Great pizzeria with good quality and selection. Price-performance is right

As soon as you arrive you can take a look into the open kitchen from outside, which I personally think is very cool. The food is great and tastes good every time. There are seasonal dishes for variety. Were here for the 4th time today. Unfortunately the volume is a bit loud because it is a large open space. Despite this, you feel comfortable because everyone is friendly and you are served quite quickly.

Really good pizza. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for the pizza. There also seems to be only one service person responsible for a large area. Would come again

Super delicious food and a great vegetarian selection

I have been a regular at this restaurant in Kiel for a long time, but unfortunately my last visit was very disappointing. After a long journey from Schilksee to pick up my pizza (since it doesn't deliver to Schilksee), I had to wait several minutes until the employee - who claimed to be the shift manager - finished smoking his cigarette. When I then asked for a shared pizza as usual, it was refused on the grounds that it was too busy, which was not the reality. What was also annoying was an employee who intervened in the conversation I was having in the restaurant area with the aim of clarifying things and responded in a silly tone without offering a solution. After this experience I will not visit the restaurant again.

Pizza and pasta very tasty. Friendly service and great atmosphere...what more could you want. We would be happy to come back. Greetings from Hesse

Our first visit to Farina di Nonna Restaurant was simply amazing! We spent a lovely birthday evening there on the recommendation of friends and it was the perfect choice. The service was extremely friendly and warm. People kept asking if there was anything missing without being intrusive. The end of the evening was particularly nice: As a small surprise, there was a Limocello as a farewell - a wonderful gesture that rounded off the evening perfectly. We'll definitely be back!

I ordered Hawaiian pizza and it was pretty delicious. The draft beer was from the local Lille brewery and for Palé Ale the price/quality ratio was very good.

We became aware of this restaurant because of the great reviews. I made a reservation for 2 people and a dog over the phone and everything worked out great. The restaurant was well filled and decorated very attractively and to a high standard. The service was very friendly and explained and recommended a lot to us. Always friendly and attentive. The food was excellent. Delicious and it looked amazing too. In terms of price it is a bit more expensive, but worth every cent. 5/5 stars and I would recommend it at any time

We ordered a starter and a main course. We had to wait forever after the bruschetta, and the main course didn't come even when we asked. Unfortunately, this took a long time to eat. The taste was okay, but not a highlight of the day.

You have to eat the pizza and the teramisu once, just wow! Unfortunately there aren't that many vegan choices ☹️

A big disappointment! First I had to wait an hour for my food, then my Quattro Stagioni pizza came and tasted like NOTHING! Neither the base nor the sauce were seasoned in any way. Of the toppings, only the salsiccica could be tasted due to its spiciness. When I pointed this out to the waitress, all I got was a "sorry" - that was it.

Were invited to a birthday and celebrated there. A lot of miscommunication among employees. Among other things, incorrect information on the phone. At times I came across as annoyed, it could possibly have been due to stress. My girlfriend ordered pasta with shrimp. But it was served with chicken, was returned accordingly and the correct dish was served within a minute. Very strange that it came so quickly, could be a mix-up or shrimp quickly packed up and chicken down. I had the pizza 4 seasons. The pizza was very greasy and had hardly any taste. Wouldn't come back again.

Visiting this restaurant was an absolute joke. The menu clearly states that you can also get any pizza with a spelled base. Due to an intolerance, we called three days earlier and asked about the spelled base and were told that it wasn't a problem at all. The spelled base would always be there. So we went there. After a very long wait for the waiters (who were there enough) we were then told that there was no spelled base! Unfortunately, that wasn't the first time. We tried this once a few years ago. They then said that it was best to call ahead. Well, unfortunately it didn't work out and a long-planned evening was ruined. We then got up and left. Never again!

One point deducted for the ambience because the seating options outside are very limited and not that attractive. But the inside is perfect, which is much more important in a city like Kiel.

