I was surprised by the quality of the meat.

When they say that German kitchen doesn’t exists it’s true. Good meat and good service was totally dropped down by the bad preparation of food and long time waiting. 50 minutes of waiting and in the end we had to give back our steak, steak fries were bad. 🥩. Deserts were so so . Nothing special. If you want something good don’t go there . Regular restaurant.

The ambience is nice, the meat was grilled really well, only the leaf spinach was nothing (somehow almost cooked to death and not enough leaf structure). All other food was good. The service was a little busy but very nice.

If you want a nice steak or fillet, you've come to the right place. I've had the pleasure of eating here several times and have never been disappointed. Ingredients that are high quality for me are prepared perfectly. 👍🏻Of course all of this has its price. Everything is in the upper price segment. Whether a visit with children is worth it depends on your wallet.😉 The staff was always nice, polite and committed. Conclusion: absolutely recommended

One of the best steakhouses in Dresden. Meat and service are good, prices are appropriate for the service. The only catch is the limited parking spaces, which can only be found on the side streets in the area if you're lucky. In summer you can sit outside, which is even more pleasant than this time of year. Otherwise, always happy.

Expensive but worth it is what you think when you enjoy it and hopefully it is. Price increases from 39 euros to 45 euros and the dish has become a little less good in terms of side dishes and grilling accuracy, which is everything when it comes to a steak.

The two of us were there spontaneously this evening. We had a young waiter who really understood what this job meant. Tact, friendliness, professionalism. All the service staff were extremely friendly and accommodating but our main waiter was really great. It's nice that there are still people who do this job like this. We had a great evening, with delicious food, drinks and great salted caramel cheesecake. We were even allowed to take one of our daughters home with us. Thank you for the great service and the great food

The service was quick and extremely friendly. The food was delicious, the steaks were cooked to order. However, sitting outside on a busy street takes some getting used to for country bumpkins.

We ate at Estancia. Unfortunately, I had a terrible night behind me. I vomited several times and had severe stomach cramps. Otherwise the place is nice and the servers were nice. I ordered the Argentine fillet steak medium rare and then cooked it into strips on a hot stone. Unfortunately, the stone was warm for me and didn't cook my steak medium well. During the night I had severe stomach pain and vomited several times.

Very well-kept atmosphere, perfect meat, everything very tasty. We'd love to come back.

The food was ok. Not particularly good, but not bad either. For my taste, the price/performance ratio is not right here. The restaurant itself is nice. Quite large with really nice outdoor space. We would receive friendly service.

We were regular guests for a very long time, unfortunately the quality has decreased significantly in the same proportion as the prices have increased, which is a shame. Maybe things will be similar to before, we'll definitely try again at some point.

My family and I thought we were experiencing something special and unique. Unfortunately we were disappointed. No price-performance ratio. The salmon was raw, the pasta was hard, and the spinach was cold. The drinks overpriced. The dessert was delicious but also overpriced. 1 small scoop of ice cream 3.30 EURO. The service staff was friendly but hectic and overwhelmed. All in all we were there but we won't be back.

In short, food was good. What puts me off going here a second time are the prices. I still see it being good for the rump steaks. Although these are also extremely expensive. But €6 for a handful of fries or other side dishes - that's not possible. Sorry. Once and never again.

Really good steakhouse with very courteous service. Steaks were well grilled and very good quality. There were only discrepancies with the dessert, but the service was able to resolve them quickly and easily.

A little mixed about this restaurant… the customer service had its good points, the lady was pleasant. But the food left me with a bitter taste... The tartare was really the bad part of this dinner, we had ordered a larger portion by paying extra but the taste was not there, the accompaniments were not great either. The potato dish was okay. On the other hand, the bruschetta that we shared at the beginning was EXCELLENT.

1. Who let the young woman from the team attack the customers in such a restaurant in transparent tights where you can see her panties smoking? 2. Guest orders a medium-rare steak. Guest receives an undercooked rare steak. Guest hints at this and instead of an apology gets the cheeky statement: "You know that medium-rare has to be a little pink?" Of course I know that! I've been eating steaks for over 15 years and know that if a steak is RED (not pink) inside, cold and has a brown top crust of no more than 2 millimeters - it is considered an unfinished rare steak. 3. Since when do guests go to a fancy restaurant to eat steak and have to "cook" their own steak on the stone AND then pay for it?! (Statement from Tight's mistress: do it yourself as you like, so I don't have to run to the kitchen three times). Please clarify to this lady that steaks are not about "liking" steaks, but how they have to be, according to the boss's instructions and experience... and that she is paid for the "race". Three tables occupied, on Saturday. The drinks we ordered were “forgotten”. How is that even possible?! The invoice splitting was also made with errors... well, it's best to leave it alone. From now on, if you want steak: then Estancia Neustadt. The service here drops lower and lower every weekend...

