Unfortunately, I was disappointed this time; the food wasn't as good as I'm used to here. There weren't enough vegetables, and when there was any, they were swimming in liquid and mush unless they were just refilling the bowl. The crispy duck was too mushy, the trimmed food was okay as long as it was fresh, and then it could happen, as in the picture, that it was raw inside; there were too many shrimp and the like. It's a shame; I'll eat somewhere else after shopping in the future.

Whenever we're in Cologne, we go there for dinner. We always receive friendly service, and the food is truly delicious. It's not a huge buffet, but there's something for everyone, and above all, it's fresh and delicious!

I recently ate at Drachen City in Cologne – and I’m genuinely impressed. The buffet offers a wide variety of traditional Chinese specialties, from fried rice and different meat and fish dishes to vegetarian options. Everything tasted fresh, hot, and well seasoned. The salad and appetizers were a pleasant surprise, and the soups were both comforting and well balanced. I especially appreciated the clean and well-kept atmosphere, where you feel welcome without any stress – perfect for a relaxed meal. On top of that, the price is super friendly, and the staff are extremely nice, which makes the whole experience even better.

The food (buffet) isn't freshly prepared, but, as you can easily tell, is made from canned and frozen foods. The selection isn't extensive, and the service needs to be trained in friendliness. What a shame.

The food selection is really very small. I have never seen such bad restaurants. I will never go there again and I don’t recommend it to others. The prices are higher than in the same restaurant, but the buffet is about eight times bigger.

Today I was with friends at the Drachen City restaurant in Cologne. I am deaf and it was awkward for me to go out to get food because of the table layout. One of the employees made a rude remark to me and left without listening. It was unpleasant and humiliating. I want employees to be more attentive and respectful of people with disabilities in the future.

We went there for the buffet and unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Many dishes were lukewarm to cold, some seemed like they'd been left over from the day before. While the selection was extensive, hardly anything was convincing in terms of taste – bland seasoning, overcooked vegetables, and meat of questionable quality. Additionally, empty containers were refilled very slowly or not at all. Hygiene seemed questionable at some stations (e.g., sticky spoon handles and dirty hot plates). Service was barely present, and overall, we felt unwelcome. For the price, we really would have expected more freshness and quality. Unfortunately, not recommended – we won't be back.

Service: My server was quick, but TOO quick, and seemed completely indifferent—a stony expression on her face, no chance to ask her a question. This is a case of rushed feeding. Food: Little flavor, mediocre meat quality, edible—but not necessary. BAD: The sauce on some meat dishes was overly fatty (leaving fat oozing on the plate). Until a few years ago, this place was never anything special, but it was better than it is now; the value for money was acceptable. After my last two visits, I have to say: that's it, no more of me in the future.

Impression: a small, in principle cozy cafe, the price during the day is 15.90 € per person, this is only food, drinks are for an additional fee, I will say right away that the price of drinks is more expensive than in some restaurants. Cola 0.5 costs 4.5 €, beer 0.5 costs 4.6 € as for me, this is very expensive. For comparison, beer in the beer restaurant in Munich "Augustiner Bräu München" costs 8.6 € per liter. In Dortmund we were in an Asian restaurant with a buffet, there all drinks are included in the price, while the entrance costs 25 €. So here are the advantages of this cafe: 1-no need to book in advance, 2-cozy atmosphere, 3-buffet, 4-you are not limited in time, sit as long as fits. Now about the food: the selection is, to put it mildly, small, fries, noodles, chicken, liver, mushrooms, several salads, watermelon, melon, three types of ice cream. All the food is very fatty and very spicy, you immediately want to wash it down with something, and the price of drinks is expensive. You will not find rolls and shrimp here, shrimp were only in one salad, but because of the spices the pleasure is dubious. To summarize: there were four of us, we thought that due to the buffet we would spend less, but would eat more than at the donar. This turned out to be wrong. Of course, we ate our fill, I think that at the donar we would have spent less. Then we ran around looking for a store to buy something to drink. The taste of spices haunted us until the evening. Of course, you can go and try it once, but I would look for something else. There is a sushi bar with a buffet nearby, entrance is 17.9 €, I can’t say anything about drinks there say, we didn't go in, didn't want to be upset. In general, it's up to you to decide, but I won't go there a second time. Peace to all.

