It's simply outrageous to deliver the wrong pizzas and then blame me for it – truly cheeky and outrageous.

I picked up the pizza myself and had it delivered. The restaurant looked okay. The staff was friendly, as was the driver. My orders were complete. However, the pizza was only lukewarm when the delivery arrived, and only four of the eight pizza rolls with fillings were actually filled. This could be improved. However, I find it a bit cheeky that a delivery fee is charged for deliveries within the city, when the product prices are already higher for delivery than for pickup!

More of a pizzeria for takeout or delivery. Only two wooden tables and chairs for seating.

Very good pizza, especially the dough! Tried three different pizzas, one with meat, one vegetarian and one vegan. All three tasted very good. Very nice and customer-oriented staff!

The tables are dirty, even though there's nothing going on. The lamps are dusty, and everything is very dingy. The chicken broccoli pizza was lukewarm, the chicken was dry, and the broccoli florets were burnt. The lava cake is a disgrace for almost €4!!! Never, ever, Dominos!!!

Everything doesn't look nice and there are dead flies on the windowsills everywhere, no clean tables and bad pizza - the first and last time for us.

I didn't get a 50% discount for the second pizza despite asking. I ordered online specifically. The dough was extremely dry. I also couldn't add any onions to the tuna pizza, which I was also told personally. They could have added some more afterward and put it in the oven for 30 seconds. Absolutely no service. I'm disappointed again and will get my food elsewhere. I've really had enough.

Today was our first and last time at this branch. Various advertising posters promise 50% off the second pizza. Since the receipt is only issued with the finished pizza, we couldn't change it. Why we weren't granted this discount couldn't be conclusively determined... since the advertisement doesn't specify any terms and conditions - we had 3 pizzas from the menu - statements like: only valid for online orders, must be explicitly requested when ordering, etc., were incomprehensible to me, since the pickup discount is already included in the price - according to the poster. There seems to be a method to this rip-off; the cutlery drawer was also empty, and the dead flies on the windowsills completed the overall impression of an average pizza.

Today I ordered from Dominos through a delivery service for the first time. It was a complete disaster! But the people at Dominos saved my evening! Thanks again for the prompt, super fast, and friendly service! From now on, I'll only order directly from you! You're a great team!

Today we ate at the store in Bad Schwartau for the first (and last) time. So, the food... All three pizzas were dry, the tomato sauce rather sour... I wanted a children's pizza (as offered in the menu), but I didn't get it because the dough wasn't ready... Instead of being offered something else for the same price, I had to order the next larger one and pay the full price... You can skip cutting the pizza; we had no cutlery and had to take it apart ourselves with our fingers. There wasn't a single served pizza to be found on any of the few tables... Our hands looked like pigs, and we had to clean our mouths with our own tissues... buuuuuut, there were two large Duni boxes on the top shelf... There was hardly any sign of any staff actually working... The tables were all completely filthy, so we asked if they could please clean it... There were countless dead wasps and insects all over the windowsill, and they were covered in dust, as well as on every lampshade... So, sorry, there was absolutely nothing going on at the time, no delivery tours (you can see the PC)... Why isn't there some cleaning in between, or at least a way to let the customer know? 1 served...but the fact that everything was empty and dirty is unacceptable...I work for another supply chain in the same industry, and it was an attempt to try something different, and we were shocked... I've never been so annoyed about spending money as I am today...

The staff were great, as always! My pizza also tasted great. However, today's pizza was very thin, much thinner than usual, and the crust was very hard. Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy it.

Unfortunately, the quality gets worse with every order... The prices are simply out of proportion. For example: Tomatoes have seen better days; it looks like they've been refrigerated poorly or even completely.

Never again. I've ordered the gourmet pizza so many times at other stores. It was always top-notch. Here it was awful. Simply tough, and the asparagus was brown. My friend's pizza was completely oversalted. It was inedible. When asked about it, the employee said, "Well, that's the steak pepper. There's nothing he can do about it." My pizza had the same amount of salt and wasn't salty. I won't go back and I don't recommend this store.

Overall, I order more often. Unfortunately, the quality isn't always up to scratch... it's more a matter of luck. It's a shame the employees don't seem to be properly trained. The pizzas aren't exactly cheap, and you'd expect consistent quality from a chain. Still, it's a good place to eat. The ingredients are always fresh, and delivery is very fast. Please keep the quality consistent.