The food was excellent as always. Our dog got a bowl of water without asking and when we got our food we also asked if the little one could have some too. There was delicious steak and burgers for us and a bowl of the finest fillet for the dog. Top service, best steakhouse if not best restaurant in Dresden!

As always, the food was very tasty, we also had our dog with us, who also got his own bowl filled with meat, which we found very accommodating and great. Gladly again! :)

As sorry as I am...but unfortunately I have to give a slightly worse review today. First of all: the food was, as always, very good! But.... We had a table for June 14th a while ago. had reserved. When we made the reservation, we stated that it was a special occasion because our son graduated from high school that day. We had ordered for 8 p.m. Because we were late, we called and told them so. Supposedly this shouldn't be a problem at all. We were there at 8:15 p.m. Pretty quickly we were asked if we had already chosen our meal. However, we weren't ready to say so yet. The answer to that was: "Well. You should order now. We were just waiting for you and the kitchen is about to close. You see what's going on here and Germany is playing today." Sorry. But that doesn't work at all. Perhaps you could have mentioned when making the reservation that the kitchen would be closed early due to this football game and that 8 p.m. would therefore be quite late. Or you can just do your job and refrain from making such comments. It was Friday evening and yes... there are still people who would rather celebrate a special occasion instead of watching the TV. Just a shame. I mean... we didn't run into some cheap place, we paid a lot of money for the good food. You can also expect great service. The announcement really dampened our mood and pretty much ruined the evening we had been looking forward to for so long. A real shame. Because we always enjoyed coming to the Estancia.

Service was super nice and accommodating, the atmosphere was good. Food tastes good. However, the prices are decent. Salmon fillet with 5 thin asparagus spears, although I missed the asparagus taste, it was a bit small for an adult.

Great food and good service! I thought it was a great birthday surprise for our birthday guest! The ambience is ok, I found the background noise too loud, but otherwise everything was great! Gladly again!

First class house. Good service. And heavenly steaks, expertly prepared. Not cheap, but at some point you have to afford it. Even our dog got a portion of beef (not calculated) to his delight.

Great restaurant, great food and friendly service, but inappropriate music! In a steakhouse you don't expect to be blasted with loud techno music. Country or neutral strumming would be more appropriate, so definitely more comfortable.

The food was super tasty. The staff was very attentive.

I ordered a medium-rare burger, but they brought a medium-well one. When I ordered again, they brought a well-done burger. The service asks if everything is ok without expecting a negative response because as soon as I very politely pointed out the incorrect cooking, they insisted it was right, despite it being obvious. Then, they spoke over me and abruptly took the dish to replace it. The second time, when they checked if the food was ok, I mentioned it was actually well-done and just because I followed saying “that’s ok” and I didn’t ask for another one, they showed immediate relief. This is not appropriate service behavior from someone who truly cares about their customers. The basics of human’s communication is to make sure that before asking someone their opinion, you need to be prepared for a negative answer. This is the first time in my life I’ve asked for my dish to be replaced, and it was for a very good reason. I’m not blind or ignorant to the cooking method; I have been eating burgers my whole life.

I like to eat out, sometimes a little more upscale or expensive. I was at the Estancia for the first time with a few friends. First impression: the ambience is, to say the least, sober; There's a certain GDR charm in the air and some things like the cloakroom cupboard in the middle of the dining room or the (dimmed) flickering bright floor lamp are really inappropriate. The pricing is simply a disgrace - you're happy that you don't have to pay anything for the cutlery. Broccoli as a side dish for 9 euros? Ketchup for 1.50? Herb butter? - also works extra for €2.50! At least there is a small salad included. The food (fillet steak, fries, beans, panna cotta) was tasty (but that's to be expected), but the portions weren't exactly generous considering the price (€70 with tip). The service was friendly and fast, but I still found the prices completely exorbitant due to the location (far from the city center, poor parking situation). More for business lunches, for me it was at least the first and last time. If I want to eat a delicious steak again, I'll go to Steak Royal, where the price/performance ratio is still right.

The restaurant located in the Artushof building invites you to have lunch and dinner. The ambience impresses with its mediocrity in the style of the late 90s. The table is clean and accurately set and the menu is extensive. Our service was barely friendly, a drink was mixed up but replaced immediately. The food was neatly prepared and tasted very good. All nice, but not a great experience.

