Burger King in Itzehoe

Ordered at the drive-thru today, but I didn't want a receipt. When I got home, half of it was missing. Annoying. Check it on the spot and ask for the receipt, then nothing will go wrong!!!

The food on site is 50/50 depending on who is there, who apparently values ​​quality and hygiene. Delivery service is a 6- warmed up in the microwave, kept warm for at least an hour. Delivered 50 minutes late and everything inedible, €30 thrown in the trash. That's how you lose customers, especially if you ordered a week in advance, everything arrived on time and tasted good. Was there on September 9th, and they cut corners. Ordered long chicken without salad, with cheese and bacon. The burger had been there for at least an hour, was taken out, opened, the salad was scraped off, cheese, bacon, and mayo were on, and served. The cheese wasn't even melted when it was lukewarm, and the bacon was a disgusting color. The end result: 3 hours later, I had terrible diarrhea. If the health department or Team Walraff comes, the place will be closed for a while with such quality standards and hygiene. Honestly, why do they produce burgers that just lie around? Then add something and serve... you've lost a long-standing customer who, for 20 years, preferred eating at your place rather than at Mc Donalds. Apparently, I'll have to go to Mc Donalds in the near future. What a shame.

Today, three of us went to Burger King with our granddaughter at her request. Everything was clean, the restrooms were perfect. Unfortunately, you can't order at the cash register, so everything is done at the vending machine; there's no customer contact, and there must be a reason. After looking back and forth for a while, the order was placed. We waited a moment as everything was freshly prepared. The prices are reasonable, the burgers are hot, and they're very tasty and well-topped. The staff at the checkout were helpful and friendly, especially since they granted my request for a second character in the children's bag. I was surprised; everything was perfect. The parking lot in front of the door made the visit complete.

We were there on August 4, 2025. We ordered our food, but were told they didn't have any fries, even though we ordered set meals. Apparently, they were out of gas. We were charged the full price, even though they didn't have any fries. There was no concession, and the burgers were lukewarm and tasteless. €30 for nothing, in the end. I then contacted customer service, but unfortunately, they're not interested in that sort of thing. I've been waiting for a response for 14 days. What a pity.

There are better ones. The employee was rude when ordering – the code couldn't be found, a new code was loaded, and the employee was distracted and yelled at us: "Speak again and loud enough for me to hear it." Ordered a large drink, got a medium one. The store manager said the employee didn't get a coffee, not my problem.

Fries too salty, long chicken way too much mayo but the salad was good

About 10 minutes ago, I bought two chessburgers at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered they were cold and a bit old. I took one bite and threw them straight in the trash. What a disgrace!

There were no burgers in the take-out order. I called and the next day we were allowed to have the whole thing again plus two ice creams to make up for it. I am very enthusiastic about so much goodwill.

Unfortunately, hygiene standards have deteriorated considerably. When we ate at King on Saturday lunchtime, I have to say that we were extremely disgusted. It started in the waiting area, at the first table where you lean against the back wall to wait for your order. The place was so dirty that I didn't even want to lean against it with my sweater on, let alone touch it with my hands. The food came, and the tables were so... I can't find the words to describe it. We come here quite often and are always fascinated by the friendly nature of the staff, as they are always friendly even in stressful situations. But that has also deteriorated. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time that it was so dirty and very unappetizing. UNFORTUNATELY, we have decided not to go to Itzehoe again. We will try somewhere else in the hope that it will be better. ☹️ What a shame

Ordered there 3 times in the last two months and things were missing 2 times... Today, February 23rd Around 7:45 p.m. I ordered, among other things, Code 292 Big King and Crispy Chicken. Got the bag and drove home to Dägeling. Opened here: something is missing again... the crispy chicken. Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt, otherwise I would have gone there.

Burgers were cold and didn't look good either. What's on offer here is really cheeky. If you're going to go to fast food chains, you should finally get something for your money. Every burger shop delivers better quality these days. In any case, I won't come here again. Nothing gets better at Burger King. No matter how often you seem to attract negative attention.

