The pizza was very tasty. But just like the last delivery, it arrived 15 minutes later than promised and was only lukewarm.

Enough is enough, it's time for a public review. The last 4-5 times, our order only arrived after 1.5 hours. We had to call several times to check on it. Each time, we had to reheat the food ourselves in the oven. The initial quality of the food, service, and delivery time from years ago has long since vanished. In my opinion, you can no longer order from here, which is a shame, but that's just how it is. It's gone downhill significantly.

So far, I've only ordered pizza and pasta. The pizza is delicious, and the ingredients are the freshest in town. BUT let's be honest, a regular pizza really doesn't fill you up if you have a decent appetite. You have to order a large pizza, and that's just way too expensive for an everyday order! The pasta is also tasty, but the portion size is just about right with extra cheese. I'd rather order eight cheese-filled pizza rolls on the side, but then it gets terribly expensive again... To be honest, I only order from here maybe once a year because it's just so expensive, which is a shame!

The chicken drumsticks were really bad and not worth the money

Ordered Gamba Deluxe pasta. After a long search, I found four of the smallest. The sauce was inedible, as many of them had too much seasoning 🤢 Large, unspectacular pizza cost almost €28. Never again!

The promotional pizza was delicious once again. Unfortunately, both pizzas had a mishap, and more of the topping ended up in the box than on the pizza. It must have tipped over on the driver. We noticed too late, and we were hungry, too. So, no complaint and no photo. Otherwise, the service has always been very reliable.

Unfortunately, the delivery time was far too long; it took almost 1.5 hours to deliver the food, even though 38 minutes had been stated. And then the food arrived cold, which was a real shame.

Everything went smoothly! It arrived only 2 minutes later than ordered! My granddaughter ate my lasagne al forno! That says it all!

Ordered pizza and salad today. The pizza was good, but the salad was disgusting. The lettuce leaves were already black. It had probably been in the fridge for a week. You pay 8 euros (16 DM) for a salad like that and all you get is rotten!

The pizzas were delivered quickly and still warm, very tasty. The delivery guy was also nice, which is how I like ordering 😀

Nice drivers, delicious pasta, and the delivery times are also fine. Unfortunately, there's one big BUT: We order here almost 4-5 times a month and are now just disappointed. The portions are becoming more and more inconsistent, and the quality is simply declining. Extra ingredients are forgotten or so sparsely ordered that you just feel like you're being ripped off. Example: Today I ordered two pasta pesto orders, each with two extra mozzarella balls and one with two extra chicken. In total, our four portions of mozzarella balls came with a total of 12 balls. I paid €2.10 per portion and thus had to pay 0.70 cents per ball, which I no longer consider justifiable. The pesto sauce today consisted almost entirely of oil, meaning you could just as easily throw away everything at the bottom of the bowl because it was soaked in oil. Unfortunately, experiences like this have been happening a lot lately (about three months ago), and sometimes you're disappointed four out of five times. Today I spent €42.20 for two portions of pasta drenched in oil, two portions of chicken (completely cooked), and 12 balls of mozzarella, about 20% of which I had to throw away. This will probably be my last order for a while. The food actually tastes good, and I like ordering here, but €20 per person, for having to flip a coin every time to check whether I get everything and the quality is up to scratch, is simply no longer worth it to me.

Today the food didn't convince us. It wasn't fully baked and tasted bland and we didn't eat more than half of it. Although we have been ordering there for years, we will now look elsewhere.

There is no longer a self-collection discount. There are no more rating cards. Just under €12 for 8 pizza rolls. These are no longer normal prices. It was definitely the last time there. The employee at the checkout could just say hello, goodbye and the bill?!

PastaChick ordered...dish came on time, hot...real, but seriously, with original 2 cocktail tomatoes...that's really a joke...everything now has a minimum order value...no mention of it on the website... . I really can't recommend the store anymore, I'm sorry...

Wieder sehr leckere Pizzen gehabt! Einziges Manko ist der Preis. Deswegen nur 4/5. Klaus-Peter + Knoblauch + Sauce Hollandaise ist ein Geheimtipp!

NOT RECOMMENDED! I am quite dissatisfied with the delivery service. Firstly, the supplier looked for the wrong address and spoke to me quite rudely on the phone. When I called the head office I had the feeling that they weren't really listening to me. The store is pretty rude. Also, the food arrived cold and doesn't taste good, I'm pretty disappointed. I won't order there again if I don't get compensation for having to throw away the food.

2 pizzas 36 euros plus 400m delivery costs, you will definitely be poor

I ordered a Margherita pizza. The delivery was on time and as agreed. The employee was nice and accommodating. The pizza tasted okay and made a decent visual impression. However, the dough was too thick and too dry for me personally. My expectations were not met here.

Sweet potatoes that have gone bad have no place in a “healthy” bowl, which also costs €15!

Good quality ingredients, fast Delivery, food was also hot on arrival-repair in Received form of credit, thank you! -available and very friendly on the phone! The dishes are worth their price.

