This place keeps accepting orders. Then 15min before the food needs to be delivered, they reject the order. Really bad service.

A 1.6 km distance for a delivery. First they deliver, then suddenly they stop. Outrageous, etc.

Delicious pizza, various sizes and pizza varieties. It was also very quick, I didn't have to wait long.

A 28cm pizza was €8 with a discount code. It was super delicious, and the pizza was ready five minutes earlier than expected. The staff was friendly, and the shop looks very neat and relaxed. I'll definitely be ordering more.

Beware of this rip-off! An absolute low point – a nightmare for both customers and (former) employees! Domino's has proven to be the worst delivery service and employer I've ever encountered. Anyone who thinks they'll get decent service or fair working conditions here is sorely mistaken. As a driver, you're exploited: You pay 30 cents out of your own pocket for each delivery, completely unofficially, not mentioned anywhere in the contract, and therefore highly questionable from a legal standpoint. The money is simply kept, even though it's actually a tip that the driver is entitled to. If you bring it up, you're brushed off or shown the door. The boss's response: "Everyone does it." That pretty much says it all. Tips? Forget it. At least half of them end up with Domino's, not with the drivers who are left out in the rain, toiling for minimum wage. Disrespectful communication, miserable working conditions, and management behavior that can only be described as appalling. I was treated like a bothersome supplicant, not like an employee. And the picture from the outside wasn't any better: employees regularly smoke cannabis in front of the store, even while on duty. I witnessed the entire kitchen staff suddenly disappear several times, all on a "stoner break." That's not what I call professional. In short: anyone who values ​​fair treatment of people, whether as a customer or an employee, should avoid Domino's. There are plenty of alternatives that deliver pizza without exploiting people or behaving like something out of a bad movie. If you order from here, be aware: a portion of the tips doesn't go to the drivers but gets stuck in the system—a hidden rip-off at the expense of the people who deliver your pizza in all kinds of weather. Breaks are practically nonexistent, even though they're legally mandated. Anyone who dares to assert their right to a break is simply ignored or told to keep working. No one cares about legal regulations here; the main thing is that the business keeps running. You will be fired without notice if you try to keep your tips.

THE PIZZA NEVER ARRIVES! my boyfriend and I request a domino´s box to dinner it never arrives + customer service never answer. Issue: probably the delivery give our pizza to someone else, ergo, it is IMPORTANT to create a confirmation mail for the customer of receiving the pizza, else, this can happen anytime. this is why I will Not use your delivery service. good thing: today we received a refund for the error, I am just happy that the order was not to invite guests

Unbelievable behavior from the employee! I called and asked how much a Margherita pizza costs, and then the employee seriously told me I'd have to check the prices online myself!!! He said he didn't have time to give me the price information, even though he said he knew the prices. The phone call lasted maybe 15 seconds, but that's apparently already too long. This kind of behavior is unbelievable and extremely damaging to this company!

Both pizzas were salty and barely edible. Delivery by Lieferando was great though, the shitty pizza is not their fault. Waste of money.

UNDERGROUND!!!!!!!! First you had to wait 1.5 hours and then the driver ripped off an 11 year old child because I couldn't answer the door myself because of the long waiting time. He was sent back and knew full well that he simply kept money. And then he becomes rude too. Really the last one...... 12/04/24 I ordered again and found that the drivers have noticeably changed for the better. My impression is that there are now people working there who also speak German and the preparation is better, so I'm going up from 1*. 3***.

Menace. Delivery drivers on the motorcycles always ride through the park (Kaisersteg) and bicycle couriers do 25+ on narrow sidewalks. Always. Every day. Domino's couriers are the dumbest creatures you can observe, no matter the branch or even the country. It's the same everywhere.

Poor staff communication. They don’t have clear instructions on their pizzas and the ingredients in the app, I went on and ordered a pork pizza while thinking it was chicken. When I spoke to the guy on the phone he refused to send it back. Does not represent the international brand Dominos has. I won’t order from there ever again.

I believe they charge extra almost 3 Euros more for the beef on a chicken broccoli pizza only because they waste too much time wondering why on Earth would someone want to eat beef together with the chicken. I believe I overpaid. I was also hoping to have a little more cheese on it. Looks like they completely forgot to put it on top of the pizza making all of the vegetable ingredients easily fall off. No matter the ingredients, the pizza itself felt more or less like a Döner bread fully soaked up with a Sauer Majonäse full of spirit vinegar inside this time. It’s my first time ordering this kind of pizza. I really don’t like when the pizza bread basement is purposely done thinker in order to reduce the amount of cheese added on top. I used a 7 Euros discount coupon from Lieferando to order it. It makes me wonder if this was the reason why they had to be so mean and unprofessional.

For the third time this year we received incorrect or missing ingredients. Sauce is constantly forgotten, dessert is delivered and so on... We order regularly and are thinking about doing it somewhere else soon. It's a shame because Dominos in Schöneweide is more than good.

