I ordered for the first time yesterday. I ordered through the Domino's website, fortunately not through Lieferando. It showed an approximate delivery date for the food. The delivery was prompt, and the driver was friendly. The pizzas (medium) weren't particularly large, but they were delicious and crispy.

Disastrous and a waste of money. "Medium" pizzas are the size of a small pizza elsewhere. A disgrace for the money. The entire pizza box is dripping with grease, as is the pizza itself. The taste is absolutely subpar. The shakes only arrive at home as sauce. Delivery takes forever and keeps getting delayed (originally 6:23 p.m., for example, but actually 7:15 p.m.). We've given them several chances, but now we've had enough. We'll never order from there again.

I don't know where to begin here. Besides a slight delay of almost two hours, a forgotten order, and a pizza base with tomato sauce, we received a lukewarm, grease-drenched pizza (if you can even call it that). Absolutely rubbish! Too expensive, and the offers are absurd. Pizzas used to be cheap, fat American pizzas, but now they're boring, regular, overpriced pizzas that anyone can make themselves. Employees aren't professional and make personal phone calls while working (probably poorly paid, too). I wonder where the money from these price increases goes.

Deliveries usually arrive late. Ordered at 6:38 PM for delivery on May 19. By 7:30 PM, the delivery still hadn't arrived. Over an hour for a salad and an ice cream!

A disgrace for the Domino's Pizza name! What we experienced today is an absolute disgrace. Starting with a delay of 1:30 hours instead of the stated 20-30 minutes, we thought it couldn't get any worse. Wrong! The 2 for 1 pizza promotion is simply a scam! After you add it to your shopping cart, only one pizza appears on the bill, and the man on the phone, who was very abusive, said that only one pizza was listed on the bill, but that wasn't stated, even though they checked it. They do this on purpose, sending out one pizza and delivering only one. The store needs to be closed; it's a disaster. Besides, the pizza is cold and therefore tasteless. We wish we'd read the reviews earlier, because apparently this promotion is a scam :( Protect yourselves and DO NOT order from here under any circumstances! I wish they could give 0 stars.

I particularly like the changing specials – there's truly something for everyone, and you save a bit too. The service is friendly, and delivery is reliable and fast. For me, it's clearly my first choice when it comes to pizza!

Food arrived lukewarm. Lt. According to the app, the food should have been with me shortly, but I had to wait 15 minutes longer. The 2 for 1 pizza promotion through Lieferando was a complete joke, I still had to pay the full price. Order could no longer be canceled, Lieferando mentioned canceling at Domino's Pizza, Domino's Pizza said "too late". Domino's Pizza also didn't really want to comment on the 2 in 1 promotion via Lieferando when I asked. I didn't get any "compensation" or anything that would have appeased me. Looking at it this is the first and last time I ordered there and I think the review is important to save others the trouble. Even if a legal letter comes, as is now the trend, the reviews are then deleted via Google.

Absolute bullshit. We ordered pasta at 10:26 p.m., it was prepared quite quickly and the email that the order was on the way arrived quickly. Absolutely unacceptable. Order was placed at 7:55 p.m., delivery wasn't until 9:25 p.m. - far too late. The pizza arrived cold and tasted of nothing. Despite clear indications in the comments (oregano, garlic, spicy), none of this was taken into account. The customer service is a disaster: you can hardly reach them by phone, and if you do, you hardly understand anything - communication is almost impossible. This is simply embarrassing for a company of this size. If you rely on warm, fresh pizza and at least a hint of service, you shouldn't order here.