Well, what can I tell you... I'm really at a loss for words to express it properly. It has little to do with a Chinese restaurant. The dishes all taste greasy and are overcooked. I think a rubber duck could easily match the taste and texture. The spring rolls here are more like winter rolls (at least in terms of the filling), reminding me more of apple strudel without the apple and greasy fries.

The waitresses didn't even look at us. I spent 10 minutes trying to order new drinks after ours were empty, even though the ladies were running back and forth in unison. The buffet is really very small, with hardly any selection. Not even breaded chicken, just frozen chicken wings. My daughter barely found anything she liked. (Except for fries, but I'm not going to an Asian buffet for almost €18 for that.) The taste was OK, but nothing special. I've had much better. No pepper, salt, or soy sauce at the table. The waitresses practically run you over when they want to get somewhere. In the meantime, they push a serving cart to the buffet, so no one can get there to put the plates in the cupboards under the buffet. Once, a waitress pushed me aside at the buffet without a word so she could refill them. I've never experienced anything like that before. Very intrusive. The atmosphere was loud and hectic. At the next table, a couple was dining peacefully while their twin babies screamed in the Maxi-Cosi. The dining room was clean, but the toilets and sinks could have been cleaned. We were full, but we would have been full from a kebab for a third of the price. We definitely wouldn't come back.

They charged me 20 euros when I was having a meal, and the merchant also offered bundled sales (I had to add a glass of orange juice or a drink). This is something I cannot tolerate. Food was good, however the service from the manager and the waitress too poor to say the least. They were rude from the beginning stating that we had to pay 17.99 for all the members of our party even though we had children among us. We felt rush and pressure to eat and leave because they had a group of Asian people coming in. If I had minus zero starts for service I would give to this restaurant. We won’t come back.

Very delicious restaurant. They have a small Buffet but everything in the Buffet is delicious. I find that actually good and smart. Instead of having a large buffet with a lot of not tasty food they have a small one with full tasty food. It cost 16 euro for person and 8 for children which is really acceptable for such a delicious buffet! I lovve it and my friends were really thrilled and full! Will come again for sure!

They charged me more than I ordered. I tried to order a small Sprite from the waiter but he kept trying to bring me a medium Sprite, to which I repeatedly said no. What happened in the end? I was charged for a medium one which I didn't order, but of course I had to pay after arguing with the waitress. A friend of mine even had to show her bill even though she had paid 5 minutes earlier! The waitress didn't believe her when she said she had already paid. Simply ridiculous. I wouldn't come back, I'd rather go to the pub around the corner and eat away. I get more out of it!

If you're in the area and want to eat a little Chinese "all you can eat" inexpensively, then you can do it. The prices are really pleasant and match the food. The restaurant is not very big, so the 2-3 waiters (speak good German) are always approachable. They are also attentive in service. The buffet is not impressive. There is duck, chicken, pork and vegetarian through to fries and mini salad bar. The food is not a culinary feast, but it is edible and filling. Price-performance ratio is exactly right! 🙂

Name urgently needs to be changed! I have eaten in numerous all-you-can-eat restaurants and have always been impressed by the variety - unfortunately that is not the case here. The food selection was virtually non-existent, which is disappointing for the price charged. Although the cleanliness of your restaurant is exemplary, the almost complete lack of variety does not justify this point. In my opinion, not only should the culinary offer be improved, but also the name of the restaurant should be reconsidered to better reflect the actual services. I expected more choice for the price and hope that improvements will be made on both fronts in the future.

We were there for the second time. We liked it on our first visit because the food was delicious. At the weekend she had simply turned off this strange fan heater at half past seven and it was getting colder and colder in the room. Several guests had complained and some had put on their jackets. When I asked the waitress about it, there wasn't a word about it, just a condescending smile. What an unpleasant restaurant. Definitely not again.

They have a very poor customer service. We arrived from London very late and someone directed us there. I just wanted to ask if we can order and take away. They didn’t even listen to me, one ordered me to wait in the queue and refused to listen to me the other one also ordered me to wait whilst she puts on her lipstick 💄 and after doing that she pointed someone for me to speak with. The other one also refused to answer and ordered us to join the queue. I found these attitude of them very rude and bias. You can’t do this in London, it could be because I was speaking English but this should not be a barrier to a good customer service. When we meet people who do not speak English in London we offer our help until we meet their needs. Over all service was 0
