Edis Grill in Gotha

Ordered today shortly after 6 p.m. When asked how long it takes approximately 40 minutes. In fact we got our pizzas at 7:30pm and such poor quality. It was warm, but totally dry, as if it had been kept warm forever. The Pizza 95 with broccoli makes me wonder where it was. We have always been very satisfied, but this time it was the last time. It's a shame about the money, I wouldn't have paid there. Photo of the 95 follows.

I am very disappointed. I've always enjoyed coming here. However, the ambience is really run down. All screens off. All the lights flicker. Simply uncomfortable. I also had to place the order three times. The first time he didn't remember it, the second time he apparently wrote it down incorrectly, and the third time he apparently forgot he had written it down. And then there were still errors in the order. The icing on the cake was when the woman and child were standing behind the counter and the child was playing while eating while the woman was talking loudly on the phone in the store. And both touched everything that came into contact with food. The food wasn't very convincing either. Well, that was it, you lost me as a customer. It's a real shame, it used to be my favorite kebab.

Fantasia was always our first choice... Not anymore after the last 3 deliveries. The first time the food came much too late, when asked by phone they simply hung up on me, the driver later called and apologized. Okay, we thought, it could happen, staff is scarce everywhere. Next attempt a few weeks later, food came on time but everything was lukewarm at most. The kebab plate with noodles had enough meat on it (which generally makes you happy), but actually only 5 noodles that were extremely tasteless. Fries were soggy and without salt. Last and 3rd attempt food on time, again only lukewarm or cold. There was no special sauce for the pizza, and with the Dürüm roll the aluminum foil was wrapped in the food, so eating the roll became a struggle. Noodles have not seen any salt or other spices. Just not tasty anymore. For the money it now costs (which we're happy to pay if it tastes good), it's just not worth it... What a shame

We ordered by phone and it only came after almost 2 hours and the kebab was still cold and the other food was lukewarm and the food didn't taste good, there was a lot of seasoning missing, especially the sauce from the kebab was far too little and tasted like nothing

To be honest, calling something like that food is a disgrace. Not even remotely tasteful, fries not through fried and so on. Then I'd rather order from Picobello, at least they have tasty food there.

There was a good, hearty burger with a really decent portion of fries. Only the bun was a little dry at the edges, but the size was also great and it tasted great!

Ordered food online, sauces were missing!! and pizzas have become quite dry. No idea whether new kitchen staff was hired. Quality has definitely deteriorated.

First of all, the kebab meat and any other food you have are not objectionable, but when it comes to orders and taking orders, there were problems with delivery and taking orders as often as they do today. What was ordered was not delivered and when this happened, a solution was found to resolve this problem and it was delivered and communicated in a friendly manner. Today the only reference is to lieferando and all blame is denied and reference is made to lieferando, which in my opinion does not serve to provide any clarification as the customers are always the ones who suffer and the financial damage as well as the incorrect ordering falls on the customer in this way was worn away. I am very disappointed and will think carefully about new orders or order somewhere else. I would just like to warn other customers about this situation because in such a case, customers are not offered a solution and are told with very cheap excuses that there is no solution for this situation.

Doner bread ok, salad ok, meat extremely dry and never had such extreme stomach problems after a kebab

Food is ok. But a bit opaque with the prices current price list does not match the delivery.

Very unfriendly, barely understand German, had to repeat myself several times and wait over an hour for the food. A burger was ridiculous and they didn't even tell me that it was taking so long until I called the second time and the mayo was forgotten

Since the ownership changed, the food has been inedible. Pizza is hard and dry, kebab is very soggy and charging 8 euros for citizens is outrageous. Since there was really only bread, cheese, mayo and meat on it... No lettuce, no onions and no tomatoes. And food was burnt! Staff was very stressed and rude. The only person who was friendly was the delivery person. So we'll never order again.

Damn delicious 😋 I've been coming here often for personal reasons for some time now and have eaten a few dishes and haven't been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they even let us write letters because we were hungry but had forgotten our wallet. Thanks again for the nice gesture👍

Einer der besten Döner, den ich in den letzten Jahren gegessen habe.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Ob Burger oder Pizza, Döner oder einfach nur ein paar Pommes alles war sehr lecker. Bedienung nett und umsichtig. Die Preise sind angemessen und vertretbar.

Mega miła obsługa, moim zdaniem najlepszy kebab w mieście , ale również i dobre makarony , wróciłam po kilku latach w to samo miejsce i jedzonko dalej zachwyca ☺️

Hab dort nen Döner gegessen... Das Fleisch War super geschnitten... schöne lange Streifen... zart... Alles ok... Döner kann man dort echt essen... Der Laden sieht nur etwas schäbig aus... zum Döner essen würde ich aber jeder zeit wieder hingehen....
