People are always nice, not the first time that I get my order shortly after work. I'm really grateful 🙏

Employees absolutely anti-social. My food didn't come as ordered, not even at the specified time. When I called to just say nicely that something had gone wrong, they hung up. I then called several times because I rarely encountered something so unprofessional. Was simply hung up again. The food was cold and as if it were an older delivery that was simply given to the driver, even though I am allergic and noted that, no response was given to it. Taste - disgusting! Never again

We always order very tasty pizza, today we were there on October 5th, 2024 at 9:45 p.m., the boy in the cash register was totally disrespectful, we ordered 2 pizzas, one was with salami then we noticed it was with pork, we wanted that Cancel the pizza because it wasn't in the oven yet and he complained, very disrespectful, but the boy in the cake was helpful and we took the salami out of the pizza and strips of chicken and paid an extra €3, so we had no problem.

Food comes cold. Doesn't taste good. Not recommended.

Jimmy delivered the pizza in record time and was extremely friendly. Pizza was fantastic also!

Domino’s is my second favorite pizza company in Munich, the shop at Berg-Am-Laim is definitely the one with the best, staff and food quality. I’ve ordered take in, take out, everything that’s possible I’ve tried from there menu, definitely recommend this domino’s shop above every other shop in the city.

I feel sick from waiting (3 hours) and picking up is not German for you

Food never arrived but had already been paid for, didn't answer the phone, I felt sick from all the waiting, not recommended

100% recommendations, I ordered in hospital but suddenly my doctor arranged me some surgery, and I got injected some medicine to sleep that I'm not able to pick up the call but the manager and the delivery guy delivered again for me with a fabulous attitude and they are so sweet

Even though you order cheese with extras and pay extra for it, you only get the usual amount, if not less.

Summer evening, the traffic is flowing, but the pizza guy is far from arriving. Called their hotline to ask why is it 30 minutes longer than promised (and still counting, as I wrote this review), so instead of helping us out or thinking of how to help us, we got shouted. Tip? I don't think so.

I always order pizza caprese and it's always delicious; delivery quick, pizza warm to hot, very good; one star deducted because so far only one driver has thanked me for the tip. A small “thank you” works in all languages. :)

Pizza 🍕 tastes good 😋, ingredients fresh, a little too much cheese for my taste 🧀 (although I like cheese). Friendly staff, not a long wait, enough space to eat on site. Prices 💰 humane, some self-collection offers. I can recommend it. 👍

Normally I would have given it 4 stars because there is no salt at all (even if you eat there) but the pizza was great.

I ordered online from the Domino’s app, They delivered on time but they brought one pizza without the wished topping, why I will never know. The problem being who orders pizzas without toppings. I am very disappointed with the lack of quality and consistency of the app I asked for toppings and I didn’t get them. I and my girlfriend tried eating it but it was just hard bread with sauce. Please pay attention in the future. Since it is my first time using Domino’s this isn’t what I expected.

This Dominos refuses to deliver to my severely/walking-impaired brother because, according to them, he is "too slow at the door". Discrimination against disabilities is unacceptable.

We waited half an hour for our food, even though the pizzas were already ready. Even after asking several times if the pizzas kept warm on the oven were ours, we were told that they were not ours. After half an hour it turned out that they were our pizzas.

There's no toilet, the pizza has too much sauce.

Durchfall nach Pizza, Mitarbeiter tragen keine Handschuhe und zerdrücken Salat mit Hand -- sehr appetitlich. Das war es leider mit mir und Domino's 😩

Dominos halt. Haben Online bestellt und vor Ort abgeholt. Pizza war nicht abgebrannt und es gab auch keine anderen Auffälligkeiten. Das Personal war sehr nett und man hat sich willkommen gefühlt.

Pizza war standard dominos, aber wir haben ungefragt Bacon (auf einer ansonsten vegetarisch gedachten) Pizza bekommen, sowie fehlende Käsekruste, die jedoch abgerechnet wurde.

