Food was not cooked properly still cold and raw, I will not be coming back again. Food was disgustingly atrocious.

I ordered from Uber Eats. After half an hour, I was told that the order couldn't be accepted. Although I was refunded immediately, it was still very annoying and a disgrace.

I order occasionally, but what arrived today was very bad, not to be recommended... Cold pizza / Ice cold salad - To be thrown away, which we did. They write "Please, no x ingredients," but it's included in the delivery. I made a call and hung up immediately! This Domino's location or store is a complete disaster! It's time to replace the employees there. Respect and quality are not an issue! I will never order from there again. Enjoy your long restroom sessions.

Terrible Service and disgusting food

Used to be okay. For a long time now, the food has regularly arrived at least 30 minutes after the stated delivery time. Accordingly, nothing arrives hot anymore, but lukewarm. I called after waiting well over an hour for an order (with the status: delivered). They said it was delivered. I explained that this wasn't true. He said he'd send out a new one. After another 40 minutes, the delivery man arrived. Only after he's gone do I open the box and realize it was the cold, first pizza. The delivery man (tall, stocky, blond) brought me the two-hour-old pizza! (The new one arrived another 20 minutes later.) I'm now deleting my account and going back to Kiara on Rheinstrasse.

Cho Cho churros tasted of old fat and cheesecake was sour and inedible. I don't want to say anything about the pizzas.

The delivery time is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, they say my food is here. Then it takes another 40 minutes for the food to even arrive. Did you drink paint??😭😭

The delivery only arrived after more than two hours and several calls, during which I was repeatedly assured that "the driver would be right there." Furthermore, the order was marked as "delivered" after about an hour (coincidentally, roughly at the same time as the first call – the second one was surprised that the order hadn't arrived yet?!?) – good thing I had *for once* paid in cash that day! Accordingly, the order was anything but warm. The taste was so-so, but the service is terrible – in a city like Wiesbaden with such fierce competition, it's absolutely fatal for a delivery service!

Order not arrived and after several calls no one answers

The order arrived 45 minutes after the stated delivery time, no one answered the phone, and the order never arrived.

Ordered on a Tuesday evening, arrived after over an hour, and wasn't really warm, even though it wasn't that far away. Dessert wasn't included, but I was charged for it. After a phone call, they wanted to give me a voucher, but I haven't received a voucher or my money back yet!

Unfortunately, once again, the wrong pizza was delivered

We ordered for 4:15 p.m. in the morning. The other delivery company delivered on time, but Domino's didn't. We called again after about 20 minutes and were told, quite aggressively, that the driver was already on his way and would be there in 10 minutes at the latest. After about 15 minutes, we called again and were told, again in a very aggressive tone, that the driver would be there in 3 minutes and that it would take longer because he was on his bike. After a total of an hour, the driver arrived in his car. Unfortunately, he didn't understand us and didn't have any change. The food was also terrible and cold. I don't want to know when he left. Never again 😗

I ordered there and didn't know they were closing. Lieferando asked me to call Dimona to cancel my order, and the guy from Domino's just repeated a thousand times that they were closing soon and wouldn't do it. I then asked for a compromise, and he said he would do it the very next day. It's been days, and I still haven't gotten my money back hahahaha

What we ordered and what we got is consumer deception. Cinnamon rolls are sold as pizza rolls. The only good thing was the driver who wished us a good appetite.

The order didn't arrive until an hour and 45 minutes later (cold and greasy). After 1.5 hours, I called and was assured that the driver would be there in 5 minutes, but this didn't happen for another 15 minutes. Not only was the order late, but I was also lied to! I ordered a pizza without cheese from Dominus via Lieferando because I'm allergic. Despite the clear instructions, the pizza was delivered with cheese. A life-threatening mistake. Luckily, I checked beforehand – otherwise, I could have ended up in the hospital or worse. No apology on the phone, no accountability, just a suggestion to contact Lieferando. This isn't acceptable. Never again.

I'm truly shocked. I specifically requested that the pizza be without cheese due to an allergy, but it still came with cheese. Good thing I saw it—otherwise, I'd be in the hospital right now. Instead of apologizing, Dominus simply brushed me off. That's not just unprofessional, it's dangerous.

Disastrous service! Completely overwhelmed due to a lack of staff and utterly incompetent. They can't find the address, simply don't call and leave it at that, saying "it's paid for, whatever." If I hadn't called myself after almost 45 minutes had passed the delivery time, I would still be waiting for the food in five years. And then them telling me on the phone that they'll prepare it fresh again but deliver me ice-cold food that's already traveled halfway around the world is absolutely disgusting! And at that price! Once and never again. I would advise everyone to stay away from it.

