Very nice traditional restaurant. But we had to wait a very, very long time. Food was very tasty and fresh. Very small tapas & very expensive. It was a beautiful evening.

The food was okay, but nothing special. The minced meat skewer was dry.

We've been there several times and have been absolutely blown away every time. The food is delicious, the location is very cozy, and the staff is very friendly. For me, it's become a real feel-good place, the place to go when my mood needs a little boost :)

Went there for the first time and it was very tasty. Had the hummus as a starter and it was really tasty. Only the side dishes could have been a little more for this price.

One of my new favorite restaurants in Munich! The food is delicious 🤤 The service is very friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant. The wait for food on a busy Saturday evening was a bit long, but it was worth it. Reservations in the evening are recommended! ✌🏽

Visited three times and ate excellently each time. Great value for money. My recommendation: tapas, lamb skewers, potato wedges and Haifa fizz. You can't go wrong there.

Very family friendly, good selection of vegetarian dishes, very good quality meat. I would particularly like to praise the attention when I asked about my onion allergy. The waitress took the trouble to talk to the chef and offer me an alternative.

Were there for the first time today and it was sooooo delicious, no matter what we ate, it was a pleasure. The super nice waiter and waitress were so accommodating that we will become our regular restaurant just because of the staff and of course the delicious food. Very tasty Israeli food. As a group you can highly recommend the tapas. So many different dishes to try. The hummus alone tasted extremely delicious. The desserts are also a poem. Gladly again.

Delicious food and great atmosphere!

It couldn't be better, the food is really easy to express and the bedside tables are wow so I can only recommend it, I see myself as a regular customer and the owner is also super nice

Fantastic food! Restaurant was packed when we went, food still arrived in a nice tempo. The Tapas are great, especially the hummus, shug and the eggplant with tomatoes. I can also recommend the mixed BBQ platter if you're hungry, it's a nice big portion. The Tabule also tasted great. All in all I can definitely recommend coming here!

There were three of us here. The food is great, the portions are huge, the service is fast, friendly and attentive. The Jerusalem Spritz is sensational.

I gave 3 stars: 1 star for accurate delivery time, 2 stars for the food. We ordered Falafel, Tscheburek, Shipud Pargijot, and Hummus with Pita. I tried everything but I was not impressed. The salad bedding looked old. There is definitely room for improvement. Update 2025: This time, everything was super tasty and we loved it. Great job!

All the food tasted fresh and delicious. Drinks were quick and cold. No wonder the place was packed on Monday night. Thank you for serving us such an awesome meal!!!

Very good food and nice service, I enjoy eating here regularly. All the more annoying is the repeated begging for a tip using the tip button (it starts at 10%, haha) - honestly, you didn't need that.

Review from an actual israeli: The prices are just a robbery in broad daylight i mean paying extra for a piece of bread and 7 euros for 3 falafel balls?? Almost 17 euros for ONE skewer like are you actually ok?? The cleanliness was terrible too the bar guy only cleans the bottles with water and no soap. Also non of them actually speak hebrew. The food was decent but the falafel was oily.

One point deducted because it is quite expensive and the noise level is very high.

Im coming here single roughly 15 years and this place has constantly held a standard and provides exquisit food. There are fantastic Israeli, Levant and also Russian dishes on the menu and honestly, they are among the best in town. A true gem in Munich.

I ordered hummus with mushrooms, and it arrived extremely cold. To make matters worse, no pita came with the hummus—I had to purchase each pita separately for €2.20. For the price, the portion of hummus was laughably small. The hummus itself tasted store-bought, which was a huge letdown. Honestly, I doubt this place is even really owned by an Israeli. The quality and presentation were nothing like the authentic Israeli hummus experience I was expecting. Definitely not worth it.

