Pizza war lecker, sehr groß und preiswert! Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ist gegenüber von Hauptbahnhof und sehr zentral.

Super lækre pizzaer med tynd bund og lækker sprødhed. Derudover var de så store de ikke kunne være på tallerkenen. Virkelig god mad til gode priser. Jeg var afsted med 2 børn på 6 år og det var helt okay. Vi var faktisk forbi denne restaurant 2 gange i løbet af vores ophold i Kiel, så de er bestemt et besøg værd.

Die Pizza war groß und lecker. Allerdings waren die Beilagensalate klein und wiesen bereits braune Schnittstellen und welke Blätter auf. Bei der Reklamation des Salats trafen wir auf Unverständnis und Ablehnung. Es wurde die Vorgesetzte hinzugezogen, die dies ebenfalls herunterspielte, jedoch (endlich) einen neuen Salat brachte, der nur wenig besser aussah. Der einzig funktionierende Wasserhahn in der Damentoilette ist so eingestellt, dass er die Kleider nass spritzt (das müsste der Belegschaft eigentlich auffallen).

Helt okej men inget utöver det vanliga. Vi åt pizza, pasta och till förrätt bruschetta. Pizzan var stor och smakade helt okej, pasta aglio e olio, perfekt kokt pasta och god smak 👌🏼 brushettan kunde de gett lite mer kärlek åt så hade den varit perfekt men som sagt inget större att klaga på utan helt okej och prisvärt. Bra service dock extremt stökig miljö, vi var där kanske när där var väldig hög tryck så vid ett annat tillfälle hade vi kanske fått en bättre upplevelse miljömässigt. Vi var två stycken och hade svårt att föra en konversation pågrund av ludnivån. Nu ville vi bara äta upp så fort som möjligt och komma ut därifrån vilket tyvärr drar ner betyget!

Very good food. Some part of the crust on the pizza is a bit burnt, but other than that perfect. Nice staff and a good experience. Can be a bit loud for some, but I enjoyed it.

Super tasty pizza. Tip: Order half a pizza because they are simply huge. This also works with two people. Very convenient. Unfortunately, parking spaces are only available in the surrounding parking garages. Always very busy in the restaurant. But you are rarely turned away. You can bridge the waiting time at the bar. A typical Osteria with huge pizzas and very tasty. However, the ambience is very loud

The pizzas are gigantic in size 🍕, so that they barely fit on the round table where the four of us sat down. Luckily one of us had pasta, which solved the space problem. The pizza is paper-thin and crispy. It's best to tear off pieces by hand, fold them and then enjoy. Nobody needs cutlery here 😄. The taste is absolutely great and the view into the open kitchen contributes a lot to the great ambience. In terms of price, everything is also in the green range. We would love to come back 👍.

The service was super quick at the start, you can't say anything against that. The pizza was also made relatively quickly, which was also great. But the quality of the pizza was poor in my opinion. First of all, the pizza was oversized and lay more on the edge of the plate than on the plate, which I found very unappetizing. Secondly, there was no tomato sauce on my pizza. Well, that may be due to the product itself or how the chef put the whole thing together. In any case, I didn't find it that tasty. And because the pizza was so huge, there was of course less dough left and as a result it was very thin and crumbly.

Great food. Right near the main train station. We were there at lunchtime. The restaurant was very well filled. The service wasn't that great. After we had our drinks and our food, we weren't asked once if we wanted any more drinks. The restaurant is modernly furnished. Although we weren't completely satisfied, the restaurant is definitely highly recommended.

We are here for dinner twice in three days. Delicious pizza and pasta. Fantastic desserts - we especially loved the chocolate soufflé with mango-passion fruit sorbet. Menus are available in German and English and the waitstaff speak great English.

We drove there from Laboe because they had no customers, so they stopped confirming orders at 10 p.m. and closed the kitchen. Stupid organization and planning from the owner.

The food was very good (salad and pasta), the pizzas are huge. The service (Axel) was very nice and quick. We didn't wait 10 minutes for our food. However, the noise level takes some getting used to. Nevertheless, an unreserved recommendation.

