Domino's Pizza Gera Franz-petrich-straße in Gera

I was standing in front of the building and was insulted by what appeared to be the shift manager on March 16th. She told me and my friends that one looked worse than the other and insulted several of her employees. The employee herself was not wearing appropriate clothing and was wearing glasses and she also has short gray hair. I don't think you should treat potential customers like that, and especially not your work colleagues. L.G.

Our mother in the hospice requested a certain pizza. It is located in Bad Berka. We were at Domino Pizza in Gera and experienced humanity and empathy!!!!! We were allowed to take this pizza with us to finish baking. And we were even offered pizza on the house. 🥹. Of course we paid. Thank you so much for so much kindness and compassion. Something always went wrong with the last few orders, things don't seem to be going very well in the store. Either there is no card machine even though it was selected, the food is not delivered at the selected time (only after you called half an hour later) or something was missing or delivered incorrectly. The store is a complete disaster.

I always order pizza here, it always arrives on time.

Unfortunately, we couldn't really differentiate between pizzas because of spicy and normal salami! Numbers would be better, no tracking despite SMS request, no order confirmation, otherwise great.

10€ for this tiny portion of hard, cardboard pasta. Unfortunately some of it is inedible.

We have already ordered here several times and always enjoy coming back - the quality of the pizzas is great, the price-performance ratio is good and the service from the young staff is always friendly and polite. The pick-up service works excellently. All food is always warm and ready on time. Full marks for the pizzas and the team :)

When my partner & I came home from walking through the Gera Christmas market (at Victor's), we strolled past Domino's and stopped at the "Raclette Pizza" sign. A few hours later I placed the order by phone, put on my coat for the cool evening weather, went over and just as I walked through the door the pizza was ready to be picked up. Sure, you could call that a coincidence, but anyone who says 15 minutes and is finished within 10 minutes MUST be mentioned. That's right! That was a great investment of €11.99. And for the fact that it was our first raclette pizza: IT WAS VERY AWESOME! We'll be back. Promised. Definitely!! :) PS: anyone who likes raclette will love this pizza. ♥

Unfortunately the store does not have a public toilet 🚽

If the fly screen in the window is still ok. O. would have been, then full stars in all parts. Such a 🌟 deduction. Very tasty by the way. 😋

For me personally it's the best Domino's I've been to so far. I ordered my pizza to take away and the employee was very cool on the phone. Also on site and very accommodating. The other employees were all very friendly and open. It seemed like you could enjoy a great working atmosphere there. My food was very fresh and tasted really good and since it was very hot I was also able to order a nice refreshing drink there, although I think the price was completely fair. The drinks are even cheaper than most other fast food restaurants. All in all, I felt very comfortable and will definitely come back when I'm in Gera again :)

Overall it's really great. But when you pay extra for sauce and there's next to nothing on it. It's like that every time. No good this one :(

Unfriendly through and through You should consider whether you work as a service provider or whether you don't feel like it.

I wonder what's so difficult about topping pizzas. I don't think I've ever had a pizza with the right toppings. How do you decide to just put chilli on something? Sometimes the salami or vegetables are simply missing completely??

Rating corrected. Shortly after opening, it was one of the better Dominos branches in Gera. Not perfect, but the staff were friendly and, except for the chicken kickers, the food was well prepared. However, things have deteriorated significantly since then, which meant I had to downgrade my initially good rating. Edit 1: Unfortunately I have to correct my rating after increasing negative experiences when picking up. When you enter the branch, you will find, in addition to sometimes rude employees and teenagers loitering around, half-eaten dishes in the customer's line of sight and a harsh tone among one another. In addition, something is wrong with every second order and the pizza rolls tend to be a medium-sized lump of dough with little filling. Edit 2: After I was treated unpleasantly several times after my bad review, I'm deducting more stars. That's absolutely not possible. If a proper review is expected here, the job should be done right.

Nicely decorated! Staff very nice and child-friendly! The food tasted good, there was a lot to choose from!

