I had to wait quite a long time until I was served at the checkout (estimated about 5 minutes). The prices are a bit high for the food there. The pizza we ordered was okay, but nothing special.

Pizza was great, ambience was mediocre

Catastrophe! Never again! Delivery times were adjusted twice in the app, even though the status was “order ready”. The last stated delivery time was then exceeded by another 30 minutes. The pizza was lukewarm, the “cold” wraps were also lukewarm because they were on the pizza. Neither lukewarm pizza nor lukewarm salad dressing taste great. The ingredients on the wrap were also questionable.

Very good Dominos pizza and slad is very very good .i recommend one time you can try salad

The pizza arrived 2:30 late and was cold. I wouldn't order here again. Update from 06/23/24: Ordered another dish again via UberEats. Food didn't come after a few hours and Ubersupport couldn't reach the restaurant by phone. This store is simply bad! Hands off!

Telephone manner needs improving

I placed the order, 30 minutes later they wrote that the order had been delivered. 1.5 hour later someone comes and delivers the wet, soggy pizza and fries. So. Only one **** will order from Domino, stay away. Just a horror film, I can't say anything anymore without using swear words

Well, pizza is okay but too expensive. Ordering offers is difficult online. Ambiance doesn't invite you to stay. Actually just pick it up or have it delivered, which is what most people do. The pizza is nothing special, every Italian restaurant has a better one. I'm not coming back.

I waited more than 75 minutes for my order. When it was delivered, the pizza was cold and pepperoni sausage even though I had ordered salami... and I can't tolerate anything spicy at all. Very unfortunate!

They have people working there who don't even speak German, and they also answer the telephone. How are you supposed to order something?

I am usually a satisfied customer and appreciate the quality of your products and the fast delivery service. However, my last order was disappointing as several issues arose. On the one hand, the snack box I ordered was completely missing from my delivery. Furthermore, the pizzas were not prepared as expected: the Caprese pizza was missing pesto, and the Salami Supreme pizza was not topped with a generous amount of salami as usual. When I tried to resolve the issue over the phone, I was treated rudely and did not receive a satisfactory answer. We were also promised a subsequent delivery of the snack box, but it never arrived. The question is, where is my snack box?

I've been ordering for several years because every time something is missing and they're also unfriendly. I couldn't enjoy my food after waiting 55 minutes, then I called incorrectly and I had bread but no pasta, thanks for letting me eat it separately after waiting another 40 minutes So it's about time that's true, the last time I order there after finally accepting tips and a lot, they still ask for the pasta back that was made wrong, everything's fine, thanks, I didn't want to eat it anyway because I can make pasta with cream and cheese myself at home for 3- I'd rather save 4€ for several portions by 11€!!!

I thought of course, you could just order without any worries, I know from the USA. But what came home to eat was simply not edible!!!! I've never eaten such bad pizza. Or rather, we only tried it and unfortunately had to throw the rest away.

Ordered food via delivery service for the second time, but unfortunately everything was cold again after 1.5 hours of waiting. Never again

We order a pizza and chicken wings from there on a Friday night it took about 35 minutes for Deliver that's fine but the Food Was Cold and Old. Call The restaurant and just put everything on the Deliver driver. The Foid was Cold when it Left Domino's. Will never Order from Thier Again.

First of all: 1 star just because nothing less was possible. I'm still sorting through this recession while I wait for the food. I ordered at 7:22 p.m. It is now 10:36 p.m. I didn't order directly from Domino's, but from Lieferando. I was given a delivery time of 60 minutes. After 50 minutes they said my order would be coming soon. I called the branch for the first time at 9:06 p.m. I was told in a nice and friendly manner that it was busy and that there would be longer waiting times. When I asked, I was told my food would arrive in 30 minutes. Good. A second phone call was made at 9:50 p.m. Unfortunately with constant interruptions. Ultimately, I was assured my order would be fulfilled IMMEDIATELY. I mentioned the current time at the beginning and it takes less than 20 minutes from there to my home. The store closes at 11 p.m. As soon as I send this review I will try calling again. However, I've given up hope that I'll get anything to eat today. So my conclusion: Food: cannot be assessed as it did not arrive Service: Can I also go into negative territory? Ambience: I don't know, I've never been there I will definitely never order there again

