Keep up the good work, Leo Bader, I'm looking forward to next year. 09/2022 I was invited to a party there yesterday... all I can say is perfect cuisine, perfect service, perfect location, it was a truly fantastic experience. Thanks to Leo Bader and his entire team. 11/2021 It was very good, the main course wasn't quite to my taste, and the soup was too rich for a set menu. Half would have been enough.

An upscale restaurant, with even higher prices these days. But the food is very tasty. Daily specials are also available at regular prices. This 1/4 duck with plenty of red cabbage and a potato dumpling costs €16.

Excellent tuna steak, delicate salmon tartare, and fresh oysters, along with a very tasty schnitzel. The beef tartare was a bit overseasoned. Friendly service and a pleasant, cozy atmosphere make this a highly recommended visit.

One of the best experiences I’ve had in Germany! Lovely place, super clean, excellent service, amazing food and wine experience. Nice restaurant for small and large groups. The meat is really worth to try, my best choice was the rib eye with the Parmesan and truffle chips. The salad is also good and the flavors and textures are definitely so well combined! Definitely will come back on a next trip !

A cozy place with a pleasant atmosphere. Quiet, without unnecessary noise. The staff is professional, attentive, and, most importantly, patient. Great place, but the prices are a bit high.

We were disappointed with our meal. The prices are those of fine dining, but the quality isn't what you'd expect. My companion didn't enjoy a single dish on the vegetarian menu; that's something you'd have to be able to do. For me (meat menu), the starter was very good, and the rest wasn't worth mentioning. I can't recommend it. Edit: After several attempts to have my review deleted for defamation, I've downgraded my rating. I absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

Very tasty and home-cooked food. I was there for lunch and had a beef roulade with mashed potatoes, plus a drink. The restaurant and prices are a bit upscale, but still reasonable. Good German cuisine. The ambiance on the market square, surrounded by beautifully restored old half-timbered and patrician houses, is truly lovely. Highly recommended.

Anlässlich des Champagner-Festes in Ettlingen besuchten wir die Ratsstuben. Gebucht hatten wir als Event die Champagner-Küchenparty und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Nach einer kurzen Parkplatzsuche, das Restaurant liegt in der historischen Altstadt und ist nur per Fuß erreichbar, kamen wir kurz nach Beginn der Veranstaltung an, wurden dennoch freundlich begrüßt und schnell zu unserem Zweier-Tisch mit Blick in die Fußgängerzone gebracht. Kaum eine Minute später wurde auch schon das erste Glas Champagner und ein Gruß aus der Küche serviert. Der Chef, Leonard Bader, begrüßte auf bayrisch, launig-nette Art (positiv gemeint) die Gäste und wünschte allen viel Spaß und einen guten Appetit, ohne den Hinweis, das heute so viel gegessen und getrunken werden dürfte….. Daran haben wir uns gehalten. Nach verschiedenen Crostinis durften wir uns frische Austern abholen, die der Chef persönlich öffnete. Kurz danach wurde das erste Highlight des Abends, ein frischer, 70 kg schwerer Big Eye Tuna, von Leonard Bader präsentiert und anschließend „zerlegt“. Das zarte Sashimi zerging auf der Zunge, einfach wunderbar. Der nächste Gang, frische Rosé Crevetten und Langostinos schmeckte ebenfalls bestens. Zwischendurch ging es immer wieder in den Salzkeller, wo fünf verschiedene Champagner zur Auswahl standen, allesamt gut gekühlt und wohlschmeckend, bravo. Zwischendurch spielte immer wieder eine „Band“ bayrisch-angehauchte Blasmusik…… da könnte man noch ein wenig verbessern. An „Coolen Sachen“ hielt die Küche danach Carpaccio und Spargelspitzen mit Flusskrebsen bereit. Direkt aus der Küche (es hieß ja auch Küchenparty) holten wir uns erst den portugiesischen Felsenpulpo und dann ein Cote de Boeuf, jeweils mit Spargel und Kartoffel, ebenfalls prima. Als Dessert wurden verschieden hausgemachte Eissorten angeboten, wir wählten lieber aus dem grossartigen Käseangebot und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Für die 185 Euro pro Person erlebten wir einen Abend in ansprechendem Ambiente, der vom Chef, seinem Team, den leckeren Speisen und dem tollen Champagner zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis gemacht wurde. Wir sehen uns wieder!

