Dodo Pizza in München

Unfortunately our food was not delivered and we were not informed about this.

It took a long time and there was no cutlery. Had to eat with our fingers. So I don't go there anymore. 😤😤😤

Really unorganized, orders come out in random order. It took over 30 mins for my order and it wasn’t even correct.

The worst thing I've ever experienced! Order still not arrived after 2.5 hours. The app has been showing for an hour that the delivery is almost here. When you call, a woman answers the phone with a child screaming next to her. She's in the home office and now, after more than 2.5 hours, I get a text message saying that Wolt (?) has picked up my pizza there and will bring it to me in 20 minutes. This is honestly the worst food delivery experience I have ever experienced. Never again!!!!

As the previous speakers have already said, the store obviously closed early even though she was paid and the order was confirmed via Lieferando. No one can be reached by phone, service very much in need of improvement

Absolutely terrible delivery service. I called 1 hour and 15 minutes after placing my order and was told they hadn't even started preparing my order. It will probably take over 2 hours to finally get here. The lady on the phone was very rude and unsympathetic. Didn't offer any compensation.

I was eating here with a friend and we had a “cheesburger” pizza once and a “salami supreme” pizza. First we had to wait forever until we were served and then the food took about half an hour to be ready was. Everything is fine until then, it's a reasonable amount of time, but for the quality you get there, I would never have waited more than 30 minutes and then paid €20 (cheesburger pizza). The dough was some kind of industrial dough and the topping was nothing special, it just tasted bland and didn't correspond to the price. I can't recommend it more and that was my last time there! All the fun caused a stomach ache...

It was a big disappointment and the service was the worst I have ever experienced in Munich. I was there with a friend at 8:30 p.m., we only ordered one slice and the man registered two whole pizzas. We also told him we were going to eat there. After half an hour of waiting, he informed us that we could no longer eat there because the restaurant would be closing soon, EVEN THOUGH we had said we would eat there. Never again. I wouldn't recommend it either, there are enough pizzerias in Munich where you can get good pizza and at least honest service.

Ordered through their own app. Arrived to pickup the order just to find out that they didn’t receive the order and kept repeating in a sarcastic tone that I would have to wait. Took a lifetime for the cashier to finally check the system and tell me that my order was not there. Even showing that I have paid he didn’t give any information or support. SCAM!!!!!!!!!

Ordered as normal via the dodo app and paid via Paypal. After 30 minutes a call comes: “You are outside our delivery area, we cannot deliver. If you order more, we will deliver”. Isn't that supposed to be dubious? Edit: now they have legitimate reviews deleted. Again, doesn't speak for seriousness. Of course I will take action against the deletion.

I ordered the 35 cm Regina pizza to pick up, I was able to pick up the pizza within 20 minutes. I can't say much about the service and ambience since I didn't eat there. The pizza itself is really good for system catering. There was a lot of cheese on the pizza, which I liked, the only drawback was perhaps that the edge was a bit too thick, but that's a matter of taste. So I will definitely eat something there again. The 35 cm pizza is easily enough for two people, so the price is okay too

This pizzeria has existed at this location for many years. But it was my first time there. My order (pizza rolls to take away) was freshly prepared and very tasty. Dining room is nothing special, usual benches and tables, like any fast food joint. All clean. Toilet is in good condition and spacious. Employees are friendly and hardworking.

Good choice for pizza that’s tasty and reasonably quick. Impressed with the quality as well as taste and best part is that it is easily accessible from Holiday Inn. We tried the Fiesta pizza as pictured below and happy with the quality.

I was a bit surprised (shocked) to see Dodo pizza in Munich in Germany. As to my knowledge it is a brand from Russia? If I am not mistaken their HQ is based in Moscow. The company had some problems in UK due to the connection to Russia. Everyone can decide to go to this restaurant or not in Munich, but as for me that is not acceptable to buy pizza from Dodo understanding that there is a war in Europe initiated by Russia. At least everyone should know the roots and information about this company and then decided.

I've actually been a regular customer for years. In the last few months the business has slowed down massively. The food sometimes took almost an hour to pick up, even though the app said it would take around 5 minutes. No apology….

Ordered the delivery from this place at 22.00. Paid and waited for an hour, no reply, no delivery, nothing. Amazing service, thank you dodo for closing in advance and taking care of your employees to have short working days. Хуета😏

The place is a little dirty. The staff prioritizes completing home orders over local orders, being indifferent to waiting time. The food is not the best and there are better alternatives in the area.

