Really helpful and friendly, but... only hunger can bring you down. The place needs a clean and new furnishings. Very friendly staff.

Never again!!! Only half was delivered. 3 cookies were not delivered. No compensation. For 465ml of ice cream, 2 x 100ml were delivered. What's that about? The driver said the money should be refunded. Why don't they give the money back in cash? 5 days later, still no money. Absolute cheek. This is apparently the thanks I get for ordering 3 times a week for years. So that's the end of it!!! You can live with the fact that 9 out of 10 times you order there is no dressing for the salad, but this is the most audacious thing to do. I for one will avoid this shop and order from somewhere else in future. I can only advise everyone else to do the same!

Pizza and pizza rolls were ordered for 1:15 p.m., and the order arrived around 2 p.m. without any explanation or compensation. When I called the store, they simply said they had received a large number of orders and therefore couldn't deliver on time.

Ordered on June 2, 2025, at 6:17 PM. Delivery window between 6:38 PM and 6:58 PM, now it's 8:38 PM. No one answers the phone either. We will NEVER order and have anything delivered again.

My pizza was anything but ready, it could have spent a few more minutes in the oven (my ingredients were raw and my dough fell apart when I picked it up) and my ice cream was more liquid than my diarrhea, which I will most likely have tomorrow.

Well, it was better back then. We ordered three dishes and had to wait over an hour. The app kept saying the same thing for ages, and the wait kept getting longer. I definitely won't be ordering from there again anytime soon ;) The quality of the food has also declined considerably.

I had a Caesar salad for €10. When I saw the mini box, I thought they were pulling my leg! And to top it all off, I couldn't even eat it because the tomatoes were bad! There have been several "incidents" in the past, including vomiting/diarrhea after eating any kind of pasta. And you can't eat pizza there for a long time; it's too dry and cold. This is definitely the last time we order from there!

We are very very disappointed. We ordered delivery and unfortunately we had to wait over an hour. Then there was far too much barbecue sauce on it but the extra hollandaise sauce was forgotten. The pizza was completely cold and just bland. And afterwards everyone just had a huge stomach ache. Definitely not recommended!!!

Really very miserable... My wife and I ordered pizzas from Dominos around 8 p.m. (via Lieferando). Estimated delivery time was between 8:45 p.m. and 9 p.m. ---> The delivery did not arrive at the requested time. Waited until 9:15 p.m. and then tried to call there twice ---> only voicemail. Now here's the thing: At 10:10 p.m. I got a call that the pizza delivery guy was at my door. I was given my order with an annoyed look. Pizzas weren't tasty at all. Way too much BBQ sauce and the other one forgot to add hollandaise sauce as an extra. Cheese rim wasn't melted and wasn't cooked through properly. Next time I'll slap your food over the counter and want my money back!!! No longer recommended. Oh, and the pizza wasn't even lukewarm and was limp.

I waited half an hour longer for the order just so I could get a €10 CEASER SALAD that was slapped into the box completely carelessly, had absolutely few toppings and didn't even get a fork with it... -100 STARS!!!!! whole lunch break for ass

We have often ordered from Dominos in Gotha. However, yesterday's pizza puts everything that has come before in the shade: All pizzas that had hollandaise sauce on them today led directly to vomiting diarrhea. There have been similar cases in the past. Sometimes you should listen to your gut feeling and leave it alone if there is even the slightest impression. Very very disappointing. If the whole thing turns out to be food poisoning, there will be corresponding consequences.

Although the woman was nice and the wrap was delicious, it was completely cold even though it was freshly made and I ate it in the store

We often brought pizza home, sometimes it was one way or the other...now we ate there once and it wasn't good; large pieces of onion were dried out, everything was much too dry...!!! The pizza with vegetables, the vegetables weren't roasted, the peppers and tomatoes were all raw. Unfortunately, the pizzas are always different, which is a shame. If I've eaten a good pizza, I want to eat it the same way again, but unfortunately it's always different, and so I don't eat it again!! And so other people are dissatisfied, which you can read here, but nothing changes, and then you have to go to the store yourself and tell the people, which doesn't help at all!!!

So I can't say anything negative here. I always received my orders for pickup quickly. When I made a mistake, the employee on the phone was actually really accommodating.

As you can see from most of the reviews, delivery service is the worst there is. I've been waiting for a pizza and pizza rolls for over 1:20 and it's still not there. It's completely cold in the restaurant, I ordered 2 pizzas (salami), they were given to the wrong ones and I had completely different pizzas than what I ordered, the employees are constantly on their cell phones, I guess no one has heard anything about hygiene

I've never had to write a bad review in my life, but what's being fabricated here is beyond my comprehension. We ordered pizza rolls from Dominos via Lieferando at around 7 p.m. These should arrive within 15 - 35 minutes. It should be noted that we live just 15 minutes away on foot. So not a long distance for quick delivery. At around 9 p.m. still nothing arrived. However, on Lieferando it said that the order would have been delivered at around 7:25 p.m. Accordingly, I called Dominos, which I only reached after the 5/6th time to ask what was happening with this order. The gentleman said he could 'remember' the order, it was on the way and it would take 5-10 minutes. It's now almost 10 p.m., Dominos is closed and we're sitting there with empty stomachs. Of course, I paid beforehand via Paypal and then didn't receive any food. I really hope for everyone involved that the money will be transferred back. 'And if they haven't died, then they're still waiting for their pizza rolls' - Thanks for nothing.