Ordered yesterday for the first time and was also the last time. On the phone I was told a different price than what I had to pay, €12 difference. The pizzas tasted subpar. The only thing that was right was that it was delivered on time.

The well-known pizza delivery chain from the USA, also in the center of Bad Schwartau. Ordered many times (for delivery and collection), everything has always been fine so far. 👍 Super fast and we always enjoyed it. 👍 Special requests were also taken into account. We cannot understand/understand the negative reviews. Always happy to order. 👍 Above all, the good thing is that there are also vegan pizzas with vegan cheese 🙂😃 (that's rare for pizza delivery services)

We just ordered pizzas that were almost cold, the edges were hard like two day old rolls. It wasn't worth it and was the last time. It's a shame that call-a-pizza doesn't deliver.

Unfortunately it was delivered without the garlic sauce we ordered and the branch has no reasonable accommodation for this. I just don't really like the pizza without the sauce.

Despite prepayment, the delivery never arrived and was simply marked as delivered. Outrageous

This evening I ordered a pizza and a lava cake. You can follow the steps until the order arrives, which is a really nice thing. I wanted to quickly check how far my order was when I suddenly saw that my order had been delivered and that I could leave a review. No order there. I then called and was told it would take approximately 4 minutes. There was an extremely unfriendly man on the phone who spoke to an employee while I was speaking and then cheekily asked what was going on. I had already described this before when he didn't listen to me. The pizza was dry, hard, the toppings burnt and dried out and the taste was terrible. Almost as if it had already been warmed up. I have ordered there regularly but this will now change.

Normally a good price/performance ratio. You can follow the steps until the order arrives, which is what I did yesterday as usual. Then I was told that the order had been delivered and I would like to leave my review. Only there was no order. I then called and was told it would take approximately 5 minutes. After 16 minutes the bell rang and the order was delivered. The pizza was the worst I've ever tried. Totally dry, hard, the toppings burned and dried out and the taste was subterranean. As if it had been warmed up again. I have ordered there regularly but I will now order my pizza somewhere else.

Something so unfriendly, definitely not ordering there again and canceling it again, something like that, I can buy my pizza somewhere else, I don't need to buy it in an unfriendly shop

Fast delivery - everything is great

Very good pizza in Bad Schwartau! Short waiting time when ordering takeaway, which is undoubtedly an advantage; a huge, diverse selection of ingredients with which you can eat delicious pizza. As a vegetarian, I can say that I love pizza and I highly recommend it to all vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters because it's worth it!

The manager is the worst person over there. I think aged under 30. Need some maturity to be in a position like this. Need to know how to respect people. If Dominos continue to keep these type of people, dominos is in the way of loosing its value. He doesn’t know how to respect customers as well as employees. Worst experience ever.

By far the worst pizza I've ordered so far... Dry, hard... Every frozen pizza is better. A pity

Delivery was okay. The two pizzas were poor quality. They actually just tasted like cheap tomato paste sauce. Better save your money.

I ordered a Funghi pizza with extra garlic oil. The good piece only tasted like tomato sauce. There was just so much of it that you couldn't taste any mushrooms or garlic. In general, the pizza had very few toppings. It's a shame, I'm super disappointed. Good thing was, pizza was delivered hot and the delivery person was friendly.

Delivery takes forever and incorrect deliveries are often made. The taste is okay. Personally, there is way too much tomato sauce on it for me.

The shop is really nice and the pizzas are fresh and delicious. When it comes to friendliness you have to be a bit lucky, but it's mainly about the food :)

Unfortunately no. In my opinion, pizza didn't taste good and the tomato sauce was far too dominant. The edge was immediately rock hard and didn't taste good. Staff extremely unfriendly. The preparation of the dishes - careless.

Habe heute das erste Mal bei Dominos bestellt. Nichts wildes, zwei Pizzen, eine in Medium eine in Large. Bekommen haben wir aber zwei mal Medium. Als Entschuldigung wurde eine Cola mitgeliefert, sollte aber trotzdem dasselbe bezahlen, wie für die ursprüngliche Bestellung. Darauf habe ich mich nicht eingelassen und die 3 € weniger bezahlt. Dem Fahrer habe ich trotzdem Trinkgeld gegeben, da er ja nichts dafür kann. Trotzdem habe ich meinen Unmut per Telefon mitgeteilt und es wurde mir ein Entgegenkommen bei der nächsten Bestellung zugesagt. Zwei Stunden später werde ich nochmals angerufen (Baby wach, Dankeschön)!!! mit der Frage, was ich noch alles möchte, wenn ich doch beim Fahrer weniger bezahlt habe?! Euer Ernst???!!! Ihr macht einen Fehler und der Kunde ist dann der Dumme?? Pizza war gut. Trotzdem bestelle ich das nächste Mal wieder woanders.