I had lunch here with a customer. From the ambience to the service and, most importantly, the food, everything was excellent. I would be happy to recommend the restaurant.

The Ratsstuben is a really good choice if you want to eat good meat. The menu is short, but full of quality. The meat humidor is very well stocked. The team is extremely friendly and accommodating. However, attention to normal service procedures in this class still needs to be trained. The two very young people who played at our table definitely have potential. More like this👍🏼

The Ratsstuben used to be a home-style, down-to-earth restaurant where you could eat well and feel good. Today they are expensive, aloof and snobbish and a no-go area for vegetarians and families with children, because the glass meat display case in the center of the restaurant is certainly not an aesthetic sight and not for children's souls.

..the council chambers have changed, namely to the detriment. While it was once a pleasant, modern ambience, today the focus is on putting killed animals on display in glass cases and by then the contents of every vegetarian's stomach will be emptied. The food on a table printed with the menu has something like that of a fast food chain - there is simply a lack of a cozy atmosphere in some corners. The food was bland - all in all it was our last visit.

Small but nice menu. Top quality and portions large enough. Plus attentive service - everything was top notch.

I really enjoyed the food. The ambience in the restaurant is also really impressive with all the dry-age refrigerators. I found the service very nice and I liked that the team is still quite young, which brings a freshness, especially in a restaurant like this. The only thing I found to be a shame was that there was little context given to the dishes served - which is certainly exciting with such ingredients. A really great restaurant :)

We were in this restaurant for the first time on January 13th, 2024 around 8 p.m. The service staff was quite friendly, but only moderately committed, very young and noticeably inexperienced. We ordered sashimi grilled tuna steak (rare) and paccheri pasta with prosecco truffle sauce. Unfortunately, neither could meet the expectations set by the high price level. The ingredients used were of good quality, but the tuna was grilled "medium well" and therefore far from the "rare" promised on the menu. The pasta was handcrafted, but not particularly exciting. Under normal circumstances I would have complained about the tuna. But given the time of day and how hungry I was, I decided not to. Instead, I pointed this out to the waitress as she cleared the plates. However, there was no reaction from the kitchen that I would have expected in a well-run restaurant. As a result, this was our first and last visit to the council chambers.

I actually didn't want to go in because of the lavish presentation of meat, which I found unappetizing. But surprisingly few guests were invited (?). FOOD was good, used to be a bit more creative, service left a lot to be desired in terms of attention.

Wir wren zu fünft dort. Eigentlich wollte ich wegen den herumhängenden Fleischstücken nicht mehr hin hab mich überreden lassen. Waren von den vorzüglichen Menüs immer überzeugt. War diesmal nicht so gut und dann war auch ziemlich leer. Bedienung nicht sehr aufmerksam. Schade schon wegen den Fleischteilen im sichtbaren Kühlraum einfach nicht sehr appetitlich.

Restaurant review Despite the somewhat odd placement of the tables, the visit to the restaurant was a thoroughly positive experience. The service impressed with a successful mix of attentiveness and a relaxed atmosphere. The food was of excellent quality, tastefully presented and left nothing to be desired. The price-performance ratio was also pleasing and makes the restaurant particularly interesting. However, one small detail could polarize: there is a spacious meat warehouse right next to the entrance that cannot be overlooked. For some this may add to the authenticity, for others it may take some getting used to - ultimately a question of personal taste. Overall, however, absolutely recommended for anyone who values ​​good cuisine and consistent service.

