Originaler Döner, so wie man ihn kennt, so wie man ihn essen sollt 🙂. Sehr leckerer Originaler Döner. Preisleistung ist top. Zu dem wurde uns noch Baklava angeboten, was wiederum auch super lecker war.

Es war sehr gut, aber jetzt mischen sie Pute dazu, ich habe heute buchstäblich Pute gegessen, ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen!

Bin vorhin beim Mahlzeit Döner etwas essen gewesen es ist erstaunlich welche Qualität und Kundenservices man in dem Dönerladen bekommt ich freue mich darauf nurnoch im Mahlzeit Dönerladen meine Mittagspausen zu verbringen da ein anderer Doberladen nichtmehr in Frage kommt

Sehr sehr leckerer Döner! Der Weg aus der Innenstadt lohnt sich sehr. Das Fleisch ist super, es ist perfekt mit dem Salat abgestimmt. Es ist nicht zu fettig und nicht zu mager. Genau richtig! An dem Döner kann man nichts aussetzen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett. Es gibt einen guten Außenbereich zum sitzen.

Mein Liebling Oldschool-Döner in Frankfurt

Der Kalbsdöner von Mahlzeit beamt mich aus dem Stand zurück in die 90er, als ich nach der sechsten Stunde in der Schule auf den Bus gewartet und mir einen Döner geholt habe. Ein klassisches Fladenviertel vom Kontaktgrill, sehr, sehr guter, selbstgesteckter Kalbsspieß, knackig-frisches Gemüse, Knoblauchsauce, Scharf - alles auch im richtigen Verhältnis zueinander, damit etwas entsteht, was noch besser ist als die Summer der Einzelteile. Klingt erstmal schlicht, bekommen in der Klarheit und der Güte 95% der Läden aber so nicht hin. Keine sechs verschiedenen Fladenbrote, die doch alle nur auf andere Art mittelmäßig sind. Keine albernen "Toppings" oder sonstige zeitgeistige Spielereien, die zwar Individualisierung vorgaukeln, aber im Grunde nur generische Beliebigkeit und einen Mangel an eigener Überzeugung signalisieren. Die Optik des Ladens setzt die zeitlose Unbeirrbarkeit nahtlos fort. Es macht mich zudem happy, immer die gleichen Gesichter im Laden zu sehen - Konstanz beim Personal über mehrere Jahre hinweg ist für mich auch eine green flag. Die aktuelle durchschnittliche Google-Bewertung lässt mich an meinen Mitmenschen zweifeln. Ja, der Döner ist teurer geworden, seit ich in 2022 begonnen habe, hierher zu kommen, aber dafür blieb alles andere gleich - keine Kompromisse auf unverändert hohem Niveau. Ich verstehe, dass man unterschiedliche Döner-Stilistiken gut finden kann: TonBul fährt einen ganz anderen Stil und war einer der Ersten in Rhein/Main, die mit Rucola und Zitrone um die Ecke gekommen sind. Das Steakdöner-Game kommt ebenfalls anders daher. Das hat auch zum Glück alles seine Berechtigung und seinen Platz. Das 90er-Jahre-Retro-Döner-Ding macht in Frankfurt aber keiner konsequenter, besser oder liebevoller als Mahlzeit.

Immer nett und vor allem alles pikobello sauber

Der Service ist recht freundlich und schnell. Das Essen jedoch eher mittel bis schlecht. Ich hatte eine Portion Pommes - für 3,50€ waren die in Ordnung. Die Käseröllchen hatten jedoch so gut wie garkeinen Käse drin und waren so fettig dass sie sich im Mund fast schon nass angefühlt haben. Mir wurde übel. Der Döner war okay, gibt es in der unmittelbaren Umgebung aber besser für einen besseren Preis.

Guter, solider Döner. Die verwenden noch das leckere und große Fladenbrot wie „früher“. Ich ziehe einen Stern ab, weil für den Preis die Füllung ruhig etwas mehr sein kann. Dann wäre das wirklich ein Superdöner von „früher“.

Fikret und sein Team begrüßen jeden Gast freundlich und haben immer ein Lächeln parat. Die Portionen sind fair und geschmacklich seit Tag eins konstant überzeugend. Mitunter gibt es hier den besten Döner in und um Frankfurt. Ein Ort, an den man wirklich gerne zurückkommt, weil Qualität und Service einfach stimmen.

Die Männer vom „Mahlzeit-Imbiss“ machen einen guten Job! Sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und kundenorientiert. Das Essen (To go) ist super gut. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist top! Von meiner Seite gibt’s eine klare Empfehlung!

Definitiv der beste traditionelle Döner in Frankfurt und Umgebung, vor allem in Zeiten, in der aus Döner eine Kunst gemacht wird, die total unnötig ist.

Kein Instagram Döner wie die anderen Läden aber sicherlich einer der besten in FFM. Danke für das leckere Essen und die Freundlichkeit. Es ist alles frisch und qualitativ sehr hoch.

Immer noch der beste Döner in Frankfurt! Das war der Lieblingsladen meines Schwiegervaters. Sauber, nettes Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre und das Dönerfleisch ist nach wie vor unübertroffen. Frisch zubereitete Laçamun gibt es zu jeder Bestellung, nicht vorgefertigt und aufgewärmt. Seit Babba gestorben ist, gehen wir leider nicht mehr so ​​oft dorthin. Weiter so!

