I wanted a piece of tiramisu. There was an old piece in the display case, but they also had fresh ones. So I specifically asked the waiter for a piece of the fresh cake. I sat down and saw the waiter's colleague take the old piece out of the display case, to which I protested. The waiter then informed me that his colleague refused to sell me a piece of the fresh tiramisu. If reasonable customer requests are refused, I see no reason to spend my money in a place like that. Never again!

The best ice cream in Berlin! A huge variety and top quality!

A pleasant place, the food is delicious, the ice cream and the coffee are highly recommended. The welcome is very warm, especially from this lady, who always has a big smile and positive energy - our favorite place whenever we're in Berlin.

It's gotten really bad. It used to be so great...but now...totally overpriced for the portions, which have gotten significantly smaller. And then the ice cream sundaes arrived at the table already half melted...it's no longer worth it.

It's a shame, we've been happy with the ice cream parlor so far. But it seems to depend on which of the two waiters is "in charge." One of them only keeps an eye on certain tables and, out of indifference or incompetence, overlooks tables at the edge of the terrace. We tried in vain for half an hour to place an order. That was probably our last visit there.

Too bad! I wanted to wait out the rain with my little one, so I ordered a coffee, and my little one wanted an ice cream. Since we were eating beforehand, I wanted to order a scoop of ice cream with my coffee. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible... I don't understand. What kind of service is that?! I can't be forced to eat more than I can and want... I find that strange and inflexible.

Very tasty ice cream throughout Berlin

I ordered an ice cream sundae with great anticipation, but received the wrong one. After complaining, there was no change or refund, just the blatant assertion that this was the order and I had to pay for it. I was fed up with it, so I left the wrong sundae, paid, and will never go there again.

The atmosphere is beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. The staff is friendly, especially the waitress, who communicates well with the children.

I do not recommend it! I kindly asked for a cappuccino (not so hot!) I think the attendant purposely made a boiling cappuccino! I did not drink it because it was bad (for my taste) when I left the attendants were laughing and mocking me! Terrible experience.

Beer on tap is recommended for this type of location, and the conditions are very friendly and neat!

My mom and I ordered a strawberry ice cream sundae and a strawberry waffle at this establishment, after brief communication problems due to the fact that the waitress didn't speak German. Twenty minutes after ordering, my mom's sundae was already there, but not my waffle. My mom then complained and saw that the waffle was already baked, but that no one paid any attention to it and instead preferred to have a conversation. After a total wait of half an hour, the waffle arrived. We didn't want it anymore because my mom was almost finished with her ice cream and we wanted to eat it together. The boss then came and told us that these waiting times were normal and that my mom wasn't quite finished with the sundae yet and that we could still eat together. Incredible! Definitely not recommended, at such prices you would want adequate customer service! This is not the case here.

Unfortunately, the staff is completely overwhelmed. The waiting time is 15 minutes and the European mix does not correspond to the ice cream menu. We will avoid this location in the future, it's a shame.

The ice cream is delicious but you are completely ignored by the waiters. We asked several times if we could pay and were told every time. Then it took over 15 minutes for someone to come, even though there was only one other couple sitting in the café.

We were there today with 3 children. Children got ice cream and then we sat down in the café. Immediately there was an extremely rude “request” that we should leave. Because the children didn’t order the ice cream to “eat here”. When I asked why this wasn't pointed out when buying, e.g. with a question "Do you want to eat the ice cream here?" I was told that there was a sign there somewhere with the information. I'm really sorry that I don't read all the signs carefully before buying my kids ice cream. And that's why we weren't allowed to sit in that area. Oh yes, it should be mentioned that the café was EMPTY. There was only one table occupied! I have never experienced anything so unfriendly and outrageously rude. Pooh

A place to be pampered...very friendly service/Rafael. The European breakfast looks delicious on the menu, and it's priced accordingly (€13.50), but the sausage and cheese unfortunately don't match that of an Italian cafe/restaurant. Salad and fruit pieces dominate the plate, and the rolls should also be of better quality. If something, like Nutella at our place, isn't in stock, an alternative should be provided, which was requested. The coffee was good. The tables are too small, but it's possible to put together a table. The pizza at the SSC (same owner), on the other hand, is really delicious, crispy, and reasonably priced. The Italian service there is also very friendly, and anyone who loves Italy will feel a bit like they're on vacation. By the way, the payment machine is perfect, and there's an option to leave a tip. Seating is available, both inside and outside. Unfortunately, the bar stools are also uncomfortable and can't be moved...but better than nothing.

Leave the waffles uncovered for ice cream at night when no employees are there. Anyone passing by can touch it etc. without any problems. Absolutely irresponsible!!

