Very good, varied cuisine, served by very friendly service. Everyone made an effort to fulfill all of the guests' wishes.

The food is very tasty and rich. Lots of choice of fish dishes with various side dishes. There's also plenty of choice for those who aren't fish fans.

We discovered the sea wolf while walking, the menu immediately appealed to us - among other things, there were fried green herrings almost boneless, which I didn't actually think was possible but it was like that 😋 Top 👍 The food was top value for money for us. The service was very friendly and quick. We'd love to come back

Wir haben dort Fischbrötchen für unterwegs mitgenommen. Diese waren sehr lecker, allerdings kostet das Nordseekrabbenbrötchen 9,5 €. Relativ teuer... schon besser und günstiger in der Umgebung gegessen. Trotzdem war es lecker und man kann dort gut was mitnehmen. Zum Restaurant können wir nichts sagen.

We were there today, had plaice - cordon bleu and cutter plaice, the salad was very fresh, the dressing was super tasty, the fries and fried potatoes were well done, the fish was fried to perfection but unfortunately we forgot the seasoning, otherwise we would have given it 5 stars. Service was quick and friendly. I can recommend it

Very tasty fish dishes. We discovered the sea wolf by chance and came back here three days in a row because we liked it so much 😋. The service (the man of the house, probably 🤷‍♂️) could be a little friendlier. Maybe you could spice up the dishes a little with a leaf of lettuce, cucumber or tomatoes 🍅 a bit of color would enhance the whole thing a bit, because as we all know, the eye eats with us. We'll definitely always be happy to come back. No reservation required.

Very tasty and fresh fish dishes at good prices. Food is freshly prepared. Wart times are possible at peak times, but it's worth it. Collection of the dishes is possible. Rs also serves tasty fish sandwiches.

At first it sounds like you're coming into a North Sea restaurant, but unfortunately it's under an Asian flag where you find yourself in a Chinese snack bar. The food is appropriate. People it's not worth spending a euro.

We know the old Seewolf and now also the new operators. Unfortunately, this will probably become the standard in Germany that the old fur seals will die out. Anyone who looks at the legal notice knows who the operator is. Please don't misunderstand. I'm not racist. But the typical North Sea flair is gone. And the fact is, we still really liked the food. We didn't notice anything from deep fryer food, as written here. We continue to eat there.

Staff doesn't look at you when serving, ordered catfish, serious doubt whether this wasn't a panga fillet in a crispy jacket. An angry fellow customer who was dissatisfied with everything and the owner and staff shouted loudly and made this customer suffer with his complaint(s)

19€ for 2 slices of dry brown bread with 2 crabs on it, a crab soup where maybe a crab swam through... carelessly prepared and neutral in taste.... We probably won't come back.

The food here was really top notch in terms of taste and price. Everything was freshly prepared and served with love. I haven't eaten pollack fillet in a long time and the fried potatoes were good too. The service was very friendly and always attentive. All in all, highly recommended.

If you don't have to look for much on the beach and you're looking for fish, then Seewolf is the right place for you. The first thing you notice is the Chinese conditions and the Chinese chefs behind the counter and hopes for good cuisine. And what can I say, the potato salad and the remulade sauce are homemade and very tasty. Pollock and the fried fish are cooked to perfection. The gourmet plate was very good. So we come here again. Hidden restaurant, cheap and highly recommended.

We had a salad with shrimp skewers and the shrimp tasted musty and sour. And my partner is really not sensitive when it comes to food. We reported this to the waitress, who was unfriendly at the beginning, and she came back and rudely said everything was fine and, despite not eating it, charged the full price because it was really inedible. The fried fish with potato salad was ok, but the potato salad was very tasteless. The breading on the fried fish was reminiscent of the breading on the chicken at a Chinese restaurant. We don't go here anymore.

The food is pretty low down and the staff is also very, very unfriendly. It's a shame...

I was here twice during my stay. It tastes very tasty and fresh. You can wholeheartedly give it 5 stars. The atmosphere is very pleasant. If you want fish sandwiches, you can order directly at the counter and watch how it is prepared. Prices are very good for great quality.

Large selection of delicious fish dishes!! The restaurant is always busy in season and has relatively affordable prices!! The service always strives to satisfy the guest!! The noise level in the restaurant is very high and the tables are very close together!! People with health restrictions really have a problem here with a wheelchair or walker!!🤔🤔 But the food is really recommended!!

