Sehr netter Chef, nette Bedienung, die weise wie das Steak "entsteht" und die Namensgebung entstanden ist wurde auch erläutert. Der Wein war auch außergewöhnlich gut 🍷. Schönes Etablissement aber dierekt an der Straße, das ist der einzige Malus

Wir stehen 12.30 Uhr vor der Tür. Geschlossen. Was steht auf der Website: geöffnet. 👎

Wir waren Mittags vor Ort und haben den Bärlauchburger von der Mittagskarte gegessen. Absolut zu empfehlen, das Esser war super, das Ambiente sehr ansprechend und die Bedienung zuverlässig und freundlich. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder 👍. Tolles Paket zu einem wirklich guten Preis.

Leckeres Essen und freundliches Personal

Allein wird man wohl eh nicht wahrgenommen auch wenn mit Vermerk Geburtstag reserviert . Salat vergessen, wenn man sagt langsam kommt alles in Eilzugtempo. Steak vor dem Wein, dann findet es auch der Chef unnötig mal am Tisch zu erscheinen. Wenn man sagt Dessert erst nach dem Wein kommt auch das sofort. Für das muss ich nicht VOM Zentrum nach Striesen fahren...

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und fanden es super. Schneller, engagierter Service, klasse Essen. Meine Frau hat auf dem ganzen Weg nach Hause von den Spare-Ribs geschwärmt, und die findet sonst immer was zu meckern! Sogar einen Parkplatz haben wir gleich um die Ecke gefunden. Das Grundstück ist gut gegen Sicht nach/von draußen abgeschirmt, was etwas Intimität schafft. Was der Sichtschutz freilich nicht verhindern kann, ist der Verkehrslärm. Aber da kann man nichts machen. Das ist Großstadt, wo in der Stunde dreimal Blaulicht mit Sirene vorbeirast, und ein pubertierender Motorradfahrer schien den ganzen Abend seinen brüllenden Auspuff vorführen zu wollen. Darum ein Stern Abzug beim Ambiente. Aber nur wegen des unvermeidbaren Verkehrslärms, wenn man wegen des schönen Wetters draußen sitzen will. Ansonsten volle Empfehlung!

Ein wirklich schönes Restaurant mit gehobener Küche. Das Rib-Eye-Steak war absolut fantastisch und tatsächlich wie gewünscht medium-rare gebraten! Aufgrund einer kleinen Verständigungsschwierigkeit beim Service bekamen wir die bestellte Vorspeise nicht, aber die Qualität des Essens und die Freundlichkeit des Kellners haben das größtenteils wettgemacht.

Köstliches Ribeye-Steak! Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider wurde unsere Vorspeise vergessen, die wir dann nach dem Ribeye-Steak bekamen. Der Salat dazu war sehr lecker 😁 Absolut einen Besuch wert! ❤️

Also das Essen war ein Traum. Die Anrichteweise war mega. Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein, das ich dort was zu essen geholt habe.

Einfach fantastisch! Wir waren mit unseren beiden kleinen Töchtern da, und die Kellnerinnen und der Koch sorgten dafür, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlten. Dafür sind wir sehr dankbar. Der Service war insgesamt sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Und schließlich war das Essen AUSGEZEICHNET. Als jemand, der viele verschiedene Restaurants und Küchen testet, kann ich mit voller Überzeugung sagen, dass das Estancia zu den besten Restaurants gehört, die wir je besucht haben. Wir hatten Gulaschsuppe, Lammrücken, Hamburger, Ofenkartoffeln und Pommes. Alles war einfach perfekt. Anders kann man es nicht beschreiben. Wir kommen gerne wieder, aber das nächste Mal für einen romantischen Abend zu zweit ohne Kinder 😉

Tolles Steakhouse in wunderschöner, alter Villa. Das Restaurant ist schön eingerichtet. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker, Steak sehr lecker und auf den Punkt gegart. Der Beilagensalat hatte ein tolles Dressing. Reservierung ist zu empfehlen. Für Personen mit Mobilitätseinschränkung allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, da die Toilette im Keller und auch der Innenraum selbst nur über Treppen zu erreichen sind.

