A lovely place to stop for a bite to eat. Delicious food and a fantastic view. What more could you want?

Excellent veal strips with dumplings and vegetables. My special request for red cabbage was fulfilled without hesitation. It tasted amazing, just like Grandma's recipe. Mmmmm, delicious. The best thing is the value for money, please keep it that way. Thank you, you guys are great. The view from the sunny terrace is simply magnificent.

A classic self-service mountain restaurant. The selection could be a bit larger, but you should still be satisfied. The view is the highlight. The price is a bit more expensive, of course, but hey, you know that beforehand. The yeast dumpling was very tasty. The "service" was friendly.

We were there at the beginning of August. The food was truly delicious, the portions were generous, and the price was really good (cheaper than down in the valley). And, of course, there was a fantastic mountain view. And the staff was very friendly, too. We'd love to come back!

Unfortunately, the prices are far too high for what's on offer. You can't really call it an ambiance; it's simply kept simple.

We held a Kaiserschmarrn contest in the Oberstdorf/Kleinwalsertal region. Six restaurants were tested, and... The winner comes from the Fellhornbahn Restaurant!!! Freshly prepared with care and love, and with warm service, it was truly the king of Kaiserschmarrn! A must-try when you're here!

Brilliant, although one can certainly criticize the price-performance ratio of the drinks. The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the waiting times are short, even when it's busy.

System catering on the mountain. The view from the terrace is a dream. The food comes off the assembly line and the prices are impressive. It's still delicious and everyone is very friendly and helpful. You can have a very good lunch break both inside and outside.

Our ski team stopped by this establishment around midday to have a balanced lunch. So far so good, the ambience was convincing thanks to the modern furnishings and the beautiful view of the mountain panorama sweetened our stay. However, we became suspicious for the first time when we saw the food on offer and realized the corresponding prices. We knew that the meal on this mountain would not be cheap, but despite this factor we were a little surprised at the price dimensions. So we expected the food to be of good quality and analyzed the hot dishes counter. The “Wiener Style” schnitzels were similar to my beloved Gut&Günstig schnitzels from my local discount store. The only difference was that I had to put my schnitzel in the fryer at home, here the staff even put my lukewarm schnitzel on my plate, just great. My colleague ordered the schnitzel and I wanted to put the meat loaf through its paces. As soon as I cut off the Leberkas, I realized that the portion size had been very stingy. I was served 2 finger-thick slices with a ladle of potato salad (I'd rather buy Leberkäse from Globus, it's thicker and tastes better for only €1). In addition, a little bit of cress was thrown on top, which cost €12.50. So I expected an extremely tasty Leberkas and a high-quality potato salad, neither of which were the case. The taste of the potato salad reminded me of a discounter product that had been enhanced a little with cucumber. I also didn't like the Leberkas, so the second piece was thrown around the table and I received negative feedback from my comrades. On the whole, I found this gastronomic construct absolutely not recommended. If I make a repeated trip to this ski area, I will advise all of my colleagues against this restaurant. Thank you PS: The chocolate cake with the description: “Salted Caramel” contained no salted caramel at all. It only cost me a mere €5.70 per piece, so that can happen. Still didn't taste good. P.S. A self-service restaurant especially for skiers. The setup is so simple and practical. To satisfy our hunger we got a Kaiserschmarren. But be careful, I have never found such a bad one anywhere, and for over 14 euros. I'm not one to write a lot of reviews, but I felt the need to do this.

WLAN registration too complicated

It's good that there are people who offer tired hikers something to eat and drink. In the atmosphere of a retirement home, a lot of things are offered here at high prices. You don't have to buy it. What was awesome was a cappucino for €5 that was neither tasty nor served properly. I didn't rate the view, but rather the restaurant

Was here for lunch on the weekend while skiing. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and quick, despite the large crowds and stress. But what really bothered me was the extremely child-unfriendly pricing. The children like to eat fries and Kaiserschmarren or sausages. If you look at the use of materials and the effort involved in these dishes, which are popular with children, in relation to the prices, you can only speak of a targeted rip-off. Fries with mayo/ketchup for almost €8 and Kaiserschmarren, the quality of which was... well average, for almost €15 is already exorbitant. If a roast beef with red cabbage and dumplings is sold for only around 2 euros more, with considerably more effort for materials and production, then in my opinion an attempt is being made to generate extra profit at the expense of families with children. Of course everything has become more expensive and wages have risen, but the price ratio between the dishes is simply not correct here.

No Kaiserschmarrn. An East Frisian can do it even better and here we are in the Alps. Shameful for such a traditional local dish.

Great service, very friendly. I only have to criticize the currywurst sauce... for me it is a shish kebab sauce and not suitable for currywurst ;-)

I was traveling in the area during the last week of operation of the cable car: Unfortunately, the goulash soup at the middle station of the Fellhornbahn isn't that good... It tastes more like canned soup, unfortunately. The staff, especially the lady in the "dining room" of the self-service restaurant, is very nice, this makes the visit worthwhile. The view is outstanding. Prices raised.

