Die Pommes schmeckt total gut ! Nicht zu fettig. Zum empfehlen :)

Schreckliche Karte. Keine gute Auswahl. Cola weizen hat nicht geschmeckt. Gebratene Maultaschen waren nur durchschnittlich und der Germknödel war viel zu trocken!! Die Berge waren das einzige gute. Ich wohne hier und werde nie mehr dort einkehren. Sehr enttäuschend. Lieber die anderen Hütten ausprobieren

Wir konnten am Tisch bestellen per Smartphone, frischen Kaiserschmarrn, total lecker und beeindruckend wie der trotz vollem Restaurant so schnell serviert wurde, Die Mitarbeiter super freundlich!👍

Hier gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir haben die Sonne auf der Terrasse genossen. Die Kellner waren sehr zuvorkommend und Speisen, sowie Getränke wurden schnell gebracht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist auch in Ordnung. Die Weißwurst war sehr lecker, ebenso die Brezn.

Rund um tolle Erfahrung. Essen war mega gut, und bezahlen war einfach. Nächstes jahr gerne nochmal

Leider wurden wir (4 Busfahrer von 2 Unternehmen) trotz Gutschein vom Essen sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen. Wir waren auch bereit unser Essen selber zu bezahlen. Trotzdem waren wir nicht erwünscht. Später haben wir erfahren, weil allgemein die Gruppen (teilweise Eltern mit Kinder) sich an den Bussen selber versorgen, lässt man es an den Bussfahrern aus. Liebe Gastronomen, seid ihr euch im klaren was das bedeutet? Weder Busfahrer noch die Gruppen haben keine Lust mehr euch zu besuchen. Denn trotz einem kleinen Imbiss am Bus gehen auch diese Familien und Gäste in Restaurants zum Essen und lassen eine Menge Geld bei euch liegen. Aber wenigstens gibt es noch andere Skigebiete die nicht so denken wie ihr. Nehmt euch ein Beispiel.

Schnelle Bestellung per App, lecker Kaiserschmarrn, unkomplizierter Service

Orders must be placed digitally. Sorry, but this is a disaster; it doesn't work correctly for many orders! Food arrives at the table first, drinks 15 minutes later. Then suddenly everything arrives twice. The same problems are occurring at neighboring tables. It's incredibly hectic, and on top of that, the way they treat the guests is questionable. Sorry, but this is unacceptable!

The food is quite good, but the prices are very high. The service and the wait times are abysmal. We ordered three meals and received one after 40 minutes and two after a good 60 minutes. This wasn't an isolated incident. Our table neighbors had the same experience. Ordering is only possible online. Okay, but difficult when the available Wi-Fi is very poor. We eventually got it working, but we lent our phone to the person next to us.

Servus, ich war 2x bei euch und sehr zufrieden. WLAN, analoge und digitale Bestellung, Bezahlung- find ich super , hilft euch und dem Endverbraucher. Evt. Noch Schild am Eingang dass auch analog bestellt werden kann Im Februar 2025 auf der Sonnenterrasse Bier und das knusprige Kinder- & Schnitzel gehabt - bei 5 Grad plus… Gestern mit der ganzen Familie, Platz innen bei Außentemperatur-9… Bier Skiwasser Kinderschnitzel, schnelle Bestellung.. alles top. ABER es war sehr ungemütlich, da kalt… macht doch bitte eure Kachel-Kaminöfen an !

Free Wi-Fi, so you can order at your table via your phone, and everything is served – very innovative. Very friendly staff, the chicken salad was amazing, and the Kaiserschmarren (smothered pancakes) was fresh, absolutely fantastic. We'd be happy to return.

Leider ist das Restaurant etwas in die Jahre gekommen – sowohl Einrichtung als auch Gesamteindruck könnten eine Auffrischung vertragen. Angesichts der recht hohen Preise waren wir etwas enttäuscht, da wir für ähnliches Geld in den Alpen schon deutlich bessere Qualität und ein stimmigeres Erlebnis hatten.

Ordering was very easy via the app using the hotel's Wi-Fi. The service was super fast, the Kaiserschmarrn was delicious, and it was great that it was still fresh from the pan. The staff were very friendly.

I wanted to stop here with my wife. Since ordering is only possible online via smartphone, we were forced to leave the mountain inn. Payment is also only possible digitally with a card. We then stopped at a very good restaurant about 100 meters away, which personally looked after its guests.

Schönes Gasthaus zur Einkehr. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch der Preis ist in Ordnung. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Punktabzug für das nervige, nicht funktionierende Selbstbestellung System. Ich möchte was Essen und Trinken, nicht erst eine App installieren und mich aufwendig registrieren.

