The food was okay, unfortunately not really hot and sometimes seasoned blandly. Good selection for vegetarians too. The employee was quite unfriendly and dismissive.

The food is highly recommended. (buffet). It is always topped up and tastes excellent. In addition, the price for inner city conditions in Cologne is unbeatable and you can get enough for little money. Always a must when I am in Cologne. :-)

I was turned away by a worker even though I had made a reservation

The food was cold, didn't taste great, and there was a mouse under my wife's table. There was hair in the food. Meat was raw. Kitchen cost 30 cents. Simply use Lidl products as a sauce. First time and never again. Vallah public order office visit coming soon!

The selection is manageable. The food tastes really delicious and the service leaves nothing to be desired. The price/performance ratio is really good here.

We made a reservation and still had to wait 10 minutes. The table was dirty and the staff was very rude. When eating you are disturbed by the staff and forced to pay even though you are still eating. I had to kick myself because no one had brought me the drink to my seat. The food was also very bad never again and I would like to give no star at all but unfortunately that's not possible but not even one star is deserved in this shop

Food was good, however the service from the manager and the waitress too poor to say the least. They were rude from the beginning stating that we had to pay 17.99 for all the members of our party even though we had children among us. We felt rush and pressure to eat and leave because they had a group of Asian people coming in. If I had minus zero starts for service I would give to this restaurant. We won’t come back.

I was here for the first time today with my mother and daughter. Lovely restaurant, delicious food (buffet), and super friendly, attentive staff. Highly recommended :) We will definitely come back.

Very good Chinese restaurant. A lot of Chinese people eat here, especially from the buffet at a fixed price. You can also eat a la carte, which tasted very good and, above all, the price was excellent

Very delicious restaurant. They have a small Buffet but everything in the Buffet is delicious. I find that actually good and smart. Instead of having a large buffet with a lot of not tasty food they have a small one with full tasty food. It cost 16 euro for person and 8 for children which is really acceptable for such a delicious buffet! I lovve it and my friends were really thrilled and full! Will come again for sure!

We chose this option since it was next to the hotel and we were super tired. They only had a buffet, free food. Good typical Chinese restaurant with buffet, you may like it or less but more of the same. I wouldn't go back Anyway, I clarify, the food looked good. Good appetite 🖖

They charged me more than I ordered. I tried to order a small Sprite from the waiter but he kept trying to bring me a medium Sprite, to which I repeatedly said no. What happened in the end? I was charged for a medium one which I didn't order, but of course I had to pay after arguing with the waitress. A friend of mine even had to show her bill even though she had paid 5 minutes earlier! The waitress didn't believe her when she said she had already paid. Simply ridiculous. I wouldn't come back, I'd rather go to the pub around the corner and eat away. I get more out of it!

Doesn't deserve a star. Appointment for 6 p.m., then stand outside and wait... the store is overcrowded. Buffet empty, staff doesn't pay attention to people, just drive in with the cart in the heel. Food doesn't taste good. Very rude, not again.

If you're in the area and want to eat a little Chinese "all you can eat" inexpensively, then you can do it. The prices are really pleasant and match the food. The restaurant is not very big, so the 2-3 waiters (speak good German) are always approachable. They are also attentive in service. The buffet is not impressive. There is duck, chicken, pork and vegetarian through to fries and mini salad bar. The food is not a culinary feast, but it is edible and filling. Price-performance ratio is exactly right! 🙂

Extrem unfreundlich! Wenn man als einzelner Gast kommt, scheint man lästig zu sein und wird unfreundlich begrüßt. Beim bestellen eines soft Drinks wurden nur 0,4 und 0,5 Liter Größen angeboten, obwohl es auch 0,3 Liter gab. Ich habe den Laden daraufhin verlassen.

Unfriendly staff. We only saw a mouse at the end screaming around under the counter. There was even a feather under the crust of the fried duck. Not recommended!!!!!! We wanted to try something cheaper and immediately noticed why.

Name urgently needs to be changed! I have eaten in numerous all-you-can-eat restaurants and have always been impressed by the variety - unfortunately that is not the case here. The food selection was virtually non-existent, which is disappointing for the price charged. Although the cleanliness of your restaurant is exemplary, the almost complete lack of variety does not justify this point. In my opinion, not only should the culinary offer be improved, but also the name of the restaurant should be reconsidered to better reflect the actual services. I expected more choice for the price and hope that improvements will be made on both fronts in the future.