The Sea Wolf is an absolute must for every gourmet! The service was excellent from start to finish - attentive, friendly and professional. The food was incredibly tasty and prepared with great attention to detail. The price-performance ratio is particularly impressive: it is rare to find such exquisite dishes at such reasonable prices. I can only warmly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit!

I have rarely visited such a bad restaurant. I had the pollack fillet with fried potatoes, the fish itself was okay, nothing special but nothing bad either. The fried potatoes were cold and also very fatty. My wife and children are not fish eaters and therefore resorted to schnitzel with fries and nuggets with fries. The plates were very dismal, the nuggets were dripping with fat, had apparently been fried a second time and were therefore inedible. The fries were cold and completely over salted. But the crowning glory was the service. The colleague who served our table felt incapable of everything. When he brought us food, he spread half of my wife's fries on the table, then started clearing the table way too early and knocked my son's apple spritzer over my pants distributed. There was a quick “sorry” and that was it. There was neither a new apple spritzer for my son, nor a price reduction because my son only had half an apple spritzer. In summary, this was a first and last visit to one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to.

A nice fish restaurant, eat well and ready quickly

Pros: The food was good. Pollock fillet/fried potatoes, fried fish/fried potatoes, matjes/fried potatoes, Kippling/French fries. Negative: Quiet, relaxed meal with enjoyment is hardly possible. Noise level like at the train station, constant in and out. Overwhelmed employee who doesn't know where to put the customers. Research your language towards customers. While the children are still eating, our plates are already being cleared away and people are reaching over the children's plates. We don't have to visit anymore.

The apparently Asian-run restaurant looks more like a fast food joint than a cozy restaurant. In fact, you can also take food with you. On the windows you can find advertising for a dark beer that is served in a few restaurants in town, but is not on the menu at Seewolf. Some of the preparation takes place directly in the dining room, so that the smells of fish and fat are in the air and then also linger in the clothes. The food was basically okay. I would say that the cream of crab soup was frozen or canned because it tasted typically industrial. Unfortunately, card payments are not possible, but this is clearly indicated by several signs.

We have been going there to eat there for several years when we visit Bensersiel. Have always eaten very good fish dishes there. Good portion sizes for a very fair price. Service is very nice. Only the local design still has room for improvement (complaining at a high level 😉). Will continue to eat there when we are in the corner👍

Food quite ok. Nothing special, but the taste was ok. Service unfriendly. The looks when I fed our 10-month-old son with the porridge we had brought with us were subterranean. We have rarely felt so uncomfortable.

If you like fish, go there. Fish sandwiches to take away are also far above the general standard. Spartan furnishings, but who needs more when the price, performance and taste are top. But there is also something else for non-fish eaters, e.g. B. a pound schnitzel.

We like to eat here when we're on holiday in the North Sea.

Green herring with fried potatoes. Three pieces of fish with fried potatoes. Well, fried potatoes with almost raw red onion is not my thing. Otherwise everything is fresh and plentiful. Please do some work on the service. But otherwise no complaints. Fish sandwiches are freshly topped here.

First visit, restaurant was well attended. We just had a fish sandwich (ordered matjes). No service had to be picked up yourself. FB was with lettuce and onions, very tasty. Maybe also test the warm kitchen.

For me the best fish restaurant in Bensersiel. Unfortunately, seat reservations are not offered. Even those who don't eat fish will get their money's worth here. I just say pound schnitzel.

We stopped in spontaneously because we had an appetite for fish 🐟. Were served quickly and there wasn't a long wait 👍🏼. The herring fillets were very good and tender, full marks. It was just a shame that there was no side salad 🥗, it had to be ordered separately.

We've been happy here for years, but the fried fish we were given today was simply inedible (fried dead). It hadn't been good for a while, but it was ok.

As Esensers, we only discovered this restaurant last weekend. We go to Bensersiel regularly and I jog past it all the time, but we've never been here before. That will change now. The food is great and the selection is a dream. Here you can eat wonderful fish and not only fresh, but also at very fair prices. Absolute insider tip!!!

Food was good, prepared very quickly. However, I don't understand why dishes with fries never come with mayo/ketchup. Always extra.... There was sand on the table...Generally dirty. Rather high in price.

Ended up here by chance on the first evening, as you can spontaneously get a seat here even without a table reservation. After that we were here every evening😃. Large selection of fish dishes, and everything we tried was great. Price performance is great👍 we would love to come here again.