Unfortunately there is no customer friendliness! Despite ordering otherwise, the ice cream sundae came with strawberries! I am highly allergic to these! There was no new sundae! I'm just imagining it! Apparently I have mental problems 😔

We used to love going here for ice cream. EARLIER! Now the prices have risen again and you have to look for the ice cream scoops! Are hidden under a huge mountain of cream! 12€ for two scoops of ice cream with a bit of fruit and a liter of cream. It's done for us! We won't be coming back!

I had a very disappointing experience at this ice cream shop. At first I was very happy when I was offered a job. Everything seemed to be going well until the boss found out that I was wearing a headscarf. Suddenly I was told not to come anymore. This type of discrimination is completely unacceptable and disappointing. It's sad that something like this is still happening in 2024. I hope that this attitude changes and all people are respected regardless of their appearance or religion.

I would like to be a regular, but unfortunately the ice cream doesn't taste good at all... and it's also very expensive - it's a shame, but there is better ice cream everywhere in the area. The cappuccino is ok. I'd love to come back if it tastes better!

Absolutely disgusting. The waiters were rude and told us to leave the place even though we just ate ice cream. The ice cream was mouldy in some places and there was hair in them never going back

The pizza is great and the store can't do anything about the ambience. The guy at the ice cream counter isn't the friendliest. Customers with “not my problem” are looked after here. Well, I'll never eat ice cream there again, but I'll still eat pizza.

The pizza slices taste quite good. Probably the best “pizza al taglio” in the area. However, the store is in the mall, which makes it not a nice dining environment. However, you can sit outside. So well suited for a snack in between. If the goal of the evening is a nice dinner, the rooms don't really offer the right setting for it.

Ich habe jetzt das vierte Mal dort ein Eis geholt und die Erfahrung ist jedes Mal die gleiche. Optisch sieht das Eis toll aus und man hofft, dass es diesmal besser schmeckt - was jedoch nicht der Fall ist. Das Eis schmeckt ziemlich langweilig. Hinzu kommt, dass der Service sehr unfreundlich ist, habe noch nie eine freundliche Bedienung dort erlebt. Das Eisen wird auch geradezu in die Waffel geklatscht, so dass die Kugeln immer kurz vorm runterfallen sind.

Was einem da für 10.50€ als Eisbecher verkauft wird ist eine absolute Frechheit! Das "Eis" ist völlig geschmacklos, Schokoladen-Deko war schon grau so alt ist das Zeug, alles vom allerbilligsten, total minderwertig. Und so schmeckt es auch, unterirdisch. Mit nem Vanilleeis von Gut&Günstig und ner Sprühsahne aus dem Supermarkt hat man besseren Geschmack und Qualität. Totale Geldverschwendung, nie wieder!

Never again 🤬 For last almost 2 years it was my favorite Cafe in Berlin. Today I came with my family to eat our favorite ice cream in this Cafe, but waiter Marta was not friendly with us, because we bought only ice creams for 4 people (15€). She said that it's not allowed to take table if we bought only ice creams. She asked us to LEAVE even from terrace. So guys, if you don't want to spoil your good mood PLEASE 🙏 DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Eiskaffee für 8.50 EUR??? Gerade zum ersten und zum letzten Mal dort bestellt. Vorher leider nicht nach dem Preis gefragt. Das ist ein Wucherpreis, meine Damen und Herren! Nie wieder.

Eis schmeckte mehlig, das Aroma irgendwie nach Parfüm

ich würde am liebsten Minus Sterne vergeben! 1 Stern ist noch zu viel! ich hatte :( so ekelhaft in meiner Kugel Eis ein Haar drin.. und der Service war so extrem unfreundlich :( Jetzt ist mir erst einmal für sehr lange Zeit der Appetit auf Kugeleis vergangen :( "Danke di Russillo"

Der Erdbeer-Milchshake war kaum mit Erdbeergeschmack, mehr Milch, zudem auch sehr wässrig. Wie angepriesen und abgebildet auf dem Werbeplakat war kein Deckel drauf und somit kaum möglich den To-Go zu nehmen. Die Verkäuferin wenig der deutschen Sprache mächtig war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Eis untypisch schnell geschmolzen ist.

Das Eis ist viel zu süß und 😝hat kein Aroma😒die Bedienung ist unfreundlich🤐👎nicht zu empfehlen-

Fantastisch! Das rustikale Frühstück war sehr lecker. Der kaffee schmeckt prima und das personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses eiscafé wärmstens empfehlen. Es hat einen grund, warum es schon seit so vielen jahre vor ort ist.

