Onkel Wok in Bad Schwartau

I ordered for the first time. Beef with vegetables and crispy duck. The delivery was very quick, the driver was very friendly. Conveniently paid via PayPal. The food was very tasty and fresh, the vegetables were crunchy, the meat was very good. Would order again and again.

The quality of the food is now a disaster. After eating the chicken, my son vomited all night long. This confirms the bad reviews here. Absolutely not recommended!

We had food to take away, it tasted very good and the time was incredibly fast!! I've never experienced anything like that before, less than ten minutes for five meals! Compliment.

Unfortunately I had to delete our 5 star review 1 year ago. Orders were placed by phone on a Tuesday at around 5:15 p.m. and the delivery address was given. Waited and waited. Inquired by phone at 6:30 p.m. Apparently our dishes were on the way. THE FOOD NEVER ARRIVED. We were blatantly lied to on the phone and played for fools. You shouldn't treat your customers like that. The store will probably be closed soon anyway due to wealth since they don't want any customers. We have been ordering food there off and on for about 10 years and we also noticed that the quality had declined. But then they also tease and make fun of us. Bye.....NEVER AGAIN!!! Conclusion: Absolutely no recommendation.

Enough is enough. We often ordered food there. But in the last few months the quality and quantity have dropped. The taste is very strange, less meat which unfortunately tastes dry and old. There is an unpleasant smell of old grease in the rooms. What has annoyed us most recently is the delivery service. On the weekend you could still understand the long delivery times, but we usually order during the week. Delivery times over 2 hours are normal, but then the food is cold. But often, despite ordering over the phone, you don't get any food delivered. After 1.5 hours asked for food was supposedly on the way with the delivery service. Of course, as has often been the case, we didn't get any food at all. Bad luck, we'll be there again in the next draw.....I think..... Now we've finally had enough. We will never eat there again.

Had food delivered shortly before closing time. The delivery person was quick (20 minutes) and very friendly. Food was good. Again and again :-)

The store used to be really good. However, in the last 2 years we have too often received the wrong food than what we ordered. If you order fried noodles with baked chicken, you get fried noodles with duck. I don't know how this can go wrong so often, but let's find a Chinese place where you can get the food you ordered! A pity!

I had food delivered and had to wait 2 hours. The quality was very poor. The meat and shrimp were very rubbery and it wasn't Thai/Vietnamese cuisine either. (I can say that because I'm Thai) That's why they only get one star from me. I'm sorry

You can eat cheaply and well here. Unfortunately the air inside isn't that good, it smells like food and grease. Operation and service is ok.

Has worn off a lot, very bland and tasteless. I also have to ask again when the tax office will come knocking because everything is going on without a receipt.

Delicious food at a reasonable price, always there

We ordered 4x crispy duck and had it delivered... The driver was nice and punctual... However, when we saw the food, which was already tasty, we thought it was a starter. Little rice, no vegetables apart from two mushy lettuce leaves... Sauces, in this case, peanut sauces, not very tasty. So, really poor value for money, sorry...

There were large pieces of metal in the chicken curry and my son swallowed one and one was still found in the food. The explanation given by the staff was that they got into the food from the sink. At the other meal, the crispy duck was not cooked through and the food was inedible. I've never eaten so badly.

Unfortunately, there is no more sushi and when you order take-away, the quantities are extremely different every time (with the same menu choice and the same price). That's pretty annoying. But what is there tastes good.

Frühlingsrollen und Ente sind gut und günstig Leider etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig Die Sauberkeit lässt zu Wünschen übrig.

Jetzt kann man wieder gut essen. Was eine ganze Zeit nicht ging. Laden macht einen sauberen Eindruck. Essen wird frisch zubereitet. Und es ist auch wirklich sehr lecker und der Teller ist sehr gut gefüllt.

Bis jetzt 2x gebratene Nudeln dort bestellt. Genau das was ich in dem Moment gebraucht habe. Günstig und gute Portion, schnelle Lieferung. Das Essen war sowas von schnell weg, der Hunger groß. Genau das hatte ich gebraucht!

Typisch asiatische Küche Essen wie immer sehr lecker Schneller Service

Das Essen schmeckt, Empfehlung: Vor Ort Essen, die Portionen bei Mitnahme sind deutlich übersichtlicher... Getränke: leider nicht alles Vorrätig was auf der Karte steht. Lokal: leider immer etwas schmierig, der Boden fühlt sich vom Fett glitschig an, es könnte ruhig nach jedem Gast über die Tische geputzt werden und eine gute Lüftung/Abluftanlage ist zu empfehlen da die Kleidung nach dem Besuch leider riecht als hätte man selber am Herd gestanden...

Einfach und schlicht, aber gut. Guter Mittagstisch.

Sehr einfaches "Restaurant ", zum längeren Aufenthalt nicht geeignet. Aber!!... sauleckere Frühlingsrollen, tolles Essen, gut gewürzt. Und wenn bei denn Thai-Gerichten "Scharf" steht, dann meint der Koch das auch. Trotz der Schärfe schmeckt man aber das Essen. Man kann aber auch hinsichtlich der Schärfe dem Koch Bescheid geben. Auch die Suppen sind zu empfehlen. Portionen gross genug, um satt zu werden. Gehe da gerne hin. Preis-Leistung: sehr gut!

Ein verstecktes Juwel in Bad Schwartau, für alle die asiatisch mögen, aber nicht auf "Glutamat-Chinese" stehen. Mein persönlicher Favorit: Bun Nem Nuong. Es gibt vor Ort ein paar Tische und Service. Viele Kunden bestellen aber über Lieferando (hab ich sellbst nie ausprobiert) oder telefonisch und holen selbst ab. Bei der telefonischen Bestellannahme hat man mit der Sprachbarriere zu kämpfen, da auf der Speisekarte auf der Website von Onkel Wok leider die Nummern der Gerichte fehlen und vietnameser Sprechgesang für uns Nordeuropäer eine echte Herausforderung darstellt. ;-) Ich fahr im Zweifel hin, bestelle vor Ort und warte, bis das Essen zubereitet ist. Es lohnt sich!

Ich habe heute das erste mal von Onkel Wok Essen mitgenommen. Wollte mir mein eigenes Urteil bilden und es hat mir wunderbar geschmeckt. Ich wurde freundlich im Laden empfangen und musste auch nicht all zu lange auf das Essen warten. Vielen Dank!