The staff, the cleanliness and the view were great, unfortunately the food itself wasn't, it was warmed-up convenience of mediocre quality but at the price of good food. The restaurant down in the valley was much better.

If you look at the prices on the menu over the past few years, you'll feel sick. Dishes the same - prices significantly higher. Bottled beer for over 5 euros. Yeast dumplings 8 euros. Plus self-service. View good, the rest is a rip off.

The Allgäu bread soup was very tasty, as was the yeast dumpling. Of course the prices are a bit expensive, but hey, at 2000 m altitude that's just how it is.

There is gourmet food here! Excellent.

Für den schönen Ausblick und das moderne saubere Restaurant gibt es je einen Stern. Das Essen ist wie in einer schlechten Schulkantine und vollkommen überzogen vom Preis.

Ein super modernes Restaurant mit riesen Terrasse und großer Essensauswahl. Die Aussicht ist auch super schön und wohl ein Pluspunkt. Die Preise sind wie zu erwarten hoch, Getränke über 5€ und Kaiserschmarrn und Currywurst mit Pommes fast 15€.

Wunderbare Terrasse mit fantastischem Ausblick, freundliche Bedienung- unser Essen war aber leider mässig bis ungenießbar. Ich habe noch nie so einen schlechten Kaiserschmarrn vorgesetzt bekommen.

Sehr schöne Terrasse mit wundervoller Aussicht. Preise ok. Aber das Curry schmeckte nach gar nichts und enthielt 2 Spagetti-Nudeln. Das hätte man eigentlich zurückgehen lassen müssen. Der Obatzte war gut, aber mit nur einer Brezeln etwas knapp bestückt. Eine Extra-Brezel kostete 2,40 Euro.

Eins A Essen, super schnell und super lecker. Preislich würde ich sogar sagen, dass es eher unterdurchschnittlich im Vergleich zu anderen Hütten ist, ziemlich billig für diese Qualität. Ausblick natürlich auch der Hammer und Sitzplätze gibt es auch ausreichend. Gerne wieder! Geschnetzeltes war sehr lecker

Wir haben schnell einen Platz gefunden. Die Aussicht ist gut. Das Essen ist in Ordnung. Gut ist außerdem die Menge an Liegen.

Food I ordered was clearly not fresh and seemed to be heated in a microwave. Overpriced for what it is. Only upside is the view.

Die schöne Aussicht macht leider nicht wett, dass das Essen den Charakter einer Großküche/Kantine hat: Die Currywurst war eine Bratwurst mit Ketchup (?) und Paprikapulver (da sind wir aus der Metropole Ruhr anderes gewohnt). Dazu matschig weiche Pommes. Der Rinderbraten mit Semmelknödel und Rotkraut war okay, aber recht fade gewürzt. Als Beilage gab es ein paar lieblos hinzugefügte Möhrenstifte... Aussicht super, aber Essen werden wir dort nicht wiederholen.

Einzigartiger Ausblick wenn man oben angekommen ist. Die Fahrt ist nicht ganz günstig. Man fährt ca 14 min! Dort oben fühlt man sich in einer anderen Welt, dass Bergrestaurant ein muss. Der Ausblick 👍

Wir waren nach einer Wanderung im Mai 2020 kurz im Restaurant. Die Corona-Maßnahmen scheinen ganz sinnvoll und werden teilweise auch gut umgesetzt. Leider sind die Preise aber überdurchschnittlich hoch und stimmen nicht mit der Leistung überein. Dazu fehlt es dem Personal leider an Herzlichkeit und Freundlichkeit. Man wird kaum beachtet und hat das Gefühl, es steht hier eher die Massenabfertigung im Vordergrund als der Gast selbst.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und Aussicht. Auswahl ist ganz in Ordnung und ausreichend. Das Essen war sehr gut und die Menge üblich. Preise, gerade für Getränke, kamen mir recht hoch vor. Alles in allem aber ein guter Aufenthalt und wir werden wieder kommen wenn wir vor Ort sind.

Super miejsce na odpoczynek pomiędzy zjazdami. Szybkie i smaczne jedzenie ( często jednak są kolejki ) . Ja z żoną bywamy tylko zimą - widoki przepiękne.

Aussicht und Essen gut, leider nur SB.

Gemütliche Atmosphäre. Abseits anderer Restaurants deswegen ist es schön Ruhig. Der Biergarten ist sehr schön angelegt und das Personal freundlich. Auf jedem Fall ein Besuch wert.

Umwerfende Aussicht, auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert. Relativ teuer.

Hier gibt es nur kleine aber leckere Gerichte wie z.B. den Gipfelburger, Eintopf Terrine, Wienerle usw.. Sehr schöne Terrasse mit wunderschöner Aussicht.

Schöne Aussicht in die Allgäu Bergwelt und das Essen ist auch sehr lecker