Despite there being no customers in the store, we first had to wait 10 minutes until one of the 8 employees felt addressed to take our order. Numerous delivery couriers then left the store in anger because their orders simply had not been processed. I waited 45 minutes for an absolutely cheap pizza and paid €15.90 for it. Meanwhile, the staff hid in the kitchen and were not approachable by new customers or delivery couriers. The latter even tried desperately to call into the kitchen... Absolutely disappointing, the wait is almost as horrible as the service. The price is absolutely not appropriate for the quality. I absolutely advise everyone not to visit.

Pizza is delicious. In particular the fiesta. Highly recommend. When we visited the young lady serving us was so kind and helpful. She has really distinctive eyes. She made our visit all the better.

Clean and went absolutely fine on site. With the preparation time and serving, our order was placed within 15 minutes, which is absolutely clear... If you realize that it is a system catering facility, then a few points are really negligible. They smile and are friendly, that's satisfying for me :)

For the prices, the pizza is pretty average but I understand it is Munich and everything is quite expensive and it doesn't help that is located close to the Isartor (if you know Munich you would know this is hotspot because of its popularity and the lovely River Isar) so taking that into account they are milking it. So ANOTHER THING TO POINT OUT IS YOU PAY 50CENTS FOR A SINGLE KETCHUP SACHET. I was very disheartened. I mean I want to pay the cost of packaging to help protect the planet but 50cents per sachet is outrageous just get a refill bottle! Omggg. But yeah if you eat there and want to walk it off there's a spot that overlooks the Isar just 7 minutes walk and a park if you walk a tad further.

A large margerita for €16.90 is, with all due respect, a real joke. Visually ok, taste neutral. And you can save a box of potatoes for €4.50, they didn't taste like anything. Expensive and not really convincing. It's a shame, but I won't go there anymore.

The food here is always really good. Every now and then I make extra requests, which some of the employees there sometimes have a hard time with. But they always remain friendly and accommodating. I can only recommend using the app to everyone. It's really worth it.

Ordered for 50 euros: one large pizza, pasta Bolognese, a burger wrap, and potatoe wedges. And a cheesecake for desert. Very expensive, food arrived cold even though it did get here within 45 minutes at 11Am on a Sunday. Pizza was ok, pasta was dry, barely any sauce, cheesecake was exactly like the frozen one from the supermarket, and the wrap immediately gave me a stomachache and gave me diarrhea 20 minutes later. Absolutely terrible food for the price tag. Do not believe the Lieferando reviews. This place should not be in business

American style local pizza place. Freshly baked pizza hit the spot, but the staff was surprisingly inattentive. I had to stand about 5 mins to order, meanwhile the server was actively ignoring me and having a chat instead.

The chicken wings were raw, the pizza was swimming in fat and tasted like pizza box. The Greek salad was a joke, consisting only of unwashed lettuce and feta cheese. The dip tasted exclusively of vinegar. Age! What is that? How does something like that work??? I have never been served such bad food in my life.

Pizza tastes like any other Dodo worldwide. I've found no difference between the MSK and SPB restaurants; they're slightly drier than usual. Service could be better, if not more. The staff cooked my order more or less quickly, but at some point, they forgot about my pizza, and it was left in the kitchen in the box until I reached out to the counter by myself and reminded them about it. Employee has literally thrown the box towards me like it's my whim, not his job. The staff is super unfriendly, with classic German service quality. The whole experience is ruined by customer service. TLDR: Pizza is like our favorite Dodo, but with a German Touch that leaves its mark. It must be noted that even against the backdrop of the weak German service, this is quite sad. A little dirtier than Dodo in Russia.

This is a place where you can eat stretchy cheese and warm, delicious dough. I was unfamiliar with cheeseburger pizza, but the toppings and sauce were fun and reminiscent of the name. I could see the pizza making area from the shopping mall, and it was very clean. Perhaps because there was a hotel nearby and there were many foreign customers, the counter staff was clean and gentle.

Very cozy place with a perfect fresh snacks. People prefer to take the snacks outside, so there is not so crowded and you can sit and discuss something with friends comfortably.

