Tipp des Service Teams kann man sich verlassen, außergewöhnlich und außergewöhnlich gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein außergewöhnliches gutes Restaurant.wir waren ohne große Erwartungen zum Abendessen dort. Es ha schon mit den Räumlichkeiten angefangen . Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und ein Raucherbereich mit einer sehr schönen Bar. Das Essen war Griechisch inspiriert und ich meine, es ist auf einem Sterne Niveau. So wie das Essen präsentiert wurde und auch Bedient wurde mit den Räumlichkeiten zusammen hat man schon das Gefühl einer gehobenen Küche. Als das Essen präsentiert wurde war ich so positiv überrascht das ich mich gewundert habe das dieses Restaurant noch keinen Stern oder Leckermaul von Guide Michelin hat. We came to Filios after attending a medical conference. Great place, pleasant ambience and good modern Greek food. The service was very attentive, professional and friendly, making you feel at home!!!

We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of local residents. The interior is modern, but uncomfortable. The terrace is nice and large. The kitchen is delicious, we liked everything we ordered. The meze is delicious, the chicken is very tender and juicy, the lamb rack is also very tasty. We liked everything. What surprised me was that there are very few guests in the restaurant. We were there several times and there were always few people.

Excellent! Great lunch menu for 32€ which is very reasonable for this expensive city. However I think they are only open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday.

This is an outstanding place! I 100% recommend it to everyone who wants to enjoy their time here. The service, food, and atmosphere are all 10 out of 10! Everyone is very polite and tries to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. The atmosphere is something incredible because the tables are located at a distance from each other, making it feel like you are the only one in this place, which gives you a private, nice feeling. I have tried starters, main dishes, desserts, wine, and an espresso. Everything was of a very high level. P.S. If you are a sweet lover like me, try the homemade sorbet (all flavors) and ganache – just amazing!

The food is good portions are smaller. 4 stars because of the portions. Dips and bread and drinks fantastic. The actual restaurant is stunning - beautiful posh.

A restaurant that honors to the maximum the Greek cuisine, the Greek hospitality and the elegance of premises! Everything we tasted was delicious, from the Greek salad, to the pittaroudia, the oxtail orzo, the lachanodolma...everything! A wine list with the best wines of many major Greek estates and an impeccable service by an extremely polite and professional staff. We have no words for the classy environment with the wonderful furniture and the subtle Greek contemporary music at exactly the perfect intensity. Building, interior and Greek cuisine at a high level with great products. You immediately feel welcome and are offered traditional cuisine, some of which has been reinterpreted, in a wonderful ambience, whether winter or summer. Always happy whether for lunch or dinner.

Wir waren zu Silvester hier und haben einen tollen Abend verbracht. Das Menü mit Fleisch, genauso, wie das vegetarische waren klasse! Jeder Gang erlesen und gegen jede Erwartung wurden wir vier jungen Leute und gute Esser richtig satt!! Das Ganze bei einem Service, der uns beeindruckte und den wir nie erwartet hätten - ein großes Lob. Das werden wir wiederholen!!

Reasonable price with original food and excellent service

Filios Restaurant is a true culinary experience. The diverse selection of dishes impresses with its excellent taste and first-class preparation. Particularly noteworthy is the charming host Tim Müller, whose attentive service rounds off the overall experience. A pleasure for the palate and mind.

Lieu très beau et design mais un peu froid. Nourriture très bonne mais peu de choix pour les personnes intolérantes au gluten et/ou végétarienne. Prix des plats un peu cher mais la qualité était au rendez-vous. Dans l’ensemble contente d’avoir testé mais il manque un peu de chaleur. Carte mixe méditerranéenne.

Just a week before New Year's Eve, they informed us that they cannot offer us the normal menu and now we cannot book other restaurants at short notice. Very very dissatisfied.

Excellente fusion de cuisine grecque revisitée. Toit etait excellent .. je recommande en entretien à partager le « taste of greece «  et le hummus. Musique agreable et deco trés moderne.

Fancy Greek in an excellent location and view. Great choice of wines and good recommendations from Natalie, the sommelier. The portions are small, the prices are high, but you can have a 3-courses of lunch for 28,- EUR. The food is fresh, so you have to wait!