Ich schließe mich den übrigen Besuchern gerne an. Ich war eigentlich nur deshalb in Domino's Pizza Wiesbaden Mitte gegangen, weil ich Hunger hatte, nicht die Bewertungen verglich und wissen wollte, ob die Aktie ein Invest sein könnte. In Wiesbaden gibt es wunderbare, inhabergeführte Pizzerien, die ihre nahezu fünf Sterne verdient haben. Domino's Pizza Wiesbaden Mitte wäre allenfalls ein Hungervermeider. Und da Wiesbaden aber weiß Gott bessere Lokale aller Art bietet, würde ich dann etwas anderes ausprobieren. Dass Domino's Pizza als Aktie eine Erfolgsgeschichte ist, streite ich nicht ab. Bei meinem Besuch außerhalb der Hauptgeschäftszeit hatte ich zwei nette junge Leute dort kennen gelernt und hatte dafür eine Pizza, die auch ein schlechter Italiener bessser hinbekommen hätte.

The very last thing, I wanted to order pizza because I received a voucher by email, then I went there and showed him the voucher and was then told off that I should do it online and he had nothing to do with it. Then he continued to tell his employee where the tip would be and didn't bother with me any further. I always thought that if I gave a tip the delivery people would get it too, that was the last time I ordered something there and the app is also deleted. I prefer to order from Pizza Boy, they have less selection but are always super nice both in the store and with the delivery service.

50% discount pizza, just like all the other pizzas on offer, they have very very few ingredients. And quality has gotten worse! It's a shame, I was a regular customer.

Delivery within the specified time. Pizza tasted good. The dough could have been baked a little longer. Toppings, on the other hand, sometimes received a little too much heat. Price performance ratio is good.

ToGo Pizza modern style PIZZA ala Burger at MCD

I came to the store on Saturday around 9 p.m. At this point I was the only customer in the store. After I stood at the counter for about 2 minutes, I was briefly asked whether I had already ordered. However, I didn't have that. For the next 5 minutes I was no longer noticed by the 3 employees. Then I went back. You don't have to be treated like that as a customer.

Ordered via Lieferando with the addition “without red onions”, but received with red onions. Immediately upon receipt of the pizza, he complained and was portrayed as a liar. I was shown the receipt, which had no indication on it. However, I had the order confirmation on my cell phone and was able to prove it. Since it wasn't the Lieferando order form that was shown, but the one from Dominos, it was clearly a mistake on the part of the employee. Only after we called Lieferando did the employee make us a new pizza. Customer loyalty & customer service work differently!

It can't be right that the woman on the phone argues with me for 10 minutes and claims that there is no Wielandstrasse in Wiesbaden. I don't understand why someone who obviously doesn't speak German answers the phone. In the end they just hang up on you - that's frustrating.

They rejected my order because they didn't have the address in the system where I live because it's a new building. 🙈You are not ashamed???!!!

Die Fahrer sind sind zum größten Teil inkompetent, man bestellt was, sagt noch am Telefon das der Fahrer links die Treppe hoch soll, und was passiert gar nicht, der ruft an und sagt er findet das klingelschild nicht, und das ist nicht das erste mal wo das passiert ist

Pizza sieht gut, aber habe einen Cinnamon Bread bestellt , und haben mir einfach nur das Brot gegebene ohne Zimt und Zucker, Brot schmeckt wie Wüste sonst mit Zimt und Zucker und soße köstlich.

Über Ubereats bestellt. Hat sich gebessert, viel mehr Auswahl und die Pizzen sind auch schön luftig und gut belegt. Cho Cho churros mit kakao Füllung sind echt super. Bin positiv überrascht.

Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen so gar nicht nachvollziehen. Wir bestellen bei der Arbeit fast jeden Tag bei Dominos und es ist immer super lecker und frisch. Kenne kein Restaurant, welches so Schnell liefert. Immer sehr zuverlässig und pünktlich!!