On the occasion of my birthday, my sister and I went to dinner in the council chambers. And again, it was absolutely perfect across the board! From the ambience, the service, the food selection and the food itself! I would say it couldn't be better!

High expectations not quite met. The service is very friendly, but not present. Very young, inexperienced staff. The menu doesn't have much of a vegetarian selection; you can only put together side dishes. The truffle pasta remained, which tasted excellent. The selection of wines did not suit my taste. Very high price ratio. The chunks of meat on display are very disgusting in my opinion. This won't be my favorite restaurant.

Always solid, flavorful and delicious! Since the opening, you can see more and more courage and creativity in the dishes. That's why I'm always looking forward to seeing what's new on the map. The majority of the service team is very good, some still need a little more experience. But that will definitely come. Must go in Ettlingen!

Were in Germany for the first time in a long time. The Ratsstuben was recommended by a friend. We went there with no expectations and were completely blown away. The food was incredibly delicious and the wine selection was wonderful. I'm used to high standards in Dubai, but Mr. Bader and his team set the bar very high. Overall, the price-performance ratio is top for this delicious cuisine. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Germany!! Kind regards from Dubai Daniel

Wir waren sonntags spontan in der Ratsstube essen und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Speisekarte bietet eine tolle Auswahl. Kreative Speisen. Wir hatten Rinderrücken mit Steinpilzen und Kalbskotlette asiatisch angehaucht. Beides sehr lecker. Die Preise sind gehoben. Aber für die Qualität in Ordnung. Auch der Service war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

My favorite restaurant in Ettlingen.

We visited the council chambers yesterday. We were very positively surprised by the menu. Tradition meets exciting and extravagant. We liked that, but it didn't make the choice any easier. A starter was fried pimientos and a small. Piece of fried pork belly. Both very tasty. The pork belly was served in a small bowl. This one was a little too difficult to cut in the bowl. Small plates might have been better. For the main course we had the classic again, two onion roasts with spaetzli. The meat was fantastic, the jus was amazing and the spaetzli was also delicious. We liked the atmosphere. The only thing that took us a bit of a long time was to get the starter, but it was still absolutely acceptable. Toilets also sour. The two ladies in service were very friendly.

We were impressed by the food, service and pleasant atmosphere. Mr. Bader is not only a wonderful cook, but also a great host. We were able to get to know the kitchen better and noticed the many special details that people otherwise don't pay attention to. The Ratsstube contains years of experience, excellent ingredients and love. Here we think about how to create the best possible experience for the guest. There is team spirit and a family atmosphere in the air here. The dinner for the 4 of us was delicious and totally relaxed. We look forward to our next visit and would like to thank the whole team for the great evening.

The food is good, the prices are overpriced. The service doesn't match the upscale atmosphere. Too bad. The decor is very nice.

The service is very good and friendly. Unfortunately, the food didn't convince us at all. Both the starters (bombette “Pugliesi” & carpaccio) and the main courses (rump steak with vegetables and beef fillet tartare) were definitely not worth their price. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed as we had previously had very good meals in this restaurant.

Nachdem wir hier schon mehrmals recht fein gegessen hatten, haben wir zu sechst das Weihnachtsmenü gebucht und uns sehr darauf gefreut. Leider war der Besuch ein einziger Reinfall. Wir waren pünktlich vor Ort, der Tisch nicht fertig. Nach 20 min Wartezeit wurden wir an einen Tisch geführt, der noch patschnass vom abwischen war. Weitere 45 min. vergingen bis wir endlich ein Getränk hatten. Man hatte den Eindruck, dass das Personal völlig überfordert war. Es war jedes mal eine andere Servicekraft bei uns am Tisch. Dann kamen 3 Scheiben Brot für 7 Personen. Der miserable Service zog sich durch das ganze Menü. Die Getränkenachbestellung war fast unmöglich, die Vorspeisen waren eisig kalt, das Hauptgericht kalt, die Gänsekeule so hart, dass man sie nicht essen konnte. Ein Zwischengang (Duett von zweierlei Suppen)wurde ganz vergessen und auch beim Hinweis darauf, wurde nur mit den Schultern gezuckt. Wir lassen uns die Laune nicht so schnell verderben und haben versucht das Beste daraus zu machen, aber es war unterirdisch. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Preisnachlass für die Süppchen und auch der Hinweis, dass die Gänsekeule nicht geniessbar war führte zu keiner Reaktion. Sie muss ewig warm gehalten worden sein, was man schon an der angetrockneten Sauce sah. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass man einfach sehr viele Gäste abfertigen wollte mit ungelernten Aushilfskräften und völlig unorganisiert. Keine gute Idee unserer Meinung nach.

