Everything was super tasty and colorful, in Ukrainian) Borscht with donuts and salt is just great, and deruns with a crispy crust are simply a masterpiece!

The food overall was good. In the end, service was disappointing because the bill suddenly showed a bottle of wine that we hadn't ordered. I want to hope that it was just a mistake, but I won't find out because I only discovered the mistake when I got home.

We celebrated exam day here. There is room for a large company. The menu matches the theme of the establishment. Those who don't eat pork have little choice here.

Gorgeous place, I spent a month in Berlin and missed my native Ukrainian cuisine! Very pleased!

I fail to comprehend the excitement about this place. The Kiev cutlet is excessively dry, and the dumplings contain very little filling. Additionally, the staff mistakenly serves 200 grams of whiskey instead of the usual 100, and they immediately mix it with cola, rather than serving the cola and whiskey separately. The price for the dinner does not correspond to the quality of the food and service, that's for sure. I do not recommend it to people who are just acquainting themselves with Ukrainian cuisine.

We had to wait a long time for the order; the meat in the dish was fresh when served. Some guests did not continue to eat even after trying it; the food was not tasty at all.

The waitress Svitlana was extremely pleasant and professional, her recommendations for dishes were spot on. The interior of the restaurant is cozy and stylish, the music created a pleasant atmosphere. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who appreciates high cuisine and excellent service.

Unbelievably delicious, the best varenyki with cherry in my life, perfect dough and filling. The compote is delicious, the barbecue is perfect, even the onions were eaten, the fur coat is just restaurant-level, like everything else. Pancakes with red fish are very tasty. As a gift, a liqueur, after which I want to order another liter of this)))

The restaurant is elegant and refined, with attention to detail and with a team of young, attentive and fast service guys. Before starting dinner we were offered a truly excellent cherry liqueur. We ate typical Ukrainian dishes for the first time and we were very satisfied, we will definitely return to try other proposals on the menu✌🏻

We tried several dishes: Schuba, Blinis with Salmon, Kotleta Kyiv-Style, Banusch, Borschtsch, and they were all exceptional. Next time I go there, I'll leave room for desert. Also good service and a quiet spot to sit outside, if the weather allows it. Not to mention the prices, which are surprisingly affordable for quality this good.

Dumplings 5/5. The Kievki cutlet was disappointing, the price did not correspond to the quality. I could one hundred percent recommend the cherry Napoleon, it was very good 100 out of 10. Also, the choice of alcoholic drinks was quite poor. Unfortunately, the establishment did not impress.

The food is very tasty, super 👍 although the portions could be a little more 😥 and it would also be good if the service was a little more hospitable and professional, they won't come to you until you approach yourself, and there's still a bit of audacity, but overall it's good)

The food is great! I tried Chicken Kyiv and Varenyky there and both were very tasty. My friends also really liked the Borscht. The restaurant has a nice, modern, but at the same time traditional atmosphere. There are places to sit outside as well. It's important to book at least 1 day in advance, especially if you plan to go on the weekend or in the evening, as it gets really full.

I'll give this place five stars mostly because we've been missing a good Ukrainian restaurant in Berlin for many years, and this one does deliver. The food we tried was really good, and I would be definitely not hesitant recommending this place to my non-Ukrainian friends interested in trying our cuisine. Slava Ukraїni!

The food was very tasty, the prices were a little higher than the average in Berlin, but it was fresh and prepared differently. I'm happy to pay a few euros more. Service was nice when they were at the table. Unfortunately, little attention was paid to us in between, although we were often asked at the next table if people would like anything else. The store wasn't super full. All in all a clear recommendation, I will go there again. 👍

There is no need to post photos of the dishes again, I will simply write from myself that I have been to this establishment several times and I am always satisfied: friendly staff, delicious dishes (as well as branded cherry liqueur, lard) and a special pleasure - Ukrainian music ☺️ when I miss Ukraine - I come to visit ❤️

Unfortunately, it was not tasty. The shish kebab was very salty and the veal liver was tough. The prices are too high and do not correspond to the quality.

In this restaurant I enjoyed both the delicious food and the friendly service. The dumplings filled with potatoes were simply heavenly delicious!

