It really couldn't have been better! From start to finish everything was perfectly organized and thought out. The service was not only friendly and attentive, but also professional and warm - I felt completely at home. Every question I had was answered competently and they really took the time to make sure I was satisfied. The quality was absolutely first class and the price-performance ratio was 100% right here. There were so many little details that made the experience special and I felt like they really paid attention to the highest quality. It's rare to meet such dedicated people who obviously love their job and radiate it. I can only recommend it to anyone who values ​​excellence. A big compliment to the entire team - I'll definitely be back!

I can highly recommend the cafe! The breakfast was simply amazing, especially the scrambled eggs with bacon – so fluffy and hearty! The ambience was equally a delight, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that is perfect to start the day. I would particularly like to highlight the owner, who is very nice and accommodating. An absolute insider tip for all breakfast lovers!

Went to Oscars for dinner and both had the baked potato. Tasted We went to Oscars after looking at the menu on the homepage in advance. Very disappointed afterwards, an update should be done as quickly as possible. The prices on the homepage are between 3-4 euros cheaper than in reality. Just read a few reviews, this was already criticized 4 months ago and unfortunately nothing has happened since then. The toilets were even worse for the men than for the women. Covers are missing, a urinal is completely tight, the faucet is still loose like it was months ago. The soil was, well, drunk, I would have liked to do it again and as a man, the other way around, that wasn't possible. Going to the toilet or toilet works better. Very dark and steep stairs Motion detectors wouldn't be the worst thing.

Delicious food at fair prices with top service.

It was my first time there, there were three of us. The baked potatoes weren't that good and the salad had too many different fruit vegetables and the mixture wasn't uniform. Crepe was OK. But cocktails were good.

The restaurant is nicely done and also good for drinking a beer in the evening. Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed with the food. The dishes were beautifully presented, but the pasta in particular tasted more like fast food than fine dining. However, prices were very high. The burgers were okay, nachos were a bit mushy Toilets are not in the restaurant but in the house next door through a steep staircase in the dark. Service was ok but not particularly friendly either.

We stopped in Waldshut because we needed a break. Super nice service. The coffee was the best, very tasty 😋. And it was comfortable too. That's how it has to be. Thank you for allowing us to stop there, despite there being a football game. 🍀

A hot chili cheese burger was ordered, which actually comes with a coleslaw, and a normal salad was brought. After asking the very overwhelmed waitress several times, we were told there was no more coleslaw. Furthermore, the burger was ordered without tomatoes, but it was brought with tomatoes, the other waitress spoke very poor German and couldn't really answer questions. The meat was also dry and tasted sour (rancid??). Quality in the staff and in the food cannot really be found in this store.

We just had a drink. But the waiter made it possible for one of us to still get the drink we wanted. This is the kind of effort you would want when visiting a restaurant. Bravo!

Service was fine, order came quite quickly. Toilet without soap and dirty, faucet loose, overall rather mediocre ambience. Food lukewarm, baked potato drowned in greasy sauce, there was no feta cheese to be seen or tasted according to the menu, baked with a loveless slice of semi-hard cheese, drinking chocolate tasted very watery. Unfortunately, the veggie burger didn't have a pattie, just greasy pan-fried vegetables and mustard sauce, which wasn't to our taste. Definitely too expensive for the quality.

The place is okay. The burgers were solid. Bruschetta with 4 slices of bread and half a tomato 6.90 EUR too expensive.

The service was amazing, I had a special request for my burger. The server was at first a bit confused, but after explaining what I would like to have and what my dietary restrictions were, they prepared it accordingly. Will visit again.

Vegans pay attention! There is a supposedly vegan burger on the menu. However, only the patty is vegan. It is one of the few dishes that lacks a description. The menu only explains the benefits of a vegan burger patty. What exactly can be found on the burger is not specified. In any case, I ordered the vegan burger without saying again that I really wanted a vegan burger. I then got a salad with yogurt dressing (or something similar), a sour cream dip for the wedges (which they kindly replaced with ketchup when I asked for a vegan dip) and a burger with honey mustard dressing. Since I don't have any allergies and didn't want it to be thrown away in the worst case scenario, I ate it anyway. I pointed out to the waiter that they had to mark this accordingly on the menu. Unfortunately, there wasn't much in return... nor was there an apology. Otherwise it was very nice. It's nice to sit outside in the pedestrian zone with a view of the sights. The employees are very friendly.

We were there yesterday and were waiting for five minutes for the waiter to find us a place, she was going to find us a place for two until she found out we were there only for a drink, after that she said to us it is better for us to go outside and maybe come back later, we went out and never came back. I think this is a discrimination and very unrespectful. What is wrong with the world, with the people?

Were there for breakfast. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Drinks were forgotten and breakfast didn't come as described on the menu (no baguette rolls, croissant was missing, orange juice was missing).

We sat next to a few people who were screaming like crazy, they couldn't have a normal conversation. Service told people that they should be a bit quiet.... But only once and that was it.... Nice little restaurant in the city centre of Waldshudt. The food is good, there is a selection of burgers, steaks and not only. The prices are appropiate, not big, not small.

Haben einen feinen Ofenkartoffel mit Salat gegessen. Essen war sehr fein und der Service war speditiv und freundlich.

Wij moesten heel erg lang wachten op twee expresso's. En toen konden wij alleen met cash betalen.

Ļoti labs ēdiens. Ātri un labvēlīgi oficianti.

Das Personal ist freundlich und man wird schnell bedient. Auch wenn mal eine kleine Reklamation kommt, wird freundlich eine Lösung vorgeschlagen. Ich gehe gerne dorthin.

Wunderschön gestaltetes Restaurant. Die Sitzplätze sind teilweise etwas eng, was aber kein Problem darstellt. Es gibt einen großen Aussenbereich mit Sonnenschirmen. Das Angebot ist sehr reichhaltig. Es wird von Crêpesvon süß bis herzhaft über Ofenkartoffeln in den tollsten Variationen bis hin zum Steak alles angeboten. Auch die Getränkekarte ist sehr reichhaltig. Wir waren schon öfter hier und kommen gerne wieder.. Der Service ist immer freundlich und das Restaurant immer sauber. Volle Punktzahl, weiter so.

Bei zwei bestellten Getränken eins falsch geliefert. Service sehr langsam, obwohl nicht viel zu tun war. Würde hier nicht nochmal hingehen.

Sehr schön zum draußen sitzen und essen oder auch nur etwas zu drinken in der alt Stadt von Waldshut. Sehr nette uns schnelle Bedienung. Das essen war sehr guet.

Feiner Kaffee genossen, Service sehr sehr langsam und haben uns lange nicht beachtet!

Gestern mal wieder im oscar's gewesen. Black Forest Burger einfach genial. Freundliche und schnelle Bedienung. Immer wieder Spitze. Macht weiter so. Bis zum nächsten Mal.
