We went twice, the salads were poorly washed, the meat and fish weren't particularly tasty. Service is very friendly.

The price-performance ratio is right. We were here just to eat. Large and tasty portions. The service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is very dark and some of the furniture is worn out.

Even though this review is also listed as a hotel, I was only able to review the restaurant here. What is striking when entering the premises is that it is quite pompous for such an inconspicuous external appearance. The whole thing is reminiscent of restaurants in Turkey. The menu is so diverse that you can't really see a single line and you might assume that you could get "lost" here. But to make it short. The food and drinks were impeccable. The schnitzel top was handcrafted and my wish that wasn't on the menu (croquettes) was also fulfilled. Remarkably good service. Parking spaces available on the side of the building. The winter garden in front of the building can be opened using a convertible roof.

I ordered the finger food plate as a surprise from the house, a huge disappointment. 2 types of fried vegetables, plus a few olives and pepperoni... I would have expected more for the price and for gourmands, and I've had the same thing much better before

When a friend visited the Bad Segeberg rehabilitation clinic, we decided to eat at Gutschmecker. The service was attentive but by no means intrusive. First of all, I ordered the peanut soup with fish fillet. It was very tasty! If you like Asian dishes with peanut sauce, you should try this soup. For the main course I had the broccoli pasta casserole in a Gorngonzola cream sauce. The casserole was served in the form. The portion was very generous so I couldn't finish it. The service asked me if I wanted the rest packed. I gratefully accepted this offer. The fresh, warm bread was also delicious. The atmosphere has something dim and cozy about it. If I'm in Bad Segeberg again, I would definitely eat at Gutschmecker again.

Yesterday we ate for the first time and everything was fine. Went there again today for dinner because we were very excited about the day before. Unfortunately we were totally disappointed today. We sat outside and had informed the restaurant that we would be sitting outside. After 25 minutes the order was taken. Drinks came fairly promptly. We had to wait an hour for our food. No sorry, no kind word. That's really a pity. The staff doesn't come to ask if everything is okay or if we still have any requests. It's a shame we would have liked to have had another evening like yesterday.

Hotel: The room is completely okay, apart from the fact that the light constantly goes out when showering because the shower curtain covers the motion detector. It's tight, but it's fine for one night. What is not possible is that the restaurant staff talked loudly, laughed and made phone calls on the loudspeaker for half the night (the room was facing the parking lot and the restaurant's rear exit) 20 meters away. The photo is also fake. The house looks like that, but the sidewalk alone where the "terrace" in front of the restaurant is actually very narrow and there is a bike path right next to it (maximum 100cm next to the table). The cyclists speed past - completely regardless of whether the narrow piece of space past the terrace is very tight for pedestrians and there is no way to get out of the way. The restaurant itself: My husband had average cevapcici with fries that had been cooked for too long, my stuffed minced meat was raw and when the same fries were thrown into all the delicious Duvic rice, they were also soggy. In the interest of fairness, a price reduction was offered for my meal. I had a sleepless night after 500 km of highway with traffic jam and 500 km of highway with traffic jam back after that night. Unfortunately, because of an important appointment, we didn't have a choice with a dog at short notice, but that was really unpleasant. We may have been unlucky at the restaurant, but the inconsideration of the restaurant staff, knowing that paying guests next door are trying to sleep, and the parking situation directly under the window that is open in the room due to extreme heat are an absolute no-go even if you don't If you sleep like a rock, then I don't recommend this.

A very nice restaurant in terms of furnishings, good food, but almost 1 hour and 30 minutes of waiting brought the rating down. Some guests came after us and left before us in time. Hopefully better next time.

I find it a bit dark on the ground floor. The outdoor terrace on the upper floor is great. With a closable roof in case of rain. The food of my 6 guests was very tasty for everyone. I had dinner there a long time ago and the food wasn't that good. Something happened there. The food was just very good. Served hot. TOP We recommend.

The food wasn't bad but not special either. Not a bad place to eat in itself. The dishes are also visually appealing. Were here for the first time, but had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food. People who came after us got their food before us. Unfortunately I find it very disappointing. But maybe we were just unlucky.

The service is super friendly and attentive. My cheese tasted too salty for me. I was offered to choose something else, but I declined. So this shouldn't be seen as criticism. When asked about the ingredients in the salad dressing, the answer was that it was a kitchen secret. We explained that it was an allergy, but we were not given any further information. As far as I know, you have to make this information available to customers. That would be my suggestion for improvement

There is no champagne chilled in the room after arrival

We wanted to eat something and discovered the Gutschmecker on our way home. The food there was very tasty 👍and the waitresses were friendly. We didn't spend the night there.