A very loud place. The service was friendly. We ordered a starter and lasagne and spaghetti with chanterelles. We were told succinctly that it could take longer - perhaps they could have offered an espresso on the house - unfortunately nothing came. The spaghetti was absolutely okay, but the lasagne was unfortunately quite dry and had a lot of bechamel sauce. When paying we were asked if everything was OK and I... At least here you should have offered one on the house! Nothing again, apart from the waitress telling us that she didn't like the lasagne either. Last but not least, I find the drinks prices almost indecently high. 5.60 for a special or apple spritzer...... It is questionable whether we want to afford this again

There were two of us here today. The service was very friendly and very competent. Both of our pizzas were delicious. Thin, crispy base and a nice edge. We had the Diavolo and the Vegana and at 34cm it was plenty. Everyone has to decide for themselves whether 15 to 18 euros is too much for a pizza. 06.08. Been here again today. Was really good again. Today we had the burrata, the salsiccia and parma e rocket.

Price (too expensive), performance and quality really bad. We had to wait far too long for our pizza, about 1 hour. Then she came - but only after asking - and was cold. The location itself is like a train station hall, quite loud. 1st and last visit.

Great location! Wonderful pizza - and one was enough for two! We will be back!

It wasn't our first time here, but today we were rather semi-satisfied. Went there for lunch and were the only guests for a long time. However, it took quite a long time before we were allowed to order. In general, the service staff preferred to sit outside, play on their cell phones and smoke. It was open, but somehow we felt rather intrusive. Then the bread and dip came - actually in advance - and the starter almost at the same time. The Hawaiian pizza - which for many people is an absolute no-no - but according to the name, it still deserves a little more pineapple. In addition, the pizzas were only lukewarm. Eating out has become so much more expensive in general, so you just have to look at where you're going again 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ate a pizza here. It was well topped and baked. The pizzas are available in sizes 34cm and 48cm. And that's a problem because the pizzas are too big for normal hunger. When the service person asked if everything was OK, I asked her about the size of the pizza and said that a smaller size would be desirable. The answer was very unfriendly: those are the sizes that are available and that's how I got full. When I asked her about the dough, she turned around without a word and walked away. If she doesn't want to hear constructive criticism, she shouldn't ask.

Nachdem wir zum Tisch geführt wurden, erhielten wir zügig die Speise- und Getränkekarte. Nach der Bestellung, erhielten wir frisches leckeres Brot mit Dip. Kurz darauf erhielten wir unser Essen. Es hat allen soweit geschmeckt. Der Preis ist zu anderen italienischen Restaurant etwas teurer, jedoch noch im Rahmen. Das einzige Manko an diesem Tag war die doch etwas laute Atmosphäre. Die Kids haben nach dem bezahlen noch ein kleines Slusheis to Go erhalten.

Pizza was very tasty, but unfortunately the 5 people came to eat at very different times. 3 pizzas came quickly, one was significantly late and the last pizza only came after 2 had already finished eating. In between there was no information from the service, only after asking twice were we told that the pizza had to be remade. The tables have large grooves in which a lot of crumbs and leftover food could be found.

Very good pizza, for normal hunger I think one is enough for 2 adults. However, very high prices... But as I said, the quality is right.

Waited three hours for the pizza. Called several times and was told "delivery is on the way" without asking for the order number. The dip we ordered was also forgotten. But then no one could be reached by phone because the phone was switched off. Service was really an absolute disgrace. At least the pizza was still somewhat warm, even if no one was hungry anymore.

Mit der Bedienung war es leider so gut wie nicht möglich (weder durch Augenkontakt noch Handzeichen) in Kontakt zu kommen, um zum Abschluss noch Getränke zu ordern. Von sich aus kam die Bedienung nicht. Als sie uns dann doch bemerkte und wir noch etwas bestellten, kam nur ein Teil der Bestellung an und leider auch mit Kohlensäure obwohl wir ohne bestellt haben. Leider ist die Geräuschkulisse extrem. Zu zweit unterhalten ist schon anstrengend, aber mit mehreren kaum machbar. Pizza war lecket

Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschieden und es war richtig gut 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Pizza super, Lasagne super, Homemade Limonade super und der Service zuvorkommend und aufmerksam - wir kommen definitiv wieder 🙃

We are really disappointed with this restaurant, which we had heard very good things about. We had already chosen something from the lunch menu on the website, only to be told that this menu had no longer been valid for two months. Well then, we ordered something from the new monthly menu, even though this would by no means have been our first choice. Our pizzas were quite cold and the tomatoes and basil on three of them were completely burnt. The floor would definitely have been even better when hot. The soup of the month wasn't ready yet, so we got another one. My special was already stale and with very little carbonation. The baguette and the aioli were very tasty! After eating we had to go to the counter because the hand signals that we wanted to pay were repeatedly ignored. After almost 40 minutes of waiting and going to the counter twice to ask for payment, someone finally came. We weren't even asked whether it was tasty. When asked if it always takes that long, they just said, "We're currently short of staff and the pizzas to take away took so long." And that even though we were almost the only guests at the beginning...

