Eifel Oase in Bad Münstereifel

Nice, fast service. However, the pizza consisted mostly of greasy cheese. The rest wasn't to our taste either. While the fries were okay.

I absolutely don't understand all the bad reviews here! The snack bar at the Eifelbad really surprised me. Friendly staff, delicious food, and fair prices—exactly what you want after a relaxing day at the pool. The fries were crispy, the currywurst was perfectly seasoned, and the wait was perfectly acceptable. Anyone complaining here probably has too high expectations for a pool snack bar. I'd love to come back!

We left €60 for food here. And then my daughter asked for a teaching disposable cup. He says €1 The cost in the shop is €2 for 100 pieces and the person wants to get €1 for teaching cups. We ordered pommdoner for our child at the mall and I asked for a plate so that I could shake pommdoner for my child and they told me no. My god, I made an order for €50 and he didn't give a lesson. Dirty tables, seats and smell like a toilet. Last time we eat with these stingy people

Worst food and worst service I've ever experienced. I can't recommend it at all. It's a shame they even call themselves a restaurant.

A complete disaster. The food and service were unacceptable; they shouldn't be allowed to call themselves a restaurant. Pommes Oase is served with raw onions and chili flakes, which is why you pay significantly more. I don't recommend it.

The experience at this restaurant was an absolute disaster. Within just two minutes, we were asked for our order three times, as if we'd forgotten what we wanted—even though we hadn't had a chance to decide until then. To make matters worse, there was only one menu for four people, meaning only one person even had a chance to read it. When I pointed this out, I was told to go to other tables and steal the menus myself because the server refused to bring any more. The food was also a disappointment—tasteless and far from what you'd expect from a restaurant. I'd give it zero stars if that were possible. There are definitely better options where you don't have to waste your money and time.

My son, 5 years old, asked for a pom kebab. Since we love going swimming here and usually associate it with that, he was happy. My husband asked for a plate so we could pour it over for my son. That would initially be answered with no. You would then have to order a kebab plate for 11 euros. We're talking about a 5 year old here. They then brought a plate very unfriendly. Unfortunately it's a shame that it ended up here like this. Won't be ordering more here in the future if you can't even get a plate for a small child.

Never eaten such bad food. Fries cold & hard, bratwurst that was obviously not fried but warmed in the microwave. Absolutely inedible! Better take some food with you!!

We waited forever for our food. The drinks only came upon request. The table was dirty. All of the cutlery was missing and when asked it was said "for the fries there are only wooden pikers". The kebab plate had a strange aftertaste. Everything is absolutely inappropriate. We will not be entering this restaurant again. Then prefer a swimming pool with a reasonable restaurant

I would never order anything here after today's experience. The staff is super unfriendly. Today I just wanted to take a quick look through the glass into the swimming pool because my child was there at the DLRG and was immediately expelled after 30 seconds because I wasn't sitting at a table and wanted to order something. Anyone who is so unfriendly should not expect to become a paying guest.

Dönerteller komplett ; Pommes in Ordnung, Fleisch leicht verbrannt aber okay. Nur der Tzatziki aus der Flasche hat irgendwie alles kaputt gemacht. Was ist an einem frischen Tzatziki so schwer!?

Leider musste auch ich feststellen, dass dieses Restaurant langsam aber sicher dem Untergang geweiht ist. Das Essen schmeckt nicht mehr so gut wie früher und von dem Service brauchen wir garnicht erst anzufangen… eigentlich sehr schade, denn wir haben uns dort gerne unser Mittagessen im Schwimmbad geholt. Ich habe die Hoffnung nicht verloren, dass dieses Restaurant nochmal Aufschwung bekommt.

Essen schmeckt gut. Aber der Service ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Von allen Tischen waren noch 3 nicht besetzt, dafür dreckig und vollgestellt mit dreckige Geschirr. Nach dem Hinsetzen hat man dann zunächst die Bestellung aufgenommen und danach einen anderen Bediensteten gebeten bei uns den Tisch abzuräumen und zu säubern. Dieser ist daraufhin einen lappen holen gegangen und find an die anderen beiden Tische zu säubern, statt bei uns, neuen Kunden die sich hingesetzt haben erstmal sauber zu machen. Also da konnte ich mir nur die Hand gegen die Stirn knallen.
