Die Pizza war groß und sehr lecker, mit dem klassischen dünnen italienischen Teig. Eigentlich mag ich lieber amerikanische Pan-Pizza, aber im POI schmeckt die Pizza auch mit dünnem Teig sehr lecker. Junges, studentisches Publikum und gut besucht. Es empfiehlt sich einen Tisch zu reservieren.

Wir waren früher gerne hier, leider ist die Qualität mit der Zeit immer schlechter geworden. Insbesondere der Service ist grottenschlecht, es kommt schon mal vor dass man weder gegrüßt, noch beachtet wird. Wenn man denn doch mal bestellen darf kann man sich quasi geehrt fühlen und das wird einem auch so vermittelt. Das Servicepersonal ist unpassend gekleidet und nicht ausgebildet. Das Essen schwankt leider deutlich in Sachen Optik und Qualität, eine Käseplatte sieht zB jedes Mal anders aus. Das vermittelt den Eindruck als würde man bekommen was in der Küche noch übrig war. Total schade, der Laden hätte eigentlich Potential, wirkt aber wie von Laien geführt.

Essen ist gar nicht mal so gut. Wartezeit ist frech lang. Lohnt sich absolut nicht!🤮😑

Ich habe im Restaurant eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung gemacht. Die Pizza war richtig lecker, und der Service war äußerst aufmerksam und freundlich. Besonders Botan hat mit seiner Hilfsbereitschaft und positiven Art das Erlebnis abgerundet. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen!😋🍕

Beste Pizza in ganz Kiel. Bessere Standort als zuvor an der Holtenauer Straße Bedienung top und immer motiviert

Wir waren mit 8 Leuten dort. Pluspunkte: Pizza extrem lecker: sehr dünner Boden, Belag sehr gut (ich: Salami und Champignons). Mit dieser Gruppe sehr gemütlich gesessen. Roller und freundlicher Service. Minuspunkte: die Pizzasorten sind neben den Standard Klassikern doch recht exotisch in den Kombinationen und ganz günstig ist es leider nicht. Zudem ging es uns allen so dass die Pizza sehr schnell kalt war. Nach der Hälfte der Pizza schon schade.

Lagerhalle trifft Gemütlichkeit. Länger Tresen, Holztische und leckeres Tiramisu. Pizza groß und lecker, Salat zu teuer. Es gibt sogar eine Spielecke

Meine Lieblingspizza. Schönes Ambiente, sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service und eine Top-Qualität - und das bei jedem Besuch.

Ein ordentliches italienisches Restaurant in der Vorstadt. Ich habe nur Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, im Restaurant wäre es vielleicht anders. …aber es hat ziemlich lange gedauert (30 Minuten), obwohl es ein eher ruhiger Abend war. Und über 30 € für zwei Pizzen und ein kleines Bier sind etwas teuer.

The pizza is delicious and Italian, though not very cheap. But it's a nice place to sit in the evening sun.

We're usually very satisfied with the food there. The pizza, in particular, is highly recommended. This time I ordered lasagna and was totally disappointed. The dish consisted only of lasagna sheets (8 rows!!!). Mincemeat sauce was only on the very bottom and on top. The sheets in between were just covered in pure tomato sauce. Unfortunately, it just tasted like dough.

Very nice, the staff tried very hard, sitting on the street is noisy. The food was OK.

Unfortunately, I can't fully understand the negative reviews, there were probably "would-be" restaurant critics at work. The food there is very tasty, the staff is very friendly and accommodating and you pay at the counter and not at the table. On some days it is fuller there and it goes without saying that it can take a while, after all, you don't have a crown on. We think the POI is great and are always happy to come back.

Unfortunately the worst pizza I've had in a long time and I eat a lot of pizza. I chose the POI pizza, which cost €14.70 plus €2.90 for the wholemeal dough. The atmosphere and the weather were good and it didn't take long for the pizza to arrive. However, this was a big disappointment: some of it was pitch black, the dough was too firm and dry to cut and there was hardly any topping. The tomato sauce was also rock hard. I also communicated this to the staff. Unfortunately there was no apology.

