The pizza was good, although I personally felt the pizza rolls had too little cheese. Otherwise, they were top-notch.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. I'd rather give it a minus 10. I waited 1.5 hours for my pizzas, which were then delivered incorrectly. One pizza was completely wrong, and one that was reordered twice. Then the manager said, "I'll hang up now if you're angry." Absolutely filthy place. I ordered one magherita, one mixed vegetarian, and that's what arrived. 2 salami supreme and one with chicken and broccoli?!

I order from here regularly. It's always been great – but lately, delivery times have gotten completely out of control, now at 60-90 minutes. A few months ago, pizzas arrived in 20 minutes.

Dear Lieferando team, I'm contacting you today because I was unfortunately very dissatisfied with my last order. As you can see in the attached photo, my pizza arrived in a completely unacceptable condition – the entire topping had slipped and was mostly stuck to the lid of the box. The first time, I overlooked such a thing and didn't complain because I understand minor mishaps. This time, however, the delivery driver asked me to pick up the pizza myself from downstairs, even though I live on the fourth floor. That's not the kind of service I expect, especially given the current delivery fees.

Simply very tasty and I recommend going there

We ordered and picked up two pizzas last night. The staff was super friendly, and the delicious pizzas were ready in 10 minutes. Highly recommended :) We'll definitely be back 👍

I ordered, and after 20 minutes, the app said the order had arrived and asked me to rate my experience. The delivery person then arrived with the food after 50 minutes.

Never experienced such unfriendly employees. Absolutely no-go. My first and last time.

Still haven't received the pizza after 1.5 hours. When I asked, I was told it was a bit busier today. However, the online delivery time still stated 30 minutes... definitely the last order I'll be ordering here.

I called after an hour and asked if the pizza was still coming. I was told the driver was on the way and would call. Two minutes later, the doorbell rang. The pizza was delivered. What can I say? It had definitely been driven around for a while, even though I live just 500 meters from the store. The pizza was lukewarm, the dough rubbery. It had the consistency of a day-old microwave pizza. My last order from there for a while.

I've had completely incorrect orders several times now, today the crowning achievement: moldy lettuce and real meat on the pizza for vegan pizza. When asked “we ran out of vegan fillet pieces”

Ordered - delivered 2.5 hours later despite repeated requests and the statement that the food was on the way. 9:00 p.m. ordered 11:30 p.m.!!! Delivered… Cancellation requests were ignored. Food bad and cold.

Wow, there are so many negative reviews here 👀 So, I'll leave a positive review, because when you're dissatisfied, you tend to write more quickly, and therefore tend to pile up more than leaving positive ones 💛 We ordered two different vegan pizzas yesterday, very late on Sunday evening, and picked them up ourselves – everything worked out perfectly and was delicious! They're my favorite vegan pizzas ever, as they have plenty of toppings and taste amazing 🙌

We ordered the same pizza twice + pizza rolls and crispy sticks. After the first delivery, a pizza was wrong and the sticks were missing. So I called and was told it would be taken care of. So waited. Then a supplier came again. Hoping that the pizza is in there too. But none of the sticks were in the supplier's backpack. And then they were ice cold too. So we had cold dinner.

Wow, never experienced something so unprofessional and rude. Whoever orders it - it's their own fault. Order declared delivered 15 minutes before arrival. Of course, when I asked by phone, they couldn't find one, but strangely enough, they didn't call either. Pizza, what a surprise - completely cold. When I asked again on site to complain about the order, the telephone number was spontaneously incorrect and the blame was passed on to someone else. Unfortunately, it was not possible to lodge a complaint upon delivery. Unfortunately, the driver didn't understand anything and immediately disappeared without a word.

Disaster the store! Never again

First order was ok. Second order arrived late and was dismissed quite rudely on the phone. Third order came 20 minutes later than indicated, just lukewarm, boxes squeezed and half of one pizza stuck to the lid. Account deleted immediately.

We only opened at 11:05 and had to wait another three minutes until I could order

I just saw how they prepared the food on site. Just disgusting. Don't order there! He simply stirred the pasta with cream in a container that was completely full of old leftover food. Again!

Simply disappointing...the entire company...

Pizzabox+2 sounded like a great new idea, but in the end it's exorbitant and that's why I personally won't order there again. You can exchange the side orders, but then you pay €3 for just reaching into another box in the kitchen. I complained about that, but the person on the phone tried to explain it away...they didn't listen to me either. Customer complaint management is definitely not their strong point, just like everything else. Huge excitement and it couldn't be explained to me over the phone how this could be justified with the 3€ extra, except that that's just the way it is?! I still repeated the question twice more as to what exactly justified asking for money for the exchange if they were available anyway. Incredibly cheeky.

Never - hygiene? Food was cold (everything) Ordered a snack box - a chicken kicker on it - hair on the pizza! Complaint employee: so much going on, can't do anything, just send a new one, are you still hungry?... wonderful..: I expect compensation and then you'll be bullied, great! 👍🏻 But service fee - please!

Just had an argument with your ebike driver. First he overtakes me on the right, then he runs a red light and barks at me too. Just because he's driving with Domino's jacket etc. it's not particularly smart to behave aggressively in traffic while fully branded. I will never order from you again. But you don't have a good reputation. Ratings at 3 stars

It's crazy how incredibly incompetent a shop can be. Ordered 2 pizza rolls, 2 dips and 1 cookie Waited 1 hour 40 minutes for food. The food wasn't even fresh and warm anymore...

