Great products, large selection

Very tasty burger “Rösti Burger” and the chilli cheese fries are tastier than at the big fast food chain with the B. Cocktail “Moscow Mule” was less successful, the cucumber was completely missing and unfortunately the mixture wasn't really right either. Improvements should follow, it was said in response to feedback. The ambience is nice on the terrace when the weather is nice. All in all, recommended! Thank you very much

At the beginning of September we took part in a birthday party in the upper ballroom of the hotel and then stayed overnight there. What should be positively highlighted is the beautiful location of the small hotel at Wiehlpark as well as the very attractive ballroom, which offered a great atmosphere. The food was also very good and added to the celebration. Unfortunately, there were significant shortcomings. Check-in was a disaster - we had to wait over 30 minutes and despite repeated inquiries no one felt responsible. In addition, the rooms were unclean, which severely affected the overall impression. The organization of the service during the celebration was unprofessional. There was no structure, dishes weren't cleared away, and you had to get your own drinks. The next morning at breakfast the chaos was complete. From 8:50 a.m. there were no more rolls or cold cuts available, and when we asked, we were only given the excuse that the baker hadn't delivered, even though the hotel was occupied by two larger parties. At check-out we discussed our impressions. Initially friendly, but firm. During the entire conversation, no apologies were made once, but only that we had to be understanding because there were staffing difficulties, the baker hadn't delivered, we shouldn't be so demanding, and other, sometimes very cheeky, statements. Overall, this was a disappointing experience that we have never had before. One thing is certain for us: never again!