Everything started upon arrival. We had made a special reservation the day before. When we got there, no one knew. The lady then told us that with online reservations you have to wait for confirmation. 1) Such information must be provided on the website. 2) We made a reservation on Friday morning. So no one looked at the reservation requests for over a day. 3) The subsequent statement that you are making an exception is not possible at all. At best you feel patient but not welcome. When we ordered the carpaccio, it came to our table without any spices or anything else. We were served an oil and balsamic vinegar. When I asked why there was no truffle oil, I was told that it was extra. However, this was not advertised as an extra on the board. The waitress then explained to me that this was what it said on the menu. I then explained to the waitress that this was not on the board. Please write things like this out clearly. Another guest also agreed with me that this was confusing and he didn't receive his bread. What's also not possible is that everything is really extra. E.g. a small ketchup for fries for 1 euro. Please include this in the price. Something like that seems petty and inappropriate. By the way, the steak was okay. Blockhaus can do better with the crust. I deliberately compare it to Blockhaus because the Estancia gave me the impression of a steakhouse chain. Take my advice to heart, otherwise your restaurant will go under in a few years.

16 euros for quark and potatoes? 25 euros for 450g of spear ribs? Before Corona, they cost 12 euros. Then they went to 17 euros, citing Corona and not enough guests - and now 25 because of 19%! You don't have all the fences on the fence. Shame on you! For the canteen ambience, the unfriendly service and the little bit of food on the plate? The prices are absolutely out of the question!

Sehr schöner Abend,ich war mit meinen Angestellten zur Weihnachtsfeier da. Wir sind schon zum 4mal dort. Essen wie immer sehr lecker und Personal auch sehr freundlich. Deshalb das Fazit: Daumen hoch und immer wieder.

Gut erreichbar ,zentral gelegen an den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln...Schönes Ambiente und flotte Bedienung, sehr gute Fleischqualität aber auch Salat und Gemüseliebhaber werden belohnt...Zeitgemäß eingerichtet,Geschmackvoll ohne viel Schnickschnack,Platzreservierung wird empfohlen... Wir gehen hier als Liebhaber von guter Fleischqualität her...wurden nicht enttäuscht ..

Update 06.11.2023 Wir sind nach wie vor sehr zufrieden. Mein Filetsteak, diesmal 400gr und bestellt medium rare, war auf den Punkt gegart, perfekt. Auch die anderen 2 Filetsteaks waren perfekt, medium bestellt. Der Service freundlich wie immer. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Desinfektionspauschale von 50 Cent pro Gast ist einfach nur unterirdisch!! Wir kommen schon sehr lange hier essen und waren immer sehr zufrieden. Auch bei unserem letzten Besuch am 3.6. war wieder alles Spitze. Aber auf der Rechnung war dann pro Gast eine Desinfektionspauschale von 50 Cent. Wie geschrieben, finde ich dies unterirdisch!! Die Flasche Desinfektionsmittel für die Tische kostet 10.- Euro und reicht ewig. Das Händedesinfektionsmittel reicht auch hinreichend. Das auf die Gäste mit 50 Cent pro Gast umzulegen empfinde ich als übelste Abzocke! Wir kommen sicher wieder, da wir immer zufrieden waren und sind. Aber es bleibt ein fader Beigeschmack über das Geschäftsgebaren. Hat der Chef das wirklich nötig??

Das Essen war gut, der Service unterirdisch. Am Sonntag Abend um 20:30 Uhr wurde ich begrüßt mit den Worten: "die Küche schließt in 20 Minuten." Und so ging es weiter... Schade.

Essen war echt lecker. Ausreichend große Portionen. Auf alle Fragen wurde nett und kompetent geantwortet. Sonderwünsche wurden ohne zu meckern erfüllt. Preislich etwas höher aber bei der Fleisch Qualität ist das auf alle Fälle gerechtfertigt. Kommen gerne wieder

Günstige Mittagskarte, gute Auswahl an Steaks. Angenehme Atmosphäre und freundliches Personal. Sowohl im Sommer draußen als auch drinnen zu empfehlen.

Wie man auf dem Bild sehen kann, gab es bei uns 2 ordentliche Stücken Steak, die so unfassbar gut waren, dass ich weit über mein Sättigungsgefühl gegessen hatte 😂❤️ Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett und wir kommen definitiv wieder 💕

Bereits mehr als nur einmal in diesem tollen Restaurant gewesen. Leckeres Essen auf qualitativ hohem Niveau.

