The quality of the pizzas gets lower and lower from order to order:( plus the prices have now become outrageously expensive... Otherwise, this branch is very nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly.

A shop that has an exterior window as dirty as the one on Viktoriastrasse is unlikely to clean the kitchen. Bon appetit! The business in Itzehoe seems to be on the verge of extinction, as the latest Google reviews also indicate. Experience with today's order: Unfortunately, fart dry dough, hardly any toppings!! Too bad Dominos, what happened??? I would now like to leave a review after a few orders at long intervals. It was always a super fast delivery time, usually delivered exactly to the minute, and always tasty and hot! Today a big recommendation of the kebab pizza, it was the best we have eaten so far, everything was right! The crispy fresh salad on top in combination with the mega delicious cocktail sauce, simply good! The meat doesn't have a lump, exactly perfect. Please leave it in the assortment :)

I had food delivered. The pizza tasted very good. Unfortunately the pizza didn't match my order at all. That's too bad.

We ordered this evening, unfortunately a bottle of pizza arrived. In a very friendly telephone conversation we were told that we would be getting a new pizza straight away. This happened really quickly. This was the first time that we had something to complain about and I find it really remarkable how friendly and matter-of-factly the situation was handled. I was there with a friend on Thursday lunchtime. The lady seemed very stressed and was very rude. The customer room was dirty and didn't seem very inviting. The food was quite okay

Ordered for the first time and the pizzas were all completely dry and the edges were rock hard... unfortunately disappointing. But you could eat the pizza rolls with ham and cheese. Delivery time, however, was good and didn't take long.

Clean is different! Everything was a bit dingy, from the sticker residue on the floor and counter to the guy behind the counter with a nose ring.

Had it delivered. The pizza was cold and the crust was rock hard. In addition, it could have been better documented. We will never order there again. Can't recommend anything.

I think it's great when half of the food isn't delivered. "Irony off" The forgotten food should be delivered upon request. 2 phone calls and over 2 hours later the store is now closed and I have lost my money. About the food... still nothing.

So, my wife & I (both 80 years old) worked up an appetite at the sight of "Domino's Pizza" on our evening walk... And I asked if we could share a small pizza...??? But of course..!! And we were looked after as if we had ordered a 7-course menu... Wonderful and a big thank you...!!!

Ich habe am 19.06.24 bei Dominos bestellt für 30€ und das Essen ist der letzte Rotz da gefühlt keine Tomatensoße vorhanden ist weder Käse und dazu noch kalt und hart die bekomm nicht nochmal ein Pfennig von mir

The pizza is simply great. Pasta is also great, you can customize everything. Service is super fast and friendly.

We ordered from Dominos as we have done several times before, but there were problems with the order due to a page error and the payment was debited but the order was not received. When we asked by phone, we were told that an order had not been received and that the money would have to be returned automatically within a few hours to a few days. If not, we should get in touch and she (Kathi, probably the boss) would pay it back. After a few days nothing happened and I called again, where I described the situation again and an employee handed me over to his boss and I explained the situation again, whereupon Kathi, slightly annoyed, asked me for the amount and the name of the payer and said she would take a look and send the money back. So far so good... Well the next day I just wanted to know whether something had happened and whether my payment could be found and assigned so that it wouldn't be forgotten and I could finish it, since I had no information whether it ever was saw the debit and was able to make a refund. When I called, I would be greeted with a standard Domino's greeting, with the name Kati and that I should please wait... After I noticed how Kati had charged a customer for €5.99, she stressed me out again slightly the standard Domino's welcome speech greeting and called her name Kati again. I then gave my name and wanted to ask whether the payment could be allocated and repaid... Before this happened, the slightly stressed Kati told me that I didn't expect the money to be there and blamed me for that I had given the wrong payment method (which wasn't the case because this was never an issue while she always tried to make me) and she had already transferred it a long time ago, which I had no information about until then and that was the only thing I wanted to know, but they wouldn't let me say it and since it's now the end of the week and everything happened at the beginning of the week, I was starting to get pretty annoyed by the thing, after all, I've suffered damage and I have to take care of it running after you forever, with customers after service there is nothing and every kind of friendliness is purely fake and fake, as long as you pay, when it comes to the fact that they owe you something, the true stressed face comes out, because you don't earn anything from that.. .. We were very upset and disappointed by this way of dealing with things!!!!! :(