Lieferung war schnell und der Bote extrem nett. Die Pizzen Funghi und Waikiki waren super lecker, (besonders auch der dazu bestellte gefüllte Käserand)...

Die Pizzen sind echt gut und das zu einem fairen Preis. Die Milchshakes sind top, aber etwas teuer. Lieferzeiten können mal etwas länger sein.

Leckere Pizza und nettes Personal.

Holen da öfters mal was zu Essen. Abzug gibt es da wir keine Gold-Card erhalten haben, obwohl wir es öfter angesprochen haben und die Voraussetzungen erfüllt waren. Hieß immer nur wir kümmern uns drum, wir Fragen mal nach, selbst Handy-Nummer wurde mal notiert, aber bis Heute immer noch nix.

Leider waren unsere Pizzas sehr trocken und kalt. Weiterhin wurde unser Schlemmerblock Gutschein nicht bei Abholung angenommen da laut Personal dieser nicht bei Aktionen eingelößt werden kann. Ich war kurz nach der Bestellung zur Abholung da und die Pizzen waren da schon trocken! Na 10min. Fahrt kalt... Sich auf das Kleingedruckte zu beziehen zeugt nur von einem System, dass einem vorgaukelt an der Aktion teilzunehmen um die Kunden in das Geschäft zu ziehen, um dann zu sagen, dass tut mir Leid aber das gilt so nicht. Da fühlt sich jeder Kunde in die irre geführt und über den Tisch gezogen.

Habe gestern im TV Dominos Reklame gesehen. 1 Pizza bestellen die 2., Pizza für 2.- Euro. Am 23.11 bin ich nach Bad Schwartau gefahren und bestellte 2 Pizzen mittlere Größe mit Schinken, Champion Salami und 2 x Käse. Also 5 Belege. Zahlen musste ich 19.61 Euro, also 17.61 für 1 mittlere Pizza und 2.- Euro für die 2. PIZZA Nach Nachfrage ob 1 Pizza tatsächlich 17.61 kostet wurde mir gesagt, dass die Preise vom Chef gemacht werden. Nicht einmal Abholerrabatt gab es. Ich habe noch in keinem RESTAURANT für eine solche Pizza 17.61 bezahlt. Hatte Kontakt mit der Geschäftsleitung, menschlicher Fehler. Habe eine Gutschrift erhalten. Alles behoben!

Pizza kam sehr spät und nur auf Nachfrage. Einbisschen zu wenig Käse und die Pizza war auch nicht wirklich warm :(

Ein Domino's, wie er sein soll. Gut belegte Pizza schön heiß geliefert bekommen. Sehr schmackhaft. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Bitte weiter so und nicht nachlassen.

Leckere Pizzen in 3 Größen zu erschwinglichen Preisen. Freundlich zuvorkommender Servive und die Möglichkeit zum vor Ort essen sind gegeben - herzlichen Dank und Grüße

Geschmack war okay, aber die Größe der Pizzen wurde in letzter Zeit so reduziert, dass es an Abzocke grenzt.

Lieferzeit Top,Qualität Top,aber wie kann es sein,das ihr eine Large mit der selben Menge Belag verkauft wie eine Classicgröße😳🤷🏻‍♂️.Bei einem Preisunterschied von bis zu 6 Euro schmiegt sich hier auch noch ein bis zu 7 cm breiter Rand an, der gar nicht belegt ist.Das Problem zieht sich durch alle eure Filialen und ich bin bei weitem nicht der einzige dem das langsam auffält🧐.Wir leiden alle unter steigenden Lebensmittelpreisen aber das kann es doch nicht sein.Nehmt 3 Euro mehr für die Größe aber schmeißt da endlich mal was drauf.Karma kommt immer zurück irgendwann, genau wie euer Fahrer zu mir zurück kommt um das Ding wieder abzuholen wenn ich das noch mal erlebe😡Langsam wird es frech bei 5-6 Bestellungen im Monat und das hat nichts mit mangelnder Personalschulung zu tun Herr Geschäftsführer!!!
