Elan in Berlin

The food was delicious, unfortunately the reservation didn't work out, but we still got a table without any problems.

For Christmas Eve I ordered 2 roasted geese from Elan to pick up, which were ready on time, crispy and smelling delicious. That's how they tasted too. I would order again and again, the oven at home stays clean.

The food is excellent and the portions are large. The selection is great: there is something delicious for every taste. The service is very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back!

Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. However, I was disappointed with the food on both visits. The goose was recently overcooked and unfortunately too dry.

We had Christmas goose... The meat was tender and the side dishes were well seasoned... the rosé was delicious ;-).. the service was super friendly and accommodating.. I was completely satisfied and can only recommend the restaurant 👍

The Kässpätzle were almost cold, watery, fake cheese. The skin of the Chaumes or similar in the spaetzle. Add cold red onions to the roasted onions. Few. The place was cold. We waited 75 minutes for food. Never again.

I was here on the 2nd Advent weekend for goose dinner and my friend had veal liver Berlin style, we are thrilled! Super tender and the side dishes are all super freshly prepared, you can tell the quality and love here.

I always enjoy coming here, and I highly recommend the weekly menu with great dishes from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The friendly service and the service are simply great. See you!

Goose meal & à la carte food! The fairly small and cozy restaurant really tries to please everyone. You pay a medium to below average price for good food. The goose on St. Martin's Day was very tender and really tasty. Many people particularly enjoyed the kale! Elan please keep it up!

Wonderfully roasted goose, cut into pieces after cooking, so it was beautifully cooked in its own fat and sauces. It was really delicious.

Just one service. Waited 25 minutes for the food. Large salad as main courses, was ok. and pike perch with pumpkin vegetables. Extremely small portion. Pretty cold in the dining room. Places half occupied. I won't go there anymore.

Really lovely, attentive, prudent, customer-oriented service. The Kaiserschmarrn was awesome. Prices okay. Only the somewhat intrusive, sweet room scent is a bit extreme for us. Otherwise gladly again👍

The food at Elan is incredibly tasty and lovingly prepared, the service is friendly and courteous (the young waitress is particularly charming). The homemade Kaiserschmarren for dessert with plum roaster, made from fresh plums and a scoop of walnut ice cream was a treat for the palate. Worth a recommendation 🤩

My wife and I went to the Elan restaurant again yesterday evening. My wife ordered an excellent salad, I opted for various tapas. These were very tasty! Also to mention: the aioli cream was great! The dessert was also excellent!! (Ice cream with warm chocolate cakes). The ambience is very nice. The service is super friendly and very obliging! Keep it up!!

The best burger I have ever had. The music and atmosphere of this restaurant is by far the best in Berlin. I will visit here again.

Unfortunately, I can't quite share the huge enthusiasm. We were there a few days ago at lunchtime. The service is an A+ with stars, it couldn't be better... but the food... I had chanterelles with fried potatoes and scrambled eggs for 21 euros and this price is a disgrace. The portion was very small, the scrambled eggs were unappetizing and runny, the fried potatoes were fine, but the chanterelles were very good. The food was carelessly slapped onto an ugly plate. I wouldn't have expected something like this for this beautiful ambience and the high prices, it's a shame and as I said... completely overpriced...

Cosy and quiet place. If you want relaxed lunch or dinner with beautifully made adn very tasty cousins, this is the great lplace to have it. Good German cuisine, but also international dishes. There are tapas, for example. There are changing menus, for example duck and goose at Christmas or sometimes game dishes or asparagus. We are here regularly. The shop is always quite busy and is already busy in the mornings for breakfast and brunch. Service is always very friendly and on the ball. Sometimes there is so much going on that it gets a bit hectic or you have to wait a bit. The shortage of skilled workers does not stop our enthusiasm. So you have to come to terms with that in the future anyway. The owner is always very friendly and sometimes has a few special offers for the neighbors. So I can't write anything bad about the restaurant. Keep it up!

We went to Elan for our birthday breakfast. The food and service was good. 1 star is lost for the 1 hour waiting time and the obtrusive smell of the toilet.

Everything was great. Dessert or Kaiserschmarrn with ice cream was better than in Austria! CLASS!

Für uns war es der erste Besuch hier heute. Ein gemütliches Ambiente mit netter Bedienung waren die ersten Eindrücke. Das Essen war gut und ideenreich angerichtet (kleiner Salatbeilagenteller). Wir hatten Kalbsgeschnetzeltes. Das Fleisch war für Kalb recht fest und teilweise zadderig. Das hätte gerne etwas besser sein können. Sonst waren wir zufrieden. Preislich gerade noch ok. Würden wir das Restaurant weiter empfehlen? Jein Würden wir wieder kommen? Jein Parkplätze in der Nähe zu finden ist ein Glücksspiel.