Unfortunately it no longer corresponds to the standard of Dominos. Chicken Strippers mini small and not crispy. At the beginning it was a cornflake breading... now it's just breadcrumbs and the things have become tiny. Pizza dry and hardly any cheese. Not at all like in the example pictures on the website. Not even worth one star. We ordered pizza and two wrong pizzas were delivered to us. When asked, they said we would be closing right away, let us know tomorrow. The next day we called and were told to pick up the pizzas, rude. We ordered the pizzas and received the wrong pizzas and were then supposed to pick up the pizzas the next day. Employees Chrissy and Singh are really rude and really expect the pizzas to be picked up. In addition, the taste is no longer as good as you are used to from Dominos. I ordered a pizza and a milkshake on 01/01/25 at 7:05 p.m. Delivery was then made at 9:19 p.m. An ice cold pizza, the shake was okay. I declined the pizza because it was completely cold. According to tracking, it had already been baked for 1.5 hours. I should then call the branch for a refund. This directed me to share this online. I did this 2 weeks ago and still no response or refund. The branch used to be good. I can't recommend it. I ordered at 6:16 p.m. and called at 7:20 p.m. to ask when I could expect the order. I was then told: "I had been called straight away, the pasta was gone. Would I like a pizza in return?" after I confirmed this on the phone, I was told that it would now take another 30 minutes. The specified waiting time already has a range of 20 minutes and then the maximum waiting time is exceeded by another 30-60 minutes. You can save yourself the call to ask when the order will finally arrive. It's really bottomless what is then handed to you as a product. The lettuce is wilted, slippery and the pizza is cold. Unfortunately, I paid in advance via Paypal, otherwise the order would have been returned.

To be honest, we thought that this was a chain of world famous pizzerias. It turns out that this is an Arab catering establishment. But we really liked the food. And inexpensive. The establishment is clean and tidy. If you want to order food to go, then go there.

It started with anticipation because we had had good experiences with our first orders (there were two in total before the current one). The children were thrilled that they could choose their own toppings and really wanted to order from Domino’s. What followed was more than an insolence - it was almost humiliation. The order was placed via Uber Eats. The order was placed at 6:45 p.m., and according to the Uber app, delivery should take place between 7:05 p.m. and 7:25 p.m. (Saturday evening). Unfortunately, I forgot an ingredient when ordering and easily ordered it over the phone 10 minutes later. So at 7:35 p.m. I wasn't worried that the pizza hadn't arrived yet. However, at 7:45 p.m. I became a little suspicious. At 8:00 p.m. I asked again by phone. Answer: The pizza is on the way, it's busy, but it will be delivered in five minutes. At 8:15 p.m. I called again and asked where the pizza was (there were a total of three pizzas plus side dishes, paid for via the app). At 8:30 p.m. I asked again whether the delivery would even arrive today. This time they said there had been a car accident but the pizza would be there in five minutes. The driver was allegedly on the phone. At 8:45 p.m. I finally got in the car and drove to the store in Bergisch Gladbach (5 kilometers). There I asked the employees where my order was, as the app had now shown that the pizza had already been delivered. The employee called the driver and said the pizza had already arrived. I called home - no pizza had arrived. Five minutes later I received a call back from home: The pizza was finally here at 9:15 p.m. However, it was ice cold and the toppings were not as ordered. The driver apologized, but simply said that there was a lot going on - there was no question of an accident. The store also seemed relatively quiet. The whole thing was an absolute disaster. NEVER AGAIN!

We have now ordered there several times because we think the Domino's “brand” is great (from other cities) and we generally like the pizzas/salads/dips. However, there is something wrong with the branch. Something is wrong with almost every order. The salads look different every time even though they are the same. We already had moldy tomatoes in there, sometimes there were no spring onions, sometimes the dip was expired, etc. Extra ingredients that you add to pizzas are ignored every second time, even though you pay quite a bit of extra money for them. Then they sometimes don't know the "recipes" for their own pizzas, for example tomato sauce under hollandaise sauce where there shouldn't be any. Not to mention a delivery time that was far too long than stated or dips that were not included. In principle, something like this can happen at any time, no question, but in large numbers... We won't be ordering there anymore, although, as I said, we think the food itself is good (if it were as it should be). But the price/performance ratio is absolutely not right here.

Classic American pizza, the cashier wasn't that friendly but the chef or whoever he was was.