Unfortunately the hotel is rated and I wasn't there. The restaurant itself is too dark and the decor is unfortunately not attractive. The toilet facility was very clean. Staff attentive and friendly. Offer is rather limited but the quality is very good and the price is reasonable. Seating also outside the restaurant. Parking options are very limited during the day (parking disc).

We went there for dinner before the concert. It was fantastic. Great service, the starter was very generous and tasty and the main course was great. That's what I call a successful start to the evening. It's a shame that it's right on a main road. But somehow still comfortable.

Were warmly welcomed. Had a nice, funny conversation with the innkeeper. “Der Gutschmecker” is located on a side street from the market square. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. It is a small, cozy guest room. Also very good to stop in for a coffee. We say thank you for the lovely evening.

Because of the many good reviews, we've been wanting to eat there for a while. The service was really nice and friendly. When it comes to food, however, there is a lot of room for improvement in both quality and preparation. We were disappointed and will not eat there again.

Unfortunately, broccoli with pasta doesn't work at all for me. Tastes and smells strongly of rennet. Would recommend other cheese to you. Service is super friendly and some of the other food here has really good reviews. The atmosphere of the bar and restaurant looks appealing.

Es beginnt damit das die Einrichtung teilweise recht runter gerockt aussieht. Wir hatten Filetsteak und ein gefülltes Balkan Rumsteak, dazu Salat als auch Gemüse und vorab eine Überraschungs Vorspeise. Die Vorspeise war Laff und langweilig, bestand aus frittierten Champignons und Zucchini, ein wenig Mozzarella und Tomate, leider eiskalt aus dem Kühlschrank. Das Rinder Filet grenzwertig, fast durch, das Balkansteak war ok, die Beilagen, Pommes wie Gummi, der Reis hatte wenig mit Balkan zu tun, das Gemüse TK ungewürzt und tot gegart, der Salat, ein definierbares Dressing, konnte man nicht essen. Die Portionen sind so das auch jemand mit viel Hunger satt werden kann. Das Personal war freundlich und hat aufgrund unserer Rekla, die Salate von der Rechnung genommen. Auf ein Dessert haben wir verzichtet und leider wird man uns hier so schnell nicht wiedersehen. Schade

Reservations are necessary. Very tasty food. A little longer waiting time, no problem. We wanted to spend the night in the hotel, unfortunately we didn't get an answer. So we rented somewhere else. The answer to a personal inquiry was: too much to do or the email probably ended up in the spam folder (minus).

Wir haben im Restaurant gegessen und waren nicht zufrieden! Die Schweinemedallions im Saltimbocca waren richtig zäh, das gebratene Rotbarschfilet war nichts besonderes. Das haben wir schon viel besser gegessen. Die als Beilage servierten Bratkartoffen waren schlecht gebraten. Auf den Beilagensalaten war viel zu viel Öl. Einzig das Rumpsteack und die Pommes waren lecker.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Gibt zwar kein Frühstück, aber sonnt ok. Gerade rüber ist zwar ein Kaffee,aber Wochenende kann man dort nicht frühstücken.

Fand das Cordon Bleu nicht so berauschend, die Bratkartoffeln zwar mit Speck und Zwiebeln aber sehr fettig ..eigentlich fürs Essen nur zwei Sterne, den Extrastern für freundlichen Service

Bad ist Schimmel ich denke hier muss noch was gemacht werden. Da hilft keine Aussenfarbe. Nicht zu empfehlen, kein Frühstück keine Ansprechpartner, erst wenn das Hotel öffnet

Wir waren zum Essen dagewesen. Die Portionen waren üppig gewesen, das heißt: man wurde richtig satt. Personal nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da kommen wir gerne wieder.

Bodenständiges Lokal mit einer guten Auswahl auf der Karte. Netter Service, eventuell reservieren um einen schöneren Platz zu bekommen.

Wir waren im Restaurant, nicht im Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal, das Essen war super und die Wartezeit top. Die Toiletten sind modern, sauber und hübsch eingerichtet. Nur bei den Männern sollte man das Konzept der Pissoirs überdenken :). Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder vorbei.

Schmeckt lecker und Preise sind nicht übertrieben. Cocktails sind sehr empfehlenswert.