Schon interessant, was sich heutzutage als "hausgemachtes Eis" bezeichnen darf. Schmeckte gar nicht schlecht, sondern wie überall, wo großzügig mit Emulgatoren, Farbstoffen und Ähnlichem gearbeitet wird. Kann mich ja täuschen, auf mich wirkte das jedoch wie aus Industriepulver zusammengerührt.

Trotz des großen Kundenaufkommens kommt man hier nicht zu kurz. Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung. Keine langen Wartezeiten. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und super schön angerichtet. Die Preise sind aufgrund des super Services, der Qualität der Speisen und der schönen Lage der Terrasse gerechtfertigt. Schön das ihr endlich wieder da seit. Bei den Neueröffnungen von den anderen Standorten werde ich auf jeden Fall vorbei schauen. :) Grazie an das Team di Russillo.

Laut Kellner seit kurzem wieder eröffnet. Gute Lage ! Bushaltestelle direkt davor, U-Bahnstation um die Ecke, Parkhäuser vor Ort. Gutes leckeres Eis freundliches Personal. Preise haben angezogen, das ist vermutlich der Lage hier in Steglitz geschuldet, ich habe es aber nicht bereut.

Eis und Kaffee sind okay. Nichts besonderes. Finde die Karte nur etwas zu teuer, daher der Sternabzug.

Das Eis ist lecker, es gibt viele verschiedene Sorten. Leider ist aber die Lage nicht wirklich schön. Der Platz vor dem Forum ist sehr laut und überlaufen.

Leider der letzte Besuch. Meine Freundin und ich wurden leider patzig gebeten zu gehen. Wir hatten eine Eiswaffel und einen Eisbecher gekauft. Es war nicht viel los, trotzdem sagte man uns dass das Eis zum mitnehmen wäre und nicht für den Verzehr vor Ort gedacht ist. Ich finde es sehr schade, dass man zwischen dem Shopping nicht 5 Minuten sein Eis essen kann. Das Eis war ok...

Mir hat es geschmeckt ...der Aussenbereich ist ganz angenehm die Auswahl überschaubar. Für meinen Geschmack ist die Karte überaltert hier fehlen zeitgerechte Angebote. Dann wurde der Laden bumen. Es wird zu viel Eis mit Alkohol angeboten.

Ich habe noch nie einen solchen inkompetenten service erlebt , Bestellungen nur nach Nummern Änderungen werden gar nicht beachtet und der capuchino war die Krönunge ein etwas mit einem grossen Löffel kakaopulver aufgrund meiner Beschwerde wurde gesagt so machen wir das hier .....nie wieder

Wir waren am Wochenende bei Ihnen auf der Terrasse . Es ist einer der Wenigen schönen Terrassen mitten im Berliner Leben . Seit Jahren ist ihre Terrasse für uns als "steglitzer" eine sehr schönes Stadtbild . Allein die gesataltung ihrer Blumen lässt mich jedesmal aufs neue Fastzinieren . Ihr Servicepersonal ist Freundlich und macht einen sehr guten Job . Ihr Eis schmeckt auch seit Jahren immernoch gut man merkt das ihre Eisherstellung jahrelange Erfahrung nutzt . Was zudem nicht vergessen werden sollte ist das ihre Preise für ihre Lage nicht überteuert sind sondern mehr als Gerecht und deswegen werde ich auch weitere Jahre ihr Kunde sein . Top :) weiter so

Schöne überschaubare Auswahl an Frühstückstellern. Preise moderat, üblich für sol he Center Cafés. Freundlicher Service. Eis-und Kuchenauswahl ebenfalls lecker.

Im ersten Stockwerk des Forums findet man das Eiscafe di Russillo. Dort kann man sehr gut frühstücken. Für knapp sechs Euro gibt es zB ein Käsefrühstück das für zwei reicht. Noch ein Brötchen dazu und zwei haben gut zu essen. Sowohl Cappuccino als auch Kaffee sind sehr gut. Als Highlight wird hier statt Keks eine Minieiswaffel serviert. Auch das Eis schmeckt gut. Empfehlenswert.

We had very awful experience in this place. First they served our ice cream to wrong table. In fact, it was not a big deal. But after long time, they still transferred the partially melted ice cream to us. We refused to receive them, but the waitress still charged us. It was only 13 Euro, we paid, but it gave us very terrible impression. It is unbelieved awful place, low credit.

Unreife Früchte, alte, schon weiß angelaufene Schokostreusel auf dem Eis und alte Flecken auf der Schürze der Bedienung. Dann lieber ein Eis auf die Hand.