Unbelievable. This restaurant tried to gaslight me into believing I'd cancelled my confirmed business dinner reservation for 15. Despite phone and email confirmations, they insisted I had called to cancel, even when faced with the 'mysterious' phone number they claimed was mine! Turns out, they'd cancelled my booking due to someone else's call. This left me scrambling to find a last-minute solution for my team - a highly unprofessional situation for a business dinner. While they eventually apologized, the damage was done. I won't return to an establishment that treats customers with such disregard and dishonesty

One of my favorite dinner places in Munich by far (coming from a local). Eclipse is a really nice restaurant if you are looking for a joint dinner just ordering stuff together and enjoying the really good food. Absolute recommend!

Wir waren sehr angetan vom Eclipse. Das Essen, die Qualität und die Auswahl war sehr gut. Der Service war sehr freundlich und richtig schnell. Wir waren begeistert. Unser Tisch war auf 19.00 Uhr reserviert - das Lokal war voll und es hat schon einen guten Geräuschpegel. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert. Auch sehr gut öffentlich erreichbar. Von uns eine absolute Empfehlung.

This is really the best restaurant in all of Munich, we have 3 skewers, pita with hummus and a few other little things. I also ordered a lemonade for myself. It was really very tasty.

For 2 people: we had the 5 tapas as starter, best ones were the hummus and the aubergine with tomato, but all were very delicious. As main we has one salmon stake with 4 sides (salad, potato wedges, sweet potato purée, and cuscus), all really delicious. For desert we had the chocolate one and we definitely recommend.

Very good restaurant. We had several little things (tapas, various dumplings, ...) and snacked our way through. Everything was super good. The waitresses were quick and extremely friendly. Ambiance also 5 stars. Really recommended.

Kleines Restaurant mit athmosphärischer Einrichtung. Das Essen war sehr lecker, es gab auch viel Auswahl für jegliche Essgewohnheit. Der Service war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit, obwohl viel los war. Einziges Manko ist es vielleicht, dass die Tische sehr eng stehen.

Basically a solid, friendly and nice shop. I like the food, but according to my taste I could add some variety, in the form of a weekly menu or changing dishes. The staff is friendly, but you may have to wait a little longer for drinks when it's busy. (And actually there's always a lot going on, which also speaks for the store) I will continue to go there, but I would like to see new dishes on the menu!

Das Essen war insgesamt gut nur leider waren die Portionen zu klein für den Preis. Mit einer Hauptspeise wird man leider nicht ganz satt.

Based on my experience among 20 countries, Eclipse deserves - Top 1. The food, service and atmosphere is 5/5. Being specific: food was excellent; service has been tested by requesting an urgent table and extra sauces, staff was very welcoming and happy to provide additional service; atmosphere was great, excellent place to have a dinner with family and friends. Due to it quality, I believe this place is usually booked, but I was lucky to get a spot when arrived. Well deserved 5 star and my personal top 1 place in the world.

This was our best meal in Munich. The choice of dishes is vast. The food authenticity Israeli. The service was superb. We loved the "katan" appetizer and that could have been our meal. The grilled sampler and felafel were not to be missed. The Malabi was the best my son had experienced outside of Israel.

The food was a 10/10, especially the hummus and bread were extremely tasty. Kebab and salads also tasted good. The restaurant wasn't too big and, although it was completely full, it was very cozy and not too loud. The service was good and quick. Tip: Homemade lemonade with mint.

Reservierung für 2 Personen im außen Bereich (Da an dem Tag regnete, war das wechseln zum inneren Bereich unproblematisch). Essen (Vorspeise: Hummus mit Champignons und Chili Paste. Hauptspeise: Hähnchen- und Rindspieß aus dem Grill mit Taboulé und paniertem Blumenkohl) war super lecker. Personal aufmerksam und freundlich. Preise waren für München in Ordnung.

A wonderful place for a summer evening. Nice terrace with lots of tables. Friendly service. One star deducted from the service because despite our gray hair we were called by the waitress! The food is really good and the price-performance ratio is fair. We'd love to come back!