Domino's ist recht teuer aber hat ausgefallene Pizzen. Meine Erfahrungen hier sind gemischt. Man kann im Laden praktisch nicht sitzen und es gibt kein WC. Davor sind auch nur begrenzt Plätze. Die Pizza ist wie gesagt echt teuer, aber, wenn man Glück hat, echt gut. Ich esse am liebsten die Cheeseburger-Pizza, die war hier bisher immer solide. Margherita und weitere waren eher so naja. Unsere letzte Bestellung kam nach ca. 1h und hat praktisch nach nichts geschmeckt. Da geht auf jeden Fall mehr für diese Bepreisung!

Der Dude an der Kasse könnte etwas freundlicher sein. Mülleimer voll

Die Pizza schmeckt gut, ist allerdings nicht sehr günstig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Bestellung war pünktlich zur Abholung fertig. Der Laden selbst ist zweckmäßig.

Uns hat die Chicken Döner Pizza gut geschmeckt . Ich bin sonst kein Fan von von großen Fast Food Ketten. Aber nach über 30 KM wandern war es eine gute Lösung. Pizza war innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten direkt vor unserer Hoteltür. Zwischendurch haben wir noch angerufen und die Hausnummer geändert. Also bei uns hat alles bestens geklappt

Ordered Bombay Chicken Pizza, which for some unfathomable reason had bits of pineapple on it. As someone who has lived in Bombay, I can confirm that it tasted nothing like the food you get in Bombay. The service was quick.

Great delivery speed but the pizza was hardly on the same playing field as US dominoes pizza.

Nachdem ich jetzt öfter dort bestellt und abgeholt habe muss ich sagen ich wurde weder beim Service, schnelligkeit oder Frische enttäuscht. Kanm die schlechten Rezensionen nicht so ganz nachvollziehen. Sind immer gute Angebote dabei die man bei anderen Pizzerien nicht hat 2 zum Preis von einer etc. Und Immer mehr als reichlich belegt. Bin sehr zufrieden. Muss auch mal gesaht werden

Pizza top Go für Geburtstagfeier war echt lecker und alle Kinder haben die Pizza sehr genossen und gelobt

Ich bestelle mir immer mal wieder eine Pizza für die Mittagspause. (Manchmal auch zwei, wenn noch jemand mitisst). Es gibt oft ein paar coole Angebote und da ich fußläufig von der Filiale arbeite, kann ich die Pizzen auch immer selbst abholen. Schon kurz nach Bestellung kann ich loslaufen und wenn ich da bin, ist alles meistens schon fertig. Ich finde die Pizzen dort geschmacklich sehr lecker und hatte noch nie eine schlechte Erfahrung.

Freundlicher Angestellter....etwas überfordert mit Sonderwünsche. Total überteuert für eine mittel große Pizza. Erste Mal und letzte Mal.

Das zweite Mal nur lauwarmes Essen und zum zweiten Mal wurde die falsche Soße geliefert. Hier werde ich nicht mehr bestellen!

Leckere Pizzen - wie von Domino's gewohnt! Zu empfehlen ist die Hamburger-Pizza. Für die unentschlossenen ;-)

Für mich ist die "Dutchman" die geilste Pizza aller Zeiten. Wenn ich in Wiesbaden bin, versuche ich es immer mit Dominos zu verbinden. Preislich gesehen sicherlich nicht die günstigste Pizzeria aber immer wieder Abwechslung bei den Gerichten und top Qualität!

Essen ist sehr lecker. Personal ist sehr langsamm. Und es gibt auch keine Teller und Bestek dort zu Essen.

Heute auf die Arbeit (CMS) bestellt. Essen war super lecker, werden wieder bestellen. Der Chef und seine Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Macht weiter so

Ich kaufe keine Pizza, erst recht nicht bei euch. Für einen Döner mit doppelt Fleisch (450g wenns schlecht 500g! wenns recht ist) zahle ich halb so viel und was die Kinder lieber mögen, ist mir Jacke wie Hose ;)