I always liked ordering there, the food was and is always super tasty. But that was the last order and the last two orders always had hair in the food. This is absolutely not possible, you should urgently work on certain hygiene measures. Am very disappointed.!

Was there a change of ownership? Has Mundfein made savings? The price is no longer justified. Much of the previous variety disappeared from the range and the quality of the standard meals increasingly fell to MacDonald's level. Lukewarm, pizza sloppy. Dishes with little imagination and simply thrown into the box. Pizza rolls with chocolate filling instead? Prosecco is disgustingly sweet and cheap in taste. So only cola can be drunk/ordered here. That was better/different about 3 years ago. I think that Mundfein is on the decline (at least in Itzehoe) and if something doesn't change soon, people will only be able to make bad jokes about the name.

Gab es einen Inhaberwechsel? Hat Mundfein Einsparungen gemacht? Der Preis ist schon lang nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Vieles von früherer Vielfalt verschwand aus dem Sortiment und die Qualität der Standart Mahlzeiten sinkt zunehmend auf Autobahnraststätten MacDonalds Niveau. Lauwarm, Pizza schlabberig. Gerichte mit wenig Fantasie und einfach in den Karton gematscht. Stattdessen Pizzabrötchen mit Schokofüllung? Ich denke dass Mundfein (zumindest in Itzehoe) auf dem absteigenden Ast ist wenn sich nicht bald etwas ändert.

The pizza was okay, a bit too soft for my taste. The pizza came quickly, but the delivery person said about as much as a stone. I gave 55 euros and told him to make 35 euros, but I only got 15 back, at that moment I was sure that I hadn't miscalculated. So the delivery person tipped himself an additional 5 euros without saying thank you, where I think it wouldn't have been so problematic with a "thank you".

They deliver the pizza without napkins and uncut, even if you tell them so. But the pizza tastes pretty good, dough is soft, etc. If you're out with a few friends you shouldn't buy from here because they deliver it uncut and you'll get weird pictures while eating it

Sehr leckeres Essen und eine schnelle Zubereitung. Außerdem einfach online zu bestellen. Die Abholung klappt immer sehr gut.

Das war wirklich die leckerste Pizza, die ich je gegessen habe mit dem allerbesten Teig und super Belag. Die vegetarische Pizza mit knackigem Gemüse und toll gewürzt. Lieferung war schneller als angekündigt, Pizza noch heiß. Weiter so!

Nettes personal, schneller und guter Service. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl und dazu leckere Dip's. Preise sind angemessen und besonders der 25% "Selbstabholerrabatt" ist lobenswert.

3 Mal bisher im Laden abgeholt, Freundliches Personal, große auswahl an gerichten, geringe wartezeit leckeres essen für ein guten preis.

Man wartet bei der Abholung zwar immer ca eine halbe Stunde auf sein Essen, aber die Leute sind sehr nett und es ist mega lecker! Kann man auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen...

Wisst ihr, ihr könnt euch etwas für wenig Geld bestellen, was eure Fetten Körper wollen oder ihr bestellt Qualität.

Ich habe schon des öfteren bestellt und bin immer begeistert. Das Essen ist immer warm und lecker.

Lieferzeit wurde nicht eingehalten, kam 15min später. Viel zu viel Hollandaise Sauce und dafür wurde aber beim Käse gespart. Bei der anderen Pizza haben wir extra Käse angegeben, war aber auch nicht viel mehr drauf. Wir sind sehr unzufrieden gewesen! :-(

Beste Pizza in der Stadt und Niko ist bester Mann. Sehr Empfehlenswert.

Plötzlich doppelt so teuer wie erwartet, da es angeblich über das Internet nicht möglich sei, das Mittagsangebot zu bestellen.

Leider eine wenig abwechslungsreiche Karte und ein hohes Preisniveau. Dennoch - Qualität und Geschmack sind o.k. Ich denke, Kunden würden sich mit Pizzen anfreunden, die die Nähe zur italienischen Küche stärker demonstrieren.

Das Essen kam später, was nicht schlimm war.. kann natürlich immer passieren. Allerdings war das Essen( 1 Pizza und 1 Nudelgericht) nur noch lauwarm, mehr kalt als warm :( Im Nudelgericht haben leider die Champignons gefehlt. Geschmacklich war es ok aber der Preis für die Qualität überzogen. 10 € für paar Nudeln mit Soße und das Gemüse musste man suchen. Leider sind wir enttäuscht gewesen.

Essen ist ok - aber die Preise werden immer höher und die Qualität nimmt ab. Laut den Mitarbeitern ist das Essen nicht das frischste.

Pizza und alles andere schmeckt lecker, wenn man Ausser-Haus bestellt ist das Essen in den Verpackungen nicht mehr ganz so warm. Preise sind ziemlich hoch, deshalb schreckt es mich auch ab, dort öfter mal etwas zu bestellen, schade.

Sind direkt vor Ort in die pizzawerkstatt und haben bestellt. Man wurde schnell bedient und man konnte zusehen wie die Pizza gemacht wird. Geschmeckt hat alles super und wir kommen wieder :) Allerdings: die Preise sind recht hoch, Pizza könnte günstiger sein.
