We were there for lunch; the service was very friendly. The food was delicious and freshly prepared.

The food is okay, but nothing more. If they serve lunch until 2:30 p.m. and I order at 2 a.m., I don't expect to pay full price when I check out. That's a rip-off, and the price-to-value ratio isn't good enough for the full price.

I ordered Tom Yan, but they brought me a vegetable slop based on powdered broth and I paid as for a full Tom Yan, they ripped me off! The service was terrible, I had to go to the restaurant myself and pay.

Beautiful place, I went there for dinner with my daughter in Germany and I really liked it, I confess I was surprised. The food was excellent, the girls who served us were attentive and very kind! We discovered this restaurant while driving past. The wonton and spring rolls were AMAZING and so crispy! The crispy duck, one with pineapple and one with vegetables, were delicious. Then, for dessert, the baked bananas were the icing on the cake, and we were absolutely thrilled! We'll definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised to find that Asia Restaurant Mandarin offers several vegan options, listed under the vegetarian menu. The dishes are delicious, and I especially enjoyed the sechuan sauce with vegetables, the sweet and sour sauce with vegetables and tofu, and the Indonesian curry with veggies and tofu. All come with rice included, which makes for a filling and satisfying meal. The owner is also very cordial and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant has been open for about a year. We drove past it several times and didn't see it. We ordered spring rolls and chicken skewers with peanut sauce for starters. For the main course, we ordered baked chicken and fried noodles with vegetables. We didn't need the menu because we don't drink alcohol. There was no long wait, the food was good, and the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is nice and clean. We were satisfied and will go again.

We were here for dinner on Saturday evening. There was plenty of space and we were served very friendly and quickly. The food came out of the kitchen quickly and freshly prepared. All dishes tasted good. The restaurant's facilities are very nice, modern and very clean. It sits very well but something is missing. It doesn't really feel comfortable... Still a big recommendation! PS: You can also reserve a table online.

Eating out with family has now become a privilege for the highest earners, and Mandarin is one of the few exceptions. Apart from the fact that the ambience in the restaurant is simple but nice, the owner family including the children are extremely friendly (which also applies to the temporary staff), the prices are still really very moderate. We ordered five different dishes and everyone confirmed that each of these dishes tasted very good. The only downside was that pasta dishes tend to be huge portions, but the other dishes tend to be a bit too small. This could really easily be compensated for with a few more vegetables. The rice with it was sensational, replenishment wasn't a problem either, I don't think we were charged for it. All in all, a very successful visit to the restaurant and a very clear recommendation, even for families who don't have the deepest wallets. Thank you for that, dear Mandarin team!

Thai plate with beef and vegetables was great with schuan sauce. Vegetable rice and noodles were very enjoyable. Prices are also average and affordable. I definitely recommend it.

Actually a nice restaurant, you already expect when you enter the restaurant that you would have a good meal here. Well, the quality of the food is average. The soup was tasteless, the duck sauce had a strange aftertaste. The duck was anything but crispy. A second visit is not necessary.

We live directly opposite it is a great restaurant that I can 100% recommend. The food is very good. We witnessed the renovation and are very excited about what the owner has renovated. The restaurant before was a disaster. The prices are very good and the portions too. Since tastes are different and there are spices for seasoning, I don't see that as a reason to rate it worse. Just like a crack in the window and having it distributed in the next room is just sad to me. There are a lot of parking spaces because the Lidl is right opposite. I hope that with this review I can draw people's attention to a good restaurant.