Nach 60 Minuten wurde „Lieferung in den nächsten 2 Minuten“ angezeigt. 30 Minuten später riefen wir an, um zu fragen, wann die Pizza geliefert wird und man sagte uns sie sei gleich da, der Fahrer wäre informiert und man gab uns einen Gutschein als Ausgleich. Zwei Stunden nach Bestellung riefen wir noch einmal an, da die Pizzen immer noch nicht geliefert wurde. Man sagte uns, das man mit dem Manager sprechen würde und uns das Geld zurück überwiesen werden würde. Immer noch keine pizza und der Gutschein wird sicher nicht eingelöst. Nach erneutem Anrufen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Pizza geliefert wurde. In einem Bürogebäude in dem nur wir sitzen, was nicht stimmt. Die Telefonnummer ist eine zentrale Hotline und keine Verbindung zu der jeweiligen Filiale. Unzuverlässigkeit hoch zehn. Nicht bestellen. Der Gutschein bringr nix - Warum sollte ich ein zweites Mal bestellen, wenn die erste Lieferung schon nicht funktioniert hat.

We had ordered for three hot chocolates and we were served with just hot milk. When we let them know about this , one of the guy informed us that we will get the money back . And even he poured out the milk that we showed him inorder to check the chocolate inside . Also the chocolate container was also empty. But later we were told that this is the kind of hot chocolate offered . And we won't be paid back.

I am not sure if I was hungry or their pizza is good. We ordered the cheese pizza, and it was good. I put the 3 stars for the atmosphere because we were sitting on a dirty table even though none was there before us.

Don't order here. You can eat here, but don't order. Food arrived two hours late without notice. We had to call in order to realize this. Lieferando showed it would have already arrived after 50min. The food arrived pretty cold and they also forgot an item we had paid for. I can understand if this happens on the holidays but judging the reviews, this is a regular occurence. We live very close to the restaurant so distance was not the issue. Not ordering here again, but I might dine-in, the pizza isn't bad, but for the price too trash-foodie.

Great pizza right in the Rosenheimer and directly under Holiday Inn City Centre Munich. They have multiple pizza choices and you can watch your pizza being made.

We home delivery kids menu - mickey margherita pizza, chicken and bacon pizza and a vegetarian pizza The favourite of all was kids menu - the margherita pizza was spot on but def order again The chicken and bacon pizza was specifically instructed to not put any bacon but it arrived with all stacked up The vegetarian pizza was bit dry as there were no sauces in it and the pizza was shaped weirdly due to delivery Overall it’s okaish not so good compared to dine in and direct communication

Wir waren eingeladen bei einer Freundin um Ihr beim Einzug in Bogenhausen - München zu helfen. Nach einem anstregenden Tag wollten wir einfach nur was zum Essen bestellen. Naja schnell hat hier anscheinend keine Bedeutung 45min waren angedeuten tatsächliche Wartezeit 80min. Das geht nicht. Zum Essen: Salate Geschmacklos trotz Dressing, Pizzen sind sehr Teigig, wers will bitte schön. War nicht unsere Fall. Geschmacklich genießbar. Nudeln Arabiata, gingen auch von der Schärfe her. Der Preis überteuert für das was geboten wird. Wir würden dort nicht wieder bestellen.....

Obviously this is not a fancy pizza restaurant but when you are craving for some nice and a bit more doughy pizza this is the place!! ( especially if you are tired of those crunchy crust, or really soft Napolian style and just want a change)

It's also right down stairs from the Holiday Inn City Cetner in Munich. So it's super convenient. Lots to choose from. I recommend the namesake Dodo Pizza. Ate a whole 30cm pie for dinner last night. Es war wunderbar! Scaling it down tonight with the prosciutto. Three nights in a row may be a bit much but I'll prolly try another before my trip is up. Pop Quiz: what sound does a Dodo make when it's being devoured by a starving Hawaiian? ...Ich weiß nicht, ich spreche kein Dodo. Aloha aus Deutschland!

Pizza buona ma molto cara ....una margherita euro 19.90 ...servizio un po' scadente...poco organizzati. Molto tempo per mangiare.

Sulla strada del ritorno per andare a casa. Ci siamo fermati qui a mangiare qualcosa di veloce. Eravamo in quattro e devo dire che la pizza era ottima oltre che scottante. Se ci sarà un altra occasione magari ci ritorneremo 😊
