Ordered food online. Wrong delivery received. No topic can happen. Called, delivered later. Something is missing again. But no, because it was included in the wrong delivery. Was it simply left out? Otherwise the taste was always great. But today everything went wrong. But I'm probably not the only one when I read the reviews here.

We have now ordered there several times because we think the Domino's “brand” is great (from other cities) and we generally like the pizzas/salads/dips. However, there is something wrong with the branch. Something is wrong with almost every order. The salads look different every time even though they are the same. We already had moldy tomatoes in there, sometimes there were no spring onions, sometimes the dip was expired, etc. Extra ingredients that you add to pizzas are ignored every second time, even though you pay quite a bit of extra money for them. Then they sometimes don't know the "recipes" for their own pizzas, for example tomato sauce under hollandaise sauce where there shouldn't be any. Not to mention a delivery time that was far too long than stated or dips that were not included. In principle, something like this can happen at any time, no question, but in large numbers... We won't be ordering there anymore, although, as I said, we think the food itself is good (if it were as it should be). But the price/performance ratio is absolutely not right here.

The pizzas are always okay, I recently had pasta for the first time, which was a disappointment. The noodles are hard, the whole thing is a lumpy, burnt mass.

Everything tastes great. Customer service was perfect. The prices were also okay so perfect for eating out.

Since you replied did I really ordered, yes attaching the proof that I ordered. It's not the first time getting food delayed. Always. Never on time. Strongly not recommend here. - Always late never on time, if you are getting order 30 minutes late than you got it pretty early.

In my opinion, there are better frozen pizzas than Domino's. Price-performance is also not appropriate. I can't recommend it.

Appointment order placed 2 hours in advance still arrived 30 minutes late. After I called and complained, I was no longer able to rate Dominos because the order number could no longer be found. A rogue who thinks evil... Ordered Salami Supreme, which was supposed to be full of salami, but ended up being 10 small slices of salami... Never again…

The taste is just okay... The taste was just okay, nothing special and not a typical thin and crispy pizza. There was a generous amount of sesame and garlic oil on the pizza but unfortunately the dough was very rubbery and not crispy at all.

I canceled because the delivery was over half an hour late.

After waiting 2.5 hours for our pizza, we tried to cancel it, but unfortunately reaching someone by phone was unsuccessful 6 hours later a man showed up at the door with our pizza. After a long discussion in which the market manager shouted at us over the phone, we came to the conclusion that we wouldn't have to pay anything in exchange for a lifetime ban on ordering. Classic American pizza, the cashier wasn't that friendly but the chef or whoever he was was. The pizza is not my cup of tea because I'm more into Italian pizza but my girlfriend really likes the pizza there, prices are a bit expensive in my opinion for what you get. The food was catastrophic in terms of value for money. My colleague ordered a large pizza for 17 euros that fell on the delivery person's floor and the money didn't even want to be refunded to us. My pizza rolls for €4.5 were simply boring and came without herb butter or aioli. I'd rather buy 1kg of flour and make it myself. Simply cheeky!

Everything is great as always. Only had a little problem this time. I ordered 2 pizzas and a box. One pizza had extra toppings that were forgotten. When I called on the phone I apologized and said a new one would be made and I could keep the other one. I said and did and ate some of it. The boss came personally and wanted to take the wrong pizza and was very rude when I said that I had been told that I could keep it. Actually always only good experiences, only today it wasn't so great to be pooped on like that.

War eigentlich immer zufrieden. Leider war beim letzten Mal, das Fleisch des César Salat nicht durch und gefroren roh innen. Bei Rückfragen mit dem Service war man leider nicht kooperativ und man versicherte dies sei normal. Schade Lasse ich dann in Zukunft hier zu bestellen.

Wer bock auf eine fettige Pizza im Amerikanischen Stil hat , ist hier genau richtig. Pizza immer vor Ort bestellen und dann im Auto verdrücken kann ich empfehlen, dann ist sie noch schön heiß.

