Das ist ein wirklich tolles Café. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und die Kuchen schmecken einfach himmlisch. Sie sind alle hausgemacht. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Kaffeespezialitäten und auch viele andere Getränke. Ich habe das Eis selbst noch nicht probiert, aber gehört, dass es bestimmt auch sehr lecker sein soll. Ich komme immer wieder gerne in dieses Café. ☺️

Eis ist super. Der Kuchen hausgemacht und immer frisch. Auch die Waffeln sind sehr lecker. Der Kaffee sowieso! Und man kann sehr gemütlich im Innenhof sitzen. Im Sommer um so mehr zu empfehlen!

Ein Familienbetrieb, geführt von zwei unglaublich coolen, herzlichen Brüdern, die nicht nur verkaufen, sondern in alles ihr ganzes Herz stecken. Die Qualität ist absolute Spitzenklasse: Die Waffeln sind unbeschreiblich lecker, der Kaffee ein Traum, und die Gerichte sind nicht nur perfekt gemacht, sondern mit so viel Kreativität und Liebe gestaltet, dass man jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert ist. Die beiden sind wahre Künstler – sie erfinden ständig neue Leckereien, überraschen mit neuen Ideen und liebevollen Dekorationen und halten einfach alles auf höchstem Niveau. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, ist die Atmosphäre. Man kommt rein und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ein wirklich ästhetisches Café mit toller Atmosphäre. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und bedienen schnell. Super Lage, nur 5 bis 10 Gehminuten vom Tempelhofer Feld entfernt. Ideal für Touristen und internationale Gäste, da dort auch Englisch gesprochen wird! 10/10 – ein absolut begeistertes Café!

Latte Macchiato und Cappuccino und Kuchen waren sehr lecker 😋 Nette Bedienung. Ich muss leider einen Stern abziehen, denn das WC war sehr unsauber.

Die Kuchen waren köstlich, das Ambiente war herrlich und insgesamt hatte ich eine wirklich schöne Zeit.

Sehr lecker Eis, cremig und sahnig mit wirklich gutem Geschmack. Die Atmosphäre ist schick, einzig die Musik etwas zu elektronisch poppig - mit einer altmodischen Eisdiele verbinde ich sie nicht.

I've been in Berlin since March, and I think this might be the best cafe I've ever been to. The staff speak English and are very kind. I always shop based on their recommendations. I haven't eaten anything bad yet. Either the staff are very pleasant, or the cafe's products are all really delicious and fresh. I'll be patient. I'll understand this after I've eaten everything 😄

The Eis Hennig from T-damm is no longer there and is currently so poorly managed, three visits and all three were a big disappointment.

Unfortunately, this thing has nothing to do with ice anymore.

We went there specifically because the website said they had frozen yogurt. When we arrived, however, it wasn't available. We were very disappointed. Out of frustration, we settled for spaghetti ice cream – it looked as miserable as it tasted, unfortunately. Overall, I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone. Now, in retrospect, here's another photo of it: if you look at the store, it says they have frozen yogurt.

A TikTok video was convincing enough for me to check out the shop on my next visit to Tempelhof. The friendly welcome at the entrance and the lovely view of the ice cream counter leave no doubt: The ice cream is delicious. The blackcurrant ice cream with fruit pieces, caramel/pecan, courgette/walnut, orange/yogurt, and fresh strawberry sauce: absolutely delicious. A definite recommendation 🍨🍨🍨

A scoop of ice cream the size of my acorn for €1.80, similar in taste. But nice service and a pleasant atmosphere. Would recommend. I was there again two years later; a scoop now costs €2, but you get the right amount. The taste was okay, too. The atmosphere and service are still top-notch. A huge improvement compared to when it opened!

Delicious ice cream, and the coffee and cakes I tried were also good. The staff is friendly. Plenty of seating, both inside and outside. One of our favorite places in Tempelhof.

We ordered an ice cream cherry sundae and a strawberry shake. The cherry cup was put together calmly and conscientiously. There was clearly effort put into it. The mug (glass bowl) tasted very good. The price is quite average. The strawberry shake also tasted good. You can enjoy your ice cream in the garden or in the shop. There are also small seating areas in front of the shop. Card payment is possible. Toilet available. There are also cakes and freshly baked waffles, coffee, etc. Conclusion: Delicious ice cream...... and ice cream shake. We can recommend. Parking is rather difficult.

Really good ice cream!!! 2 euros per ball shocked me at first, but guys, it's worth every cent. I had espresso ice cream and strawberry cheesecake... eaten it 100 times, but this time it was really an experience. Thank you very much for this great ice cream 🌷

The store has become great after the change. When the weather is good, you can sit outside in the garden or at the front of the street. The coffee specialties are prepared with love and taste really good. The ice cream and also the cake are super great. We are here regularly. Keep it up!!

