The ice cream tasted very artificial, the atmosphere was rather poor, and overall, the ice cream parlor didn't convince me at all.

Tourist rip-off? I ordered a Nutcracker sundae without nut liqueur and got a sundae with three scoops of nut ice cream, whipped cream, and praline, a glitter flag, and two wafer cookies. Not a single nut worth cracking was in the sundae. It even stated so on the carelessly designed ice cream menu without any pictures. Anyone who thinks this is a scoundrel is a scoundrel. Okay, I overlooked that, but who would assume that an ice cream sundae called a Nutcracker doesn't contain nuts? Just as you wouldn't expect a strawberry sundae without strawberries or a banana split without bananas. I could have bought three scoops of nut ice cream for €1.50 each and a portion of whipped cream for €1, and that would have only cost €5.50. So I paid €9.50 for the "Nutcracker" sundae. Why? The espresso I drank first wasn't an espresso either, but just a strong coffee. The espresso cup was filled with coffee up to 5 mm below the rim, and it tasted flat and slightly sour. I should have known this, since there were only two other customers in the entire ice cream parlor at the peak of the day. It's a shame, I've had much better elsewhere.

Everything was perfect. The service was friendly, and the ice cream and coffee were delicious.

The ice cream is okay, as is the ambiance. Unfortunately, the waiter doesn't know how to say please or thank you.

Unfortunately, the ice cream was consistently either artificial or tasted of little to no flavor, and two out of four scoops had a lot of ice crystals. The iced coffee was okay, except for the numerous ice crystals.

We were here today with a large group to get ice cream with the kids. Since the line next door was too long, we queued here, even though the price was higher (€1.50 vs. €1.30 per scoop next door). We understand that the selection is still limited at the beginning of the season, but to be served ice cream that tasted absolutely artificial was a huge disappointment. And the scoops were very small. I haven't had such bad ice cream in a long time, if ever. There were many varieties in the group (lemon, strawberry, blueberry, walnut, dolphin, chocolate...), and apart from "way too sweet," "tastes like bubble gum," and "tastes artificial," we didn't hear any comments. Only the waffles were tasty, but next time we'd rather stand in the long line next door. What a shame.

The ice cream tasted very good, but there was too much air added to it for me personally. So the ball is of course bigger.

Worst fruit ice cream we have ever eaten! 4 different types, all the same dirt. If I want flour I go to Maxelbäck opposite! Damn, we won't visit you anymore...

You really wonder how a shop like this survives. The staff was catastrophic 🤣.

Here you can sit comfortably outside, good selection of ice cream, cappuccino also very tasty with lots of milk foam 😋

Wednesday buffet The culinary autumn

Indoor & outdoor seating. Nice ambience. Price-performance ratio fits. Unfortunately we had to wait a little longer to place the order. Seemed a bit overwhelmed and uncoordinated. The queue for ice cream to take away was very long.

We went there today for ice cream with our two children. However, we didn't get anything. We waited 25 minutes until we could order. After the waitress told us when we asked that he didn't know how long the ice cream would take, we left without ordering anything. It's a shame about the lost time. Even though there was a lot going on, that can't be excused. Then just say right at the beginning that waiting times of 1 hour are possible today. We're not coming anymore.

Super delicious ice cream and nice staff. Cherry and mango are particularly recommended.

The ice cream sundaes we ate were really impressive. Drinks were deliciously chilled and ice cream was very tasty 😋 The best thing was the toilets... you could take the elevator down and back up... really, really great, we'll be back. Thank you very much

Wir haben einen Joghurt-Fitness-Becher für 8,90 € bestellt. Da mein Mann Diabetiker ist, ohne Eis. Laut Karte wären das Naturjoghurt, Knuspermüsli, Nüsse und frischer Obstsalat. Stattdessen hat mein Mann einen Becher mit Vanille und Schokoladeneis bekommen. Der Obstsalat bestand aus einem kleinen Stück Melone und einer Scheibe Kiwi. Joghurt und Nüsse musste man suchen. Dazu ewig gewartet. Wenn es möglich wäre würde ich keinen Stern geben.

Leckeren Eisbecher zu einem humanen Preis genossen.

Nach unserem Besuch im Rokoko Schlösschen haben wir uns im Eiscafé Escavinum mit einem Eiskaffee gestärkt. War absolut okay. Ordentliche Portion zum ordentlichen Preis. Von Ambiente oder so kann aber eher keine Rede sein.

Nie so schlechtes Eis gegessen, gefrorenes Wasser und absolut geschmacklos. 4 Sorten bestellt, und alle schmecken gleich nach sauer.

Bestes Eis in Veitshöchheim und toll das wieder der Betrieb aufgenommen wurde im Esca!