We wanted to grab a small bite to eat late at night (around 9:30 p.m.) after our day trip. The restaurant was still busy and was supposed to be open until midnight, so we asked two ladies outside if we could sit outside with our dog, and they said yes. After sitting outside for more than 5 minutes and no one came, we decided to sit inside so that we might be served promptly. I went in and asked a young man there if we could come in with the hind and explained the situation to him. He said to us, there's nothing left outside... Good thing I'm in, otherwise we would have waited outside for ages. The young man confirmed that we could use the selected table inside and brought us a card and cutlery. We order Cola and a salami pizza on two plates. The pizza was very large, even half of it hung over the edge of the plate. Portion and taste good. Very loud in the restaurant. The young man was very nice and hard-working, which unfortunately cannot be said about his two colleagues. Since we were only visiting, we won't be back any time soon, but we'll keep an eye out for the restaurant in our home zone ;-) I also think it's great that you can place repeat orders via your cell phone, which we didn't do and therefore can't say how well it works. However, we used the payment function via cell phone and it worked well. Tips can also be given, for example various roundings are offered.

Wir hatten ein Pizza und eine Lasagne. Die Pizza war riesig groß und dafür auch sehr gut belegt. Teig dünn und knusprig im Randbereich, geschmacklich okay... Die Lasagne in einer runden Form serviert, Portion eher überschaubar, geschmacklich gut. Der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, das Restaurant nicht wirklich gemütlich für meinen Geschmack. Verstehe den Hype nicht so richtig, gehe lieber zum "richtigen" Italiener.

Ship crew on lunch break. I made a reservation and wanted a table outside. I got one with a short wait and was even allowed to move to the shade when something became available there. The pizzas are really gigantic. Who is supposed to do this alone :-O. But it really tastes GREAT!! Wonderfully thin, but still not totally mushy and the edge is nice and crispy. One of the best pizzas I've had in a while. I also came here because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor. :) For dessert there was mousse au chocolate. Unfortunately, I was missing the airy, mousy quality here. It was more of a pudding. But the taste is great! The ambience is so-so...could be a little more comfortable...but with the train station and main streets close, it's not the best location. I think it's a shame that there would probably always be some of the pizza left over, otherwise I would love to come again.

It's a somewhat noisy place, so I don't recommend sitting in the middle of it if you still want to have a conversation. After 2 hours of waiting the order was canceled, absolute disgrace.

Not even one star deserved, there were two of us and we waited at the bar for 30 minutes until we could be assigned a table. We ordered straight away, drinks took 20 minutes, the food came 1 hour after we ordered the drinks. Still not. When asked, the food would be ready in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we still didn't get it, the tables next to us that had ordered 30 minutes after us received their food within 15 minutes. When we got our food we weren't asked once if everything was OK or anything like that that happens to our neighbors every few minutes. We were so dissatisfied that we wanted to talk to the branch manager, we explained the situation to her and apart from a few "we're sorry, the colleague made a mistake when sending the order" there was nothing. I can understand mistakes happen, but it's outrageous not to even offer us new drinks after our drinks were long gone before the food came. I never set foot in this store again, no compensation, no nice service and as soon as you have a question you are ignored. Update ** 04/26/024 After I gave you another chance and ordered delivery, I realized that this restaurant is pure audacity. As you can see in the following picture, I ordered at 8:08 p.m., delivery time 55 minutes was said. After an hour and a half I realized the food wasn't there, and as proven, I called 15 times until someone answered after 45 minutes. I asked how it could be that the food wasn't there yet and if he could check when my delivery would arrive, without him really looking, the phone said "all receipts are gone, food is on the way". He couldn't give any more information, which doesn't surprise me since he didn't even ask for the name or order number. Yes, as naive as I was, I received an email 2 hours after ordering that my meal had been canceled (photo proof). But yes, apparently my food was on the way, thank you very much and never again, this was the last time I was in contact with you and I do not recommend this restaurant in the Kiel location to ANYONE!!

Restaurant located directly at the train station. Almost full for Friday afternoon. Relatively loud background noise. Fast and good service. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked good. The pizzas are the same diameter as tires. Pizzas are well topped, very thin dough and the edges are like crispbread. You don't have to wait long for drinks and food, even though the restaurant was almost completely full. Gladly again.

Absolutely top! The pizzas are not only huge, they also taste very good. The price performance ratio is very good. The staff are equally friendly. The pizza dough is very thin, but the pizza's gigantic dimensions still fill you up quite well. Most people can't finish the pizza and have the rest packed. This is completely normal here. I took a photo of my pizza, but the size doesn't really come across well in the picture. Believe me, it's huge. We will be back definitely.

They have the best salad I have ever eaten. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the interior is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for guests.

The Kiel branch has seen better times. Staff not always friendly. The shop itself needs renovation, e.g. the covers on the benches. Food is okay. Of course, this is not really an Italian restaurant, but has a fast food character. But you can eat a pizza there if you can handle the noise. The acoustics are bad, you can't understand your own words.

