Domino's Pizza München Neuhausen-nymphenburg in München

This review is not related to this particular branch, but more to Dominos pizza Deutschland. I have tried lots of Dominos pizzas from different countries and my pizza to go choice is always Supreme. I was not aware that particularly Deutschland franchise is having standards of their own, and it was quite disappointing experience. I was not expecting I will be getting frozen microwaved pizza with toppings. So statement “Frisch 100%” on their pizza boxes is quite misleading. Other than that, you are not able to choose crust thickness apparently either, like in other franchises in other countries. So what are you getting is sad looking flat pizza with three ingredients. My bad, I didn’t check on their website pictures beforehand, but still supreme shouldn’t be just ketchup, cheese and schinken only from the name alone. Still, checking pictures from other branches in Munich I am still satisfied I didn’t get burnt and oily pizza. That’s why I’m giving 3* instead of 1*

There was so much garlic on the crust. This was by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life. Would give zero stars if I could

We were there today with my family and wanted to eat there too! Where did we come in, a man screams at the waitress so that my child is frightened. She then served us and cried. We felt very uncomfortable, so we took our pizzas and walked away.

The workers here are very rude. No toilet, no place to wash up, and on top of it, very unpolite employees. Both employees were just uninterested in everything and gave bored and irritated looks on every cutomer. At least the dood was decent. But the pizza was not the same fluffy Dominos Pizza i know. I'm very humanly disappointed.

I ordered three pizzas, which unfortunately arrived ice cold. When I contacted the restaurant by phone to clarify the problem and ask for new, hot pizzas, I was treated extremely rudely by the staff. There was no willingness to take my concerns seriously or offer a solution. Instead, the conversation ended abruptly, which shows that neither customer service nor respect for customers appears to play a role here. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional for a restaurant.

Don't order here, I paid 54€, 0 pizzas and 0 refund

I am absolutely disappointed with my last order from Domino’s. The pizza arrived way too late and when it finally arrived it was cold. The taste was also anything but what you would expect from Domino's - just bland and bland. That was definitely the last time I ordered here. Such service is unacceptable.

This review is addressed to the delivery service! I ordered through Uber Eats. The delivery person called me and I went outside to get it from him. He stood there and didn't move at all. I asked him nicely if he was from Dominos, then he looked at me annoyed and said loudly and cheekily: YES! He then asked me in the same tone what kind of number 0041 was. I explained to him it was a Swiss number (mine). He became increasingly loud, arrogant and aggressive and continued to say that it was not okay that I used my Swiss number because now he had to pay! (The call lasted 2 seconds). I apologized, taken aback, and said I thought I had left my German number. But he continued to insist how stupid this was and how I should know better and why I was ordering online when he had to call another country! While I was apologizing the whole time...he felt like he was throwing my food at my hands. I told him at the end that I didn't understand the problem and that mistakes are human. To which he became even more aggressive, gave me dirty looks and continued to say how bad it was because of foreign countries and that we shouldn't do that, etc. I was really scared (as a young woman and he was a man in his 50s). Then he aggressively packed his things and asked: so you have food, okay, then bye. I then called the branch and complained straight away, and the lady on the phone was very nice and accommodating! Thanks to you! And the 5 stars are for the food. I've never experienced anything like that. I was shocked. I hope the man is reprimanded or even fired, to be honest.

You actually don't deserve a star at all. It's better to get a cashier who can speak German and use the app.

I never left comments until now, but now I have to. So, we order a pizza and there is a rude Russian-speaking employee at the counter. We waited 15 minutes for the pizza, ordered a large and ate outside. The tables were dirty so I had to wipe them down myself. There were wasps flying everywhere. We paid 14.49 euros for the first pizza on the menu. When the pizza was brought to us and we opened it, we discovered that it was not the size advertised, was cut crooked and a tenth of the pizza was missing. When we pointed this out, the rude employee replied, “That’s how it’s cut.” This pizzeria should either hire better employees or pay more salary so that the employees don't pass this on to the customers.

