Eclipse Grillbar in München

Eclipse is one of the best places to eat in Munich. The food is excellent, the service is quick, friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is brilliant. I would recommend.

This is really the best restaurant in all of Munich, we have 3 skewers, pita with hummus and a few other little things. I also ordered a lemonade for myself. It was really very tasty.

Very good restaurant. We had several little things (tapas, various dumplings, ...) and snacked our way through. Everything was super good. The waitresses were quick and extremely friendly. Ambiance also 5 stars. Really recommended.

Basically a solid, friendly and nice shop. I like the food, but according to my taste I could add some variety, in the form of a weekly menu or changing dishes. The staff is friendly, but you may have to wait a little longer for drinks when it's busy. (And actually there's always a lot going on, which also speaks for the store) I will continue to go there, but I would like to see new dishes on the menu!

Super lovely staff! When there is a lot going on, the place can get a bit noisy. The homemade lemonade is heavenly!!

Based on my experience among 20 countries, Eclipse deserves - Top 1. The food, service and atmosphere is 5/5. Being specific: food was excellent; service has been tested by requesting an urgent table and extra sauces, staff was very welcoming and happy to provide additional service; atmosphere was great, excellent place to have a dinner with family and friends. Due to it quality, I believe this place is usually booked, but I was lucky to get a spot when arrived. Well deserved 5 star and my personal top 1 place in the world.

Very tasty food, great location and excellent service!

This was our best meal in Munich. The choice of dishes is vast. The food authenticity Israeli. The service was superb. We loved the "katan" appetizer and that could have been our meal. The grilled sampler and felafel were not to be missed. The Malabi was the best my son had experienced outside of Israel.

Delicious food, good atmosphere, clean toilets

The food was a 10/10, especially the hummus and bread were extremely tasty. Kebab and salads also tasted good. The restaurant wasn't too big and, although it was completely full, it was very cozy and not too loud. The service was good and quick. Tip: Homemade lemonade with mint.

Reservierung für 2 Personen im außen Bereich (Da an dem Tag regnete, war das wechseln zum inneren Bereich unproblematisch). Essen (Vorspeise: Hummus mit Champignons und Chili Paste. Hauptspeise: Hähnchen- und Rindspieß aus dem Grill mit Taboulé und paniertem Blumenkohl) war super lecker. Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Preise waren für München in Ordnung.

A wonderful place for a summer evening. Nice terrace with lots of tables. Friendly service. One star deducted from the service because despite our gray hair we were called by the waitress! The food is really good and the price-performance ratio is fair. We'd love to come back!

Everything was great, the food, the service, ambience. The hummus is fantastic, both the regular and the beetroot one. All the tapas were delicious and the waitress was so kind and nice. The pita and the laffa, both fresh and tasty. Highly recommend and would definitely come again!

You can reserve a table outside at short notice! Delicious and diverse selection of dishes. Lots of vegan options too! You could put together your own dish! The service was super friendly, attentive and the food came without too long of a wait even though all the tables were occupied. Price-performance was okay! If there was too much, you could have it packed up again and taken with you. We'll definitely be back! 5 🌟

Good selection, delicious dishes, very cozy inside and out. It's worth making a reservation. Good public transport connections, parking is rather difficult due to the location, but that doesn't detract from the culinary experience.

Unfortunately not much good to report. We were ignored for two hours and had to go to the bar several times to make ourselves noticed and order more. The food was mediocre, small but expensive portions, little taste, not very imaginative. Unfortunately not really recommended.

A wide variety of Israeli food. We shared numerous tapas and falafel with hummus together. The bowls look small at first, but there was more than enough to eat with the two delicious breads. There is a lot from mild to spicy and we liked everything. Both times I've been, the waitresses have given good advice as to what is the most practical combination of dishes to try. The mint lemonade in particular is very tasty and refreshing. I always like to come back. Very nice outdoor area in summer and enough space inside in winter. However, you should make a reservation.

I’ve been here multiple times for some vegan and vegetarian meals that don’t disappoint. I recommend the 10 tapas 2 person plate to get a taste of multiple different flavors.

Perfect all around. The food tastes very good and everything seems to be very freshly prepared. I think it's good value for money, even if it's not very cheap. Despite the really high occupancy, the service was amazing - attentive, friendly and fast. A few years ago I had a different experience here (with a different service person) and I was really positively surprised by the change! Both service men do a great job and take perfect care of the guests. I'd love to come back!