We have just eaten pasta from there at home and are very disappointed, at first we were shocked when we saw how the pasta was prepared, they were already portioned in a container, this was shaken once and put in the microwave...the expectation It wasn't that big anymore and then when we got home we were bitterly disappointed, the food didn't taste good at all, the pasta had been in the sauce for so long that there wasn't any left, no taste at all and we also paid a lot of money for it. Fresh and hygienic is different! We will never order there again!!!

The last time the pizza was delivered it was cold. We won't be ordering any more for now

Delicious pizzas in all flavors. Quick preparation, collection and delivery service. Uncomplicated and friendly contact. Comfort when eating on site can be improved.

We have ordered there several times and have always been satisfied, but unfortunately recently it has happened that we have always received the wrong pizza, even though the correct pizza was on the receipt. Or it was sticky and lukewarm. Sorry, but we'd rather order somewhere else.

Waiting times have improved significantly. But the fact that the pizza maker is standing in the kitchen in private clothes doesn't make a good impression. Food tastes good.

It was good! Positive: Delivery came on time (during the week) Driver was also very nice. But unfortunately the pizzas were totally dry, the toppings were so bad...no cheese felt on them...the edges were totally high and hard like crispbread, and all my work colleagues were totally dissatisfied. Will not be ordering from this company again.

Called and asked What is up The employee seemed very disinterested and uninterested If you drive to us it will take 15 minutes, otherwise just 30. After another hour, no one was reached to cancel the order. That's it, one less long-term customer

Leider liefern sie nicht mehr nach Münsterdorf... Deswegen nur 2 Sterne Habe da immer gerne Bestellt

Was die "Chicken Strippers" und "Chicken Kickers" angeht : die waren mal sehr lecker. Die letzten Male als ich sie hatte, waren sie einfach pappig und/oder knorpelig, GROB gesagt wie ein Kaugummi, nicht mehr richtig warm und dementsprechend haben sie auch nicht mehr geschmeckt. Wenn aus 20 bis 30 Minuten Lieferzeit auf einmal etwas über eine Stunde wird und dies dann per Fahrrad zu später Stunde bestellt wird, ist das Essen nun mal leider halbkalt und dementsprechend auch nicht mehr lecker.

Der Laden war dreckig und stickig, dazu kommt das das Personal etwas unhöflich war und wir zuerst ignoriert wurden. Die Pizza ist unglaublich fettig und schlecht geschnitten, gehe da nicht nochmal hin und würde es auch nicht empfehlen

I didnt do pick up and ordered just there, and it was really good as always by dominos actually. You'll get your pizza after ~15 min. Taste is just too good i like it really. And of course it will be the best pizza place in itzehoe

Das dritte oder vierte Mal als wir bestellen wollten spontan geschlossen! Löst eure technischen Probleme! Mit der Ware sonst eigentlich zufrieden!

Unfassbar unfreundlicher Mitarbeiter am Telefon, der einfach aufgelegt hat. Wenn ein Großunternehmen nach 1,5 Stunden keine 2 Pizzen liefern kann, dann bin ich echt raus. Man bekommt Aussagen wie: "Ich kann nicht zaubern" oder "Rufen sie meinen Chef an." Als ich nach der Nummer vom Chef gefragt habe, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich Dominos bei Google bewerten soll. 🤷‍♂️ Ich habe keine Nummer bekommen, aber hier meine vom Mitarbeiter geforderte Bewertung. Qualitätsmanagement im Service ist eine glatte 6. Essen war aber in Ordnung, obwohl das Dressing zum Salat vergessen wurde.

Auf der Pizza fehlte Belag und beim Nachtisch die Saucen.

Unsere Pizzen von hier sind eigentlich immer gut! Einen Stern Abzug gibts weil des öfteren mal Getränke etc vergessen werden, werden aber immer nachgeliefert.