Sometimes you have to look in the second row. Since the restaurants on the main street were fully booked and we were hungry, we continued our search and found this restaurant at the back of a hotel where we were kindly let in. I had plaice stuffed like a cordon bleu and it tasted incredibly delicious and at a price where you sometimes only get an appetizer elsewhere. Could be called an insider tip

We ended up here purely by chance while looking for a parking space - the ambience apparently comes from the previous owner + doesn't fit in at all with the current operators, but with the environment - the food was good - the prices were reasonable - the staff was friendly

The plaice fillet with fried potatoes and the redfish in an egg shell with fried noodles were freshly prepared. Taste and quality impeccable, price/performance fits. Service was friendly and nice, everything was perfect and recommended.

My fried fish was quite greasy and tasted kind of rancid. No card payment possible. We won't be coming back.

The food was very tasty. Unfortunately, in our opinion, the portions are too small. The bottom of the mussel pan was just covered, and after an hour I was hungry again.

Nach unserem Reinfall mit Fischbrötchen an der Hafenbude haben wir es hier noch einmal versucht. Krabbenbrötchen und Backfischbrötchen waren hier sehr gut. Leckere Remoulade und Salat mit Zwiebeln ohne Aufpreis!!!

Wir sind seit über 10 Jahren Stammgäste. Die Qualität der Speisen ist seitdem unverändert gut. Leider sind die Portionsgrößen kleiner geworden und die Beilagen zum Teil komplett weggefallen. Eine Sauce Hollandaise gehörte in den vergangenen Jahren zum Standard. Jetzt bleibt alles halt etwas trockener. Die Preise für Getränke sind massiv gestiegen. Das ist nicht mehr marktgerecht. Es war alles mal besser.

Eine gehobene Pommesbude mit Fischgerichten. Ich wollte so gerne Muscheln essen,waren leider keine mehr da.

Wir haben drei Gerichte bestellt. Ofenkartoffel mit Lachs, Matjes mit Bratkartoffeln und für unsere Tochter Fischfrikadelle mit Salzkartoffeln. Das Essen war lieblos auf dem Teller angerichtet und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Völlig überteuert, für das, was man auf den Teller bekommt. Und unseren Geschmack hat es leider auch nicht getroffen.

Das Schnitzel und das shushi war vorzüglich und ich hatte sehr viel Spaß beim verzehr. Seelachs bestes Restaurant aber Mecces besser. Ich kann dort den Big Mac empfehlen. Hab die Nummer von der Bedienung bekommen . Sah nicht gut aus. Die andere gut .

Diese Vietnamesen die dort arbeiten sind äußerst nett. Vorzügliches Essen aber leider zu günstig. Es könnte aber noch mehr DEUTSCHE Mitarbeiter geben. Sonst alles top 👌

Einfach Klasse hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und das als sonst nicht Fisch Fans War für mich meiner Frau und meinen Kindern was dabei sogar für meine einjährige Tochter könnten wir eine Portion Milchreis erwerben als Abendbrei Ersatz. Und die Biergläser sind einfach cool mit den Aufdruck Ebbe und Flut 😅 Wenn ich das nächste Mal in Bensersiel bin komme ich gerne wieder!

Nett eingerichtet, aber FastFood-Flair. Die Küche ist offen und wenn man mit dem mittelmäßigen Essen fertig ist, geht man als Fritteusengeruch mit Tinnitus von eben dieser wieder raus. Die Bedienung war okay aber überhaupt nur das nötigste kommuniziert. Fazit: kein guter Ort zum verweilen und richtig gutes Essen gibt's woanders.

Durch Zufall gefunden. Sehr reichhaltige und auch schmackhafte Speisen zu zivilen Preisen. Das Personal ist schnell und dabei zuvorkommend. Allen in allem kann ich reinen Gewissens jedem empfehlen der gut und dazu noch preiswert Essen möchte. Lässt euch von dem 500 Gramm Schnitzel überraschen. 😊🤔😎

Naja was soll man sagen einmal und nie wieder. Früher waren wir 2 mal im Jahr eine Woche in Bensersiel, haben dort jeden Tag gegessen. Heute geht man besser wo anders hin. Habe gestern ein Matjes Brötchen bestellt. Und es war nur ein halber Matjes drauf. Ein Matjes besteht aus 2 Hälften . Also mehr Brötchen und Salat als Fisch. Das wäre bei den Vorgängern niemals vorgekommen. Wir werden dort niemals mehr essen. Dann lieber zum Blanken Hans das ist Mega. Harald und Nati wir vermissen euch. Ihr wart super Gastgeber.

Restaurant liegt etwas versteckt. Sehr nettes Fischlokal (und mehr). Essen super lecker bei einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr nettes Personal. Waren mehrmals dort zum Essen und haben Essen mitgenommen.
