YE-MC Kebap Haus-Enkheim in Frankfurt am Main

I had a truly wonderful experience at this Turkish restaurant. The food was high-quality, freshly prepared, and absolutely delicious – you can immediately tell that they place great emphasis on authenticity. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, and the service was friendly, attentive, and professional. You really feel welcome as a guest. In my opinion, this restaurant is one of the best Turkish restaurants in Almaty. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

First off the food was delicious. I had the schweinshaxe and my wife the rouladen. My issues were with the atmosphere and service. The staff were banging around the tables not thinking about the patrons eating. Next the service was okay but when I was paying the bill the manager suggested tip but I said no and he was rude about me declining.

We were in the area and stumbled upon this pizzeria quite by chance. It seems to have just opened; everything looks very modern and new. We were the only customers in the restaurant at lunchtime, but the delivery service was constantly making deliveries. We ordered two pizzas from the extensive selection and each had a special request, which was easily accommodated. We could watch the pizzas being prepared in the open kitchen, and out of the oven came a very good, crispy, and piping hot pizza. Neapolitan style with a thick crust, which was crispy and not the usual soft crust. Excellent! To top it all off, the friendly owner gave us a complimentary espresso. The only things that bothered us about the atmosphere were the loud radio and some clattering.

The food was awful; the quality and price were disgusting. The staff were clueless and overwhelmed. Not recommended.

I'm really disappointed. I chose a dish from the vegetarian section in the cafeteria, which was only marked with a vegetarian symbol. Later, I found out that it contained chorizo ​​(pork) – they simply forgot to label it. The cafeteria apologized, but a mistake like that just shouldn't happen. Especially in a food service area where many people don't eat meat for health, religious, or ethical reasons, it's disrespectful and irresponsible to mislabel food. I sincerely hope that more care will be taken with labeling in the future – especially in the vegetarian section.