Der Service ist Perfekt und die Pizza kommt immer noch schön Warm an. - Besser als aus dem Ofen. Gebe für gewöhnlich Trinkgeld.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Nudeln in Schinken Sahne Sosse bestellt. Es kamen Nudeln ohne Sosse. Pappig und trocken. Ich habe sie weggeworfen, da wirklich ungenießbar. Die fast 10 Euro hätte ich lieber spenden sollen. Nie wieder!!!

Immer wieder top! Das Essen ist immer heiß, was man von anderen Lieferdiensten nicht behaupten konnte. Die vielen verschiedenen Zahlungsmögilchkeiten sind klasse und die Auswahl ist ausreichend.

Meine erste Domino Pizza ... Was so ich sagen ... Ich bin begeistert. Der Inhaber hat mich bei meiner Bestellung darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass ich statt im Laden einfach mit der App online bestellen soll, da ich dann die 2. Pizza umsonst bekomme, weil das gerade im Angebot ist. Also schnell die App installiert und Ratz fatz 12.99 Euro gespart. Laden selbst war sauber und Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Pizzen selbst waren sehr gut. Der knusprige Rand ist megagut.

1 Stern dafür das wir ne Pizza bekommen haben und den zweiten Stern für keine Ahnung.

Die Pizza ist genauso wie immer bei Dominos bzw. wie ich es von anderen Filialen kenne. Vom Geschmack und Belag super. Ich habe an einem Dienstag zu 18 zur Abholung bestellt und war etwas früher dort. Nach der Bedienung von 3 Kunden vor mir, könnte ich die Pizza direkt frisch mitnehmen. Der Service war nett und auch sehr geduldig bei einem unsicheren Kunden direkt vor mir. Wer Dominos mag, ist hier richtig.

Sehr leckeres Essen und nette Leute.

Wir bestellten dort regelmäßig und sind immer super zufrieden gewesen. Es wurde sehr schnell geliefert, das Essen war noch heiß und schmeckte sehr gut. Mittlerweile muss ich leider 2 Sterne abziehen, da wir ins Nachbardorf gezogen sind und Domino's nicht dort hin liefert. 6km sind auf Nachfrage zu weit. Wir haben auch schon mal zur Abholung bestellt, aber das Parken ist dort in der Innenstadt ein Graus und so lohnt sich das für uns leider nicht mehr wirklich. Sehr schade.

Wir sind begeistert vom Dominos Itzehoe. Hier wird Dienstleistung noch groß geschrieben, man wird von den Mitarbeitern im Laden immer nett gegrüßt, die Lieferanten sind nicht nur schnell, sondern auch freundlich und immer gut gelaunt. Wenn die Lieferzeiten mal länger sind, wird man immer vorgewarnt und man kann sich drauf einstellen. Beim Essen selbst hatten wir bisher auch nie was zu meckern. Insgesamt einfach perfekt! Bitte nichts verändern!

Bestellung ist schnell ,Pizza is immer geil und das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Habe am Sonntag eine Bestellung aufgegeben. Lieferzeit sollte eine halbe Stunde sein. Nach 1 Stunde und 10 Minuten, immer noch nicht da. Habe dann angerufen und nachgefragt. Dann sagte man mir es sei sehr viel los. Die Pizza sollte dann in 20 Minuten erst in den Ofen. Habe dann alles abbestellt. Ich finde so sollte man nicht mit Kunden umgehen.

Ganz neu in Itzehoe. Wir haben das Eröffnungs Angebot 3 bestellen und nur 2 bezahlen getestet. Bestellung per Internet klappt gut. Zahlungsauswahl sehr gut. Wir haben Barzahlung bei Lieferung genommen. Sehr nettes Feature, daß es ein Tracking gibt. Das heißt es gibt einen Fortschrittsbalken. Lieferung klappt sehr gut mit freundlichem Courier. Jetzt das entscheidende. Wie waren die Pizzen? Lecker. Der Boden schön fluffig, gut belegt mit schmackhaften Zutaten. Hot Dog Pizza nicht zu glitschig. Luca ( Schinken Salami Pilze) sehr gut belegt, nicht zu trocken. Bombay, mit Huhn Ananas und Curry. Auch sehr gut. Der Preis pro Pizza in Classic =25 cm ist ausgezeichnet.