In the evening we quickly switched to the council chambers because another restaurant was closed and got a table outside. The service was very friendly. Amuse geule was a saucer with olive oil, as well as some bread and salt. However, the Wiener Schnitzel and the Cordon Bleu that we ordered didn't really convince us given the hefty price. You don't need to go to the council chambers for that.

everything was tip-top: location, reception, menu, food, wine, service, ...

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll... Angefangen beim herzlichen Empfang durch den Chef Leonhard Bader höchstpersönlich fühlte man sich bereits beim Betreten des Restaurants herzlich willkommen. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt bekam man eine adäquate Beratung, sei es bei den Getränken oder später auch bei den Speisen. Das DRY AGED Côte de Boeuf von heimischen Weiderindern, welches 40 Tage gereift ist, war dann das I-Tüpfelchen. Saftig zartes Fleisch und geschmacklich ein Gaumenschmaus. Trüffelpommes und Grillgemüse rundeten das rundum gelungene Essen dann noch ab. Als Fazit: auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und Wiederholung auf jeden Fall geplant.

My wife and I were given a voucher for our wedding and really enjoyed the evening. The food was fantastic and the service met our every wish. All around a perfect visit to a beautiful restaurant Worth every cent and tipping is a given with such friendly service

At first waiter asked what we would eat or drink. After half hour waiting menu it was said that restaurant is full however there were many unoccupied tables without any marks of reservation. Maybe they didn’t serve people of some nationalities?

We sat about 30 minutes than waiter came and said “we are full”. Half of tables were free!

EDIT: Things seem to have changed, since my last review I have returned to find the service exceptionally slow (55 mins between finishing my starter and being served my main) and the food was poor (my main was very overcooked and not nice at all). Perhaps it was just a bad night?!? Excellent dining experience in a very interesting and engaging setting. The food was superb, well prepared and served with excellent flavour and thoughtful combinations. The building itself is really interesting, especially towards the back where there is a private diving space with a vaulted ceiling and barred windows.

We were there again and it was great again. Cuisine, service and ambience. It's just true here.

The modernization has done the restaurant good. The service is exemplary, friendly and attentive. The light, airy bread was served with salted butter and olive oil. The waiting time for the main course was made culinary pleasant by a fine amusement. The dish we ordered was of high quality, the sauce was finely balanced and reduced just right. The hand-scraped Knöpfle went perfectly, but the perfectly cooked meat was a little too spicy for my taste and, for me, "overshadowed" the overall taste of the otherwise flawless dish. All in all, a highly recommended address for good dining in a modern, well-kept atmosphere.

Wir waren schon oft in den Ratsstuben und wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Hier bekommt man immer wieder besondere Qualität und exklusive Speisen, die man nicht überall bekommt, zB eine französische Poularde in der Salzkruste gegart. Super lecker!