A test meal was carried out on recommendation. Table was reserved. After 15 minutes we had to speak to the staff to order. The three of them were chatting animatedly behind the counter. Food was very good. The food was brought, the cutlery and napkins were forgotten. When asked, we were each given a single napkin until a colleague handed over the cutlery plate. No questions asked every now and then whether everything was OK. After the meal we asked if a coffee drink was desired, but it would have to be taken until 9:30 p.m. as the coffee machine was being cleaned. If a restaurant is open until 11 p.m., I don't want any restrictions on the time you can drink coffee, especially at an Italian restaurant! The used dishes were not put away and were left until the end. We went to the counter to pay. The shock when visiting the toilet: a rusty replacement toilet paper holder on the floor next to the ceramic toilet - an absolute no go!! Conclusion: Food is good, but the staff clearly needs to improve and be more attentive, not ignoring repeated waves from guests or hiding behind the counter. Service is different.

I was there for lunch. Special requests were very easy to make and were implemented at no extra charge. Only the ambience was a little cool, but otherwise great. The food was good. The pasta was al dente. Red wine appears to be used in the ragu.

The food was simple and not really tasty. Tasted like it came from the microwave. If my grandson only eats one noodle, that means something 😐

That was a sentence with X. The arugula salad on the pizza 🍕 was the best. 🥹 You urgently need to work on yourself again.

...unfortunately the visit was quite disappointing, we got a table right away, but it took about 20 minutes until the previous guests' plates and glasses were cleared away. After another quarter of an hour we were finally able to place our order. Meanwhile, two other tables complained about the delay in their order. After about 30 minutes, two of the three pizzas we ordered were brought to the table, which were no longer hot, and the third 10 minutes later... luckily there are other pizza places in Kiel... I say: SIX, PUT!!!!

The pasta dishes are very tasty, very nice, courteous service staff. Just not suitable for people sensitive to noise when it is busy.

3 stars means "quite okay", and that's it. I had a "Pizza POI" here; It was very tasty, but that was probably mainly due to the very thin base and the occasional sprinkling of fresh basil leaves. Strictly speaking, there was hardly any toppings available, so the price-performance ratio is quite poor. There is also a “study atmosphere” with long, deep tables and benches that are so close together that it is sometimes difficult to get to your seat. Friendly service. Conclusion: Quite a nice pizzeria, but in the end you don't get much for your money.

The food is always very tasty It's just a shame that you still have to pay extra for the cheese alternative If you sit in the front area it is often very loud from the work behind the counter (but if the noise doesn't bother you) it's always worth a visit!

Good service, varied selection - it was very pleasant!

Unfortunately, this is the first time I've given a bad review. This is now the second time that the store has mismanaged reservations. We had a reservation at 6:30 p.m., ordered at 6:45 p.m. and now it's 8:15 p.m. and the food still hasn't arrived. We made reservations for 12 people but were only assigned 10 places. Two of us are sitting at a garden table that is tipping. Otherwise it is far too crowded, far too warm and far too loud.

We were at POI-Ahlmannstrasse and had a fantastic antipasti plate, a fantastic pizza and extremely delicious pasta! Something this good is second to none! Thank you.

Very nice restaurant. I tried the new Italian burger and it was just perfect! The taste was incredible, with fresh ingredients and a great combination of juicy meat and Italian flavors. Absolutely recommended!

For me the best pizza in Kiel so far. Nice thin and crispy base, interesting variants on offer. The service is also quick, nice and courteous. The menu also offers pasta and salad, which always looked very good at others. I can't say anything about it myself because I always eat pizza.

The pizza was lukewarm but still very tasty and the knives are, for whatever reason, not very dull. Cutting the pizza was hardly possible. Too bad

We were at POI 2 on Thursday evening with 5 people after work. We had a nice place on the terrace, service was very friendly and quick, everything was great! We particularly liked the pizza Bianco (Bianca?!) with chicken and mushrooms. Super delicious! There was also a glass of red wine. We'll definitely do it again soon. Thanks to the nice team on site :-)

I come from Lübeck and I ate fettuccine al panna and it tasted really good. I give it 10 out of 10 and recommend everyone to eat there

The food tasted very tasty. There is nothing to complain about. However, the delivery time was simply far too long at over 2 hours. A delivery time of 40 minutes was stated in advance. The driver was really very nice.