I had just ordered pizza rolls from Dominos with my girlfriend. We took the ones with salami, cheese and jalapenos, but we wanted to take 4 without salami, we communicated this clearly several times on the website and by phone, but the employee on the phone couldn't understand us because he spoke broken German at best, He also pushed us away three times and became unfriendly. After 40 minutes the pizza rolls arrived, but the cheese and jalapenos were left out of the 4 pizza rolls, so it was just dry dough. In addition, the pizza rolls were very small. We then called the store again and the employee pushed us away again and said it was our mistake. It's a shame, we could have saved the delivery costs and the tip.

Unfriendly customer service. Food is cold. You only get rude comments. Worst dominoes ever.

Vegan pizza was good. Win little dry. The condition was nice. The price is OK. Although I think vegan products may be cheaper than meat products. Unfortunately, the shop is very uncomfortable to eat there.

The pizza just doesn't taste good

Nach über 2 Stunden Wartezeit und zwei Telefonaten mault mich der Lieferant an und will mit mir diskutieren. Keine Entschuldigung sondern der Vorwurf ich hätte eine falsche Hausnummer angegeben. Warum sollte ich das tun? Die Pizzen haben letztendlich nicht mal geschmeckt. Das warten hat sich nicht gelohnt. Nicht empfehlenswert

Generell ist dominos eine meiner Lieblings Fastfood Ketten. Die Lieferung der Filiale ist immer recht schnell und der Lieferant freundlich. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Wrap "Heißer Schlitten".

Schicken Fahrer die null deutsch oder englisch können. und das Essen ist kalt geworden

Ich versteh die schlechte Rezension hier garnicht. Die Pizza war gut und die Mitarbeiter total freundlich. Ich werde nur noch meine Pizza hier bestellen.

Ich danke euch! Die Pizzen sind ziemlich lecker :-))) Vor allem finde ich den Mitarbeiter Sabi Extrems korrekt! Super höflich und sehr professionelle Arbeit. Ich verstehe die anderen Bewertungen nicht!

Wir haben das erste Mal bei Domino's bestellt, sonst bestellen wir direkt in der Pizzeria. Die Pizza wurde schnell geliefert und kam wohlbehalten und warm bei uns an - leider hat sie uns aber nicht gut gefallen. Der Boden schmeckte halb durchgebacken und war insgesamt sehr weich, der Käse hatte keinen Geschmack und der Käserand war pappig.

Die Pizza ist sehr lecker und der eine Verkäufer ist sehr Nett. Ich bin mittlerweile Stammkunde und gehe immer wieder gerne hin.

Seit Jahren immer gleich bleibende gute Qualität.

Die Dinosaurier, die sich drüber aufregen, dass am Telefon was missverstanden wird oder Coupons nicht gelten, sollen halt einfach mal die Website oder App nutzen. Damit lief alles bislang in vielen Bestellungen bei mehreren Dominosfillialen in Hamburg perfekt: Vorbestellungen waren pünktlich fertig, wurden einem unkompliziert und nett ausgehändigt und die Pizza war (gemessen an dem was man in einer Welt von Franchises bekommt) stets reichlich belegt, schmackhaft und vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

Die Pizza ist leider oft zu lange im Ofen und dann total trocken. Das ist echt schade, da die Pizza ansonsten ganz gut schmecken würde. Bitte achtet da doch mal mehr drauf. :)

Ich kann keinen Falls den schlechten Bewertungen zustimmen. Ich bin seit Jahren gerne Kunde und war noch nie von einer Bestellung, oder einer in der Filiale abgeholten Pizza enttäuscht. Ich würde die Pizza jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Super Auswahl, leckere Pizza, nette Bedienung (Pizza wurde selbst abgeholt). Das Angebot für 3,99€ je Pizza ist unschlagbar!

Da sie bei uns um die Ecke sind, wird relativ schnell geliefert. Leider nicht immer das was bestellt wurde. Da wir mittlerweile wissen, was man dort bestellen kann und was eher nicht, ist es ok. (Der Teig der Pizzabrötchen z. B. ist oft nicht richtig durch gewesen.)

naja... Pizza ist trocken und zäh. Hab mal was anderes probieren wollen als die Konkurrenz in der Hoheluftchaussee aber jetzt gehe ich wieder zurück.

Einfach lecker, schnell und heiß geliefert!

Wir wohnen direkt um die Ecke. Netter Service bei Abholung der pizza. Der Inhaber ist wirklich freundlich und der Laden macht auch vom optischen einen guten Eindruck. Pizzen bisher immer wie bestellt. Allerdings teile ich die Aufregung um die Homepage - echt etwas nervig 4 Unterseiten mit Zusatzbestellungen durchzuklicken. Ausserdem sollte man auch hinterher (also nach Auswahl der Gerichte) noch auswählen können ob man Selbstabholer oder Lieferdienst möchte. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt dieser Filiale ist der Umgang mit den Lieferfahrrädern. Sie stehen oft mitten auf den Fußgängerweg und versperren unnötigerweise den Durchgang. Im Vergleich zu Gepettos, wo ständig zwielichtige Gestellten vor der Tür sitzen, um Welten besser.

Saustarker Service!!! Musste eben spontan relativ kompliziert umbestellen und die die Jungs haben das ganz super souverän gemeistert! Danke an Mike (?) den ich am Telefon hatte! Das ist Service!

Pizza ist sehr lecker. Salat OK. Etwas wenig Dressing, 100 ml ist sehr knapp bemessen.