The burgers are good, that's for sure. Unfortunately you can only order food at the order terminal. I find that very impersonal, the cash register is always closed. The outside area is really sad. Very uncomfortable, the umbrellas are always folded up, no flowers, no decorations, everything is very bare. Unfortunately, I find the outdoor area totally unappealing. Mc Donald's in Itzehoe can do that much better. The fact that the toilets are always closed and can only be opened upon request is a no-go

Nice clean shop, I enjoy eating something there. What I miss is a bit of the 50s style. It used to be and I really enjoyed it. Maybe the concept will come back again. Otherwise everything was great. Staff is friendly. Table conditions like the competition would be cool. Otherwise everything is good.

I can't say much about the ambience since I don't eat there. The food itself tastes okay. However, you don't need to order there or stop at the drive-thru because once again the order was incomplete. It's simply not possible to leave money there and not even receive your complete order!

Burger King. The employees have always been nice and friendly to me. Toilets are locked, yes that's annoying. But hopefully we're all grown up enough here to know why this is unfortunately necessary.

What do you want to write about standardized eating? The new Chicken BBQ Burger is really cool. The waitress (in beige) was in a very bad mood. There was no “please, thank you” and hell, I actually had to leave. My mayo was thrown at the tablet from a distance. (I actually wanted to say something!) But I didn't feel like discussing and communicating. The two in (brown) at the counter had a lot of fun 😁 and were in an extremely good mood. The food was good. I had totally forgotten about it! I haven't been there for a long time either. Asking about the toilet. That's definitely a reason why I won't be coming back. Where are we? In a shopping center with extremely high traffic? There is nothing there except Media Markt. Nobody comes who doesn't want to eat there. Because washing my hands before I eat (finger food) would actually be nice. So! The very bad mood, the demand for toilets, oh and... while walking I noticed that the doors were sticking to the handles. You should wipe it off.

I think it's a shame that you always have to ask the staff when you need to go to the toilet because the toilets are locked as standard. Absolutely underground, especially at peak times.

A shop where there is usually little going on, but it feels like every third order makes a mistake and sometimes you have to wait a long time for veggie things. Has been renovated, ambience is quite okay.

I come here about twice a quarter and always order the same menu. It always tastes good to me when the food is warm. In my opinion the quality has improved. I've known Burger King since the first store in Berlin. The Whooper and the chocolate shake were always the main reason for me not to switch to the Scottish. The shake was so thick that you could spoon it with a straw. Today it is much too liquid and too warm. Then I went back with my wife. They won't see me again. I'd rather go to Tornesch or Elmshorn where the counter service is nice and will help

I ordered the drink in a reusable cup with a €2 deposit... Cool cup and didn't give it away 🤣 no, took it with me: my new to go cup! Otherwise normal fast food shop like others on the premises. It's a shame that Burger King opens so late: 11 a.m. 😥. Don't drink coffee ☕ in the morning... As a punishment, 1 star deducted lol.

Supposedly chocolate milkshake tastes like vanilla. When asked, there was a very unfriendly response.

Eating as expected, just the quick cheeseburger - in my case 2 - in between because you don't have much time. But almost 5 euros and over 15 minutes of waiting - there was a vehicle in front of me and they had already paid at that point - are no longer acceptable. You won't see me there again.

Sauber Laden und höfliches Personal

angeblich bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Wir standen 22.40 Uhr vor einem stockdunklen geschlossenem Laden. Also darf ich jetzt nach meinem Spätdienst hungrig ins Bett. Danke Burger King

Die Bürger werden gefühlt immer kleiner ,und werden nur noch zusammen gematscht andauert wird da immer etwas vergessen .ganz ehrlich würde mich nicht interessieren wenn dieser Laden verschwinden würde.

War Anfang des Jahres echt gut und hat dann rapide nachgelassen. 3 mal hintereinander was vergessen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es dann nur das neue Mitarbeiter halt erst lernen müssen.

Alles sehr nett...und vor allem nicht so ein lautes "Dauer Gepiepse" vom Tresen, wie bei MC Donald's...