Auch 1 Stern ist zuviel . Mein Essen war eine Zumutung ! Schnitzel mit Spargel . Der Spargel war Ok doch das sogenannte Schnitzel musste man suchen . ( schade , habe vergessen ein Foto zu machen . ) Nach langem Warten war das Essen auch fast kalt , nicht nur bei mir, auch bei anderen Gästen .Das Bedienungspersonal hat unsere Beschwerde zugestimmt . Wenn ich alleine gewesen wäre , hätte es massiven Ärger gegeben .

Sehr leckere Gerichte in gemütlichem Ambiente mit netter und immer aufmerksamer Bedienung. Der Wirt Elan ist auch immer nett und gut gelaunt. Absolut empfehlenswert und immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Wir kamen dahin, weil ein spätes Frühstück auf Website angegeben war. Gab es aber nicht, und keine Bemühung, etwas anderes als ein Kartengericht anzubieten - trotz der Extra-Anfahrt und der mühsamen Stufenüberwindung mit Gehstützen (s.u.)

Wir hatten einen Tisch reserviert mit der Angabe, dass viele Kinderwagen dabei sein werden. Uns ist der komplette hintere Bereich freigehalten worden. Somit konnten wir alle sechs Kinderwagen im Lokal unterstellen. Es war für uns eine sehr entspannte Zeit. Der Service war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt absolut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir haben reserviert und kamen mit 6 (!) Kinderwagen und wurden sooo lieb empfangen! Uns wurde sehr viel Platz geschaffen und das Personal war so super lieb und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden ganz lieb willkommen geheißen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Unsere Gruppe wurde mit unseren sechs Babys sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient. Habe ich so noch nicht erlebt. Das Essen und die Getränke waren ebenfalls super- wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Wir hatten eine ganze Gans bestellt und bekamen diese bereits tranchiert und mussten leider feststellen, das nicht das ganze Fleisch bei uns angekommen ist, die gäsnebrist fehlte und leider gab es keine Füllung und der Grünkohl war auch nicht mehr da. Für alle, die sich zukünftig eine Gans bestellen... Lasst sie im Stück an den Tisch bringen und dort tranchieren. Es ist wirklich sehr bedauerlich, bisher war das Essen immer gut, damit hatten wir nicht gerechnet. Schade

Alte und harte Kartoffeln, Roastbeef trocken wie eine Schuhsohle. Bedienung zeigte sich uneinsichtig. Schade drum, wo der Laden mal so gut war. Absolute Katastrophe! Finger weg!

War mal sehr gut, ist aber sehr teuer geworden. In der Küche steht Grünkohl im Glas von Kühne und Fertigsoße von Knorr. Dazu keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Bei den Preisen würde ich erwarten, dass frisch gekocht wird. Sehr schade.

Das Essen ist gut aber die männliche Bedienung ist nicht wirklich umsichtig, was das Geschirr und Besteck betrifft hat er leider keinen Überblick und auch bei der Bestellung weiß er nicht , wer etwas hatte . Schade, aber man lernt ja immer dazu. Die weibliche Bedienung ist super freundlich und wirklich auch zack 👍

Nettes Café. Uns als Gruppe war die Musik am Sonntag zum Frühstück um 10 Uhr zu laut - übrigens bereits wiederholt dort in diesem Cafe festzustellen. Dies ist jedoch sicher Geschmackssache...

Super schönes Restaurant in dem man sehr gemütlich drinnen sitzen kann, aber auch draußen gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten. Was wir besonders lieben ist das Frühstück. Verschiedene immer leckere Platten und Brötchen. Und man kann bis 14 Uhr frühstücken, Ideal für Langschläfer :)

Waren das erste Mal dort und es war doch etwas ungemütlich, man sitzt sehr beschränkt und es war auch ziemlich kühl. Das Essen ist uns im Nachhinein nicht bekommen, keine Ahnung welche Zutaten dort verwendet werden. Nein danke, nicht wieder.

Vi valgte stedet ud fra de ret gode bedømmelser, men forlod stedet temmelig skuffede. Ventetiden var alt for lang - over 75 minutter - og der var fejl i bestillingerne. Den stakkels kvinde, der serverede, var forvirret og havde ikke styr på noget. Maden var, da den endelig kom - ok, hverken mere eller mindre. Prisniveauet er højt, så det bliver til to meget små stjerner (fordi øllet var koldt og blev serveret hurtigt). Kan desværre ikke anbefale dette sted.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Bedienung ist nett, gehe dort definitiv gerne hin! Einige kritisieren, dass die Corona – Maßnahmen nicht eingehalten worden sind, das finde ich sogar wahnsinnig sympathisch! Die haben die Menschen nicht mit zweierlei Maß gemessen, es waren alle willkommen, egal ob geimpft oder ungeimpft! Die Leute, die hier so schreiben, erinnern mich an ganz dunkle finstere Zeiten, als schon mal Menschen ausgegrenzt worden sind, die sollen sich alle etwas schämen. Wer wirklich so eine Angst vor Corona hat, der kann doch zu Hause bleiben und die anderen Menschen ihr Leben leben lassen !