I ordered at 12:55 and unfortunately it took over 1.5 hours, that's not possible, as I said, I'm still waiting for my food.

The second time I ordered via Lieferando, and the second time I received the food far too late. In addition, the food was only lukewarm.

No food after 2 hours. No response, can't be reached by phone. No info... nothing... Instead, I reported to Lieferando that it was delivered a little over 30 minutes after the order was placed!!! I should leave a review without receiving any food! Hard to beat in terms of incompetence!

First we have to wait over 2 hours for delivery and then we receive cold and incomplete food. Great company. It could have been noted that the delivery times differ “a little”. After all, the customer is king. Would we order from Domino’s again? Absolutely no way!.

Online ordering and pickup worked wonderfully. Unfortunately, my wife and I didn't like the sauce from the pizza (Lucca and New York Style Pizza) and therefore I wouldn't buy any other products with the tomato sauce. I might try something else again.

Pizza was ok. Tables not wiped down. We didn't realize that you couldn't eat there with plates and cutlery, but from the cardboard box with disposable cutlery.

Decent food, semi quick service. Takeout personal is a little unfriendly and almost pushed me out of the way to get out of the door.

We ordered 2 pizzas today. Once the Caesar pizza in large and the other with minced meat and corn. Both pizzas arrived warm and on time. The lady who brought them was very friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, both pizzas were still a disappointment. It's one thing that they're all getting more expensive, but the fact that there's far too little topping on them, the Caesar pizza was sometimes just dry and the salad could be counted on one hand is a disgrace. These are exactly the reasons why I order less and less.

Super simple and inadequate setting. I wait 40 minutes for a pizza, they confuse me and the person behaves very rude and tells me that you waited almost 40 minutes, you will wait 10 more. I would never go there again

This kebab rösti box is an absolute disgrace. For €10.50 I get a large pizza with a handful of hash browns and 3 crumbs of kebab meat on it. I'll never order the manure again.

I went to the cinema with a friend and we wanted to go to Dominos afterwards. We came in and read through the menu a little. An employee then told us that it would take a moment. We thought, OK, everything is fine. 10 minutes later our order still hadn't been taken and we had to leave so we could make our way. Unfortunately left a very bad impression. I won't go here anymore.

We always order online. You can then follow all the steps of your pizza and see when it is ready. Top and tastes good. You don't have to wait long.

I ordered two salami pizzas at 5 p.m. for 7 p.m. I waited until 8 p.m. but nothing came. When I asked, I was told that my order only went out shortly before I called. At 8:30 p.m. I called again because there was still no delivery. I was told that the delivery person couldn't find the entrance to the building. My pizzas were then prepared again and delivered at 9pm. I received no compensation for the 2 hour delay. About the pizza: Dough very soft and flaky, toppings taste good, cheese in the cheese crust is not melted

For the third time in a row, something was missing again. The supplier then offered to bring it along on a tour when someone was in the area again. That alone is a joke. Then we noticed that the pesto was missing from the salad, so we called and the answer was "Well, that's all." You could have called and asked what you would like as a replacement. It's not cheap and you have to pay for it in full.

Pizza is good, the delivery people could be better trained

Don't know if they don't have a heater in the store, if they don't turn it on for cost reasons or if it's broken, but it's always cold when I've been there. Either you should just get your food and leave straight away or they don't want you to stay long

The pizzas were nothing special but not bad either. However, I would have expected more for the rather higher price. The shop was so shabby and dingy that I didn't want to eat there. The employees also seem very dirty. The floor and walls are completely hidden in the entrance area. The tables looked like shit, everything was all over the place, and some of the tables still had old boxes from previous guests. All in all a pretty run down shop!!

Had veg supreme pizza today just for 8.99€. Was great taste , fresh and instant cooked. My friend took Margarita pizza that was good too. German boy at the counter tried to understand language what we wanted to order. Overall experience was nice 💯. Would definitely visit again

2,5h Warten, dann das Essen selbst abholen( es sollte 15min nach meinem Anruf bereit stehen) und dann nochmal 1h vor Ort auf 2 Pizzen warten... Da fehlen mir echt die Worte. Personal war nett und freundlich, aber völlig überfordert. Pizza war trotzdem lecker.

Toll wäre wenn man vor Ort isst, das man Teller besteck und ein Glas bekommen würde. Somit nicht wie wenn man nach Hause bestellt die Ware bekommt 😉

Gute Pizzen zu moderaten Preisen.