Eins gleich vorweg: STROHHALME AUS PAPPE SIND DER GRÖSSTE MÜLL!! Solange es Fastfood gibt, wird sich daran nie etwas ändern! Bestellung nur über Terminal möglich, was bedeutet weniger Mitarbeiter als früher und das merkt man sofort! Die Barzahlung macht man dann trotzdem an der Kasse auf dessen Display steht "ihre Bestellung bitte". Das neue Interieur ist jetzt genauso seelenlos wie das bei Mc Donalds. WAS soll das?? Charmlos hoch 50! Ich habe mir nachträglich einen einzelnen Burger bestellt auf den ich dann eine gefühlte Ewigkeit gewartet habe obwohl er schon lange fertig war. Ich war direkt dort und habe ihn gesehen aber die "Crew" konnte vor lauter IT einfach nicht schneller. Und ich war beileibe nicht der einzige bei dem das so war. Diese Politik von Burger King ist der allerletzte Schrott! Den Mitarbeitern ist kein Vorwurf zu machen, die versuchen den vorgegebenen Unsinn nur umzusetzen. Die rufen durch den ganzen Laden andauernd nur die Nummern der Bestellzettel, damit die, die sich schon gelangweilt einen Platz gesucht haben wieder aufstehen und das Essen abholen. Sowas schlechtes hab ich wirklich noch nie erlebt. Wenn Burger King, dann zukünftig nur noch mit dem Auto direkt vors Fenster. Da bestellt man, bezahlt und bekommt was man möchte. In bar oder mit Karte und ohne lange Wartezeit. Burger nach wie vor gut, Konzept des ach so schlauen Kopfes, in irgendeiner vermutlich ach so "woken" Führungsebene", ABSOLUTER Müll! Mindestens 2 Mitarbeiter wegrationieren, Displays hinstellen und die selbe Anzahl von Kunden bedienen wollen?! Das kann nicht gehen!! Die, die dort arbeiten kennen das Menü am besten, denen sagt man was man haben möchte, die tippen es ein, stellen es zusammen und geben es einem. SO funktioniert das auch. Vij Mensch zu Mensch. Das was dort jetzt vorherrscht, ist der erbärmliche Versuch Menschen durch Maschinen zu ersetzen. Und das obwohl ich eigentlich immer gern in IZ bei BK war... So bleibt halt mehr Geld für andere Dinge. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Direktzahlung an der Kasse ist nicht erwünscht, sprich Service wurde größtenteils abgeschafft.. die pommes sind meist alt bzw ich hatte oft Unglück...

Haben den Lieferdienst in Anspruch genommen. Die Lieferung erfolgte in der angebenen Zeit. Jedoch fehlte etwas bei unserer Bestellung, was uns doch sehr wunderte da wir nur drei Burger bestellt hatten und davon dann einer fehlte. Geschmacklich auch überhaupt nicht der Hit. Burger die in soße ertrinken und labrige Pommes komplett ohne Salz. War nach langer Zeit das erste in letzte mal das wir dort etwas gegessen haben. An sich nicht zu empfehlen.

Kassierer 092 ist ein netter Zeitgenosse, der höflich und kompetent das Essen übergeben hat. Der Warteplatz ist etwas eng, sonst eine astreine Fastfood Erfahrung im Drive through.

Auf jeden Fall besser, als die Nahe Konkurrenz. Platz technisch und auch Geschmack und Freundlichkeit ,ist besser als erwartet.

An und an einen leckeren Burger oder Chili Cheese Pommes, das geht. Mittlerweile gibt es jeden Burger auch als pflanzliche Alternative und schmeckt fast wie das Original. Auswahl gefällt mir etwas besser als beim goldenen M- Konkurrenten, Preise sind Mittelmaß. Für den größten Burger im Menü sind dann schon mal 12 Euro fällig. Da kann man fast in ein Restaurant gehen und handmade essen. Personal ist immer hilfsbereit und höflich.

Gutes Restaurant und die Burger waren heiß und frisch.