Einfallsloser Salat aus der Tüte, Dressing aus der Flasche, Steak bzw Surf&Turf recht gut, aber leider überbraten. Für ein Restaurant mit dieser Preiskalkulation bitte mehr Info zu dem Fleisch: "Steak, Argentinien" ist recht weit gefasst... Spätestens bei der Diskussion um neues Besteck nach der Vorspeise ("wir haben nicht so viel davon" - aha?!) hatten wir uns geistig für immer verabschiedet.

Zum Hochzeitstag hat mich meine Frau in dieses hübsche Restaurant entführt. Der Tisch war sehr hübsch geschmückt und die Bedienung absolut top. Das Essen sucht seines gleichen genau wie die nette Desserteinladung zum Hochzeitstag. Alle waren mega freundlich und aufmerksam und das Essen bekommt 10 Punkte plus. Danke für einen unvergesslichen Abend. Wir kommen definitiv wieder, weil der Gast ist wichtig für euch und ihr versteht euer Handwerk

Wir waren zu dritt zum Mittagessen unter der Woche und hatten Vorspeise, Hauptgang und Dessert. Bruschetta war lecker, das Baguette allein schon sehr empfehlenswert. Die Mittagskarte ist sehr zu empfehlen, die Angebote vergleichsweise günstig, die Qualität von Fleisch und Zubereitung (auch die des einen vegetarischen Gerichts) herausragend. Der Service war die gesamte Zeit (immerhin knapp zwei Stunden) äußerst aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Man fühlte sich sehr willkommen. Das Ambiente im Restaurant ist ein bisschen "verstaubt", es ist ein wenig aus der Zeit gefallen. Vor dreißig Jahren war dieses Interieur sicher eher exklusiv. Das Besteck wird offenbar auch schon länger verwendet, es hatte diverse Gebrauchsspuren. Tischdeko und Servietten wirkten wertig, diesbezüglich war es wie bei "Blockhouse" im Norden der Republik. Da es aber erst einmal um Essen und Service geht, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Das Essen war lecker. Aber die Relation Portionsgrösse bzw. Extrabeilagen wie zb. Kräuterbutter (2,00 Euro) sind realitätsfremd. Man sollte bei manchen Beilagen, wie zB. Parmesan-Trüffel-Pommes die Preise nochmals überdenken (Portionsgrösse).

Die Rippchen waren sehr gut, das 400g Rumpsteak hatte einen sehr dicken Fettrand und war von einer Sehne durchzogen, leider war es auch Medium Plus statt Medium Rare. Auf die Anmerkung beim Bezahlen wurde patzig reagiert als hätte man keine Ahnung, was bestellt wurde. Die Anrichtung auf den Tellern ziemlich lieblos (da würden es wahrscheinlich schon ein schöner Teller ändern).

Es ist immer wieder super hier und das schöne ist jetzt gibt es auch für die Vierbeiner eine Karte.

Ich habe im Hotel Artushof übernachtet und war am ersten Abend hier essen. Super lecker. Der Service war reserviert freundlich, aber okay. Am zweiten Abend hatte ich mich nach einem Arbeitstag auf ein Essen gefreut. Angeblich seien alle Tische im Garten reserviert... Mein Zimmer hatte einen Balkon direkt über dem "voll ausgebuchten" Garten...es waren am Abend maximal 3-4 Tische besetzt....Schade!

Great pork ribs where the meat just falls from the bone. The steak tartare was excellent although it was of the “ build your own variety” all the ingredients come on the plate with the chopped beef, and you mix in what you want. Helpful staff there to quickly answer all questions. I can highly recommend.

Die Vorspeise und die Kindergerichte waren gut. Das Fleisch und Ribs waren lecker und die Bedienung ist ok. Die Preise sind bisschen viel. Werde ich es empfehlen.

Bei meinem Besuch mittags kaum besucht- die Kellnerin mußte ich in der Küche suchen- Betreuung kühl und uninteressiert. Das bestellte, nicht eben preiswerte Steak, roch stark unangenehm. Die Kellnerin fand nichts Besonderes dabei- leider auch der Koch nicht. Ein absolut negatives Ergebnis. Das Angebot, ein neues Steak zu preparieren habe ich abgelehnt- mein Getränk wurde mir nicht erlassen. Ich werde das Steakhaus nicht wieder besuchen!

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, Getränke kommen sehr sehr schnell, nur leider rauchen die Gäste vor dem offenen Fenster und es zieht rein. Garderobenhaken sind schief, Lampenkabel liegen offen herum. Auf die Rechnung haben wir 30 min gewartet.... Mit leeren Gläsern. Ansonsten kann man es trotzdem nur empfehlen, da andere Bedienungen sehr engagiert wirkten.