Getting really annoying. We have always had small issues with the branch in the past, but these have always been resolved on OUR initiative. Ordered there today, paid for it and after payment the woman at the service told you straight away “it will take at least half an hour”. It has to be said that we had our 2 year old son with us. After I told her that it was a disgrace to point out that there would be a significantly longer waiting time after the payment process and that she should then deliver it, she was sullenly prepared to encourage her colleagues to bring our order forward. Unfortunately, something was forgotten to pack when ordering, but we only noticed it when we got home. @branch management: my expectation would be that you would contact me to resolve the issue. @Rest: Service at this store is simply wrong. It's best to check your order on site and ensure that everything is unpacked in front of you.

Several employees rude. Prices high, quality of ingredients and preparation poor. All in all, really bad. Given another chance today. I ordered pasta and thought you couldn't go wrong. These consisted largely of dried out and burnt noodles! It was therefore inedible.

Very unfriendly cashier. The food tastes good, but that's not enough considering the prices.

Kannst keinem erzählen, man muss scheinbar alles vor Ort kontrollieren. Vegayaki Pizza bestellt, Teriyaki Sauce, Frühlingszwiebeln und Sesam fehlt einfach komplett. Noch dazu unfreundlicher Service vor Ort.

Also ich würde mir überlegen, ob ich da essen gehe/bestelle!! Sehr sehr unfreundlich und unhygienisch. Zudem die Kollegen dort sehr unkollegial sind!

Wir haben online bestellt und das Essen kam überpünktlich an. Der Fahrer war auch sehr nett. Das Essen war wie immer top. Wir hatten zwei Pizzen, Pizzabrötchen und einen Wrap bestellt und alles war lecker.

Ich bin stink sauer alles so teuer geworden und dann bekommt man angebrantes Essen was mir auch noch nach liefern musste weil sie mein Essen vergessen hatten😡 das andere essen Pizza conchita da fehlt Barbecue Sauce und sie war auch sehr dunkel 40 euro für die Tonne danke Domino's Pizza 😡😡😡🤬 hab mein essen so spät bekommen das ich da noch nicht mal mehr anrufen konnte da sie zu hatten so eine Frechheit 🤬

Ich habe ab und an sehr gern mal eine Pizza bei Dominos bestellt, vorallem die Cheeseburger Pizza fande ich sehr lecker, da sie echt nach Burger geschmeckt hat. Heute jedoch war der Geschmack leider ein ganz anderer. Es war definitiv kein Rindfleisch, die Konsistenz des Hacks ähnelte veganen Hackfleisch und auch der Geschmack. Schade aber die Pizza werde ich nicht mehr essen 😔 Vielleicht liegt es an der Filiale.

Bisher immer gute Erfahrung gemacht. Essen kam bisher immer schnell und warm an. Ist halt eine Lieferkette und die Pizzen standardisiert. Die Käse - Knobi Kruste ist super lecker, allerdings ganz schön happiger Preis. Lieferant immer freundlich.

Pizza ist Gut Personal aber unfreundlich.

Ich war vor Ort und hatte zum mitnehmen. Die leute waren super, es ging schnell und Pizza war lecker. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Sehr schnelle Lieferung und alles war heiß, frisch zubereitet und auch lecker. Auch der Lieferant war freundlich und nett. Wir bestellen gerne wieder.

Zwei Pizzen und zwei Wraps bestellt. Wraps waren für mich zu wenig, aber bin auch ein hungriger Mensch. Alles in allen sehr gut.

Leckere Pizza, Personal sehr bemüht

Jetzt noch schnellere Lieferung und dadurch nicht richtig heiße Pizza und Pizzabrötchen. Vorher wurde ich von einer anderen Filiale beliefert, diese ist jetzt näher in meiner Nähe. Oft Lieferung per Bike oder Roller. Pizza sehr lecker, Salat immer sehr frisch und Pizzabrötchen gewohnt lecker. Macht weiter so.