Unser Zimmer war ruhig, zum Hof hin. Leider war das Bad nicht ok, daher gebe ich für das Zimmer nur 3 Sterne. Sauber war es aber. Das Restaurant ist gut und das Essen schmeckt. Die Cocktailbar gegenüber (gehört dazu) ist auch zu empfehlen. Service und Lage...top.

Virkelig lækkert mad med et god udvalg af vegetariske retter. Super venligt personale. Vi besøgte stedet med en baby og de var super hjælpsomme med lige st gå varmet lidt mad til hende. De havde heller intet problem med at snakke engelsk.

Wir waren hier in einer größeren Gruppe (ältere Herrschaften auf Ehemaligentreffen *ggg*) und saßen hier schon nachmittags. Man hat sich angemessen um uns bemüht, auch ein Hinweis gegen 17.00 "jetzt bestellen, weil's bald voll wird", war gut gemeint und klappte perfekt. Nicht von jedem habe ich eine Rückmeldung, glaube aber, den meisten hat's gut geschmeckt im Gutschmecker (der Name ist irgendwie etwas albern - oder?). Mein Tintenfisch war Spitzenklasse. Die Karte hat die Schwerpunkte Balkan, Italien, Deutschland. Die Preise sind angemessen, wir würden wiederkommen.

Vielleicht für Personen die auch Maica Currywurst megageil finden. Das Essen ist in Ordnung, nicht mehr aber auch nicht weniger.

Unser Essen (Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffel und Salat) hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Es hat jedoch sehr lange gedauert bis wir die Speisekarte bekommen hatten und bis wir dann endlich bestellen konnten verging nochmal eine knappe halbe Stunde. Das gleiche Problem gab es beim Zahlen. Die Bedienung hat es einfach nicht bemerkt, obwohl das Lokal nicht voll besetzt war.

Buona cucina locale. Cordon bleu, medaglioni di maiale e molto altro. Ambiente accogliente, personale sorridente e ottima cucina.

Nach unserer Geocaching Tour durch Segeberg und Klein Rönnau hatten wir echt Kohldampf. Das Lokal hatten wir schon auf dem Hinweg gesehen. Das Restaurant ist irgendwie auch eine Bar. Vorbildlich wurden die Impfzertifikate im App und Personalausweis kontrolliert. Meine Chevapcici waren ok. Ich fand es etwas fad. Das hätte mehr Geschmack haben können. War ok nicht mehr oder weniger. Der Espresso war gut.

Var her til frokost. Ikke mange gæster. Men passende menukort. Bestilling af mad og servering indenfor rimelig ventetid. Maden ganske udmærket. Betjeningen gennemsnitlig.

Wir verstehen viele der andere Beurteilungen nicht. Ober auf der Terrasse mag nett sein, unten ist es eine Kneipe, der Essen serviert. Viel zu viel grosse Portionen von Pommes oder Kartoffeln, die kein Mensch braucht .. aber offensichtlich hier isst. Ansonsten 08/15 Küche, definitiv keine " kulinarische Highlight" !!!

Wir sind regelmäßig in der Gegend. Dieses Restaurant bietet alles was den Gaumen erfreut. Die Gerichte sind appetitlich bis hinreissend lecker, der Service ist (auch während der aktuellen Situation) freundlich und fix, die Portionen verlangen ob ihrer Größe nach guten Essern und die Preise sind absolut angemessen bis extrem günstig. Frische Küche, keine Fertigprodukte, übersichtliche und doch vielfältige Karte. Kinderfreundlich und mit der Dachterasse wirklich gediegen.

Besøget foregik på en søndag. Vi ringede på forhånd, for at høre om de havde åbent. Fik at vide af en sød dame, at køkkenet havde åbent helt til kl. 23.00. Vi ankom kl 22.30, blev taget pænt i mod af tjeneren. Vi følte os velkomne til aftensmad selvom det var sent og der var bragende tomt - så man skulle normalt tro, at personalet gerne ville lukke og hjem. Deres øludvalg var rimeligt. Vi fik en schnitzel, som var fremragende, og en salat, som var meget olieret, men ellers lækker. Havde maden været helt i top, ville vi give 5 stjerner, da alt andet spillede. Vi kommer gerne igen.

Nach einer ganztägigen Radtour hatten wir richtig Hunger! Eine großes Wiener Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln und ein alkoholfreies Weizen auf der Dachterrasse: herrlich! Gutes Essen, nette Bedienung. Jederzeit wieder!