Wunsch und Realität klaffen etwas auseinander. Wobei - man unterscheiden muss zwischen Service und das was die Küche auf den Teller bringt. Alles was aus der Küche kommt ist sehr gut. Gute Qualität und leckere Zubereitung, hier wird der Anspruch vollumfänglich erfüllt. Service ehr naja ausreichend. Wir hatten für Abends einen Tisch bestellt. Als wir ins Lokal eintraten wurde uns ein Tisch zugewiesen. Wir fragten ob wir einen anderen Tisch haben könnten, dies wurde jedoch abgelehnt. Fraglich wieso, denn auf den anderen Tischen stand kein "reserviert" und viele Tische waren noch unbesetzt. Beim Servieren wurde der Salat bzw. das topping über den Tisch verteilt. Bei allem Respekt aber ich erwarte in so einem Haus, dass dieses "Missgeschick" beseitigt wird, was allerdings unterblieb.

The food is very good, the products are selected and absolutely fresh. Every time you visit, you can tell that the chefs cook with passion. The service understands what hospitality means. Very courteous staff and always attentive. We always feel very welcome in the rest rooms and always have a great evening.

It was pretty cold at our place by the window facing the Alb. It pulled a lot on the legs. The picture painted on a cow hide: disgusting and the two stuffed animal heads really don't have to be there. Not a good price-performance ratio!!! Service was nice, but I should have been able to describe the food better. Goulash: fried pink...meat was a bit tough, sauce was very tasty. Napkin dumplings much too small. Actually only consisted of old bread. Fried quite greasy. Roast pork: too much meat. Sauce very watery, not enough garnish. The meat is a bit streaky and tough. Chestnut soup very tasty.

We had a cooking class with 10 friends at the Ratsstuben at the weekend and it was just great! Leo and his team are excellent hosts who know how to convey fun and passion when cooking! Great ambience and even better food. Thank you very much - we'll always be happy to come back!

Perfekter Start ins neue Jahr. Leckeres Essen, chices Restaurant mit Wohlfühlambiente, toller Service. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

There's no better way to start the new year! It was a great stay in the restaurant with delicious food and top service as we are used to!

Wir begaben uns anlässlich unseres Hochzeitstages in den Ratsstuben und waren äußerst angetan. Der Tisch war wie zuvor vereinbart entsprechend gedeckt worden. Die Präsentation und der Geschmack der Speisen waren außergewöhnlich. Wir mussten auf den Hauptgang etwas warten, was jedoch aufgrund des vollständig ausgebuchten Restaurants nicht verwunderlich war. Das Personal blieb trotz des hohen Gästeaufkommens stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank.

Ehrlich gesagt waren die Schnitzel beim "Schnitzelessen" für 51 Euro pro Person nicht so doll. Zuviel Luft unter der Panade. Das Ambiente des Lokals ist allerdings gelungen.

Vorfreude ist bekanntlich die schönste Freude und das war dann aber auch alles. In 2022 hatten wir schon mal das Gänsemenü und waren begeistert. Daher wollten wir auch in 2023 wieder einen schönen Abend verbringen. Die Tischreservierung erfolgte über 5 Wochen VOR dem Termin. Als wir im Restaurant ankamen, wurde erst die Reservierung nicht gefunden. Man konnte bereits sehen, dass an diesem Tag 2 große Weihnachtsgruppen anwesend sein würden. Anscheinend hatte man mit uns nicht gerechnet, denn es gab keinen vorbereiteten Tisch. Uns wurde dann ein "Nottisch" zugewiesen, direkt neben der Eingangstür zwischen den beiden Gruppen. Der Tisch wurde dann eingedeckt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster zeigte einen Glühweincontainer und mein Partner konnte die Garderobe bewundern. Das Essen war gut, aber verglichen mit 2022 dann nicht besonders. 2022 hatte einfach mehr Klasse und Raffinesse. Frech fanden wir, dass die "Weinempfehlung" sich auch in der Getränkekarte fand und dort tatsächlich € 1,00 billiger war, aber wurde als "Spezialpreis" angeboten. Ein gutes Restaurant hat so etwas nicht nötig. Serviert wurde die Gänge immer dann, wenn Personal Zeit hatte. Entertainment erhielten wir durch eine der beiden Gruppen, die Happy Birthday ungefähr 10-12 x anstimmte und auch sonst nicht unbedingt Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste nahm. Und ist bewusst, dass ein Restaurant ein Wirtschaftsunternehmen ist. Festzustellen war aber, dass Individualgäste, die kein Sportlicher Direktor oder BGH-Richter sind, sondern einfach normale Gäste, die einen schönen Abend verbringen wollten, anscheinend nicht erwünscht sind. Das hat man uns klar und deutlich gezeigt. Schade. Und dafür war der Abend dann zu teuer.