We often order here via Lieferando, like today. Now the cheese crust has been forgotten for the second time in a row. We called them and complained about it, then we were promised delivery of the correct pizza. A short time later we got a call back: a young guy with an accent, probably the cook?, simply denied it and outright accused us of lying. Is it still okay? You charge 17 euros for a pizza and shit yourself because of... 50 cents or what are the production costs for the cheese crust and you also risk losing a long-time regular customer???? For us, it's no longer about the cheese crust, but rather how customers are treated here who rightly complain and who are then portrayed as liars. We complained about this via the official website and attached the photo. If there isn't an appropriate response (if this were my shop, I would kick out the guy who is scaring away my customers), they won't see a cent more from me. There are enough other pizzerias in Munich, even en masse.

I ordered a Lucifer pizza and a Caesar salad, but forgot to order the dressing with it. The brother wanted to go back especially for me and get one. Bro if you see this me, you're going to be the next Jeff Bezos. Order date: August 15, 2024 around 2 p.m

Cool place has pizza but there are also places with extraordinary pizzas but the place is better than fast food

Ordering via the app worked without any problems. The pizza had just come out of the oven when we picked it up. The staff was normally neither unfriendly nor particularly friendly. The taste of the pizzas was okay. The standard of a chain. You can also eat on site. The price-performance ratio was good with the coupon 3 for 2.

I order pizza from this location pretty much once a week. It is SO GOOD every single time! Great flavor, arrives quickly, and is always hot when it arrives. The chicken/other non-pizza items are just *ok* not great, but if you are in the mood for pizza delivery, this is the spot to order from without a doubt.

I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, I always thought it was very good, the pizza is very tasty, especially the kebab pizza, plus it doesn't cost much because there are many offers, such as the pizza deals for 3 .99. I just signed up for the newsletter and they always send me offers. For me as an Italian, pizza is a bit sweet, but I still find it very tasty. I sincerely thank the restaurant. I have tried other Domino Pizza locations but found it better here as they also have a place to eat, hand sanitizer and tissues. I will definitely come back, thank you 💙

Actually here for quick hunger, not because it's a good pizza, order something here every now and then. But not anymore. The delivery man put his bike across the sidewalk and I couldn't get through. When he asked him about it, he insulted me. They don't see my money anymore.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Food only came after 2 hours. The pizzas were ice cold and the dough and tomato sauce weren't ready yet! The taste is correspondingly very bad. Another order is no longer an option! Qualitatively catastrophic!

It's a shame that you can't give zero stars here. I have never eaten such bad and unquality pizza, I don't recommend it to anyone who is hungry.

We used to often order when we worked upstairs in the office. Never again. The young lady asked my husband what size of the domino box, my husband has bad eyesight, she could see that too, and said to my husband, annoyed, that's an English word, instead of saying - what sizes are available with price etc. The young lady is certainly not in a position to educate my husband about English. The remaining money, even if it is only 3 cents, is simply pocketed without saying a word. StGB sends its regards, will no longer order on Nymphenburger Straße, and people with limitations and disabilities will be treated like dirt. The lady gives advice in English, but is unable to change her cash register because it didn't serve me as it says on the cash register receipt A ERCAN YILDIRIiM

Meatlover pizza was delicious and definitely something different with the BBQ sauce...the chicken fingers were crispy and the salad was crunchy!!! Big plus: The delivery person was super super nice! I even got a cookie for a minimal (10 min) delay! I will order here again!!! Update February 2024: Small point deduction because out of 3 orders the wrong address was saved in the system 3 times and the drivers called me where I could be found...then of course the food was cold...

The cashier is inadequate, please call a psychiatrist to check at this Dominos branch. The cashier throws money, is rude and does his job poorly. Ruined time and mood. Please check your employees

Ordered there several times and was disappointed again. Pizzas without cheese, but swimming in sauce. Noodles were so flabby you could drink them. Delivered on time & drivers were always nice.

Unfriendly employees, especially a lady, blonde, between 30 and 40, believes that she should attract more attention through her arrogance than through competent service. I don't know, but if you don't feel like it, you can leave work alone. Nobody forces you! Once is okay, but all the time? By the way, the lunch menu I recently ordered looked like the picture. By the way, the employee wanted to be billed incorrectly even if I hadn't noticed. When I asked why I was served my food so carelessly, incompletely and sloppily, the employee told me flippantly "I have to pay more, then I won't eat more or anything". So I can only advise everyone against this store, I don't have to suffer the disrespect.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered and it took over an hour to arrive and we were getting no updates from the restaurant on the status of our food. The food arrived cold and mishandled. The pasta had no sauce and just had an unpleasant taste as a whole. The lack of sauce also made it that every noodle became attached and rather than a plate of pasta alfredo it was a block of penne pasta with a forest full of chives on it. The pizza was also quite bad and undercooked and the ratio of sauce to toppings was overwhelming. The crust was quite literally soggy and undercooked and was just not something that was edible. I honestly regret ordering from here extremely every calorie was a waste.