Leider sind nur 5 Sterne zu vergeben. Dieses neu eröffnete Restaurant hat es verdient, mehr Beachtung zu bekommen. Von Standort her waren wir eher von einem asiatischen Schnellrestaurant ausgegangen und waren sehr überrascht, als wir das Restaurant betraten. Ein sehr sauberes schönes Ambiente und eine stilvolle, nicht überladene Einrichtung. Der Service war sehr freundlich, das Essen sehr schön angerichtet, sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Die Preise sind sehr günstig, somit ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für uns mehr als ok. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Ich war jetzt schon mehrmals beim Mandarin zum Essen und Bubbletea trinken. Ich bin total begeistert. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und das Essen schmeckt total gut. Sogar die Shrimpgerichte, die mir oft nicht so gut schmecken weil man nicht am Meer ist, haben unwiderstehlich geschmeckt! Ich war sehr begeistert vom Ambiente, obwohl es an der Hauptstraße liegt fühlt man sich wohl und sitzt gerne etwas länger da. Man sieht, dass sehr viel Liebe beim Aufbau hineingesteckt wurde. An der Auswahl gibt es auch nichts auszusetzen und ich liebe den Bubbletea dort 😋 Beeindruckend finde ich auch, dass sie trotz kleinen Startproblemen sich schnell aufgerafft haben und man meinen könnte, dass es das Mandarin schon länger gibt als es nun eigentlich da ist. Ich werde aufjedenfall wieder kommen! 😊

Das Restaurant Mandarin machte einen schönen und gemütlichen Eindruck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Bei näherem Betrachten fiel mir auf das ein Fenster defekt war und arbeiten auf der Toilette nicht fertig waren, sowie kein Papier zum sich die Hände trocknen bereit lagen (aufgebraucht). Der Salat war Ok die Sauce schmeckte nach nichts. Von der Yum Suppe war ich sehr enttäuscht, ich ass nur das Hühnchen aus der Suppe der Rest konnte ich nicht essen weil es ein komischer Geschmack hatte und mit viel Fett zubereitet wurde ohne Gewürze. Das Grüne Curry hatte mich auch nicht überzeugt, schmeckte wie aus einer Konservenbüchse. Aus dem Restaurant könnte man viel mehr rausholen finde Ich. Innen und Aussen ist es sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Essen kann ich NICHT weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren lange nicht mehr chinesisch essen. Heute probierten wir das Mandarin in Cloppenburg aus. Nur ein Tisch war kurz nach 18:00 Uhr besetzt. Es dauerte geschlagene 18 Minuten bis die Kellnerin uns bemerkte und uns die Karte brachte. Wir loggten uns schon einmal in den Luca App ein. Das wurde auch kontrolliert. Ich bestellte Nummer 90 Rindfleisch mit Caschew Nüssen und ein Weizenbier. Große Erwartungen hatte ich nicht, die wurden auch nicht enttäuscht. Das Gericht war ok, Mittelklasse nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Das war halt vom Geschmack europäisiert. Die dunkle Sauce war wenig und lasch im Geschmack. Das Lokal war wenig besucht, was aber auch an der frühen Zeit gelegen haben könnte. Also ja, das Essen schmeckt, ist aber aber halt eher ohne Höhepunkte. So sind halt viele Chinesische Restaurants. Mittelklasse.

das Buffet geht eigentlich gar nicht. Die Soßen sind eingetrocknet und auch der Rest ist nicht wirklich lecker. Bei so wenig Gästen ware es bessser a`la carte anzubieten.

Hier fühlt man sich sehr wohl und das Essen ist sehr gut! Das Buffet ist immer sehr gut zusammen gestellt, auch das Sushi wird viel gegessen. Unser Stammrestaurant seit 2004! Nie gab es etwas zu bemängeln. Immer sauber, freundlich und man wird definitiv satt.

Wir waren in unserem Urlaub zweimal Gast im Mandarin in Cloppenburg und haben einmal á la carte und einmal das Freitagsbuffet gegessen. Alle Speisen waren außergewöhnlich lecker und sehr ansprechend präsentiert. Das Buffet war appetitlich angerichtet und alle Gerichte wurden von der freundlichen, aufmerksamen Wirtin stets frisch nachgefüllt. Würden wir in der Nähe wohnen, wären wir hier Stammgäste. Das Ambiente ist eher klassisch gehalten, aber sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Mittagsbuffet war von der Auswahl her sowie ich es erwartet habe, wobei meine Ansprüche nicht sehr hoch sind. Extra hierher fahren würde ich nicht und ich würde dieses Restaurant auch nicht aktiv empfehlen, aber wenn man hier ist und Lust auf chinesisches Essen hat, dann bekommt man ein solides Restauranterlebnis mit freundlichem Personal.