Nach vorheriger Anmeldung das wir .it einer Truple kamen, bekamen wir nach fast 2h warten unser Essen. Dazu war der Kellner noch unfreundlich und pampig. Was bei einem so höher preisigen Haus eine Unverschämtheit ist. Das Fleisch von Bürger und der Bürger generell war jedoch sehr lecker.

3 Sterne sinds nur wegen des tollen Service - der Burger war eher 2 wert. Fleisch furztrocken, beim Kauen auf ein gummiartiges Irgendwas gebissen, das an ein Stück Schwarte oder ollen Fettrand erinnerte. Suspekt. Außerdem viel zu viel Soße und derbe Salatblätter. Das kann ich selbst zu Hause besser. Schade, ich war bei euch mal Steak essen und das war echt super.

Am Samstag Mittag waren wir zu zweit dort Steak Essen. Wir hatten 1 x 400 g argentinisches Rib Eye und 1 x 300 g Australisches Steak. War das lecker! Das Steakhaus ist schon eingerichtet und der Service war perfekt. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Das absolute Lieblingsrestaurant meines Mannes. Wahnsinnig leckeres Essen, der Koch kam sogar persönlich an unseren Tisch um uns das Rindfleisch zu zeigen. Auch für Leute die nicht so gerne Steak essen, lässt sich was leckeres in der Karte finden. Auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Besuch im Restaurant. Die Vorspeise war geschmacklich überhaupt nicht frisch und schmeckte wie ein künstliches Produkt aus der Dose. Auf unsere Nachfrage bestätigte die Servicekraft sogar, dass die Vorspeise nicht im Restaurant selbst zubereitet wurde. Als Ausgleich wurde uns ein kostenloser Espresso angeboten, was wir in dieser Situation jedoch als unpassend empfanden. Leider wurde die Vorspeise trotzdem nicht von der Rechnung gestrichen. Insgesamt fanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und den Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde nicht zufriedenstellend.

Bestes Fleisch in der Stadt! Grossartiger Service, tolles Essen und wunderschönes gemütliches, stylisches Ambiente!

Besuchstag war Freitag, demensprechen gut gefüllt, es befand sich zudem eine private Gesellschaft im abgetrennten Bereich und dennoch gut bedient. Im Vergleich zu anderen Steakhaus Restaurant, ordentliche Qualität, aber herausragend ? Komme dennoch wieder, da Preis/ Leistung stimmte.

Sehr lecker hier, der höhere Preis ist gerechtfertigt. Das Steak war super und genauso wie bestellt.

Sehr schönes Restaurant Ich war überrascht etwas derartiges in Deutschland und Dresden zu finden. Das Essen war gut und ich habe es bisher nur in Portland USA mit mexikanischen Köchen besser erfahren.

Update 06.01.2026: Ganz große Enttäuschung heute!!! Wir kommen jedesmal über 40km angereist. Und heute stehen wir vor verschlossener Tür!!!! Sowohl bei Google als auch auf der Webseite steht, dass geöffnet ist! Dafür gibt es heute nur 1 Stern von mir. Meine Gesamtbewertung ändere ich nicht, da wir immer zufrieden waren ( sind im Jahr regelmäßig 3-4mal essen und immer sehr zufrieden ), heute waren wir aber maßlos enttäuscht!!!! Das geht deutlich besser und ein Google-Eintrag ist schnell editiert, wenn mal geschlossen ist! Schade. Update 06.11.2023 Wir sind nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Mein Filetsteak, diesmal 400gr und bestellt medium rare, war auf den Punkt gegart, perfekt. Auch die anderen 2 Filetsteaks waren perfekt, medium bestellt. Der Service freundlich wie immer. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Desinfektionspauschale von 50 Cent pro Gast ist einfach nur unterirdisch!! Wir kommen schon sehr lange hier essen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Auch bei unserem letzten Besuch am 3.6. war wieder alles Spitze. Aber auf der Rechnung war dann pro Gast eine Desinfektionspauschale von 50 Cent. Wie geschrieben, finde ich dies unterirdisch!! Die Flasche Desinfektionsmittel für die Tische kostet 10.- Euro und reicht ewig. Das Händedesinfektionsmittel reicht auch hinreichend. Das auf die Gäste mit 50 Cent pro Gast umzulegen empfinde ich als übelste Abzocke! Wir kommen sicher wieder, da wir immer zufrieden waren und sind. Aber es bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack über das Geschäftsgebaren. Hat der Chef das wirklich nötig??