As the poet said, "Winter is on the doorstep!" Now. The yellowing leaves fell. The weather has gotten colder. The season is ending, ice cream shops are closing one by one. But I think ice cream is good in every season. 🙃 First of all, I don't like taking ice cream in a paper cup and eating it with a spoon. It will have to be waffles and if possible, large. 😂 When this happens and the weather is hot, you have to finish it quickly as it starts to melt as soon as you buy it. But when the weather is cold, you don't have such a problem. Slowly, enjoy it... 😉 That's kind of what happened today.

First about the service... He works quickly and is flexible. He could be a little friendlier. But oh well :)) The ambience is pleasant, even with wasps you only have a few contact points, as the inside and outside areas are very well maintained. Unfortunately, it's very difficult to sit inside because the music is so loud that you can't hear your own words. The toilet (ladies' toilet) was uncomfortable, but not dirty and not accessible to older people, due to the steep stairs, the steps of which are sometimes wider and sometimes narrower. To enjoy...Unfortunately the cream had collapsed and had no consistency, but at least not too sweet. If you put that aside, the ice cream tastes good and you can definitely enjoy the coffee. Thanks for that.

what an unexpected surprise at that busy loud street! the ice cream parlor is awesome! ice cream: not too small scoops of natural flavors and „to die for“ either milk based or fruit based- just yumm! and the best: you can sit in that beautiful backyard, comfy , cozy and peaceful (despite of all that hustle and bustle on the other side), real flowers on the table shows : we care! the super sympathetic staff rounds it up! well done👏🏽

😔“Rude treatment towards daycare group – disappointing experience in Café Tempel” We were traveling with a daycare group and bought cactus ice cream for the children. Since there was no seating near the Lidl on Tempelhofer Damm and the ice cream in the packaging would melt, we politely asked Café Tempel if we could use their benches for a moment. The saleswoman at the counter was very nice and allowed us to do so. But just five minutes later, a gentleman came up to us and, in an angry tone, asked us to leave the benches immediately. He didn't even let us finish in front of the kids when we explained that we had already asked and were allowed. He went into the cafe to talk to the nice saleswoman, then came back angry and said it was an impertinence and that we should get up immediately. Shortly afterwards, a man came from the neighboring ice cream parlor and also complained in a very rude manner. It turned out that he was the boss and that Café Tempel and the ice cream parlor belonged together. He also spoke in an inappropriate tone and asked us to get up and leave immediately. We were stunned and disappointed by this behavior. We left the benches with the children and dripping ice cream in our hands, leaving them neat and clean. We really didn't expect such treatment and think it's a shame that so little consideration was shown towards the children.

A new highlight in Berlin's ice heaven. Great ice cream, the salt caramel is delicate and incredibly creamy, the 'Grandma's Apple Orchard' tastes like it did in childhood and the Amarena cherry has just the right sweetness and consistency. Unfortunately I haven't been able to try any other flavors, the ice cream flavors of my companion but according to their reports they were more than excellent! The homemade lemonade is also a poem. So Berlin, storm the ice cream parlor, but leave me something left!

Since the change of ownership, the quality has developed far more than the price. Great ice cream and really delicious cakes. The ambience has become much better, but there is still room for improvement. Very nice and, above all, hard-working staff.

One of the worst spaghetti ice creams I've eaten. The spaghetti ice cream consists of 90% cream and 10% vanilla ice cream. In addition, the portion is very small. For €7.90 you really expect more. It's a real shame that the legendary Eis Hennig has closed. A piece of childhood has been lost.

A very inviting ice cream shop on Tempelhörer Damm, which invites you to linger, especially in the garden at the back. I was a bit critical due to the change in ownership, but the consistently good quality of the ice hasn't changed. The store impresses with its interesting and creative varieties. In my opinion, the “Grandma’s Apple Pie” variety is particularly recommended. The sanitary facilities are quite old and could definitely use some renovation. Still a nice, honest shop without a lot of frills, but which impresses with the quality of the products on offer.

Ice cream is now sold here in scoops instead of in filled cups (formerly Eis Hennig). It is now a café that offers delicious ice cream as well as appetizing-looking cakes. The large store has a huge garden area at the back. Very comfortable and also suitable for families or groups. In terms of price, the prices are in line with the new average, but I don't understand why a small topping of cream on ice cream costs as much as a whole scoop. It closes at 8 p.m., which is a real shame, especially in summer when you're craving something sweet in the evening after work.

There are very tasty ice cream and homemade cakes here, which the owner of the ice cream shop makes herself :). This also tastes particularly nice and filling. I can especially recommend the sponge lotus cheesecake.