My husband and I order regularly and we actually really like the pizza. The vegan salami is my highlight. We are already regular customers, but unfortunately there have been errors in the last three or four orders. Dip was forgotten, toppings were forgotten, extra requests were not fulfilled even though they were booked. Unfortunately, the error rate is very high and can't just be our fault. So I'm wondering how often other people's orders are incorrect. Especially if toppings were paid extra. There is a voucher as compensation, but it doesn't help me when I'm looking forward to my pizza Sunday...

Pizza was okay.. The annoying thing.. current vouchers from the app or advertising don't work in the store because it's a franchise branch. It's really stupid if you go there specifically for that reason.

I didn't find the pizza really tasty for the price. Overpriced for what you get there for a thin, economical pizza.

Food was delivered over an hour late. It was cold. I ordered 7 chicken pieces. 5 and two mini pieces arrived. While handing over the food, the delivery person slept and dropped the sauce. Straight into our hallway. I was then allowed to clean the entire hallway.

Just not good. This (large) flabby pizza was still €16.5 expensive with a 50% discount… far too expensive….! There was hardly any BBQ sauce on it... somehow it wasn't tasty and to be honest I lost my appetite just by smelling it, why does it smell like yogurt?

Leider hat sich die Pizza sehr verändert. Früher haben wir kaum eine ganze geschafft, nun besteht der Teig scheinbar hauptsächlich aus Luft. Wir sind von einer Medium Pizza gar nicht mehr satt geworden. Geschmacklich aber gut.

Ich hatte zuvor Dominos in Schöneweide 5 Sterne gegeben, ohne jemals in der Filiale gegessen zu haben ich hatte bislang nur bestellt. Allerdings hat sich mein Eindruck in der vergangenen Woche drastisch geändert. Als ich die Filiale besuchte, war es dreckig und unordentlich, der Müll quoll über und der Boden in der Küche war voller Zettel. Was noch schlimmer war, war das Verhalten der Mitarbeiter. Während ich an der Kasse wartete, sah ich, wie sie indisches Essen aßen, das sie offenbar bei einem anderen Lieferdienst bestellt hatten. Es war unangenehm, dies zu beobachten, und es war auch nicht hygienisch. Es schien, als ob ihnen das Essen bei Dominos selbst nicht schmeckte. In Anbetracht all dieser Probleme, muss ich meine Bewertung von Dominos in Schöneweide deutlich senken. Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen diese Probleme in naher Zukunft lösen wird, damit ich meine Meinung wieder ändern und wieder eine positive Bewertung abgeben kann.

Kurz mal Bewertungen pushen ;) Habe jetzt mehrmals hier bestellt. Und in 9/10 Fällen war ich sehr zufrieden. 1+ im Normalfall schnelle Lieferung, leckeres Essen und leichte Auftragsabwicklung

Ich bestelle hier regelmässig ab und zu ne Pizza vom Mittagsangebot. Ist halt kein Deluxe-Italiener, sondern ein Lieferdienst. Dafür aber in Ordnung. Meine Pizzen sind immer sehr schnell geliefert worden, macht weiter so!

Absolut lecker, alle Speisen vom pasta , Finger foods, pizza so wie salat und wraps , Ich empfehle vom ganze hertz diese location , freundliche Leute , warte Zeit cca.10-12 min , Ich werde hier wider kommen gerne 😉

Ehrlich gesagt bestellen wir da nicht jede Filiale nimmt an den spartagen dran teil überall wird Werbung gemacht für jede 2. Pizza kostenlos ihr schafft es nicht

Fünf Sterne kann ich deshalb nicht geben, aber vier auf jeden Fall. Eigentlich ist die knusprige Ente in rotem Thai Curry immer ein guter Test. Den hat sie nicht ganz bestanden, denn die Haut war stellenweise knatschig und nicht kross. Der Rest hat „gepasst“ und für nicht mal zehn Euro sogar günstig. Vielleicht lag es ja daran.

Bisher immer sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter gehabt. Egal ob es am Telefon ist, weil man etwas nicht versteht oder der Lieferant an der Tür. Pizza ist immer heiß und absolut lecker. Mit den Zutaten wird nicht gespart. Für uns als Familie unser Lieblings Pizza Service. Lieferung dauert nie länger als 40 min.

The food is good, but nothing special. The sommerollen are well prepared and the stir fried udon with vegetables are not bad. So so is the "My udon" soup, with an anonymous flavor. Cozy place on the outside, much better on the inside. Ugly and uncomfortable toilets.

