A very nice restaurant, excellent service, and the food was fantastic. I'd love to come back. There are also plenty of parking spaces in the parking garage next door – although it costs a bit (which is still reasonable). Due to the train station, it can occasionally get a bit crowded in traffic.

The restaurant is very clean, especially the restrooms, and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. Best restaurant I've ever been to, both in terms of taste and appearance. 10/10

It was bad, and we definitely won't be back! We were only allowed to order after 20 minutes, after asking. By the time everyone had their drink, the first few had already finished it. In the summer, the sangria comes with canned fruit, and that's in a Spanish restaurant... The tapas then arrive one at a time, spread out over the next 1.5 to 2 hours. Well, at least the table is never full, but there's no way to enjoy a good meal. We waited in vain for the next drinks. They were taken but not brought. The quality was okay, but the entire process was a disaster and didn't make you want more; you just want to finally pay and never come back. You should also review your pricing; the so-called "cheese plate" for €14.50 is a disgrace. But the best thing is your marketing copy for selling 0.5 liters of tap water for €4.50. In Osnabrück, you pay €2 gross for 1,000 liters. But of course, you have to filter it laboriously and all that. 😎 If the service had shown any effort or interest, they could have asked how it was. Direct feedback is better than via Google. But even a tip wasn't enough to motivate them.

After a long time, I finally had dinner at Don Louis. The anticipation was great. The disappointment due to many small mishaps was even greater. Guys, you really need to improve yourselves. Making a reservation in advance was no problem. Reception was fine. Drink orders took far too long; only when I asked when the drinks would arrive did they arrive immediately. You could offer a lot more drinks. A white sangria is white and must not be adulterated with a red syrup. The syrup has its own flavor. The tapas and main courses were all delicious. No one had to wait for their food. Everything was good. For dessert, if the menu says "warm chocolate soufflé...", then it doesn't have to sit in the kitchen for ages until it cools down. It only tastes good warm. Here, too, we had to ask when dessert would be coming. Finally: the bill, which came remarkably quickly. All in all, the service needs to improve; then everything else would have been fine. Get on with it.

Preferably minus 10 stars Simply awful. 180 euros, everyone had to eat separately. Everything took forever. The service was not good and it was simply disappointing. From the service to the organization, I've never experienced anything like this before. Paella was simply awful, and all the tapas came separately. It wasn't nice. We waited 45 minutes for drinks and an appetizer, and I don't even want to think about the time it took for the food. We were there for a total of 3 hours, and after 1.5 hours, a tapas finally arrived. I'm lost for words... we definitely won't be back.

Heerlijke plek om te eten en drinken. Zeer ruime keus in tapas. Smaakt goed, al hadden de champignons wel meer knoflook mogen hebben. De pan con aioli was lekker. Wel lekker buiten gaan zitten. Terras is sfeervol.

Great ambiance, food with minor flaws We went there for tapas. The atmosphere was super pleasant, and the service was also decent. Unfortunately, only 3-4 of the 8 tapas really impressed us. The shrimp, for example, were a bit overcooked. Overall, it was okay – perhaps just a less-than-perfect day in the kitchen. We'd gladly give it another try!

Table reservations were quick and easy, the atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and a change to an ingredient in the ordered dish was carried out without any problems and at no extra charge. All in all, highly recommended!

Pre-ordered paella but forgot it. Our friends got 3 rounds of tapas in that time (90 minutes). And then we only received the paella after the others were full.

The reservation went smoothly, even though there were few people at the reserved time. The stay was very mixed: - worn and stained Menu - Some broken plates (with broken corners) - no additional spices on the table - Inattention when Service (the table was still full of used dishes from the starters; suddenly the main courses arrived - we had to make room for them ourselves) - loveless side salad - equally unloving and almost unseasoned main course (beef fillet with dry potatoes, no sauce or similar) - Cappuccino inedible with a dirty spoon - The wine, the liqueur, the starters and the fish platter were good All in all, definitely room for improvement!

Reserved a table in advance and it worked without any problems. We received a very friendly welcome in the restaurant. We ordered the tapas starter plate and also some tapas. The waiting time was very good, not too long. Everything tasted very good. The dessert was also very tasty. Just like the wine. Conclusion: delicious tapas in a very nice restaurant with friendly service. Our childless evening couldn't get off to a better start. We can recommend Don Luis with a clear conscience. Thank you!