Tolles Restaurant, nicht Perfekt aber Super. Leckeres Essen wundervolle Bedienung und tolles Ambiente.

Waren am 25.12.23 in der Ratsstube in Ettlingen zum Weihnachtsmenü angemeldet. Wir waren 8 Erw. Und ein Kind . Leider waren die Abläufe unterirdisch. Getränke erst nach 40 min. Gruß aus der Küche nach sage und schreibe 1,5 Studien.( couscous im Gläschen sehr geschmacksneutral) Vorspeise nochmals 45 min später ( Tatar vom Weiderind, war gut aber auch nicht besonders) Suppe nochmals fast 40 min später war ok aber auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Nach 3,5 Stunden die Hauptgänge endlich aber alle 8 Hauptgänge leider grad so lauwarm. Direkt danach das Dessert da ja die nächste Belegung schon auf den Tisch wartete. Dessert war lecker . Aber alles in allem bei einem Menüpreis von 82 € ganze 4 std. für 4 Gänge ist schon sehr lange . Wiederholungsfaktor für uns gleich null.

An eine Feiertag mit, volles Haus, perfekt organisiert mit reichlich Personal an allen Ecken, dass immer parat und aufmerksam war. Menü war ein Traum aus mit der Schwerpunkt aus frischen, teils rohem Fisch und Gemüse. Spitze! Getränkekarte war sehr gut, Highlight ein Sauvignon Blanc aus NZ, den ich sonst in Deutschland noch auf keiner Karte gefunden habe. In der Summe, ein perfekter Feiertag. Dank an das fleißige Team.

Einmal mehr den Geburtstag in der Ratsstuben gefeiert. Das aktuelle Gänse-Menü ist der Traum (die Lieblingsfrau hatte Steak mit Salat), die Location super schön und das ganze Team ist sehr unaufdringlich aufmerksam und freundlich. Wenn man schon den Gruss aus der Küche feiert, und diesen gerne als Hauptgang bestellen möchte, das gleiche gilt auch für die Vorspeise, dann hat das fantastische Küchenteam unter Leonhard Bader alles richtig gemacht.Vielen Dank an das ganze Team für einen sehr schönen Abend.

Unser mehrgängiges Essen von der Karte war wieder durchweg grandios und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Netter und aufmerksamer Service. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Leo Baders Küche ist kreativ, abwechslungsreich und auf hohem Niveau.

Wir waren gestern Abend mit einer Gruppe von 20 Personen auf 19h angemeldet. Die eingeschränkte Karte von 6 Hauptgerichten war auf drei reduziert worden. Wer eine Vorspeise gewählt hatte, hatte Glück, dass man schon etwas im Magen hatte. Auf Anfrage kam der Hauptgang ab halb zehn und später. So spät wollten die meisten schon gar nichts mehr essen. Wir empfanden dies alles als eine große Zumutung und hätten uns gefreut, wenn wenigstens eine verbale Entschuldigung gekommen wäre. Dieses Restaurant werden wir auf lange Sicht nicht mehr besuchen.

Wir haben letzten Freitag unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert: ein voller Erfolg!! Die Qualität der Küche auf allerhöchstem Niveau, die Weinkarte ein Traum! Eine besonders lobende Erwähnung, verdienen die zwei jungen Damen vom Service, deren natürliche Herzlichkeit und höchst professionelles Können den Abend besonders schön werden ließen. HERZLICHEN DANK!!