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE STAFF!!!! What the Domino's staff is doing here is simply antisocial and deliberate deception. I've ordered several times now between 10:15 and 10:30 p.m., about 40 minutes before closing time. The order is accepted, I wait patiently, and shortly after 11 p.m., when the restaurant officially closes, the order is simply marked as "delivered." Without anyone ever ringing the bell. This is no coincidence. It's happened to me several times, and it's obviously a tactic of a lazy employee who simply doesn't want to work any more "shortly" before closing time. They take orders late into the evening but don't prepare anything. Instead of canceling or contacting the customer, they simply pretend the food has been delivered and they can't reach anyone because the store is already closed. The first time, I thought: It can happen. The second time: Maybe a mistake. But the third time, you clearly realize it's intentional. It couldn't be more outrageous. I paid, but I didn't get anything, and this happened several times. Conclusion: Never again Domino's.

It's unbelievable what the drivers do!! Almost had a car accident because of someone like that and was still coerced by him. I've never experienced anything like that before. Disaster! I ordered at 1:00 p.m. for 2:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m. I got the message that it would come between 2:04 and 2:08 p.m. Then another message: 2:14-2:22 p.m. The delivery driver called saying he was on the first floor at 2:40 but he wasn't there. He called again at 2:43 and argued with my friend saying he was waiting on the first floor and we were wrong! We looked everywhere, but he wasn't there. He then realized he had gone to the wrong address and another 5 minutes later. So I ordered food for 2:00 and got it around 2:50.

Ordered online 5 minutes later the call came from the manager (who only speaks broken German). My order was received late and would be canceled. At first it wasn't a problem, but I didn't receive any cancellation confirmation and the money was deducted. So I called the manager again who wanted to explain to me that this was normal and that I should wait 3 days otherwise he would send someone to me with cash. The way I was fobbed off was extremely dubious and to claim that the cancellation doesn't have to be confirmed in any way is simply cheeky.

The driver stole from us and took two women into our stairwell who "accompanied" him on his journeys??? Cannot recommend anyone to order here. Beware of theft.

I used to be really happy with Dominos. Now it looks completely different. I live 5 minutes from Domnios. Pizza should take between 18 and 30 minutes, after 45 minutes it was there. Pretty cold and extremely mushy salad. The dip I ordered with it was moldy, although MhD had not yet been reached. Don't really enjoy eating. It was too much trouble for me to call there and complain today. Because I currently have a bad cold.

The delivery was on time, to the minute. We taste the pizzas everywhere at Dominos. The delivery was super friendly! He dropped one of the dips and exploded on his shoe... he apologized a thousand times, brought me a new dip and an extra cookie. #Manofhonor

Sorry, it really has nothing to do with pizza. I ordered pasta and New York pizza there. Any frozen pizza from the supermarket is even better. And the noodles were catastrophic. If you're looking for good pizza, Dominos is always the right place <3 So I really can't understand all the negative reviews. I went there, waited briefly because the chef was busy (it's no problem you impatient people.....) Ordered pizza and waited, chef brought it to me and wished you bon appetit YAY!! And the pizza was delicious - who would have thought!? Nice and warm, not sparingly topped, a few pizza chilies on top for that extra kick and in with it!! It was really tasty :) Of course the atmosphere isn't that great, but it's not that bad, sit at the window, look out and enjoy your pizza. So I would and will come back, you should too!!

50% discount pizza, just like all the other pizzas on offer, they have very very few ingredients. And quality has gotten worse! It's a shame, I was a regular customer. They forgot to add the ingredients to pizza. Never again. Very bad.

I've ordered there many times and the last few orders have been really subpar and even catastrophic. Today I ordered a salad, the salad was brown and black, smelled a bit strange and wasn't really appetizing, similar to the last two orders but at least not rotten. Unfortunately, the last time I was a customer of yours was today. Plus point for the delivery, it was really very pleasant and delivered quickly.

I had to wait quite a long time until I was served at the checkout (estimated about 5 minutes). The prices are a bit high for the food there. The pizza we ordered was okay, but nothing special.