Unfortunately, the cutlet and fries were too salty. Both the adult and child portions were salty.

Mega lecker, Preis/Leistung absolut super, schön ist auch der angrenzende Spielplatz

Sehr schöner Ort direkt an der Bergstation. Es sind genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Es gibt eine sehr gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Auch an die kleinen Besucher wurde gedacht mit einem Spielplatz. Wunderschöne Umgebung und auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert wenn man in dieser Gegend ist.

The food is really very expensive. We ordered a portion of Kaiserschmarrn and a currywurst. Unfortunately, the latter arrived lukewarm. The Kaiserschmarrn wasn't particularly tasty and wasn't worth the €16 price tag.

The food was okay, a little bit of mayonnaise, salt and cutlery were unfortunately not available. Lots of mosquitoes. The service is really cool because it's all online

We were a group of five who visited this restaurant and had a lovely experience! We ordered hot chocolate, coffee, pancakes, and fries—everything was fresh and delicious. The restaurant is beautifully located on a mountain, offering a breathtaking view that adds so much charm to the overall vibe. Despite the stunning location, I expected it to be pricey, but the prices were surprisingly reasonable. Their service was fast and efficient, and the staff was friendly. There’s plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors, so you can enjoy the view comfortably. Plus, they accept card payments, which is always a plus when traveling. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

Best Kaiserschmarrn ever! We had a nice chat with the landlady. It was a great day and the visit to the Berghaus made the day perfect.

Kaiserschmarren were bone dry. Ordering is done via QR code, so staff only walks up and down to deliver and clear away empty plates, no one was available to indicate that it was really not tasty.

It used to be great. Totally impersonal now. Order only via app, the employees don't say a word, everyone is completely overwhelmed...

The best Kaiserschmarrn on my ski vacation. The pancake soup was also super tasty!

We have been coming for lunch every winter with a school group for three years and the service is simply unbeatable. Easy reservations, great service and always plenty of food for everyone! Highly recommended!

Very nice service. Food was absolutely ok. We each received a free cup of cocoa and coffee because they were left over from an event.

The food is ok and tasty, price performance is right. You can't rate the service because you order online. It's ok if you barely get any staff anyway. The ambience is nice, but it's just a passing restaurant. Clean, eat and go. Is the passage of time. Nobody wants to spend half the day with a glass of wine and a bacon snack anymore. I call them restless tourists.

We wanted to have a drink in the Berghaus after a nice hike. Since no one wanted to take an order, we asked at the counter if we could order something. This was rejected very rudely. We were only told “digital”. We started back and walked to the next alp. This is now the second bad experience with the Berghaus in the following year. For families with children I recommend the next Alpe.

I was registered with you for lunch with a bus group of about 40 people. So far everything was fine. What surprised and somewhat annoyed me, however, was that the bus driver's voucher said "meal of your choice". When I wanted to order my food, the waiter told me that bus drivers only get schnitzel with fries. I was surprised and a little annoyed by that, since the voucher said “meal of your choice”. Maybe. You can put together a small menu (approx. 5 dishes) especially for bus drivers where the driver can choose what he wants to eat. A leisure center near us also has a system like this and that's really great. This may be a recommendation or suggested change. My colleagues will thank you.

Actually wanted to drink and eat something. But since I don't support everything online, I left again. Does everything have to be online now, even in mountain huts? Can all older people cope with it? I find this very impersonal, especially in mountain restaurants, and I will no longer visit this restaurant. I prefer to order my drinks and food in the mountains in person.

Food is ok but very expensive. Staff sneeze into their palms and don't remember to wash their hands. Instead, they touch the food and drinks with their jizz-covered hands. A steady sneeze could also be heard from the kitchen. Not particularly trustworthy.

Very nice place with a view of the mountains, the coffee is delicious, the service is excellent!

The food is good but the prices are at Swiss level. I asked for a slice of bread for the salad and was then told that I had to pay extra for that. I personally don't think it's ok. You can't speak of service here because you have to order online yourself and the food and drinks are simply brought without comment.

The breading of the very thinly beaten schnitzel had a somewhat strange taste. Little of the meat was tasted. The steakhouse fries, declared as fries, were crispy and good. The salad plate was generous and rich. The ordering system via scan code worked smoothly. But: as soon as I ordered, the food was there after just 2 minutes, which is why I have some doubts about its freshness. Unfortunately, the hard chairs do not invite you to linger for a long time. A few seat cushions would quickly solve this problem. The toilets themselves were clean. The stairs to the toilet were slightly dirty and the railing was slightly sticky in a few places. The service staff were very friendly.

