Top address, fast service, super good, wide choice and particularly pleasant staff! This summer the terrace was super nice and this winter we find a good warm atmosphere inside!

Been going here for many years now. Most authentic italian in town. Stefano is the man!

A little bit of Italy in the heart of Baden-Baden. The pizzas and pasta were delicious. Friendly service. So many regulars can't be wrong. Inside, a cozy and charming 80s Italian atmosphere. In the summer months, the atmosphere is great, right in the middle of the street.

The ordered food arrived after just 10 minutes, barely giving us time to enjoy the aperitif. The prices are far too high for the quality offered. The service is hectic, everything is cramped and noisy. You can't help but feel like you're being rushed out so that the waiting new guests can have a seat. Everything also gives off an unkempt and dirty impression, especially the restrooms. There are more pleasant restaurants in Berlin.

Please do something with you reservation process. Impossible to make a reservation via call, I lost whole day trying to call to your restaurant and the staff is just picking the phone and leaving it just hold on, no response, no chance to book a table. As you don’t have online booking system, you have to teach you staff to answer incoming calls properly, not just pick up it and put aside. I very upset with your service even without being in your restaurant

An Italian restaurant, just the way you want it! Friendly, cheerful staff. Even if you don't have a reservation, they try to find you a table. The food is incredibly delicious. We eat there often and even had our small wedding reception there. It was fantastic. You always feel like you're visiting friends.

A wonderful Italian restaurant in Baden. Tourists hardly know about it, so it retains a special atmosphere of unhurriedness and uniqueness. Very tasty and nice. I recommend booking a table in advance. Locals love this place! And where locals eat, there is really tasty and high-quality!

The waiters are friendly. The pizzas are delicious. The bread was stale; it wasn't fresh from the day. However, the restaurant needs some renovations and a bit of cleaning.

It's really amateurish and rude when you reserve a place, come and leave because everyone else has reserved so there's no room. It's so pathetic that I would never come there again.

The food is good, although it's not the Italian restaurant with the best food we've ever had (6/10), although the prices are cheap compared to the others. We went in the summer, when service is offered on a terrace in the middle of an alley. The place isn't bad, but there were a lot of flies around all the tables, making it uncomfortable, although the waiters tried to place smoke containers nearby to keep them away. The waiters were friendly and very helpful, but they were overwhelmed (there were two serving 16-17 tables, and they had two other people helping them clear food), so much so that mistakes were not uncommon on orders. In short, acceptable food at a good price, but the atmosphere could be much better with overworked staff. I would go, but I would hardly go back.

Would have loved to have left a good food review but we couldn't even get that far. Reserved a table for 1930, arrived 5 minutes early, told to stand at the side ans given a glass of prosecco whilst stood amongst 3 or 4 other groups all waiting. Eventually got offered two seats on the end of someone elses table of 6... tad awkward but whatever, as soon as we sat we were swarmed with flies... table next to us was eating their food as fast as they could whilst batting flies away. Unfortunately this was so off putting and stressful we just got up and left.

Packed but cozy Italian Restaurant. Pasta and Pizza were definitely good, but the Tiramisu was a failure.

Worth a visit any time of day or year! Enjoy a light lunch on the terrace, perhaps a salad or cappuccino with pizza bread and a light white wine... or on a warm summer evening on the terrace... or in the cooler months in the cozy restaurant. Reservations are essential! All Italian dishes are very good and prepared in a traditional way.

Fantastic spot, and the employees are amazing. Instantly felt welcomed and the food was absolutely amazing.

If you're looking for a quaint Italian restaurant with a touch of Italian old town romance, this is the place for you. Especially in the warmer months, you can sit outside. Lunch is served from 12 to 2 p.m. However, you'll need to arrive early or make a reservation, as the outdoor seating fills up quickly. Highly recommended!

We've been coming here for decades and will continue to do so. We're always happy to come, enjoy the ambiance and the food. We'll keep coming back.

The dining room was very cramped and quite old-fashioned. The service was good and very friendly. Pizza and pasta were okay. The tiranisu wasn't great; you can skip that. It's probably the show put on by the hosts that really elevates the whole experience.

We celebrated my mother's 89th birthday at this restaurant, even though we had never been there before. We had reserved for 1 p.m. and were therefore among the last lunch guests, which is why there was a lot of noise in the small rooms. The selection was plentiful and the food was very good, both the small salad, the pasta dishes (lasagne and tagliatelle à la Mama), the risotto with mushrooms, and the salmon with tagliatelle. The homemade desserts tiramisu and panacotta also left nothing to be desired. With his Italian-open manner, the very nice, affable host made this meal a special event for us. Gladly again...

Super Service, trotz voller Hütte ohne Reservierung einen Tisch für zwei Personen zugeteilt bekommen. Es ist aber sinnvoll auf der Homepage einen Tisch zu reservieren.

Very nice staff, we are two families from Stuttgart and were spontaneously in Baden Baden yesterday, this restaurant was recommended to us. We called and luckily got a table. We received a very warm welcome and the atmosphere was very fun and relaxed, as it should be. The staff had everything under control even though it was packed, the waiters were super friendly and in a good mood, we felt like we had known each other forever. The food was also very tasty, thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

We reserved a table and got one straight away. More on that later. Service and food were good, I also ordered something that wasn't on the menu. The restaurant was full and it's not very big, so it was very loud. People were always asking if everything was OK. The people who had reserved a table still had to wait until a table was free, I often noticed that during that time. Food came quickly and none of us thought it was bad and were very satisfied .We'll be back

Very nice place. I stay in winter, then only inside was possible but the atmosphere was really nice, food excellent and service (by the boss!) very friendly.