Qualität und frische stimmt weiterhin. 08/2023 Preislich beim Kalbsdöner mit 9euro teuer aber 5euro Hähnchendöner Top. Qualität und Service weiterhin sehr gut und schnell. 02/2026 Qualität und Service weiterhin Top. Leider Preisleistung stimmt nicht. Teilweise um 50% in 2jahren angehoben. Und obwohl so hohe Preise, keine Kartenzahlung möglich. Ist nicht zeitgemäß. Ebenfalls keine Essenskarte zum mitnehmen und das seit Jahren. Warum?

Leider ist „Mahlzeit“ nicht mehr das, was es vor einigen Jahren einmal war. Preislich liegt der Laden mittlerweile ganz vorne, für einen klassischen Döner wird inzwischen ein ordentlicher Betrag verlangt. Bei trendigen „Hype-Dönerläden“ kann ich höhere Preise noch nachvollziehen, wenn besondere Extras oder spezielles Brot, Jalapenos usw usw angeboten werden. Hier bekommt man jedoch weiterhin den klassischen Döner im Dreiecks-Fladenbrot, nur leider mit deutlich nachlassender Qualität. Geschmacklich hat der Döner stark abgebaut; das Fleisch wirkt inzwischen eher fade und hat kaum noch ein richtiges Fleischaroma. In den letzten Wochen habe ich etwa sieben bis neun Mal dort gekauft und jedes Mal gehofft, dass es wieder besser wird. Heute habe ich einen Döner mit extra Fleisch zum Mitnehmen bestellt – zu Hause stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass vom „extra Fleisch“ nichts zu merken war, gefühlt war sogar weniger enthalten als sonst in einem normalen Döner. Zudem war das Brot zu lange getoastet, sodass es eher hart als knusprig war. Für mich war es das nun mit „Mahlzeit“. Schade, denn der Laden hatte früher einen sehr guten Ruf. Seit Jahren hat sich im Innenbereich kaum etwas verändert, während die Preise stetig gestiegen sind und die Qualität gleichzeitig gesunken ist. Entweder sollte die Qualität wieder deutlich verbessert werden, ihr könnt es schließlich besser oder die Preise müssten entsprechend angepasst werden. Der frühere Ruhm hat lange getragen, aber auf Dauer reicht das leider nicht aus.

Der beste Döner in Frankfurt. So hat ein sehr guter Döner früher mal geschmeckt. KEIN Schnickschnack von wegen Currysauce oder Maracujasoße. Einfach ein guter normaler Döner. Sehr leckeres Brot und tolles Qualitätfleisch (bestellt Kalbsfleisch, Leute).

Ich checke diese schlechten Rezensionen hier nicht, Leute erwarten bei nem Döner für 10€ wahrscheinlich ein komplettes Buffet. War gestern das 1. mal hier, Döner war nicht nur der Hammer sondern die komplette Werkzeugkiste! Klassisch ohne viel Schnickschnack und so sah auch der Laden aus, minimalistisch wie früher. Werde wiederkommen!

Absolut überbewetet. Portionen sind extrem klein. Habe 13€ für einen Hähnchen Döner Teller gezahlt und es war kaum Reis dabei. Es gibt viel bessere Optionen in der Umgebung.

Ich verstehe nicht, wieso dieser Laden noch nicht von Youtubern überflutet wurde. Ich esse seit 20 Jahren Döner und hier gibt es den für mich besten Döner der Welt. Lasst mal die Preise dahingestellt. Die Preise hier sind hoch, ja. Aber das Fleisch ist absolut einzigartig. Es erinnert an einen Döner aus den 90er Jahren, als sich die Türken noch richtig Mühe gemacht haben ein top Produkt abzuliefern. Es gibt keinen vergleichbaren Geschmack. Laden ist unscheinbar, die Auswahl ist klein. Aber dieses Fleisch ist einfach geisteskrank gut.

Mahlzeit Döner is good where it counts. The doner meat is of the highest quality, which you notice as soon as you enter the shop and look at the skewer, which consists of layered, clearly identifiable meat without any major additives or mince. Classic ingredients, from crispy doner bread to freshly cut vegetables to the tasty, not-too-greasy/mayonnaise-heavy garlic or yogurt sauce. No frills, no canned herbs, no fancy sauces—just exactly what I remember from my childhood and what makes a good doner. Furthermore, the staff is always extremely friendly and prepares your order quickly. At Mahlzeit, you're still happy to pay €10 for a veal doner or €7 for a chicken doner!

Phew, where should I begin? My colleague at work touted this kebab as the tastiest in the Gallusviertel, saying that the XL kebab, while expensive at €20, was an experience and worth the money. He brought me this XL kebab (so I can't judge the ambiance or service) – and I was horrified. Instead of an experience, I got a large (honestly delicious) loaf of bread, which, taken as a whole, seemed rather light. The contents were equally delicious, but so thinly filled that you could squeeze the bread shut. The scales then showed, with the aluminum foil, 937 grams, which is about 1300 kcal for €20 (!!!). For comparison: on Mainzer Landstraße, you can get a mega kebab for a little more than half the price, but it can easily weigh over 1000 grams. Once and never again. 2 stars because the food was delicious.

The doner kebab is good, but not the best in the area, which is home to many kebab shops. The prices here have always been a bit high, people don't really want to afford veal doner, and there's almost always a shortage of staff. Recently, a bad habit has crept in that you get preferential service if you speak Turkish, which significantly increases the already excessive wait time for other customers. I've constantly heard good things about the store from my friends. That's why I wanted to try the place: Well. The fee is €9 for a veal kebab + €2.50 for a 0.33l can of coke.