Mittlerweile auch wieder als Restaurant zugehörig zum Hotel Weisses Lamm geöffnet. Sehr gut. Ich war hier zum Abendessen. Leider war nicht viel los, was wahrscheinlich dem Mittwoch Abend geschuldet war. Das Essen, mir wurde ein Wrap mit fritierten Hähnchenbruststreifen serviert, hat sehr sehr lecker geschmeckt. Auch das Bier, hier von Keiler, schmeckt gut. Der Kellner an der Bar war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr angenehm. Leider gibts noch einen Kritikpunkt. Die Preise sind schon sehr hoch. Vor allem wrnn man bedenkt, dass im nahem Umkreis ettliche Lokale mit gleichwertiger Qualität aber deutlich billigeren Preisen sind. Zum Beispiel der Salat mit Putenstreifen. Im Escavinum 18,90€ zwei Häuser weiter für 13,80€ zu haben. Hier würd ich noch mal rechnen.

Das Eis ist super lecker und man kann sich bei der Wundertüte die Sorten aussuchen. Mir hat bisher jeder geschmeckt und die Größe ist auch angemessen

Ich hatte für heute, bereits seit einer Woche, für 8 Personen ein Frühstück gebucht und auch reserviert. Als wir ankamen, war unser Tisch besetzt! Das Personal war mit der Situation sichtlich überfordert. Nach einiger Zeit haben wir einen Tisch im Nebenzimmer bekommen, der erst noch schnell gedeckt werden musste. Als wir an das Buffet kamen, war fast alles leer, auch da mussten wir wieder warten bis aufgefüllt war. Alles in allem kein schönes Geburtstagsfrühstück. Das Personal hat sich zwar mehrmals entschuldigt, was aber trotzdem die Angelegenheit nicht besser gemacht hat. Wir werden in Zukunft anderweitig frühstücken.

Das beste Eis was ich persönlich in Deutschland gegessen habe !!!! Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Ich habe hier eine Kugel Eis gegessen. Alle Fruchteissorten sind vegan, ich hatte Zitrone-Basilikum. Das Eis war cremig und war nicht zu süß. Die Kugel war groß und kostete 0,90€. Ich fragte, ob es möglich sei, eine halbe Portion Sahne zu erhalten. Dieser Wunsch wurde unkompliziert erfüllt, obwohl dies regulär nicht angeboten wird. Sehr freundlich! Als Sonderangebot gibt es eine Wundertüte mit sechs Kugeln für 3,50€, mit Sahne kostet die Tüte 4,00€. Es sind auch diverse Eisbecher im Sortiment. Ungefähr die Hälfte des Sortiments (etwa 20 Sorten) besteht aus Fruchteis (z.B. Brombeere, Aprikose, Orange, Himbeere), der Rest ist Milcheis.

Das Eis schmeckt, als auch preislich vollkommen akzeptabel. Personal ist höflich und schnell.

Ich war schon mehrmals hier und ich wurde nie enttäuscht. Der Service ist sehr feindlich und das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Preis Leistung ist Top! Sehr gute Weinauswahl zu fairem Preis!

Samstag Abend Primetime und das Lokal war trotzdem so gut wie leer. Bedienung war freundlich und auf zack. Bier gut gezapft. Könnte etwas kälter sein. Das war es dann aber auch schon mit dem positiven. Das Essen war sein Geld absolut nicht wert. Zu wenig Fleisch und auch die Pommes hätten mehr sein können. Der kleine Beilagensalat verdient zu recht seinen Namen klein. Insgesamt für das Essen leider nur eine 4-. Was total genervt hat und auch der Grund war warum wir nicht länger wie nötig geblieben sind war aber die unglaublich nervige Musik die da im Hintergrund gelaufen ist. Das hatte was von einer Yoga Sitzung oder Besuch bei den Mönchen. Zudem waren es insgesamt nur 4 Lieder die sich immer wieder wiederholten!! 3 chinesische Mönchslieder und dann ein Lieder deutscher Schlager. Sorry aber so kann man seine Gäste auch vergraulen. Die wenigen Personen die mit anwesend waren hielten es anscheinend auch nicht so lange aus. Ruck Zuck waren die nach dem Essen verschwunden. Gemütlich nach dem Essen noch ein Bier trinken stelle ich mir anders vor. Tut mir leid. War leider alles genau so.

Vom Ambiente sieht das Restaurant sehr edel aus. Das Essen war okay! Ich hatte Wildschweinkeule, die war wirklich gut. Das Wienerschnitzel meines Mannes war okay. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Weinauswahl ist sehr gut.

Waren zum Abendessen da und es gab nichts zu meckern. Schnelle Bedienung, Essen war alles frisch zubereitet. Sogar die Sauce Hollandaise war selbstgemacht. Kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!!
