McDonald's in Itzehoe

Great service from the friendly waiter.

Often dirty and unkempt. The dirtiest Mc. Donalds I know. Was there several times, so it's not an isolated incident.

Unfortunately, my last visit to McDonald's was very disappointing. The wait times were much longer than expected even though it wasn't particularly busy. The staff seemed overwhelmed and when my food finally came it was only lukewarm and the fries were soft. Additionally, cleanliness in the restaurant was a real problem - the tables weren't cleared, the floor was sticky, and the toilets really left a lot to be desired. A visit to the toilets is hardly recommended. It's a shame because I used to love coming here. Hopefully the service and hygiene will improve again soon.

Not recommended, unfriendly, arrogant staff, complaint because in the 6 chicken MC nuggets only 5 were true and I was allowed to assume that we had already eaten one in the car and shouldn't act like that.

Cheeseburgers are no longer what they were. Different rolls, much smaller.

Some guests make a mess and not too much, apparently they think they can afford it. The staff cleans it, but only when you have time or are in the rhythm.

McDonald's is expensive. The food isn't that good anymore. The ordering machines are a horror

The cleanliness clearly leaves a lot to be desired! However, I think it's an absolute no-go that dogs are apparently allowed there. We're not talking about a small handbag dog, no, right next to us a couple sat down with a huge German Shepherd. The staff thought it was all fine, and in any case no one said anything about it. Personally, I find something like that in a “restaurant” disgusting and unhygienic

It was very loud, the constant beeping from some machine was getting on your nerves. In addition, it is very tight in this store. Three people at a table are impossible.

I had to wait a very long time in parking lot 1 for 2 chailattes. 8 cars that came after me got their order before me.

It is tradition that we stop there on the way to vacation and use the McDrive. The order always arrived promptly, the whole thing was hot, still warm and the sauce was really good...The staff were always friendly and in a good mood! Quality of the food?...it's just McDonalds...ready!!! However, what happened to us yesterday is not possible!!! The fries were forgotten on the menu. There was mayo in the bags, but no fries! That's not possible and borders on "fraud" since we paid in full!!!!!

Typical Mecces. Service and food were all ok. But the cleanliness. Almost non-existent. We were there at 8:30 in the morning and there were two people sitting here besides us. The toilets weren't really clean, there was a smell of urine, towels and toilet paper weren't refilled, the toilet doors were dirty. Many tables were partly not wiped down. Floor sticks and is dirty. Not so nice.

It takes far too long for the food to arrive. This isn't the first time this has happened, it happens occasionally. I find that an absolute disgrace.

All tables dirty, toilet not clean and smells of urine. There's not so much going on that you can't do a quick clean. The food and service were otherwise good.

Just ordered two fish-o-filets. Apparently it was in the deep fryer for far too long. Hard, dark brown and slightly bitter tasting. The fish portion was dry. These burgers are the only ones I eat from the entire menu. I'm absolutely disappointed, friends...look at the price!!!! The children were given vanilla instead of the two strawberry shakes they had ordered. We had to remember to order the two large Cokes we ordered when we handed over the order. If I hadn't already been too far away from the branch when we opened the ordered products on the way, I would have returned the entire order immediately. A total of almost €50 was paid. By the way... the toilets were a total odorous disaster... hygiene was nonexistent. Then we'd rather do without in the future. Everything is becoming more expensive and unfortunately the service is developing in the opposite direction far too often. Mc D in Itzehoe... never again!

Food was good, but there were screaming strange children and strange teenagers everywhere

As usual, it tastes delicious here, what particularly bothers me is that the branch here in Itzehoe doesn't take part in the MyMcdonalds points program, which means I often switch to McDonalds Heide. Apart from that, the staff isn't always the friendliest, but otherwise I'm totally satisfied I always feel comfortable here. Side note: the Itzehoer MCDonalds branch is now also taking part in the MCDonalds points program, so the visit was once again very worthwhile for me, unfortunately a lot of drinks and food selections are not available, I hope that improves, otherwise I like coming here. From my observation, the branch is certainly developing more and more towards a modern standard, as I know it from other branches. Keep it up! The Coca Cola with popcorn or passion flavor that is currently available tastes really good in my opinion, one of the best promotional products that Mc Donalds is currently offering, definitely try it before the promotion is over, definitely worth it.