Heute Mal auf einen schnellen Mittagsimbiss im Dominos gewesen...da ich schon öfters dort Pizza und andere Leckereien holen war bemerke ich einen leichten " Abschwung " im Ambiente ....Am Mülleimer stapeln sich die leeren Pizzaschlachten ...ein paar kleinere Löcher in der Wand lassen auf um oder anstellen von Mobiliar schließen...aber ok ..das war subjektiv und vllt. auch übertrieben ...die Pizzas waren gut und kamen schnell ....2 Pizzen und Getränke für rund 28€ sind letztendlich den wirtschaftlichen Verhältnissen in Germany und den Strompreisen geschuldet , motiviert aber sich nach günstigeren Alternativen umzuschauen. Beim Verzehr der Pizza habe ich mich gefragt wo das alles noch hinführen kann...Gothas Innenstadt leert sich wahrscheinlich langsam und ich hoffe Mal ,das es auch für Dominos noch genügend Spielraum gibt für die Zukunft.

Bestellung falsch gebacken, aber SOFORT perfekt reagiert - top. Ansonsten Dominos eben.

Ich hatte versehentlich eine Bestellung an die falsche Adresse aufgegeben…🤦‍♂️ deshalb habe ich in diese Bestellung „erneut bestellen“ gewählt mit einer kleinen Entschuldung und der korrekten Adresse. Die Bestellung wurde trotz dieses Fehlers meinerseits, flott ohne wenn und aber von den wie immer sehr höflichen Mitarbeitern geliefert! 🥰 Das essen war wie auch nicht anders zu erwarten sehr köstlich! 😋 Dominos Gotha, lecker 🤤 Klare Empfehlung!!!

Die Bestellung in der App war kinderleicht. Das Essen wurde termingenau geliefert.Alle Pizzen waren oberlecker und heiß. Auch das Personal ist äußerst freundlich. Alles perfekt gelaufen würde ich sagen! Dankeschön 😊

Wo soll ich anfangen… starten wir beim „Zimt“brot. Wo ist der Zimt und Zucker? Wahrscheinlich wurde er vergessen, dementsprechend hatte es wenig mit einem Zimtbrot zutun. Die Pizza Caprese war völlig ölig, vielleicht kann man das nächste Mal etwas weniger verwenden. Ansonsten haben wir eine vegane Curry Pizza und eine Magarita bestellt, bei denen können wir nichts aussetzen.

An und für sich ging es. Habe 3 Pizzen bestellt und die Bombay sowie die crazy Dog waren lecker. Die 3 jedoch hat es in sich gehabt. Nannte sich Holy Funghi und war so ölig das der Karton schon weich wurde. Wenn man genauer hingesehen hätte, hätte man sein Spiegelbild vielleicht gesehen 🤣🤣 Aber ich sehe immer das positive in allem und es geht gerade nicht so mit der Toilette , da denke ich mir dank dem ganzen Öl wird auch das Problem dann gleich behoben sein 🤣🤣🤣 Ansonsten war die Lieferung und die Freundlichkeit super. Pizza trotz selbst Abholung kalt. Ohne Zwiebeln bestellt (stand auch auf der Rechnung), drauf waren die natürlich trotzdem, dafür hat der zweite Thunfisch gefehlt. Auf der Boston keine Holllandaise, aber 37 € für drei Pizzen verlangen.

Keine langen Wartezeiten und freundliches Personal. Dort habe ich bis jetzt meine leckerste Pizza gegessen.

Die Bestellung einer Pizza ist eine reine Wundertüte zwischen 1 Stern und 5 Sternen. Lieferung immer sehr schnell und freundlich. Essen mal Top, dann wieder unterirdisch. Ich verstehe nicht, warum Käse nicht auf den Zutaten gebacken wird. Macht man das so? Werde trotzdem wieder bestellen mit dem Wunsch Zusatz, das der Käse als letztes belegt wird und hoffe beim nächsten Mal wieder Glück zu haben.

Habe mehrere Pizzen bestellt und abgeholt. Schnell, aber lieblos die Zutaten "drauf geklatscht" Diese sollten doch gleichmäßig die Pizza füllen?!

Kann bis jetzt nur den Lieferservice beurteilen. Vor Ort esse ich nicht, weil mir das Ambiente nicht gefällt. Lieferservice ist okay. Schade, dass mittlerweile eine Pizza so teuer ist, wie ein Hauptgang + Getränk im Restaurant. 😉 Das Angebot ist groß und vielfältig. Mittlerweile auch für Vegetarier und Veganer geeignet. 👍🏼 Top, dass man auch einzelne Zutaten austauschen, hinzufügen oder weglassen kann. Man merkt leider oft, wenn viel bestellt wird, denn dann braucht der Lieferservice sehr lange, die Pizzen sind kalt und nur halbherzig belegt. 😔