Sehr leckeres Essen, guter Service und ein tolles Ambiente. Was will man mehr..?

Die Speisen bzw. Steaks waren richtig hochwertig, lecker, frisch und der Preis gerechtfertigt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und höflich. Leider bereits um 22Uhr Feierabend und das wurde einem ziemlich deutlich mitgeteilt. D.h. noch gemütlich sitzen bleiben und Cocktail, Longdrink schlürfen war nicht (hatten Tisch auf 20Uhr reserviert). Die Lage/Erreichbarkeit ganz gut jedoch mit Parkplatz sieht es im direkten Umfeld nicht besonders gut aus.

Der Service gehörte mit zum freundlichsten und besten, den wir je hatten (zumindest der erste Kellner an unserem großen Tisch)

Essen super,aber Mega Mega schlechter Service! Man erwähnt einen Geburtstag,dann wird gesagt schön für sie! Zudem am Nachbar Tisch ein Hund am Tisch sitzend,der mit der Gabel gefüttert wird!Hund okay,aber gehört unter den Tisch! Ohne zu fragen wurde zudem der Teller entfernt! Kein Lächeln Nix!

Super leckeres Essen und auch sehr freundliches Personal. Die Rippchen sind besonders zu empfehlen, von der kleinen Portion wird man locker satt.

Estancia Klotzsche has far surpassed Estancia Strießen (visiting both within a week certainly makes this assessment realistic). The service was uninspired, the meat was unkempt, and the baked potato looked as if it had come straight from the microwave. No one even asked if the meat was cooked to the correct doneness. The price/performance ratio is completely unacceptable! This will be our last visit, as this was the second time we've had such a bad experience. Three people and €200 – we should have left satisfied. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case!

A very nice restaurant with high-quality food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had the Estancia Burger – the meat was incredibly tasty and freshly prepared. I would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

As always, a small experience, but I still miss the Beefclub....

Great restaurant. Delicious food, but: I had reserved online and received no call or email. I thought that was normal. Then at the entrance, they told me I should have called about the reservation. Well, we were lucky and managed to snag two tables. The tip was quite high for a bill of €108. That's not how you want to be greeted. Otherwise, it was really great. Oh, and the server was having problems.

This is something you shouldn't miss if you're in Dresden.

We had lunch here, and everything was delicious. The menu offered a wide selection. The service was very friendly. We deducted one star for a few minor things that weren't quite right. We waited quite a long time for our food; one burger was missing the bacon that we ordered with it. Unfortunately, it was listed on the bill. One dish was missing a filling side dish, which we would have had to order separately. It would have been great if the waiter had pointed this out. But otherwise, everything was excellent.

Hungry from a short move, we wanted to go to Estancia Striesen nearby with three people without ordering. Unfortunately, they were completely booked, but they found a solution for us at two tables in the entrance area. This way, we were able to witness the very attentive customer service, both in person and on the phone (interesting!). Everything else, from the service to the food, was simply top-notch. We had burgers and the filet skewer – simply fantastic. Thanks to Mr. Zuber and his team. Thank you – we'll be back!

The Estancia in Striesen is my first choice when I want to eat truly good meat. Always cooked to perfection. The quality is consistently high – and yes, that comes at a price, of course, but it's absolutely justified. In addition to the classic dishes, there are also seasonal specials and a regular lunch menu for those on a tighter budget. The interior was recently modernized, and the "freshen up" approach suits the restaurant extremely well. A definite recommendation!

We stopped in spontaneously today after the trade fair and just barely managed to get a seat; everything else was reserved, which speaks for itself. We were served very nicely and quickly despite the full house. Drinks came quickly, and we didn't have to wait long for the food either. The Argentinian rump steak was a dream, and the burger was also incredibly delicious. (By the way, there was also a good selection of different dishes on the menu for vegetarians, which I think is quite good and tolerant, since in vegan or vegetarian restaurants, for example, there are no alternatives for meat eaters 🤷‍♂️)

A very nice restaurant with a lackluster service. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, the waitress disappeared after clearing the plates. Unfortunately, there were no drinks or dessert. What a shame!