We were passing through and were able to sit outside in the morning. The food was brought to us. Very nice service.

One of the best McDonald's I've ever seen. Toilet was clean and service was 1 a. You rarely see such nice service people. A little heart was painted on my latte. You just notice how nice the service is. We'd love to come back when we're in the area again. :)

We were here for breakfast. Food was okay. The reason for the review is the lack of cleanliness of this branch. Almost every bench was full of crumbs!! The floor was greasy and sticky. Absolutely incomprehensible!!

The burgers were completely "squashed" and the kitchen didn't make any effort. I would understand if it was very busy, but the store was almost empty. A pity. I get more for the money elsewhere.

An absolute disgrace in the MC Drive in Itzehoe. If the ice cream order hadn't been for my son, I would have refused to buy it. The request or question was polite if it was possible to get a portion more chocolate sauce with the MC Sunday. Of course you also have to pay for this. Then it was said loudly and flippantly that if you ordered a scoop of vanilla from an Italian restaurant you wouldn't get two! Extremely rude, something I've never experienced there before. Kindness is a virtue! I have read the other reviews and can only confirm that the restaurant is absolutely dirty and filthy wherever you look. That's why only MC Drive if at all Unfortunately

The food is rubbish, but everyone should know that. Spending easily €30 for two people is no problem here. After You'll be hungry again in an hour and as a bonus you'll get a quick snack later. All the “skilled workers” in the kitchen not only look listless, they are listless. The shop is actually always dirty and the floor is greasy and slippery. I don't think the self-ordering terminals are ever cleaned, there's always someone smearing the screen with their greasy french fries fingers... Man hey! The store is expensive, dirty and unhealthy... but I still go there twice a month. (I'm working on not going there anymore)

As many others have already written: The food is just McDonald's - I like it and have never had any reason to complain about the food itself. BUT the guest room: tables and benches/chairs are often crumbly, greasy, disgusting! How often does this have to be reminded? Often enough, staff would apparently be available to provide relief with a cloth. Hopefully things will look different in the kitchen...

The service was super nice because we mistakenly ordered too many fries but not enough drinks. But rarely have I seen such an unkempt and dirty shop, all the tables were dirty, even the chairs and benches... and you could have eaten off the floor, there was enough of everything lying around... not to mention the toilets

Relaxed eating was not possible because a group of short people had taken over the outdoor area. It was loud and unpleasant and the staff didn't do anything, even though the children weren't even guests.

Once again, the extra requests made at the machine (no sauce, no ice cubes, etc.) were not taken into account. Exchange hassle-free. It is only “fast” food because it is eaten quickly and only fills you up for a short time.

German friendly Dahme at the car counter... haven't seen that for a long time! My request for Coke without ice was promptly fulfilled. Payment in advance via the app was also problem-free!

Drink well, atmosphere pleasant, staff friendly. It's all ok. And on warm days I can recommend the McFlurry.

The majority were ok, only half of the order was wrong. We got the exact opposite on our burger with extra requests, we ordered two of the same drinks and got two different ones and our dessert was wrong. But we couldn't check anything because it was to take away. Service was otherwise quite nice but slightly confused. Before you go, check your food!

It's just a McDonlads, so the food and atmosphere are the same as usual. However, we had to wait 25 minutes for our food and then part of the order was missing.

I think the fries were limp and didn't fill you up at all. Really dirty. A cucumber was just disgusting on the glass

The lady with the short hair who works at the drive counter most evenings is very nice and is always in a good mood and has a cool saying to say, so it's nice to stop by. The food has always been great and quick, other McDonald's often lack something, but here everything is perfect.

Coupons don't work and no one can speak German.

Honestly, I was turned away even though I'm afraid of confined spaces and told to leave or come back in. The “leader” even came and said the same thing. It wouldn't be discussed with me and that's it. Never again McDonald's

I called McDonald in Itzehoe because I wanted to ask for a Brawlstars Happy Meal. And instead of an employee, I just get paged, and not exactly quietly. I demand compensation and if I don't get it, I will take legal action. See this as a warning. Greetings from beautiful Bavaria. 🥨

Could be neater and cleaner. It just looked dingy, so we had it packed up. Toilet was somewhat okay.

Unfortunately the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The toilets don't deserve the name. If I went into detail, the review would probably be immediately deleted by Google because of foul language. Due to the indescribable hygienic conditions, we didn't eat anything there, I can't judge the food.