Wir bestellen hier recht häufig und sind immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Das Cinnamon Bread war das einzige, was ich bisher nicht empfehlen kann. Ansonten quer durch die Karte alles super. Besonders auch die veganen Sachen. Gerne mehr davon!

Die Pizzen sind lecker, leider fehlen aber immer wieder Zutaten. Die Lieferung erfolgt meistens auch verspätet. Daher Maximal 3 Sterne!

Wir lieben Dominos Pizza. Für uns persönlich die leckerste. In unseren USA Urlauben haben wir uns schon immer drauf gefreut. Große Freude als in Berg.Gladbach die Filiale um die Ecke eröffnet hat.

Die Pizzen waren wirklich beide super lecker!!! Und heiß! Deshalb würde ich hier tatsächlich auch nochmal bestellen. Das Cinnamon Bread war leider nicht schön fluffig wie ich es kenne und es gab Caramel Icing dazu anstatt normales Icing. Das hat mich besonders enttäuscht. Der Caramell-Geschmack hat den Rest total überpowert. Ich liebe das Cinnamon Bread von Dominos eigentlich. So schade! 😔 Mindestbestellwert 25€ finde ich auch total übertrieben. Sogar zu zweit hatten wir Mühe das einzuhalten. Alleine kann man da gar nicht bestellen. Allerdings war die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon so nett eine Ausnahme zu machen, weil wir das mit dem Mindestbestellwert nicht wussten, da es nicht im Flyer stand. Das war sehr nett!!

Sehr freundlich am Telefon. Wohne 4 km entfernt und wurde in nur 30 min geliefert. Top Essen war wirklich sehr sehr lecker und warm.

Hier gibt es leckere vegetarische Pizza. Die Wartezeit war voll okay. Eine freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung war selbstverständlich auch vorhanden.

Einmal bestellt, einmal abgeholt! Bis jetzt alles gut, und auch lecker. Teilweise außergewöhnliche, aber leckere, Kreationen. Preis/Leistung sehr gut. Gut auch die veganen Alternativen. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und Fahrer. Außerdem wird dort auch per Fahrrad ausgeliefert. Unter Nachhaltigkeitsaspekten sehr gut! Und das die Pizzen bei Lieferung teurer sind ist ja normal, irgendwie müssen die Leute ja auch bezahlt werden. Außerdem immer wieder gute Aktionen. Ich werde dort öfter bestellen. Empfehlenswert!

Unglaublich leckeres Essen! Innerhalb von 20 Minuten war das Essen da, es ist heiß und die Pizza ist mit frischen Zutaten belegt - und davon nicht zu wenig! - Schnelle Lieferung - Frisches und heißes Essen - Top Qualität!

Endlich auch in Bergisch Gladbach, endlich muss ich nicht mehr nach Holweide fahren. Sehr schnelle Lieferung, die Pizzen war heiß als sie kamen und sehr lecker. Ich werde regelmäßig bestellen.

Die wichtigste Erkenntnis: Die Pizza war lecker!!! **** Der Bestellvorgang nach Einrichtung eines Accounts einfach. Anpassen der Pizza funktionierte gut, Code für 2 für 1 sofort akzeptiert! Die Abholung in der neuen Filiale eine Katastrophe! Mitarbeiter nicht in der Lage 2 Pizzen zu finden. Sprechen sehr schlecht deutsch. Anscheinend hat die Bestellbestätigung keine Abholnummer mitgeschickt. Aber aus 3 Stapeln mit 2x 2 Pizzen und 1x 4 Pizzen sollte es schneller möglich sein die bestellten Pizzenzu finden. Am liebsten hätte ich geholfen!

Pizza mal anders-sehr lecker- ob Crazy Dog oder Cheeseburger. Bei mir war weder die Lieferung zu lange noch die Pizza kalt. Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt. Ich kann nur empfehlen.

Gestern Bestellt, nach dem ich vom Flyer erfahren hatte das es jetzt endlich einen in Bergisch Gladbach gibt. Qualität war soweit inordnung, Lieferzeit war 30min. Essen war Heiß, weg Strecke waren 1,3km laut map. Werde da noch mal bestellen