I am usually a satisfied customer and appreciate the quality of your products and the fast delivery service. However, my last order was disappointing as several issues arose. On the one hand, the snack box I ordered was completely missing from my delivery. Furthermore, the pizzas were not prepared as expected: the Caprese pizza was missing pesto, and the Salami Supreme pizza was not topped with a generous amount of salami as usual. When I tried to resolve the issue over the phone, I was treated rudely and did not receive a satisfactory answer. We were also promised a subsequent delivery of the snack box, but it never arrived. I ordered at 7:22 p.m. It is now 10:36 p.m. I didn't order directly from Domino's, but from Lieferando. I was given a delivery time of 60 minutes. Ich war eigentlich nur deshalb in Domino's Pizza Wiesbaden Mitte gegangen, weil ich Hunger hatte, nicht die Bewertungen verglich und wissen wollte, ob die Aktie ein Invest sein könnte. In Wiesbaden gibt es wunderbare, inhabergeführte Pizzerien, die ihre nahezu fünf Sterne verdient haben. Domino's Pizza Wiesbaden Mitte wäre allenfalls ein Hungervermeider. Und da Wiesbaden aber weiß Gott bessere Lokale aller Art bietet, würde ich dann etwas anderes ausprobieren. Dass Domino's Pizza als Aktie eine Erfolgsgeschichte ist, streite ich nicht ab. Bei meinem Besuch außerhalb der Hauptgeschäftszeit hatte ich zwei nette junge Leute dort kennen gelernt und hatte dafür eine Pizza, die auch ein schlechter Italiener bessser hinbekommen hätte.

The very last thing, I wanted to order pizza because I received a voucher by email, then I went there and showed him the voucher and was then told off that I should do it online and he had nothing to do with it. Then he continued to tell his employee where the tip would be and didn't bother with me any further. I always thought that if I gave a tip the delivery people would get it too, that was the last time I ordered something there and the app is also deleted. I came to the store on Saturday around 9 p.m. At this point I was the only customer in the store. After I stood at the counter for about 2 minutes, I was briefly asked whether I had already ordered. However, I didn't have that. For the next 5 minutes I was no longer noticed by the 3 employees. Then I went back. You don't have to be treated like that as a customer.

Ordered via Lieferando with the addition “without red onions”, but received with red onions. Immediately upon receipt of the pizza, he complained and was portrayed as a liar. I was shown the receipt, which had no indication on it. However, I had the order confirmation on my cell phone and was able to prove it. Since it wasn't the Lieferando order form that was shown, but the one from Dominos, it was clearly a mistake on the part of the employee. Die Fahrer sind sind zum größten Teil inkompetent, man bestellt was, sagt noch am Telefon das der Fahrer links die Treppe hoch soll, und was passiert gar nicht, der ruft an und sagt er findet das klingelschild nicht, und das ist nicht das erste mal wo das passiert ist

Pizza sieht gut, aber habe einen Cinnamon Bread bestellt , und haben mir einfach nur das Brot gegebene ohne Zimt und Zucker, Brot schmeckt wie Wüste sonst mit Zimt und Zucker und soße köstlich.

Über Ubereats bestellt. Hat sich gebessert, viel mehr Auswahl und die Pizzen sind auch schön luftig und gut belegt. Cho Cho churros mit kakao Füllung sind echt super. Bin positiv überrascht.

Ich kann die schlechten Rezensionen so gar nicht nachvollziehen. Wir bestellen bei der Arbeit fast jeden Tag bei Dominos und es ist immer super lecker und frisch. Kenne kein Restaurant, welches so Schnell liefert. Immer sehr zuverlässig und pünktlich!!

Domino's ist recht teuer aber hat ausgefallene Pizzen. Meine Erfahrungen hier sind gemischt. Man kann im Laden praktisch nicht sitzen und es gibt kein WC. Davor sind auch nur begrenzt Plätze. Die Pizza ist wie gesagt echt teuer, aber, wenn man Glück hat, echt gut. Ich esse am liebsten die Cheeseburger-Pizza, die war hier bisher immer solide. Margherita und weitere waren eher so naja. Unsere letzte Bestellung kam nach ca. 1h und hat praktisch nach nichts geschmeckt. Da geht auf jeden Fall mehr für diese Bepreisung!

Die Pizza schmeckt gut, ist allerdings nicht sehr günstig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Bestellung war pünktlich zur Abholung fertig. Der Laden selbst ist zweckmäßig.

Uns hat die Chicken Döner Pizza gut geschmeckt . Ich bin sonst kein Fan von von großen Fast Food Ketten. Aber nach über 30 KM wandern war es eine gute Lösung. Pizza war innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten direkt vor unserer Hoteltür. Zwischendurch haben wir noch angerufen und die Hausnummer geändert. Also bei uns hat alles bestens geklappt

Nachdem ich jetzt öfter dort bestellt und abgeholt habe muss ich sagen ich wurde weder beim Service, schnelligkeit oder Frische enttäuscht. Kanm die schlechten Rezensionen nicht so ganz nachvollziehen. Sind immer gute Angebote dabei die man bei anderen Pizzerien nicht hat 2 zum Preis von einer etc. Und Immer mehr als reichlich belegt. Bin sehr zufrieden. Muss auch mal gesaht werden