Super Essen,Freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen Sehr aufmerksam. Ambiente toll. Kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Modernes Restaurant in einem klassischen Gebäude direkt am Marktplatz. Sehr gute Gerichte und aufmerksamer Service. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist stimmig.

Das Essen war sehr gut und das Einrichtung finde ich persönlich sehr schön. Lediglich der Service hätte etwas schneller sein können beim Abräumen und den Getränken. Trotzdem jederzeit wieder und 5 Sterne.

Sensationell auf ganzer Linie. Angefangen bei der regelmäßig wechselnden Speisekarte werden in den Ratsstuben nur beste Lebensmittel (zB bretonische Seezungen) verarbeitet. Die Küche kocht auf höchstem Niveau - das kann ich nach meinem vierten Besuch nun bestätigen. Der Service agiert sehr professionell und sehr höflich. Rundum gelungen und eine echte Bereicherung für den Ettlinger/Karlsruher Raum.

Wieder mein Geburtstag: Sommerschlemmer-Menu für Fleischaffine am Samstagabend, reserviert für 2 im vollen Lokal. 2 Aperitif, Flasche Heidinger Weißburgunder zu den 4 Gängen. Diese sind fantasievoll zusammengestellt, doch im Magen sehr verträglich- Lachs, Rind, Kalb- die verschiedenen Sossen und Gewürze.....sehr fein, geschmacklich top. Feinschmeckerparadies. Für das Gebotene sind die Ratsstuben den Preis wert, für Geniesser eben. Keine Effekthascherei, sehr wichtig für mich. Alle 6 im sichtbaren Serviceteam sind badisch freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und unaufdringlich immer am Tisch. Die zeitliche Abfolge ließ nie Streß aufkommen. In der Abendschwüle war es im Lokal ein wenig warm, das einzige minimale Manko. Wir kommen wieder, bestimmt!

Sehr zuvorkommend Personal und der Service ist sehr gut. Das Essen ist ausgewogen und von guter- bis sehr guter Qualität. Allg.macht man sich in der Küche Gedanken vom Zusammenspiel von verschiedener Zutaten die ein ganzes ergeben, ausgewogen und gut auf den Teller gebracht. Gerne wieder.

Wunderbar entspannt, toller Service nicht zu steif, tolle Weine , sehr gutes Essen im lovley Ettlingen. Laue Sommerabende kann man da perfekt verbringen.

Da mich Google kontaktiert hat dass sich "jemand" über meinen Erfahrungsbericht beschwert hat, der objektiv nicht negativ und keineswegs beleidigend war, ändere ich ihn nun und verbleibe in tiefem Bedauern und weiss nun aber wie es abläuft.

Sehr schönes Restaurant. Schöne Atmosphäre, Essen, Bedienung. Hunde sind gestattet.

Wir waren mit einer kleineren Gruppe zum Abendessen. Dass die Preise sehr weit über dem Durchschnitt liegen, weiß man, bevor man das Lokal besucht. Deshalb liegen die Erwartungen auch über dem Durchschnitt. Das Servicepersonal bemüht sich, doch ist nicht wirklich aufmerksam, vielleicht auch überfordert. Die Zubereitung der Speisen empfanden wir eher durchschnittlich. Etwas irritiert hat mich, daß der Gruß aus der Küche, eine leckere leicht scharfe Suppe, wiederum als Soße etwas eingedickt zum Skreifilet serviert wurde-zumal der feine Geschmack des edlen Fisch damit verloren ging. Schade. Das Ambiente ist stylisch. Wir saßen lange und es wurde dann etwas kühl. Im Sommer bei geöffnetem Fenster zu Alb sicherlich eine andere Atmosphäre.

Super Restaurant, super Service, super leckere traditionelle französische Küche ein ganz tolles Lob an alle macht weiter so.

So macht Essen gehen Spaß und Freude.... Tolles Lokal....tolles aufmerksames Personal...feines lecker Essen....einfach nur zum gerne wieder Besuchen und sich verwöhnen lassen 😉👌