Had a great dinner here. High-quality ingredients were processed into very tasty, delicately seasoned dishes and served in a cozy atmosphere with (sometimes perhaps too) relaxed service. The beef kebab is highly recommended, and there is also a sufficient selection of vegetarian and vegan food on the menu. Without a reservation it may be rather difficult, parking spaces are certainly in short supply and the toilets can only be reached via a few steps. We will definitely come back, the prices are absolutely appropriate for the quality of the food.

We really liked it. Both inside and outside (especially on the entrance side) you can sit comfortably and feel comfortable. Very good selection for vegetarians too. I had an excellent kebap there as a main course and the mixed starter platters (mezze) in particular are a highlight for several people. Fair prices and a great team round off the experience. We were there on the weekend, so a reservation is definitely recommended. It's a bit cramped inside, so you shouldn't bring dogs with you.

Book easily online, park directly in front of the restaurant (at least on Sundays 😉), sit comfortably in the bar garden and be served delicious food at reasonable prices by super nice people. That was our experience yesterday late afternoon at the Eclipse, and I would like to say a big thank you for it. All the vegetarians were very happy with the large selection, and the fish was also well received. What's particularly great is the ability to put everything together individually. (But be careful for people with walking difficulties, especially wheelchair users: the toilet can be reached via six steps!) We all agreed that we would like to come back.

Food was pretty tasty, the waitress was also very nice. However, there were far too many tables, so you sometimes had to wait a long time to get another drink. We definitely could have left a lot more money behind.

Best restaurant in Munich!! If you like good meat, you definitely have to try the chicken skewers. Really incredibly tasty and highly recommended! We have never eaten such good meat. The mint-lime lemonade is also perfect for hot summer days. For dessert, the vanilla ice cream with tahini is, for me, the best ice cream in all of Munich. All around highly recommended restaurant! Prices are great, and the waiters are so committed and always super friendly. Keep it up, you're our favorite restaurant. AM ISRAEL CHAI 💪🏼🇮🇱

Das Essen und Getränke waren wirklich sehr gut und wir mussten nicht lange warten. Schade war, dass wir nach dem (angekündigten) Ende der Reservierung recht abrupt „rausgeschmissen“ wurden, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war. Das hätte man auch etwas sanfter gestalten können.

Maybe Israeli food isn't really my taste or maybe I made the wrong choice?! In any case, I would like it to be spicier overall. Here you can eat well and for a long time. There is an outdoor and an indoor area available. The toilets are accessible via a short staircase. Could have been cleaner. The service was attentive and quick after the first order. The atmosphere was pleasant. The house lemonade was great, the Israeli beer was interesting. We come back to testing the grill plate.

We ordered a lamb skewer, a side (sweetpotatoe puree) and the 5 falafel dish that came with 3 tapas and this was more than enough food for two of us. The sweet potatoes puree was thicker than expected but delicious. The server was good at helping us estimate how much food was good for two people

Very tasty food, good service and also accommodating. Not annoying or too slow. Personally, I would have liked a little more Israeli decor or flair in the restaurant. But that doesn't matter because the rest fit really well.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im Eclipse und sind richtig begeistert! Das Essen war ausgesprochen gut und auch Änderungswünsche waren kein Problem und wurden erfüllt. Der Falafel-Teller ist sehr zu empfehlen und was die Tapas angeht haben es uns besonders die marinierten Champignons, die gegrillten Auberginen mit Tomaten, die pikanten Karotten, sowie die Auberginen mit Tahina angetan! Schade war in meinen Augen nur, dass überhaupt nicht darauf eingegangen worden ist, dass wir bei der Reservierung angegeben hatten, dass es sich um einen Geburtstag handelt. Alles in allem war es eine tolle Erfahrung und ein positiver Abend! Wir kommen wieder!

Amazing food! Service was very kind and super friendly. He also told us about their homemade lemonade, which you can order with or without mint and is then mixed to order. Haven’t tried it this time around, but will definitely go for a pitcher the next time

I really like the concept of an Israeli restaurant. I'm happy to see a representation of the richness of different cultures gathered in one place. Where else can you order both matbucha and dumplings? The food is very tasty and the staff is very friendly.