Bestelle hier häufiger und meistens ist die Pizza sehr schnell da und heiß. Zu Kernzeiten kann es sein, dass es auch mal länger dauert. Bis jetzt waren die Pizzen immer top und frisch. Häufiger wird vergessen, die Pizza zu schneiden. Aber damit kann ich leben. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Essen war super lecker und der Preis ist sehr angemessen. Dazu auch noch eine sehr schöne Umgebung und frisches Wasabi. Daumen hoch ❤️

An einem frühen Mittwochabend hat es nahezu 90 Minuten gedauert, bis die zwei Pizzen bei mir ankamen. Das ist einfach zu lange!

Das Essen war den Erwartungen völlig entsprechend. Die Lieferzeit kam mir auch nicht ungewöhnlich lang vor. Ein großes Kompliment und lieben Dank an den Lieferfahrer (Tommy)!!! Super freundlich, aufmerksam und verhältnismäßig engagiert. Trotz der Umstände in diesem Job ein Lächeln auf den Lippen zu haben ist nicht immer leicht, umso größer die Freude beim Kunden, wenn sich Tommy trotzdem Zeit nimmt. Super positiv, behalt Dir das bei!!!

Wirklich nette Mitarbeiter, guter Service, die Pizza ist sehr schnell fertig und schmeckt auch noch. Das alles zusammen ist selten geworden. Bestelle gern wieder.

The people taking the order of the Pizza are very nice. They understand English to a certain extent and are very happy to converse.

Pro: Essen kommt meistens sehr schnell und das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich ( was leider nicht selbstverständlich ist) ABER: Con: Essen, zumindest die Pasta, ist oftmals noch kalt und es fehlen manchmal Zutaten wie Tomaten oder Spargel, der aber drin sein sollte. Seit wir das letzte Mal Pasta bekommen haben, die so aussah, als wäre sie schonmal benutzt worden, haben wir uns entschieden dort nicht mehr zu bestellen.

Ich habe bereits mehrere male bei Dominos bestellt, bei der letzten Bestellung ist mir leider ein Fehler unter laufen und ich wählte "abholen" obwohl ich es liefern wollte. Ich rief in der Fialie an erklärte meine Situation, es war mir auch etwas unangenehm. Der junge Mann am Telefon war sehr freundlich und erklärte mir erstmal mit der Schichtleiterin zu sprechen. Nach kurzer Zeit rief ich wieder an und man erklärte mir, dass man mir es liefert mit einem Aufpreis von 6 Euro, was ich natürlich Annahm. Ich wurde sehr freundlich am telefon behandelt und bin sehr froh das man mir noch entgegen gekommen ist. Fand ich sehr nett. Die Pizza war zwar nicht mehr heiß aber dennoch warm. Da es mein Fehler war gibts von mir aufjedenfall nichts zu beanstanden. Bestelle hier immer wieder gerne!

Haben dort zum ersten Mal Bestellt um Optimal die Aktion zu nutzen 2 separate Bestellungen. Und hat auch alles super geklappt Lieferzeit war super und die nette Frau hatte noch mal nachgefragt ob das so richtig ist das wir 2 mal die selbe Bestellung haben wollen :) Alle Extras die wir hinzugefügt haben waren auch drauf gewesen und es waren viele ^^ xD Geschmacklich auch alles top kann man nichts beklagen denke wir werden das ein oder andere mal hier nochmal bestellen. Very friendly staff. Dominoes pizza always feels salty (thirsty as hell). But there's nothing about a large crazy dog pizza.

Die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell und der Fahrer war super nett. Die Wraps sind ein Genuss gewesen, die Salate sind auch okay, Salat eben. Die Pizza hat noch Luft nach oben. Wirkte ein bisschen wie von gestern aufgewärmt und war nicht ordentlich verpackt. Heute korrigiere Ich meine Bewertung von damals. Alles kam super frisch und super schnell an. Bitte die Qualität beibehalten.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Teig und Belag waren sehr frisch und lecker. Sie waren richtig gut belegt so viel dass wir sie nicht mal geschafft.

Heute zum ersten Mal bestellt. Sehr lecker, vor allem die Tomatensauce (hat mich irgendwie an Pizza in meiner Kindheit erinnert). Lieferung wie gewünscht und der Fahrer auch sehr nett. Immer wieder gerne ☺️ 👍

Lunch deal: Diese Größe genügt für ein Mittagessen. wir haben es heute ausprobiert: Salami und Spinat/Käse. Kann man gut essen, wenn man in der Sonne sitzt.

Nach meinen unmöglichen Erfahrungen mit der Filiale in Köpenick, bin ich von dieser mehr als begeistert. Bestellungen über die Dominos Website oder App werden innerhalb von 15 Minuten geliefert, die Pizzen sind frisch, heiß und SEHR GUT belegt. Bei telefonischen Rückfragen sind die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auch die LieferantInnen sind immer freundlich und haben ein Lächeln auf den Lippen (trotz 4. Stock). Ja, sieht man auch durch die Maske. Filiale als Favorit gespeichert, weiter so!

Immer schnell, immer frisch und immer freundlich! Entgegen vieler Bewertungen hier sind wir sehr zufrieden.