It was the first time I had dinner with you and the last time. Let's start on a positive note. Starters were quite good. Food arrived first at my house and 20 minutes later at my wife's, unbelievable Then the main courses were a disaster as several pieces of meat were cooked differently, no taste, no attention to detail, just thrown away. Then the service, apart from one person, I would replace everyone, especially the "cashier" who shows no goodwill towards the guests. So not recommended 78.80 euros for a catastrophic evening

Beautiful location with winter garden and outdoor area near the main station. The service was very friendly and attentive. The food (tapas and main courses) were very tasty and the price-performance ratio was right. Vegetarians will also find what they are looking for here.

The wine bottle ordered is opened and served without a cork, wine glasses are simply placed next to it: NO GO. Meat and fish very dry, hardly edible without sauces. Gambas were good. Nice atmosphere, but that's not why you go out to eat. Saro is 100 times better.

The grilled octopus was OK! In my opinion, it was slightly oversalted or I could taste a strong salty note! Generally worth a visit, recommended!

I ate there yesterday with my family (6 people + 3 children) and we would always come back. Food was delicious, service was super nice, super fast, super professional. The children were given ice cream sundaes with their ice cream that they could keep. Sweet detail! The price is also absolutely right, not too expensive.

The food was delicious, but as time goes on the portions get smaller and smaller!! We paid €45 and left the restaurant hungry! The portions are no longer comparable to what they used to be, what a shame!! In addition, you didn't have a free choice of tables but were seated in the winter garden where a fan club with 30 people sat 1.5 m next to us and we could hardly talk anymore! With the orders the staff is totally overwhelmed due to a lack of staff! And card payment wasn't possible either! And even the phone didn't work.

Die Atmosphäre - besonders auf der Terrasse (trotz manch lauten Zuges) kann man nur als angenehm bezeichnen. Auch vor leichtem Regen wäre man geschützt. Aufmerksamer Service - auch der „Neue“ gleicht es durch Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft aus. Das Essen erwies sich als sehr schmackhaft : Gut gegarter Lachs mit Kartoffeln wie bei Großmuttern, leckerer Pulpo auf Wunsch mit Gemüse und wunderbare Nachspeisen. Bravo !

Inattentive service staff. Used dishes sit on the table forever. You wait a long time for the food. Ordered plates will not be brought together. You even have to ask several times for the bill.

We have been to Don Luis several times and, as always, we were very satisfied with the drinks and food. Tune an excellent white wine. If the staff makes a great effort despite short-term absences, this should be recognized and appreciated. It just takes longer!! Still no reason to shout about the operation/kitchen and the service. There can be no question of contemporary, hospitable cuisine. The starter menu only includes about half a dozen vegetarian tapas and salads, the main menu offers NOTHING to vegetarians, but really NOTHING:-( My wife and I therefore excusedly stayed away from an acquaintance's invitation under an excuse.

A great tapas bar with a terrace and parking behind the house. This was our first time eating tapas here and it was great fun. The food was great and it was served in great bowls. Everything was very appealing and the staff was super friendly. Unfortunately we were only visiting Osnabrück and so we can't come too often. Nevertheless, if we were there again we would like to come back.

Always enjoy going to Don Luis. Food is delicious and the waitresses are nice and attentive. Waiting time for food is rather short. New, very comfortable seating. Toilets in the basement - inconvenient for wheelchair users. You can pay in cash or by card (tips can be rounded up). Free parking behind the house, parking ticket must be activated in the restaurant.

We always enjoy going to "Don Luis", but this time we were disappointed in a few places! First the positive: the sufficient staff understands their service to the guests, is quick, friendly and attentive. We like the modern atmosphere. Now the negative: the fried squid rings were rubber, the breading wasn't crispy, this is the first time I've eaten bad squid rings at Don Luis. The grilled peppers (pimentos) were far too large and had only been pulled through hot fat once, no grilled or fried flavor and no sea salt. And definitely go back to the old bakery, the current bread was simply baked goods. With hope for improvement...
