I have always been satisfied with every order over the years. Everything there tastes delicious, is fresh and arrives hot. All the employees are also super nice.

The driver of this delivery service is always in a hurry while they are in a hurry. They give you the middle finger and tell you to shut up. I don't call that customer service. And something like that is not appropriate. About the situation. I went with my son 3y. walking in a play street. We used the edge of the road. He couldn't get past us fast enough because of a car and he stalled his vehicle. He was so angry after that. I mentioned that this was a play street because he was traveling way too fast. Then I was told to shut up and he gave me the middle finger. Wow! Class!

Many thanks to the team, it was really worth every euro! This pizza was so well topped, respect! And as always: delivery extremely fast and very nice. Thanks.

So far the food has always been good, but every now and then something was missing or an order was incorrect. But I've always overlooked it. However, today I have to say that it was a disgrace to order here. I ordered for €11.49!!! a "Rösti Döner" plate (see reality and example photo from the Domino's website) The quantity seemed far too little for the price, and the sauce was completely missing. An additional sauce that was also ordered was missing. I contacted Dominos by phone and was told that the staff had to work according to specifications, which I understood. I was told that there had to be 90 grams of meat in the box I bought, but it was proven that there were only 49 grams. The employee's explanation: "Maybe due to the heat of the oven"; “There’s a lot going on here too.” It cannot be the case that the consumer has to accept such a difference. As can be seen from the picture, there weren't really many of the Röstis either. The missing sauces were delivered later, there was no apology on the phone, nor was there an understanding response to the customer. That's not how customer service works, that was my last order.

Hello, I ordered pizza rolls with salami!!!!! But these were more like dough rolls without anything, one roll was even without salami and the others were incredibly small pieces of salami which are smaller than a beer mat (see picture), some pieces are even smaller, which saves so much on toppings. So for the money a kebab would have been worth more, but you don't know beforehand!!! That's why not anymore.

Clean, nice and delicious! Of course the price is a bit more expensive but otherwise 👍

5 Stars! I recently visited this pizza shop and absolutely loved it! Not only was the pizza incredibly delicious, but the entire experience was simply top notch. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I entered the store and the staff took the time to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Unfortunately, it's rare to come across such great service these days. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the store. The tables were neat and clean, the kitchen seemed very well maintained, and even the toilets were in immaculate condition. You can tell that a lot of emphasis is placed on hygiene and order, which makes the food taste even better. Overall, I highly recommend this pizza shop. If you're looking for delicious pizza in a friendly and clean environment, you should definitely stop by here. I will definitely come back!

Per: Delivery and service are impressively good. I don't really like eating out there, but when I pick up food, the place is well equipped and always clean. The food itself is perfectly prepared. Cons: By default, salads and wraps do not contain enough tomatoes, cucumbers, etc. When it comes to pizza, neither the dough nor the so-called mozzarella produce a positive experience; apart from parmesan, there are no alternatives such as: cheddar or Emmental cheese. Even if it does, putting it together costs an enormous amount. Which brings me to the last point. Price performance is not enormous, but it is daringly high. Despite the offers. As a comparison, use the average of the market prices.

We ordered pizzas and they weren't tasteless and the edge was hard and wobbly at the same time, completely different from what I expected from the name Dominos. I won't order again and there was so little sausage in my pizza roll, so the price/performance ratio was rather weak. Delivery was quick and the food was warm, which is why 2 stars. Otherwise, unfortunately not what we expected from such a large supply chain

I've already ordered a pizza with not quite as much cheese 3 times and felt like I got twice the cheese on it, it was inedible and had to be thrown away every time. cheekiness

The pizza tasted very good. It was freshly baked and could be picked up after a short time. The staff were very friendly. Always my pleasure.

Hair on my pizza, that's not acceptable.

We order there occasionally and have always been satisfied. Yesterday we received three pizzas that were bone dry and carelessly topped. We then found black hair on a pizza. Rarely get something so disgusting. I called Dominos and explained the situation. The employee offered to deliver new pizzas, but we had lost our appetite for pizza from Dominos. An apology with credit for next time would have been OK with us. He wanted to forward the case to the boss. To date no reaction. Mistakes can happen, but an apology and amends are the least you can expect. For us that was it with dominoes. We don't need poor quality at competitive prices. Fortunately, there are enough alternatives with a significantly better price-performance ratio.