Das Personal war nett. Auf der Karte gibt es eine ganz gute Auswahl hauptsächlich an Pizzen, Salaten und einigen wenigen Nudelgerichten, Chicken und Wraps. Man kann Abholen und sich liefern lassen und auch an einigen wenigen Tischen im Lokal essen. Die Tische waren leider ziemlich unsauber und wurden während meiner Anwesenheit nicht einmal gereinigt. Abends um 10 Uhr war die kleine Größe der Pizza aus. Das Zeichen dafür, das offensichtlich nicht frisch zubereitet wird sondern das alles aus der Konserve zubereitet wird. Also musste ich notgedrungen eine mittlere Pizza nehmen. Die war erstaunlich gut dafür, dass die von der Größe her so unflexibel waren. Ich hatte eine Pizza mit extra Salami, die war auch gut mit Salami belegt und vor allen Dingen waren die Salami schön kross gebacken, was ich liebe. Aber knapp 10 € für eine mittlere Pizza die aus vorgefertigten Vorlagen unflexibel hergestellt ist war das eigentlich zu teuer.

2 Pizzen, auf beiden der Belag Anders als bestellt. 1 Salat, joghurt Dressing war wie wasser Und 16 Oliven die hatten wir abbestellt. Geschmacklich ging es. Aber bestelltes Besteck fehlte.

I ordered here a second time. I have to say they are quite expensive. First time I ordered here was in October 2016, that time the Pizza was ok. This is why I ordered a second time, the delivery time was fine but the Pizza was horrible. Cheese was to "done" also the sides were a little burned and to be honest there was barely anything on top of the Pizza. So thank you but no thank you.

I have never eat their pizza in the restaurant but did ordered twice to delivery , system to order and marketing are pretty good in my eyes. Tasty of course ! for me ...lazy evening didn't want to cook and just want something quick to fill up into my big fat belly:) ! In Wiesbaden we have like every steps...you walk on you will find a Pizza! Its easy to find a pizza more than find a healthy food to eat. I personally not a big fan of pizza, but Dominos pizzy could make me want to eat more and more.... Something inside those flavor and pizza it self..taste sooooo good. How ever ...since Dominos in WI , I did order them just two time and when ever I walk pass by... Their restaurant almost empty! .... Until I notice earlier this year... They just closed for good.

Alles stimmig hat super Geschmack. Ganz toll! Besser als so auch ein Italiener in Wiesbaden. Daumen hoch.

Habe online bestellt, essen war 30 min später fertig als angegeben, dazu gibt es hier in der Umgebung, wie für Wiesbaden üblich , keine Parkplätze. Bestellt hatte ich eine halb/halb große Ranch BBQ und dominos supreme,die Penne mit hänchen und Parmesan, den schoko Kuchen und die cookies. Pizza war gut, besonders die Soße muss man loben. Penne waren ziemlich geschmacklos. Kuchen war ok. Cookies waren teilweise verbrannt. Das Essen wurde auf den Tresen gestellt, ohne zu kassieren, ich solle bitte noch warten. Für eine Wartezeit von insgesamt einer Stunde bei selbst Abholung und bei dem Preis, werde ich definitiv nicht nochmal hingehen.

Lecker aber einfach zu teuer für Wiesbaden. Kommt nicht an kleine Pizzerien wie Pizza Kiara ran. Selbst mit ihren Sonderangeboten immer noch zu teuer.

Die Pizza hier ist echt mal was anderes im Gegensatz zu Standard Lieferdiensten. Wir haben jetzt schon ein paar mal, auch mit Freunden, die Pizza geholt und waren immer zufrieden. Leider liefern sie nicht bis zu uns. Der Teig ist super und die Soße echt tomatig und aromatisch, toll ist auch der inkludierte Dip zu jeder Pizza.

The Domino's shop is within walking distance; however, I've only eaten pizza there once. I normally call and have them deliver to my house. They deliver is almost any weather condition. Normal Domino's quality (good) but the service is always friendly and fast.

Das Pizza Brot ist wahnsinnig gut. Ich habe gemerkt, dass Salz ist einbissen wenig, also überhaupt was man bestellt. Entweder ich muss dazu was bestellen, uder zals streuen.

I boght the "bombastic" pizza, it was not chicken, it was chicken ham, and the spicy peperoni is not spicy at all. The base was absolutly dry and with a lot of meal.