A fantastic piece of fillet. Perfectly prepared. The draft beer was at the perfect temperature, and the dessert was a dream. Even the espresso was excellent. It's rare to see such pleasant service these days. We'll be happy to come back. Thank you very much.

We were at Estancia in Striesen yesterday and wanted to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary there. I had made a reservation by phone and mentioned that we wanted to celebrate this special day there. I was told, "That's great, we'll decorate your table especially beautifully." We were both really looking forward to the evening, dressed up especially, and I was really excited about our table. But when we arrived, we said our names and were assigned our table, but there was no beautifully decorated table. No way! I was very disappointed 😞 We had a good meal and spent a total of €100 for two people, which I think is quite expensive and something you can't often afford. When we wanted to pay, we said we had a voucher we'd like to redeem. My husband had received it as a gift for his 60th birthday. It was only a printed copy, as the giver had bought it very shortly via email but had paid properly as required. He then printed the voucher himself at home. Restaurant cards usually serve as vouchers, but our voucher also had a number on it, and that number must have been registered. The waitress apparently took this printout to the manager, Steffen Zuber. He came to our table and asked if the voucher was from us and if we should bring one along. When my husband came back, I asked him what was going on. He said they didn't believe the voucher was genuine. All I can say is, I was so annoyed and still am! We were treated like fraudsters, criminals. It was just so incredibly embarrassing, and for me, the evening was ruined and the mood was ruined. We told them the name of the person who had given us the voucher, and they actually contacted the person via WhatsApp and asked if it was true. Honestly, that's just not acceptable. It was so embarrassing and uncomfortable. We were simply ignored for a long time, not even looked at. We sat there, stunned, and no one spoke to us. My husband even called the person who had given us the voucher late in the evening to clarify everything, but even then, no one came to us to perhaps apologize and clarify the situation. I just walked out, completely angry and upset. This treatment of us is completely unacceptable! I will definitely not visit this restaurant again and will not recommend it to anyone!

A great restaurant, super friendly and fast service. And the steak was excellent.

Mixed. We were there recently. The waiters were friendly, the ambiance was the same, stylish, unchanged for years... However, I missed something this time: the typical style, the atmosphere was somehow different (years ago, we were explained the differences in steak using the "real thing" model). It's basically (just) a regular restaurant, even judging by the menu. The prices for "sides" like fries are very steep! Entrecote - yes, also just average in terms of presentation, you can get it elsewhere, and possibly even better. What a shame.

Four of us were guests for a birthday on Saturday evening, August 9, 2025, and had decided to visit this restaurant based on the good reviews. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The salad that came with the steaks we ordered was forgotten. Since there was no server, I went into the restaurant to inquire. After some time, the salad was brought. The 0.75-liter bottle of water was placed unopened in front of me on the table along with a glass. Of course, as a guest, I'm able to pour myself a glass!! But is that normal at this price level? The two glasses of water we ordered later arrived after a considerable wait. The spare ribs were, contrary to expectations, relatively tough and didn't fall off the bone. The steaks, on the other hand, were excellent. When dessert was served, we were informed that one of the ice cream flavors we ordered was out of stock. That can happen, but you could ask for an alternative before serving so that all guests could eat at the same time. In summary, we didn't go home particularly satisfied. It was an evening you have to forget. There are alternatives.

We visited this restaurant today and were absolutely thrilled! The steak main course and the drinks were simply outstanding – perfectly prepared, juicy, and full of flavor. We would especially like to highlight the attentive service of our waiter, Andrej, who took such good care of our little guest (3 years old). He provided colored pencils and paper for drawing – a thoughtful touch that delighted our son. The birthday boy even received an ice cream as a gift – a lovely and personal gesture! Both the food and the service were of the highest standard. We will definitely be back and recommend the restaurant.

Our steaks were excellent and cooked to perfection. My 400g ribeye was wonderfully seasoned. The vegetables were also impressive, although we found the steakhouse fries a bit too ordinary. The atmosphere is pleasant, and our waitress was super friendly. Thank you very much for the delicious evening.