Super Service, sehr leckeres Essen!!!!!!! Hervorragendes Ambiente. Ein einziges Manko, was wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau ist, das nachschenken vom Wein. Da mussten wir den Service dran erinnern, dass unsere Gläser leer sind. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

A lovely location and setting. Unfortunately we did have a negative experience with the food. My wife ordered the main dish of eggplant - what arrived was a dish that was maybe only sized as a starter. We mentioned to the waiter who just basically agreed it was small, but after that made no apology and pretty much ignored us until 10 minutes later I had to go to the kitchen and ask for the bill.

Am Ambiente und Service gibt es nichts zu meckern. Alles top, beim Essen hat mir der Hauptgang persönlich nicht besonders geschmeckt aber war keinesfalls schlecht.

Sehr leckeres Essen, haben an einem Samstagnachmittag draußen gegessen und unser Kellner war auch super nett.

Ein super Lob an die Servicekräfte und an die Küche ihr macht ein Mega Job! Die Auswahl der Speisen und der Weine ist hervorragend die Location ist ein Hingucker.

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll: Der Service ist sooo nett und wirklich außerordentlich, das vegetarische Essen ist eine ganze Reise wert und ich kenne kaum ein schöneres Ambiente. Perfekter geht es kaum!

Best vegetarian food I had in my whole trip in Germany. But don't worry there are very good options for meat lovers too! The ambiance and service are amazing, the view on the garden was relaxing and we had a beautiful Greek wine to pair with our food. It was a great gem as it just happened to be close by our hotel and decided to give it a try, didn't disappoint!

Ich war mit meinem Sohn zum Lunch und hatten das Mittagsmenue. Wir wurden sehr aufmerksam u. freundlich bedient. Trotz heftigem Regenschauer konnten wir die wunderschöne Terrasse bestens genießen. Ich hatte Ceviche als Starter, einen Brioche Burger mit Süßkartoffeln Chips und Kartoffelstifte, abgerundet mit einem sehr leckeren Orangenkuchen u. einer deliziösen Kugel Sorbet. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort und ich bin gespannt wie ein Dinner mundet.

Wir sind extra 120 km zu Filios gefahren um dort zu essen und es war super lecker zu dem auch noch TOP Sevice!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Es ist jedes Mal ein großes Erlebnis, hier den Abend zu verbringen. Aufmerksamer Service, eine tolle Weinauswahl, die gemütlichen Tische( wir lieben die Tische, die wie ein Séparée mehr Privatsphäre geben) und vor allem die super tolle Küche. Besonders sind die vegetarischen Gerichte SEHR zu empfehlen. Der Garten/ Terrasse ist in den Sommermonaten eine der schönsten der Stadt. Absolut malerisch! Wir werden bald wiederkommen!!

Excellent diner le soir de Pâques dans ce restaurant Nous avons choisi le menu spécial de Pâques proposé car nous y somme allés le soir du lundi 10 avril et vraiment tout était excellent servi avec beaucoup de raffinement Nous avons beaucoup aimé la décoration du restaurant déplorant seulement que la plupart des tables étaient vides.. Le personnel a été également d'une extrême gentillesse.

Anfangs holpriger Service. Essen war gut aber weit von der angekündigten Qualität entfernt. Überteuert. Wir fanden es nicht angemessen Offensichtlich richtiger Ort um Promis zu treffen.

wunderschönes Restaurant, mit traumhaften Garten und cooler Außenbar. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend und ist mit viel liebe zum Detail angerichtet.

Belle surprise de découvrir une cuisine grecque de qualité dans le cadre exceptionnel de Baden-Baden ! Très belle terrasse à l’ombre d’arbres centenaires, personnel avenant et de bon conseil. Cuisine excellente avec des produits frais et cuisinés sur place : la présentation, les textures et les saveurs sont au rendez-vous. De plus le rapport qualité-prix est imbattable. Bref une table dont l’avenir est assuré, bravo !

Sehr cool, ich wollte ohne Reservierung ins Rizzi. Nur ein Hoch-Tisch währe möglich gewesen. Was für ein Glück. Deshalb gingen wir 100 Meter weiter ins Filios. Großartig, ab heute mein Lieblingsrestaurant. Wahrscheinlich 4 oder 6 Euro teurer pro Gang, als die anderen Restaurants, aber viel besser. Ich denke Filios ist mit Malte, das beste Restaurant in BB , aber mit der besseren Terrasse.