I was really excited about this because I had only heard good things! The opportunity arose spontaneously and so the two of us got a table here for dinner on Saturday evening. The welcome liqueur is really tasty, and of course: with cherries! As a starter we chose the sausage platter, then as main courses the veal liver on mashed potatoes and the grilled plate. Plus a bottle of red. Everything was fine so far, but then things got strange. Because we had just started with the starter when the veal liver arrived. That was a bit stupid if part of the sausage was warm, but cold liver doesn't work at all. So I enjoyed the liver. Apart from the timing of serving, this was excellent! Grilled to perfection, with a great sauce, great fried apple rings and - for the look - a border of cherry sauce. As quickly as the liver arrived, the grill plate for my friend took just as long. It was also very tasty. Food and drinks: top Service: a bit overwhelmed in places, maybe also a language problem Ambiance: modern, without chi-chi Atmosphere: a bit turbulent because it was full, later it became quieter I liked it a lot, I'd love to come back when I'm in Berlin!

They drove purposefully to the institution, but spontaneously. We were with a big dog, and we were told that dogs are allowed in the institution😍 That is 10000% love and a big thank you. The food is incredibly tasty...like at home We ordered borscht, varenyki (this is the top) and Kyiv style cutlet. I really liked everything. The atmosphere and service are also great. The prices are adapted to Germany, but the taste of native and familiar dishes is definitely worth it 🤗 We sincerely thank the institution and employees🫶

Very tasty Ukrainian cuisine. But! Be careful, reservations are required during weekends. We came to the opening and were able to take a seat only at the bar counter. It was not very comfortable to eat borscht at the bar, but everyone else who came after us couldn’t get a place to sit, since everything was booked (even at lunch time!)

Update: The incident happened back in October 2023, but the review was not published due to "hate speech", so now, having changed the terminology, I am still publishing it. I visited this place with my friends and expected to introduce them to Ukrainian culture and cuisine. (my friend, a Brazilian, studied Ukrainian for 8 months) However, after greeting the staff with the sentence "Greetings! We are tanks here, your table", I was answered in Russian, quite unfriendly. First of all, it is unpleasant for me to hear this language in a Ukrainian institution, and secondly, I am ashamed in front of a friend who was studying Ukrainian and was hoping for an opportunity to practice. I politely asked, "Oh, can you speak Ukrainian, please?". At which the boy rolled his eyes all the way down to his forehead, and turning his back to me, not very quietly said "I can't do this" to his colleagues. The girls who worked with him quickly saved the situation - they switched to Ukrainian and continued to communicate with us in it, and also apologized for the incident, but it was absolutely disgusting that in a restaurant of their culture they would roll their eyes at me and "no magut" - for the rest of the evening an unpleasant aftertaste remained. Conclusion: I don't recommend, the food is really tasty and the design is great, but there are other places in Berlin that have a bigger selection of equally delicious Ukrainian dishes and don't make you feel terrible for being Ukrainian

Great atmosphere and very tasty food

Thanks to my lovely friend for taking me to eat Ukrainian food, it’s really delicious! We each ordered a chicken Kiev dish with cherry sauce, and then chose Ukrainian cherry dumplings for dessert. The taste of Chicken Kiev really impressed me. In this dish, you have to cut it in the middle to let the butter inside flow on the mashed potatoes, making the mashed potatoes richer in flavor. Paired with the mushroom sauce on the side, it is really delicious when eaten with chicken ❤️The cherry dumplings are very special. I have never eaten sweet dumplings. Eat it with a Greek yogurt-like sauce on the side. It's really good. It has a solid texture and is sweet but not greasy. All in all, I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. The atmosphere is great, the decoration is new and the space is not crowded. It’s really great🥰

Borschtsch war herrlich, Wareniki ok.

До мене в гості приїхала подруга, яка проживає зараз в Словаччині. Я дуже давно хотіла потрапити у цей заклад, але ніяк не знаходився час, а ось тепер сталась гарна нагода і ми пішли в наш, український ресторан у Берліні. Ми було вражені смачною кухнею, гарним сервісом та теплою атмосферою. І крім того, ми оцінили комплімент від закладу - вишневу настоянку🍒 Ми замовляли борщ і котлету по-київськи. Все було неймовірно смачно і по домашньому! Але на вихідних потрібно ОБОВʼЯЗКОВО резервувати стіл, тому що дуже складно знайти місце. Охочих дуже багато!