Hier wird der Teig täglich frisch zubereitet! Das Bistro ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich sehr wohl fühlt und kurz entspannen kann. Das Essen schmeckt und ist lecker, die Mitarbeiter machen sehr gute Arbeit!

Die Pizza ist schon sehr fettig, also eher auf amerikanische Weise gemacht. Nichtsdestotrotz sind die Pizzen so gut wie immer lecker. Wir haben sie uns liefern lassen, was schnell ging. Die Pizzen waren auch noch warm. Die Preise sind wirklich angemessen

Essen war sehr gut aber der Saftladen hat keine Toilette bzw. keine Möglichkeit, sich die Hände zu waschen. Nicht zu empfehlen für Leute mit Waschzwang. Andererseits können Sie sich im Dönerladen nebenan die Hände waschen. Daher hat dieser Dönerladen von mir 5 Sterne erhalten. Edit: Der Dönerladen nebenan bekommt doch keine 5 Sterne, da man diesen auf Google leider nicht bewerten kann. Trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Wartezeit war ca 40 Minuten, Pizza war lecker. Ich hatte als Deutsch-Amerikaner noch nie Domino‘s versucht, aber wurde nicht enttäuscht. Die schlechten Reviews hier kommen hauptsächlich wegen den Wartezeiten zusammen.

It used to be better years ago. I think Dominos made a policy on how to make bad pizzas and charge more money. The dough was very bad, still soft.

Pizza war die beste die ich seit langer Zeit gegessen habe. Nach meinem Geschäftstermin war dies genau die richtige Wahl! Wenn ich das nächste mal in München bin gehe ich sofort wieder dort hin :)

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Gerade die Schichtleiterin. Wollte mein Pizza bar bezahlen (8,50€) und mit 50€ bezahlen. Wechselgeld war in Scheinen da, wenn auch nicht optimal. Der Herr an der Kasse wollte mir normal rausgeben, da kommt die Schichtleiterin daher und sagt, wenn der nicht mit Karte zahlen will dann gib ihm das Restgeld (40€, etwas Trinkgeld natürlich) in Münzen und wollte mir 40 1€-Münzen geben. Geht gar nicht. Nie wieder. 2* weil die Pizza ganz ok war und es relativ schnell ging

Verkäuferin sehr nett. Hab heute Mal die Vegane Pizza ausprobiert. Käse war hart und überhaupt nicht geschmolzen und relativ geschmacklos. Rest war super.

Leider nicht zu empfehlen. Wir waren am Samstag über 10 Leute die bestellten. Fast alle Pizzen waren sehr trocken und mit wenig Geschmack. Dazu fehlte mal wieder eine Pizza. Preis-Leistung passt halt nicht.

Eine Kette die gute Pizza macht. Sie sind eher amerikanischer Art als italienischer. Die Preise sind gut und eine 0,5Cola für 99cent kenne ich nur aus dem Supermarkt. Die Jungs waren gut drauf und freundlich. Habe keine zehn Minuten auf meine Pizza gewartet.

Domino pizza halt. Was soll dazu groß sagen, für den schnellen Hunger reicht es.

Average at best. Very slow response of employees. Seems like no one is interested in working. The food is also just there to fill your stomach with something.....not at all appetizing. Try any local shops. You might be in better luck with food

Standardpizza in verschiedenen Größen für einen durchschnittlichen Preis. Die Qualität war in Ordnung, allerdings ist dies eher eine Pizzakette. Mit einer gut italienischen Pizza natürlich nicht vergleichbar. Aber für einen Snack zwischendurch vollkommen in Ordnung. 8.49€ (2021) kostete die Pizza in groß und eine Fanta (1L) kostete 2.99€.