The flickering light above the tables (really above all of them) no longer seems to bother anyone. Understandably, there are plenty of other things that are quite extraordinary. After 15 minutes of waiting for the mineral water you ordered, you notice little things like crumbs on the table in the little filled one. Restaurant will be gone at some point. You shouldn't order anything other than a closed bottle of mineral water; the intended composition of Aperol-Spritz, Inge and especially Negroni is completely unknown to the bartender. The Aperol Spritz came without Prosecco on the first attempt. The Negroni is, miraculously, a carbonated drink. After three attempts, it was agreed that it would be better to leave it alone. Neither carbon dioxide nor anything milky has any place in a Negroni. To give this criticism the necessary constructiveness, here is the recipe for a Negroni. 1/3 gin 1/3 Campari 1/3 (real) red vermouth (not Martini Rosso)

Here sometimes something is forgotten or a drink request is only asked at the beginning, no matter how empty the glasses are later, but the pizza is great and the tables are large, so you can come over in a group. Always happy again despite only 4 stars from me

The food is great, no question. However, it quickly becomes very loud. A conversation can then become exhausting. I don't know if the rooms have such bad acoustics or if the music and the guests excite each other, but I'll probably go to another Poi next time...

A visit to the POI is always a pleasure. There is a very diverse selection of pizzas and pasta dishes, as well as risottos, salads and also meat and fish dishes. There are also plenty of options for vegans. At the end we always have a homemade dessert, such as tiramisu, panna cotta or a waffle. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. The service is very attentive and friendly. :-)

The most important thing: the pizza (classic) was pretty good if you like thin crusts! Unfortunately there was only room in the back room. It's not very comfortable there. If you're hungry, that's not a bad thing. The service sometimes took a long time or forgot something. However, it was also very crowded. That happens sometimes. Overall a pretty good experience.

Pizza u.a. waren sehr gut. Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen. War ein einziges Mal hier, Samstagabend. Preis ist kein Schnäppchen.

Haben lecker Pizza und Pasta gegessen. Große Pizzen, sehr geschmackvoll, hätten nur gern etwas reichhaltiger belegt sein können. Zumindest die Hawaii Pizza. Saßen draußen. Also muss man mit etwas Lärm vom Westring leben. Uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Kommen gerne wieder. Preis-Leistung war vollkommen i.o. 2 Pizzen, eine Pasta und 3 Limonaden für 49 Euro.

Nette Atmosphäre, guter Service. Pizza kann man auf Wunsch Hälfte/Hälfte bestellen, falls man sich nicht entscheiden kann. Nudeln war eher semi - sehr fade. Gin Fizz war mega. Weinschorle geht immer. 👍🏻 Preislich okay. Wie der Norden so schön sagt „Also schlecht war es jetzt nicht“ Ps. Knoblauchsoße wäre der Grund, wieso wir wieder kommen.

Leckere dünne Pizza, guter Service!

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Restaurant. Wir hatten Pizzen und Spaghetti Alla Carbonara. Das Essen hat allen super geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war freundlich, leider wurde nicht nach gefragt ob man noch was trinken möchte. Wir saßen drinnen und leider ist die ganze Zeit der Zigarettenqualm reingezogen so das man sein essen nicht so genießen konnte. Leider war es auf allen Plätzen so. Ansonsten ein sehr gutes Erlebnis, auch das für die Kinder eine kleine Spielecke vorhanden ist und man Hunde mitnehmen darf. 👍

Dünne gut belegte klassische italienische Pizza. Perfekt! Auch die Pasta kann sich sehen lassen. Netter Außenbereich in dem man den Abend mit leckerem Essen genießen kann.

Un bon moment passé sur place. Pour une meilleur expérience il faudrait un petit plus coté pizza. Une garniture un peu plus riche et des saveurs plus prononcées. Le Fritz-Kola est top !

Wir waren das erste Mal hier, und es ist definitiv nicht das letzte mal. Wir hatten Vor-Haupt- und Nachspeise. Alles war sehr lecker und von der Porionsgröße super. Der Service war super, schnell und sehr nett. Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit in diesem Lokal.

Ich bin seit Jahren dort Stammkunde und fühle mich immer sehr wohl! Nettes Ambiente und immer sehr freundliches Personal. Speisen und Getränke sind abwechslungsreich und ausgewogen, Portionen sind in einer schönen, angemessenen Größe.