We randomly stopped by this place without reservation, and it did not disappoint!!! It's the best Italian food I've ever had (I've never been to Italy though). It's a small charming place. You know you're in the right spot when you see it packed when they first open with a bunch of Italians dining there as well. Staff is friendly and the menu is in English. The Tagliatelle pasta had perfect texture to it, and the lasagna was amazing. It's just the perfect amount of sauce to noodle to meat and cheese ratio. My friend is also picky with lasagna and said he enjoyed it as well. The minestrone soup was very warming and delicious to eat. The veggies tasted so fresh in it! The pizzas are also good here. I'm not a huge fan of pizza but theirs was delish! The bread wasn't too dense, but it was still chewy. I highly recommend dining here if you're craving some Italian.

The best pizza I've ever eaten outside of Italy. Crispy, thin base and lots of cheese. The service is also extremely friendly!

Didn't convince us. The food was okay except for the dessert. The tiramisu was bad. In response to the complaint, we were promised a Ramazzotti, which was never delivered. The service was overwhelmed. The facility is a bit old.

From the starter to the dessert everything was delicious. There is a star deduction for the ambience because it was very cold in the restaurant. Who wants to feel cold while eating? The service was very friendly.

Relatively inconspicuous trattoria from the outside, rustic and cozy inside, excellent carbonara, on request 'original' version without cream, eggs creamy, as it should be, not set... friendly service, friendly host, here for the first time on the way back from Colmar, Ramazzotti on the house... would be happy to come back if it suits you... recommended

The best restaurant in all of Baden Baden. An Italian of incredible quality, a very wide variety of dishes ranging from pasta and pizza, to salads, meat and fish. I recommend the pasta, great flavor. Super friendly and attentive service. We went for two days and both were unbeatable.

At the top! We were looking a little away from the tourist restaurants in the center. Perfecto! No fuss, a family atmosphere, the three of us had a pasta dish, it was very good and for a normal price. Well done 👍

Walter wind was blowing through the street. The reception was once again warm. Such a great spot, wonderful Italian fair served in the most convivial of atmospheres. The owner was mingling among the diners. A total performance. Everyone waiting for tables given a glass of spumanti. A memorable night in Baden Baden.

We arrived without making a reservation and were seated at a table outdoors. The food came pretty fast, the owner came for a chat and the prices were very good. The food was really really tasty. My oldest son did not really like the taste of his carbonara (you know...kids...) so he hardly touched it. When asked the bill one of the employees came to tell he did not charge for the dish. What an amazing act of kindness! 🙏

If you like to eat well, in a typical, friendly setting. The prices are very reasonable. Don't miss the opportunity to go there. We ate 4 days in a row, lasagna, pasta, pizza were excellent. The tiramisu is incredible. I recommend 100%.

We were celebrating a birthday and everything was great and fun. But when we went to pay the bill, the waiter shocked us with his reaction to the tip. He said loudly that we had given far too little and that he had never experienced anything like that. We couldn't believe it and at first thought it was a joke. But it was serious. We were so shocked that we left the restaurant immediately.

Everything was fine until the moment we had to pay. The amount was not small! The waiter didn't like that they left little tip! He expressed his opinion on this matter very loudly and not very politely. He promised not to let us into this restaurant again. It was very unpleasant!!!!👎

We had dinner at a restaurant with friends. The waiter was drunk. He behaved familiarly. They brought a bill for 200 euros. We paid by card. The waiter began to demand tips. Loudly, he humiliated us for the whole restaurant. Pure extortion. There are other decent restaurants in Baden Baden.

Pizzeria Ristorante La Gondola is simply fantastic! The service is great, the staff is friendly and attentive. The selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired and the quality of the food is excellent. The price-performance ratio of the pizzas is particularly impressive – simply unbeatable! Every visit is a pleasure. Highly Recommended!

Great quaint pizzeria. A bit dark and narrow. But everything works perfectly, everyone takes care of the guest. Boss welcomes everyone personally. Best bruschetta we have eaten so far. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and bacon are recommended.

Great Italians in Baden-Baden! Great food and quirky atmosphere like in Italy. EXACTLY like in Italy. Ordered at 6:30 p.m.? “Sorry, no table available right now.” In return you get a glass of Prosecco on the house while you wait. Eating at Stefano's is always an experience!

La Gondola is an institution in Baden Baden. It's been around forever. The owners are true Sicilians. Funny, friendly and very concerned about the guests. As always, the food was delicious and the prices were very fair for this location. See you soon

Good Italian home cooking (my lasagna excellent). Family atmosphere and very busy place. A little dark and tables very close to each other, but that's the style of the place. Reasonable prices by German standards. About €20/pax.

We weren't from the corner, so we first had to find the restaurant and a parking space in front of it (go into the parking garage!!) The food was very tasty and before the food came there were peppers marinated in oil. Definitely try this, very tasty (spicy) The ambience wasn't really my thing, but the waiter and the owner were so amusing and in a great mood that it was really fun to talk to them.

A very old-fashioned place. Everything was kept very dark. All windows closed. You can't even look outside. The toilets are a case for themselves. There isn't even soap available for washing your hands. Portions too small, correspondingly too expensive.

Goodbye people, we are very disappointed, children's portions, too expensive, not even soap in the toilet and everything is unclean, you can't and shouldn't recommend that Best regards

I chose the restaurant for a business lunch and occupied the table for too long. This was communicated to us quite loudly and we had to move around while we were eating. I've never experienced that before and it made me more than uncomfortable.