We were here earlier. There was warm service and tasty food. Now service is practically non-existent. The food was really subpar. Even our grandchildren didn't want to eat it. And all four of us had a different dish. It's a real shame what has become of this beautiful place.

Very good stop, I'm very satisfied. There is a star deduction for the service because you "have" to order via the "app" - QRCode - at least no one came to us and asked if we wanted something to eat or drink. As I said, it could also be a snapshot on my part. A highlight for the kids is the playground opposite - beautifully laid out.

Big disappointment after hiking. You hope for a rustic atmosphere and delicious food. You sit on hard chairs. You have to go through the hassle of ordering food like from Lieferando using an app that you first have to load. However, Lieferando's food would probably be freshly cooked. Our two main meals were obviously purchased items and heated up. Fresh food cannot be cooked that quickly. That's why we decided against dessert. And very high prices for that. Service through the app not available. Toilets very musty and uncomfortable.

I ordered Johannisbeerschorle and a beer. The stupid waiter who has been avoiding to serve me, obviously for his racists reason, now returned with both drinks and placed them in front of my wife, completely ignoring me like I never existed. I initially thought that he avoided my table by mistake all the time, now I realised he was intentional. I am referring of the waiter that shaved his hair completely off. I refuse to comment on any other thing.

The service in the restaurant is excellent; the menu and order can be made using a smartphone. What surprised us was the speed, we ordered and a minute later everything was on the table, hot, fresh and incredibly tasty!

Gluhwein comes in very small cups, chicken didn’t cook properly, the cappuccino was so good! Had trouble with the ordering system.

We had lunch with three school classes at the Berghaus Schönblick and were more than satisfied. The manager of the house was easy to reach and very flexible in dealing with our large group. The food was good and we got an extra room just for us. The prices were very fair for our students. We'd love to come back!

A completely new experience with the digital ordering system, but that is probably the future, also considering the staff shortage. The minority who are not so digitally savvy have to wait a long time; there is only the occasional waiter walking around asking if they are getting along. The so-called food runners, as you can't really call them, apparently can't speak, not even "hello". Prices are borderline, we didn't try any food. In summer choose the back terrace, beautiful view of the Nebelhorn

Beste Kaiserschmarren in ganz Allgäu. Ich habe selbst von drinnen sehen können, wie die Köche es frisch zubereitet haben. Auch die Karamellsauce war nicht einfach aus einer Flasche, sondern selbst gemacht, das hat man geschmeckt. Bin mit allem total zufrieden! Danke und bis zum nächsten Mal ☺️

Leider gibt es die Speisekarte nur digital was bei uns nicht funktioniert hatte. Ebenso waren die Toiletten leider in einem Zustand bei dem man sie am besten nicht betretet.

Kühle Atmosphäre. Zum Slogan Kochen mit Herz passt wohl besser "Aufwärmen mit Herz". Essen war unteres Mittelmaß. Personal ebenso. Mit Allgäu hat das wenig zu tun.

Wunderschön gelegenes traditionsreiches Lokal mit herrlicher Terrasse und einer reichen Auswahl leckerer Speisen.Der Service sehr freundlich .Rundum empfehlenswert!

Essen war ganz OK. Leider etwas unflexibel bei der Zusammenstellung von Menüs auf der Karte. Wienerwürstchen gibt es nur mit Brot. Pommes dazu ist nicht möglich. Das ist etwas schade und gibt von uns etwas Abzug in der Bewertung. Sonst aber sehr freundlicher und schneller Service. Vielen Dank!

Fantastisches Essen im Allgäuer Ambiente, hoch über Riezlern.

Direkt an der Bergstation mit super schönem Spielplatz nebenan für die Kinder. Die Speisen waren sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet. Der Kaiserschmarn ist sehr lecker und reichlich.

Ich war an einem Gewittertag oben im Kletterpark.Als es anfing hat das Berghaus alle Wanderer eingeladen einzukehren.Ohne Geld zu bezahlen oder jenoch was zu bestellen. Mega nettes Restaurante.

Erstklassiges Rehgulasch, super Bedienung, angemessene Preise. Sind rund um zufrieden, sehr empfehlenswert.

Schneller Service und sehr leckere Gerichte. Wir hatten Käsespätzle, Gulaschsuppe und Kuchen und können alles uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Der Gastraum ist urig. Leider hat man von der Terrasse außen keinen Blick uns Tal aber für das Essen lohnt sich der Besuch!