Es tut mir sehr leid, aber mit dieser Speisekarte zu meinem 70ten Geburtstag, war es mangelhaft!Wir hatten 2 Fleischgerichte, dann einpaar Pizza, sowie Nudelgerichte!Vorspeise, war gut!Schade, ich hätte für meine Familie etwas besseres vorgestellt!Bin sehr enttäuscht 😞!Und das wir alle nur einen Zettel bekommen kommen haben, der ausgedruckt war, ist für mich sehr unwürdig gewesen!!Alle von uns haben sich sehr gut benommen, nicht laut!Die Bedienung war freundlich und zuvorkommend!!

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Pizza ist köstlich und die Wartezeit ist angemessen.

Bisher habe ich nur bei diesem Dominos bestellt und war nicht vor Ort. Schnelle Lieferung und gute Zubereitung. Kann mich nicht beschweren.

Ich würde ja gerne mehr Bilder posten aber leider haben wir direkt angefangen zu essen… um 22 Uhr und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Essen kam schnell und heiß und war sehr lecker!!!

Bestelle immer wieder essen kommt schnell und heiß was man nicht immer hat.

Wir haben zwei Pizzen und einmal Pizzabrötchen bestellt, weil wir nicht nochmal los wollten. Beide Pizzen waren zu lange im Ofen sie waren schon sehr dunkel. Der Preis war unglaublich überteuert.....wir haben insgesamt 29 Euro bezahlt....Sorry wir werden nicht nochmal bestellen.....

Sehr leckere und ausgefallene Gerichte. Speisen um Lokal oder natürlich per Lieferung nach Hause. Preise sind ok und es schmeckt echt lecker.

Habe mir jetzt zum zweiten mal dort eine Pizza geholt und ich werde es weiterhin tun. Freundliches Personal und die Pizzen sind echt gut 👍

Mein Freund war eben bei euch und hat zwei Pizzen, Pizzabrötchen und Lava cake bestellt, Anfürsich mag ich kein Dominos aber das topt alles. Langerfeld schmeckt viel besser als in Gelsenkirchen ☺️ Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 🫶

Kann hier leider nicht mehr als 3 Sterne für das Gesamtpaket Lieferung-Preis Geschmack vergeben. Das schlimmste ist, dass man bei 3 Pizza noch zusätzlich zu den Lieferkosten extra Beitrag bezahlen muss 😟 wofür? geschmeckt hat es noch 👍 war aber unsere letzte Bestellung.

leider nicht so lecker, der Thunfisch war trocken und die Pizza hatte einen ganz komischen Geschmack. Der Lieferdienst war schnell und sehr freundlich.

Der heiße schlitten damals von Hallo Pizza wurde echt gut umgesetzt aber das personal ja kann man sich streiten

Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach überteuert, und die Pizzen schmecken mir persönlich nicht, gegenüber eines Steinofens kann es es nicht mithalten.Ich gehe auch nur zur Not hin, wenn alles andere zu hat.Pizzabrötchen gefüllt sind ok, aber bei der Pizza gehe ich lieber zu den anderen im Umkreis.Die Zutaten sind frisch das stimmt. Kleiner Rat:Seit Jahren ändert sich nicht die Art des Ofens, was vielen nicht wirklich schmeckt.Wenn sich das ändern würde, und die Mitarbeiter einen Herzlicheren Service bieten würden, wäre der Erfolg um einiges höher. DIESE Rezension habe ich auf die Antwort hin detailreicher gestaltet.

Das Essen ist einfach super lecker. Die Preise stimmen u wir fühlen uns einfach wohl dort! Egal ob mal eben zwischendurch.. Im Sommer ist der Biergarten sehr schön u auch ruhig oder zu bestimmten Veranstaltungen... Karneval...Halloween...private Feiern in der Familie.... Immer eine gute Anlaufstelle 😊