We got a seat even though we hadn't reserved. Cozy sofa corner. The staff nice and friendly. The food was served quickly.

Great authentic Italian taste...

I have consumed at this restaurant twice now. The first time in a restaurant with a colleague. The beers we ordered (Bitburger 0.5) smelled like fat separators and had no carbon dioxide whatsoever, so they couldn't be enjoyed. The half-and-half pizza I ordered (Cesare and Degli something) were quite “thinly” topped and had more dough on the edges than sauce or toppings. Today I wanted to give the restaurant a second chance and ordered a Hawaiian pizza online with extra cheese (see photo), the pizza also had to be sliced. The pizza had already been baked and packaged when I arrived there 10 minutes before the pickup time, so it was cold when I ate it after a 3-minute walk to the hotel. In addition, there was enough pineapple, but you had to look for the ham and the extra cheese wasn't there at all. Although there was a "cutting pattern" pressed into the pizza, I still had to get a knife from the hotel to cut the dish into "boats". To make a long story short: NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

The boss has no idea how to talk to guests or she doesn't want to make an effort. Four of us wanted to eat pizza and our table was too small so we asked if we could move to a larger table. They said everything was reserved and then the restaurant manager told us in a barracks tone: "This is your table!"

Absolute impudence .. when I asked whether the terrace would still be fully open, the answer was simply no, why do we close the terrace at 6 p.m. .. when we asked it was 4 p.m. .. it's 23 degrees outside .. wow .. there's definitely a better way .. Thanks for nothing

A really very good Italian where you can eat very well. However, you should go there early or reserve a table, otherwise you have no chance of getting a table there. The pizzas there are amazing, the size of the pizzas alone is great, so there is no suitable plate for them. The staff is very friendly and attentive, you don't have to wait long for your food orders. If you're there at 5 p.m. it's still quiet, around 6 p.m. it gets full, really full and then the volume level is very high. All in all, a great restaurant that we can really recommend and if you leave there hungry, it's your own fault.

I visited L'Osteria restaurant in Kiel with my family and our experience was really excellent! It is the perfect place to enjoy a delicious and entertaining meal with your loved ones. We really enjoyed the variety of the pizza menu and the quality of the ingredients used. The service was quick and helpful, and the atmosphere was warm and friendly. We will definitely come back to enjoy the great food and great family atmosphere!

Very busy on weekend evenings (and therefore with a lot of noise) but even without a reservation we got a seat after sitting at the bar for a short time. The pizzas were large and tasty, the service was very friendly.

Food and service were good. However, it is very loud there and you are almost sitting on the lap of the person sitting next to you. It is very difficult to have personal conversations there without the person sitting next to you noticing something.

A really nice evening with food like in Italy and unbeatable service. I celebrated my birthday at L osteria Kiel and everything really went well. We were greeted very friendly and our service person was super friendly and always on hand throughout the evening. She even noticed that it was my birthday and brought me a surprise. The food is always very tasty. The pizza tastes like in Italy. I would like to thank you for the lovely evening and we would love to come back!!! 👍😊

This was my first time in this chain, but personally I don't understand the "hype". The pizza is ok and huge but that's about it. The store was packed which always makes it a little difficult to evaluate the service. They were friendly, everything was wonderful - but everything dragged on a bit... despite a reservation for 14, we had to sit at a table of 12... it worked, but it could be better. Personally, the pizza was a bit too dry for me. I will probably continue to visit the local pizzerias rather than the L'Osteria chain when I'm out and about. But you will definitely get full here.

We even got a seat on a Saturday evening without a reservation and had a short wait. It's loud and you sit person to person when there's a lot going on. But they have the service! Even when the restaurant is full, there are hardly any waiting times and thanks to the QR code at the table you can order more or pay yourself. The food was delicious and fairly priced.

Very disappointing, the lasagne smelled and tasted like a Maggi stock cube, I didn't touch it any further and wasn't even asked why. My daughter's spaghetti was hard and the pizza tasted OK, but the base was thin, tough cardboard. I've never experienced anything like that in any pizzeria before.

The meal was okay. Unfortunately there was an unexpected guest. We had a fly in the pizza. The pizza was renewed upon request. However, we received absolutely no apology for this in the first step. The service was okay and the waitress tried her best unlike the boss who wanted to come to us and didn't. The ambience didn't meet my expectations and I also got the wrong order. We don't want to go to losteria again. Unfortunately it was the worst Italian of our lives and we have never had such an experience in a RESTAURANT.