We were there for the second time. We liked it on our first visit because the food was delicious. At the weekend she had simply turned off this strange fan heater at half past seven and it was getting colder and colder in the room. Several guests had complained and some had put on their jackets. When I asked the waitress about it, there wasn't a word about it, just a condescending smile. What an unpleasant restaurant. Definitely not again.

The selection wasn't very extensive, but the problem was that all the guests had diarrhea afterwards. Funny coincidence.

A MUST when you're in downtown Cologne and you're hungry. There is a Chinese buffet here at fair prices and a huge selection... starter, main course and dessert, everything you could wish for. The buffet is regularly refilled and if you're not careful, you'll go home with a pot belly. Absolutely top.

They have a very poor customer service. We arrived from London very late and someone directed us there. I just wanted to ask if we can order and take away. They didn’t even listen to me, one ordered me to wait in the queue and refused to listen to me the other one also ordered me to wait whilst she puts on her lipstick 💄 and after doing that she pointed someone for me to speak with. The other one also refused to answer and ordered us to join the queue. I found these attitude of them very rude and bias. You can’t do this in London, it could be because I was speaking English but this should not be a barrier to a good customer service. When we meet people who do not speak English in London we offer our help until we meet their needs. Over all service was 0

Absolutely good food. Perfectly seasoned, very tender meat and, above all, always fresh due to the relatively small warming container. I would love to come back without reservations.

Overall, the food was okay, your average Chinese. However, the service was terrible. Honestly I felt discriminated against. The woman owner thanked the other patrons for dining at this establishment, but was VERY RUDE towards us and did not thank us. I believe she was upset we wanted to pay with card and she made it incredibly obvious, which was totally unnecessary and inappropriate when we are paying customers. Don’t come here if you don’t cash, or if you are foreign. You will not be treated well.

Friendly service. The buffet had a relatively large selection. Price/performance was totally ok. It was ok for just something to eat.

Unpleasant staff, plates were not cleared and we had to wait 20 minutes for the bill. During this time, waiters and waitresses walked past the table several times and ignored our questions. When the bill finally came (€42.20), I paid with a fifty in cash. I was given back €6 and the waitress said: “Fifty”. When I asked to give me the correct change, the remaining €1.80 was slapped onto the table in 10 and 20 cent pieces. I have never experienced anything like this in my life and yes with normal service I tip more than 10%! I can only recommend you go to the Sushi Bar next door, you'll be happier there than at Drachen City.

Quite cheap restaurant. Food delicious. Buffet is good and constantly replenished. Hospitality is not really the case. You clearly notice that you should eat quickly and leave quickly. The owners care about the number of guests in order to earn a lot. We didn't feel very comfortable.

It was very busy. You had to wait until a place was made for you. The food was also disappointing. Choice is not too much. Place is centrally located. Whether it was fun, perhaps if the number of people was a little less.

Unfortunately it was very loud and crowded. We took advantage of the buffet offer. But the food was rather mediocre. I won't go there anymore.

I have rarely experienced such attentive and helpful staff as there. Since I rely on an electric wheelchair and the restaurant is accessible via stairs, I had already resigned myself to not being able to get in. But then a very nice waiter came with a mobile ramp and helped me get into the restaurant.

Nice all you can eat buffet. With a standard Chinese restaurant buffet that existed 15 years ago. I was always looking for something like that. Except Chinese. There are almost no walls left.

There were four of us there. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The baked duck was more of a soup duck with lots of bacon. After I ate, I had severe diarrhea. Never again!

Tastes are different. For us, however, it was under-seasoned and overcooked. The soup was just sweet. Positive: what was empty was always quickly refilled. Attention: Toilets in the basement can only be reached via stairs. Elevator cannot be used/broken.

Je suis allé dîner dans ce restaurant asiatique en mode buffet, et l'expérience a été loin d'être agréable. La qualité des plats était franchement médiocre, rien de très savoureux, beaucoup de produits semblaient manquer de fraîcheur. Ce qui a vraiment gâché la soirée, c'était le service. La serveuse était extrêmement désagréable dès notre arrivée. Elle nous a donné l'impression que notre simple présence la dérangeait, sans parler de son insistance maladroite pour que nous payions en liquide à la fin du repas, ce qui était franchement déplacé. Le pire de tout, c’est qu’elle a bousculé notre bébé à plusieurs reprises sans même s’excuser correctement, comme si c’était normal. C'est inacceptable dans un endroit où l’on s’attend à un minimum de courtoisie et de respect. Je ne reviendrai certainement pas et je déconseille ce restaurant à quiconque cherche à passer un moment agréable.
