Drachen City in Köln

Unfortunately it was very loud and crowded. We took advantage of the buffet offer. But the food was rather mediocre. I won't go there anymore.

I have rarely experienced such attentive and helpful staff as there. Since I rely on an electric wheelchair and the restaurant is accessible via stairs, I had already resigned myself to not being able to get in. But then a very nice waiter came with a mobile ramp and helped me get into the restaurant.

So the ambience was the nicest as others have already rated, good mood nil Food was filled exshnlee but it wasn't good The best thing was a waitress dropped a full wheat jar behind me, anything could happen and my pants were hit Not a word to me, nothing, no apology, no drink on the house, no accomodation

I had the best time of my life there and the food was great 🥰

Buffet at a reasonable price with reasonable quality. Even though there wasn't the biggest selection, the food was delicious, the service was very good and you felt comfortable :)

Nice all you can eat buffet. With a standard Chinese restaurant buffet that existed 15 years ago. I was always looking for something like that. Except Chinese. There are almost no walls left.

The food was super good, fresh and not too processed with flavor enhancers. Everything was there, a bit of everything and it was very good value for money. Apart from the fact that the Peking soup that evening tasted burnt, everything else was very good. I found the service shockingly unfriendly, I was hit by the dining car and there wasn't even an apology from the lady. Greetings and farewells were very dry or not at all. A great place for very introverted people in any case.

There were four of us there. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The baked duck was more of a soup duck with lots of bacon. After I ate, I had severe diarrhea. Never again!

Tastes are different. For us, however, it was under-seasoned and overcooked. The soup was just sweet. Positive: what was empty was always quickly refilled. Attention: Toilets in the basement can only be reached via stairs. Elevator cannot be used/broken.

Super lecker und schnelle Platzreservierung :) Wir sind schon das zweite Mal hier und es war wieder super lecker. Beim letzten Mal waren wir nur auf Durchreise und es war schnell ein Platz frei und die Bedingungen sind super freundlich. Genau wie heute. Immer wieder eine Empfehlung wenn man in Köln ist.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a Chinese style. It's a small restaurant with a small buffet. The staff is very nice and also very quick when it comes to clearing used plates from the table. For a price of currently €17.90 on the weekend for the buffet plus drinks, it's totally fine.

We ended up in this restaurant after an event in Cologne. I can't quite understand the almost universally good reviews. The buffet left a lot to be desired, I'm a vegetarian myself and would have liked a good selection of vegetables. There was broccoli that was so terrible that I really didn't like eating it, there was so much celery in the braised vegetables that everything else was no longer effective. The rest was pretty average. I myself would have preferred to pay a little more and would have liked a much better offer (quality). The positive thing was that the staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself seemed very clean and well-kept, but the food still has a lot of room for improvement, there was a lot, but the quality is something else, the fruit, cherries from the glass, some melon, orange and pineapple, I don't know. We will definitely not get lost again when we visit Cologne.

Also when we went to get ice creams, a man who worked there was annoying all the time when we went to get ice creams, that's why 1 star, service no respect, they don't even have sushi, yes bye go to another all you can eat you have very little choice here also

Very friendly service, the buffet is not overly large for 17.90 euros per person, but everything is of quite good quality and is constantly being replenished. I prefer that to too much choice at the expense of quality. A big advantage for us is that there is a buffet all day on the weekend, so we were able to eat comfortably around 4 p.m. on our city trip. From soup to main course to dessert, everything is available.

Worst Asian buffet I've had so far... Warm mango spritzer, very generous selection and considering it's Chinese, it's pretty tasteless. The rice cooker was broken and when I opened it the lid banged against the plate and the food slipped off the plate. The older lady complained in Chinese...yes, just because we look German doesn't mean we don't understand anything. I only ate one plate and half of it was just rice... but it was pretty good... well it's just rice from the rice cooker. I got a bad stomach ache and diarrhea 25 minutes after we left there... But you can see for yourself. We're not coming anymore!

Very tasty food. The buffet is regularly refilled with fresh food. The AZ selection is large, duck, beef, pork, shrimp and chicken in different preparation methods with different sauces, soups, salad buffet and dessert buffet with ice cream, tiramisu and fresh fruits. So delicious. It's better to make a reservation on weekends or evenings, but that's fine too. The toilets are accessible via elevator and were nice and clean. I like going there.

There are good reasons why this shop has successfully proven its right to exist in Cologne's pedestrian zone for decades. Tried and tested concept and its continuous implementation, with a consistently top price-performance ratio. In my opinion, the only improvement that could be made was with the large shrimp, which were far too salty. But I could do without it and still be satisfied.
