Very nice people. The pizza was amazing. Unfortunately, we had a few problems with the coupons, but that was all our own fault. The atmosphere in the shop is very down-to-earth and cozy; I would go here for a date. The music is not too loud, not too quiet. Very pleasant. The plants add a natural touch. All in all, a very good shop; I will be back. (Yes, I'm doing this for the free cookie, but I really mean the feedback.)

The pizza here is absolutely delicious! The staff is super friendly and extremely competent. After a five-minute wait, we had our two pizzas on the table. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and very quick preparation. We ate our pizzas, which we ordered to go via the app, right there on the spot. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

My order arrived quickly, but the pizzas were poorly topped. 50% had the same toppings as usual, and I don't want to start on the rest, even though it started with the wrong base sauce. Whether I'll order again, you'll see when the lights come on.

The staff are usually friendly and courteous, but depending on who's serving and when, the wait time can be relatively long and communication is poor. The atmosphere is like any other snack bar: simple and relaxed. Now for the food. The food tastes good, but the value for money has deteriorated considerably. Prices are like those at an Italian restaurant, but the experience is like that at a snack bar. At prices like these, my personal choice would be the local Italian restaurant around the corner, as you get much better and fresher quality in a more upscale atmosphere for the same or cheaper prices.

I was pleasantly surprised – I had to fill some time and ordered a pizza. I wasn't expecting anything since it's a chain, but the pizza tasted delicious and the employee was super nice and helpful!

We ordered. The wrong pizza was delivered, and the driver brought a new one (which was still missing some ingredients!) and was very unfriendly.

Pizza is very tasty. But 2 minus points The employee wearing gloves collects the money with gloves and then tops up the pizzas. This is a hygienic disaster

The food is just as fresh as the guys on staff. The pizza is a real hit, especially if you've had a long day and don't want the standard pizza from the Italian restaurant around the corner. The ambience is very appealing, at the time of writing everything is decorated with sweet Christmas decorations. Good pizza, good shop. Task accomplished in my eyes.👍

I ordered food and the delivery person was so fast and so personable I think his name was Burak but kudos to him!!!

Delivery was over half an hour late, pizza was cold, driver was angry, aggressive and unfriendly, recommended we use another pizza service. I will do that too, there are enough in Würzburg.

For the fifth time in a row I didn't get the pizza I ordered. Every time something is missing or you get a completely different pizza. I have no idea what's going on with them, but it has nothing to do with competence. If you complain afterwards, you won't be accommodated.

Great shop, great singers and the pizzas are the best. I personally recommend the Chicken Teriyaki Pizza with Hollandaise Sauce instead of tomato sauce. Definitely recommended 👍

I ordered pizza to pick up. The employee looked at me three times, then looked away and looked around in the air for 2 minutes before disappearing behind instead of serving me. Normally it wouldn't be a problem if she had something to do, but she just stood there and didn't do anything. My pizzas were also ready long ago even though they would only have been picked up in 2 minutes. Plus there was nothing going on in the store. At some point a driver came and gave me the pizzas. Normally I have nothing to complain about at this branch, but today the service was really shit.

Nice staff whether for pickup or delivery. I've tried different dishes and have always been satisfied. Fast delivery. Unfortunately there are no toilets on site but you can go to Ran or Edeka opposite.

I recently ordered pizza from Domino's and was really impressed with my experience! Ordering was easy via the website and the selection of pizzas and sides is huge. I think this store is incredibly good!

What an impudence. I have ordered regularly from this pizza chain for years and had it delivered. Now suddenly we are no longer in the delivery area, even though we live no more than 2 km away as the crow flies. A big compliment to the headquarters for this great cost-cutting measure. I love the pasta and pizza there!! I often order my pasta there and have never had any problems until today. I ate my pasta with great pleasure until I saw that there was a dead fly in my pasta. That really spoiled my appetite!