We had a truly delicious meal. The staff was very attentive but not intrusive. The food was incredibly delicious, and we would love to come back.

We went to this restaurant situated in the hotel grounds hoping for a good meal in pleasant surroundings. Our experience fell far short of this. Having booked our table for 7:30 we ordered a bruschetta starter to share and mains of chicken gyro and Beefsteak vom Kalb. The restaurant was half full. 45 minutes later the server noticed that we had no food. She did not engage with us about the delay. Our mains then arrived 15 mins later but no starter. We told the server who had taken the original order that this had not arrived and we no longer wanted it. There was no apology either for the lengthy delay or the missing starter. The bruschetta appeared about 5 mins later and was intercepted and sent back by our server. The chicken dish comprised of 4 small pieces of pita bread, tzatziki, probably half a full chicken breast. The crowning glory was the salad- a dozen slices of cucumber and half a beef tomato sliced. The meat dish resembled a beef burger. We were so irritated at this point we just ate, paid and left. At no point was there any acknowledgement of the delay or missing dishes. There must be far better options in Dresden than this!

Nice ambiance, although a bit noisy for outdoor seating, as the restaurant is located right next to a busy intersection. Five people at our table ordered steaks. Although they all arrived at the same time, some were cold. Only steaks in the €50+ range seem to be served on a hot plate. The taste was okay, but there are better options. For the higher price, you definitely expect more. The unfriendly service was particularly noteworthy, and they also reacted disrespectfully to our request for improvements to the diaper changing area, which is disastrous for this price range.

Service and ambiance were top-notch. Unfortunately, two of the steaks in our group of four were not cooked to order (e.g., well done instead of medium). Considering the price, that's a real shame. However, everything was perfect for the other two.

We went out to eat today around 6:00 PM and had a starter, main course, and dessert, which was fresh and extremely well prepared. We really enjoyed the food. The menu had a very good selection. The service was very friendly and attentive, simply fantastic. I highly recommend this restaurant! Everything was prepared hot, quickly, freshly, and cleanly. We'll be back, more than impressed!

In a central corner of Dresden, teeming with foreign lunch options, I very much welcome the fact that a variety of fresh, monthly-changing German and local dishes are offered at a reasonable price. I took a closer look today. I have to say, everything was just right! The lunch dishes offered here are a perfect replacement for the doner kebab plate around the corner for the same price. If it's too loud outside for you, you can also head inside the tastefully decorated interior. This steakhouse, which has been in business for many years, is also well-known for its excellent quality of perfectly grilled Argentinian steaks! Great!

The restaurant was very nice. The weather was nice, so we sat outside. I didn't see the interior. The food was very good. There were four of us, and we all had steak. It was very good and cooked to order. The service was also very good. We didn't have to wait, and someone always came by if we needed anything. The location isn't very central in Dresden. The prices were a bit high, but reasonable for the selection and quality of the area. I can recommend it.

We visited the Estancia Steakhouse Striesen restaurant and were very satisfied. The atmosphere was pleasant and inviting. The meat was simply outstanding – very tasty, juicy, and perfectly prepared. My only minor criticism: The price for the shrimp seemed a bit excessive to me. But that didn't spoil the overall experience. Overall, everything was great! Thank you for the lovely evening, we'd love to come back.

The perfect place to enjoy a very well prepared steak

We had reserved a table for 2 people, but it wasn't necessary. The weather was great for the beer garden. Our service (Mr. Thomas 😉) was super nice and very friendly. All thumbs up for that. For dinner there was a wonderful, tender, juicy fillet steak. It's been a long time since I've eaten such good meat. The other side dishes we selected were also incredibly tasty. A meal to enjoy all around. To top it all off, the birthday child received a scoop of ice cream of their choice on the house. In short, we would love to come back 👍

El restaurante es muy acogedor, y el personal muy amable. Nos gustó mucho la hamburguesa y las albóndigas de carne. Seguro que estamos regresando.

Great steak, also delicious other dishes in a nice atmosphere and excellent service

The service, location but above all the food are absolutely amazing. We would give it 12/10. A super tender medium fillet steak and a medium rare rump steak with fantastic side dishes and a pepper sauce more than convinced us! We will come back, a big thank you to the service staff and the masters of the kitchen!