Ich habe essen zur Abholung bestellt. Ich war pünktlich da, musste nicht warten und habe sofort mein Essen bekommen. War wie gewohnt lecker.

Bestelle telefonisch gerne eine der guten Pizza's 🍕 bei 'Dominos Pizza, München, Berg-am-Laim. Lieferung erfolgt schneller als angekündigt, Preise sind akzeptabel, die Pizza 🍕 schmeckt lecker und ist gleichmäßig belegt. Trotz meines empfindsamen Magens wird immer alles vollkommen gut verdaut. 👍 ☝️ BEMÄNGELUNG ist lediglich die Verpackung, da die Pizza relativ flott abkühlt. 🤔 Müsste der Umwelt zuliebe wenigstens Außen herum mit Alufolie bedeckt werden. ☺️ Ambiente kann ich leider nicht beurteilen, da ich bis Dato nur Lieferservice nutzte.

Ich habe eine Praxis gegenüber und bestelle an bestimmten Wochenenden für meine Akademie teils 4 Pizzen und Salate. Jede Pasta mit Penne auch die neuen Rezepte sind lecker und auch alle Wraps. Das Tiramisu liebe ich und den Lava Cake. Wirklich jede Pizza ist Top, außer Kunden wissen nicht was Sie wollen. Zutaten kann man dazu buchen oder abwählen! Also zukünftige Kunden, liest euch nicht die 1* Bewertungen durch, dass sind Falsch-Illusionen! Ich hole mehrmals pro Woche dort mein günstiges und leckeres Essen ab.

Mehrfach Pizza zur Abholung vorbestellt, hat immer funktioniert, war pünktlich fertig und lecker. Abgesehen von der unglücklichen Parkplatzsituation alles super. Ich wurde nicht mit einem Sekt und einem Ständchen empfangen aber höflich und freundlich, mehr will ich nicht.

Top! Pizza BBQ poncho bestellt, super schnell geliefert, heiß und lecker. Rückfragen wurden vorab Telefonisch geklärt. Gibt absolut nix zu beanstanden. Sollte ich wieder in München sein, würde ich hier wieder bestellen 👍🏻

Ich war lange ein treuer Fan vom dominos Lieferservice. Was ihr aber als Pizzabrötchen inzwischen definiert ist eine absolute Frechheit. Die sind locker nur noch die Hälfte, im Gegensatz zu gewohnter Lieferung. Das war dann wohl meine letzte Bestellung. Preis Leistung muss man von Anfang an haben und dann auch halten, aber Preise anziehen und Qualität verschlechtern, gutes Marketingkonzept

It's Domino's, was gibt's dazu noch zu sagen?

Ich bin der Meinung das Fehler immer mal passieren können und wir sind alle nur Menschen. Wie darauf reagiert wird ist halt an sich wichtig und das fand ich bei Dominos bis jetzt immer Top! Entweder hat man nochmal was dazu bekommen (wenn Dip vergessen) oder man bekommt die Pizza nochmal oben drauf. Wer eine typisch italienische Pizza möchte sollte halt auch beim Italiener bestellen und nicht bei Dominos. Ich mag die Pizzen an sich gerne

Die Mitarbeiter wissen nicht, wie sie mit Kunden umgehen sollen.

Es ist nun zum zweiten mal passiert, dass meine Extras (Röstzwiebeln) nicht auf der Pizza waren. Auch hatten Freunde und Kollegen negative Erfahrung gemacht bzgl. der Extras. Wenn man bedenkt, dass für die wenigen Röstzwiebeln 1,29€ verlangt werden ist das schon eine grobe Schlampigkeit. Am meisten fällt das Personal, besonders am Telefon, ins Gewicht mit der stark ausgeprägten Unfreundlichkeit. Ich hoffe sehr das sich das in der Zukunft bessert und man sich freuen kann bei Dominos zu essen. Denn sobald Service und Qualität stimmen, bin ich bereit auch diesen Dominos gut zu bewerten.