Annoyed staff..."why don't you pay at the machine"... Big Mac layered incorrectly, forgotten cucumber and cheese and also cold. When making a complaint, the saying goes: You can really get in line..... The Big Mac was then, clearly visible to me, dismantled and simply re-layered and was then ice cold and when it was brought to us: like, "hope you're happy now"... Sorry, but the store in Itzehoe is now finally history for me, a customer for 7 years....There were often problems, but they were then sorted out with a smile and a fresh improvement...but you don't need to bark at me like that in the current + expensive times, no longer a customer....

Long waiting times. Only one checkout, incompetent checkout staff (communication problems), order processed incompletely. Preference is given to customers who order from the vending machine in the restaurant and for whom, only for those, the second cash register was opened. Service only got better when I pointed out that the rating was negative. But it didn't change the fact that things were very wild in the counter area and everything went haywire. As a trained quality coach from DEHOGA, I have to say catastrophic conditions and not recommended. It's just a good thing that there are similar restaurants in Itzehoe.

The recent price increases are absolutely insane. Now a cheap, limp cheeseburger costs just €2.50. Usury...

Eating out is always okay, but this place is more than crowded. So on the day I visited it was really quite full and I had the feeling that the staff were a bit overwhelmed as they really didn't care enough. But on top of the plus points, the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Please check your sanitary facilities... it smells so strong in there that you almost want to vomit... Doesn't work at all

🤮🤮🤮 the worst thing I've ever experienced as a customer. Wow, I don't know where to start. Three people went in and left after about 15 minutes, frustrated with NOTHING! Completely overwhelmed, unfriendly staff. Why so disorganized and stressed? Only 4 seated customers at 2 tables and us! Was MC Drive that extreme? Ordered coffee at Terminal 3 and was asked to wait because you were busy first and it would take longer! We are always patient but we felt ripped off. Especially since we had a break and had to go back to the construction site. Today and not tomorrow.

Were at McDonald's in iz...so when a saleswoman is in such a bad mood and you're being insulted.....that's not possible!!!!!!

Essen immer schnell bekommen. Toiletten immer Sauber. Das ist definitiv nicht immer so in MC Donalds Filialen.

Essen kam relativ zeitnah, aber jedoch sehr kalt und der bacon auf dem Big Tasty Bacon war schon hart. Habe dann Bescheid gegeben, zwar dann ein warmen wieder bekommen, aber jedoch wieder mit alten bacon. Ambiente sehr dreckig und Mitarbeiter sehr langsam. Nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Warum gehen die Leute dort essen? Unbegreiflich, essen voller Chemie, kundenunfreundlich,immer ist komischerweise etwas vergessen,Zufall oder doch Absicht? Meidet diese Ketten und macht euch besser selber was zu Hause ist besser für die Gesundheit

Der Mc Donalds ist sehr eng und dunkel, die Tische stehen sehr nah beieinander, das macht es sehr unangenehm wenn die Leute beim Essen vorbei gehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr nett und höflich man fühlt sich sehr gut versorgt/bedient. Leider merkt man auch hier die gestiegenen Lebensmittel Preise, aber ab und an muss man sich einen Besuch bei Mc Donalds einfach gönnen.

Wie lange es diesen MC Donalds schon gibt. In der Jugend abends früher mit der Mofa da hin geknattert 😅. Da waren vier BigMac Menüs ein Witz.. Und der Hunger immer noch groß😅. Zu heute: ich mag diese neue, ach so schicke Einrichtung nicht. Früher waren die Restaurants auch kinderfreundlicher!

Die Tische sind immer dreckig. Selbst wenn man da länger Zeit verbringt, sieht man dass sich keiner drum kümmert

Leider entsprechen die Burger kein bisschen dem was in der Werbung versprochen wird .Der Cheeseburger ist noch genauso pappig trocken und lieblos zusammengeklatscht wie vor 40 Jahren .Kann man da nicht ein Salstblatt zwischen legen.Und auch alle anderen Burger bekommt nur gefühlt die Hälfte von dem wofür im Fernsehen ganz groß geworben wird .Einzigst das Kidsmenü mit Chickennuggits ist das was angeboten wird.

Für mc donald ganz ok 👌 Die Portion könnten mal etwas größer sein.