Schade! Das Essen war durchweg geschmackslos. Die Pizzen sehen gut aus sind jedoch trocken und haben kein Geschmack. Bei den Garnelen in Knoblauchöl fehlte das Öl und waren hart.

The food was good so far. Unfortunately, the background noise is higher than in a large canteen. The waiting time from the starter to the main course is so long that by the time the main course arrives you are already full and the staff calmly clears tables instead of collecting money. Even when you let me know, no one comes. Not recommendable.

We spontaneously went here for dinner. The food was very tasty, but unfortunately the service wasn't that great. There were four of us here and then there were two more people there. When we had finished eating, the table was neither cleared nor asked if we had any further requests. The waiter stood at the front of the counter and talked on his cell phone for ages. We then went there to pay. We would have liked to have had a coffee and/or dessert. But then we really didn't feel like doing that anymore. It's a shame when you're just one number among many as a guest. We won't come back. But that doesn't matter these days...then there will be ten others ☹️🤷

Once again the service was more than bad. We have 40 for two bolognese! Waited minutes, no apology, nothing. When we asked, all we said was, it's coming soon... then we waited another quarter of an hour. The noodles were very overcooked, the sauce was more than thin, and there was hardly any meat. We then had to go to the front to pay because the waiter came again. The restaurant was empty except for 3 people! When he asked if everything was okay, we said it was very disappointing that we had to wait so long. The explanation (of course without apology) that a delivery came and the kitchen had to clear it away was more than weak and unbelievable. We both worked in the restaurant ourselves. Operations in the kitchen never stop when a delivery arrives. That was the last visit to the store.

All around the best! I particularly liked how attentively the children were treated. Cushions were brought to the booster seat without being asked, game bags were handed out, the pizza was specially designed and a slush was brought as a gift after the meal.

Very beautiful here. Eating relaxed is fun. Gladly again.

We were Farina di Nonna's biggest fans. We have been ordering there for 1 1/2 years now. But for half a year, if not longer, the portions have become smaller, the prices more expensive and the forgetfulness when ordering is increasing. If something is not in stock, it will not be delivered but the money will be collected When asked, you get a “Yes, then I’ll send something again.” Which is basically a good thing, but why not just put it in the bag? A good Italian who promises a lot, but no longer keeps his promises. A pity.

Ich liebe es da Pizza zu bestellen, die Qualität stimmt und der Preis ist auch gerechtfertigt. Leider bin ich super geräuschempfindlich und kann laute Geräusche nicht gut filtern. Es war super laut, super voll,ich musste meinen Freund mehrmals fragen was er gesagt hat als wir uns versucht haben zu unterhalten. Wir haben einen Tisch reserviert und einen dreckigen bekommen der vorher belegt war und nichtmal abgewischt worden ist. In meiner Reservierung habe ich auch nach einem ruhigen Tisch gefragt und es war definitiv einer der unruhigsten Tische die es gab. Die Kellner waren deutlich unterbesetzt und wir haben super lange warten müssen. Wir haben eine Flasche stilles Wasser bestellt und die kam nichtmal nach 10min. Haben es uns dann zum mitnehmen bestellt und sind gegangen. Kenne deutlich besseren Service. War echt nicht gut. Die Pizza ist trotzdem top, aber der Rest hat nicht gestimmt. Beim nächsten mal bleibt es dann beim bestellen.

The food was really great! The selection of food and drinks left nothing to be desired. Unfortunately it was a bit difficult to get hold of a waiter & unfortunately there was no ice cream for dessert - but good alternatives were offered 👍🏻. Price performance is top ☺️.
