Was there on Sunday lunchtime. Food was good 👍 You have to wait a long time for drinks... not enough staff, which is the case in many restaurants at the moment. The staff that was there was friendly, just overloaded. I would recommend this restaurant.

What can I say, a great restaurant, I didn't expect it from the inside. Tasteful and cozy furnishings. A great menu. The warm/cold starter plate tasted great, as did the gyros, whether with tzatziki or metaxa sauce, tasted perfect. Price/performance for the portions, top👍🏽 Service attentive and very friendly. At the end we had ouzo on the house. We will definitely come back to try more dishes. Recommendation 💯%

Unfortunately we weren't happy today. Long wait for the food, the pork fillet was tough. The fries had no taste and were hard and cold. The Metaxa sauce didn't really taste good either. Unfortunately you slacked off and everything seemed listless. We had been to you 4 times in 4 years. When the waitress cleared away the half-full plates, there was no question as to whether it was tasty. At the table next to us we waited more than an hour for gyros with fries, even though the restaurant was quite empty. And the food was cold too. It was difficult to order a beer.

Very decent Greek restaurant, dedicated service, super tasty food and drinks at really fair prices. The starter plate for one person is easily enough for two, the fried zucchini - sensational. We were just passing through and unfortunately we won't be back any time soon, which is a real shame... One of the really good Greeks we tried...

Even though we hadn't made a reservation and the restaurant was full, the two of us were allowed to stay. The food was very tasty and hot from the kitchen. There was a small starter from the house. The restaurant is highly recommended. Staff attentive and friendly. If we get close we will eat there again.

The restaurant is very clean. The service staff attentive and friendly. The range of food on offer is typically Greek (at least as it is usually offered in Germany). The food was tasty and the portions were sufficient. Before the starter, everyone received a small greeting from the kitchen in the form of a small piece of bread with a little coleslaw. I found it quite nice. Finally, an ouzo from the house. Everything very attentive. If you like Greek, you're in good hands there. I'm a vegetarian, but there was enough choice of cold and warm starters for me too.

Went back after a few years and were very excited. The food and service were very good

We have never eaten so badly at a Greek restaurant before, the meat was inedible, the fries were oversalted and nothing tasted like Greek cuisine. The waitress left a lot to be desired and without greeting she put the menu on the table which was covered in greasy stains , the illuminated windows were totally smeared, sorry but that was nothing, we were very annoyed about wasting money on such a meal.

Good service. The menu selection is extensive and the food is good. The price-performance ratio is right. Gladly again.

Sehr gutes Essen, vernünftige Preise, freundliches Personal.

Ein wirklich vom Ambiente tolles Lokal. Personal super freundlich. Das Essen war lecker bis auf das in Fritierfett gebackene Fladenbrot. Da wäre es besser ohne Fett unter dem Kontaktgrill. Das nur als kleiner Hinweis und ist ja auch Geschmackssache. Was nicht geht liebes Personal, wenn ihr am Tosch vorbei geht und die Gläser sind leer, dass ihr nicht fragt, ob noch neue Getränke bestellt werden möchten. Dauer der Getränke leider auch zu lange. Da ist noch Luft nach oben, zumal das Lokal nur zur Hälfte innen voll war. Deshalb 1 Stern Abzug, sonst wären es 5 Sterne.

Einfach ein tolles Restaurant. War vermutlich das letzte mal in der Ecke berufsbedingt, jedoch war es mir der schönste Abend. Nettes sehr höfliches Personal. Essen war bei uns sehr gut und der Preis zur Menge vollkommen in Ordnung. Ich kann es ohne Bedenken Weiterempfehlen.

Leider waren die Portionen unterdimensional niedrig. Die Pommes fast roh und die Fleichportionen für den hohlen Zahn... Wir haben über 90 min auf unser Essen gewartet. Das ist definitiv zu lang. Einige Gäste sind nach 15 min gegangen, weil sie bis dahin noch nicht mal eine Speisekarte, geschweige denn was zu trinken erhalten haben. Das Ambiente ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Wir sassen draussen und selbst dort war es sehr eng und mit Tischen und Stühlen zugestellt. Wir kommen leider nicht mehr wieder.

Wir waren mit einer größeren Gruppe dort Essen. Fazit: Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Essen war gut und die Bedienung freundlich. Alles kam zeitlich angemessen auf den Tisch. Wir werden dort gerne wieder essen gehen.

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, besonders leckeres Essen und bemerkenswert gute vegetarische Gerichte, die zudem in der Karte präzise deklariert sind... Respekt und Kompliment 👍

Splendid. I cannot remember to have eaten this well for 70 euro in a very long time. Salad was rich and tasty, the Onassis plate we have ordered was of a high quality and great grillmastership. When in the wide area: Make a reservation for a great meal. BTW: I always forget to take pictures when dinner is served.... Update: The other restaurant we wanted to visit was closed for their holidays. So we had s good reason to go there again. This time a smaller menu-option and we were not disappointed: It was as good as we had our high hopes on. "Sadly", it was our last evening in Wegberg for this vacation....

Normal, wie das bei Griechen so ist. Man kann nicht meckern muss aber auch nicht strahlen.

Leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedienung

Das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Bedienung aufmerksam und freundlich.

Freundlicher Service und schönes Ambiete in der Wegberger Fußgängerzone. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der gemischte Vorspeisenteller. Der reicht für 2 Personen oder als Hauptgericht. Top!

Der Grieche befindet sich in in Mitten des Städtchen Wegberg. Es gibt in direkter Umgebung einen großen allgemeinen Parkplatz. Das Restaurant ist vom Ambiente her schön eingerichtet und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war gut. Leider waren die Souvlakispieße sehr trocken und bei dem Nachtisch wurden Beilagen vergessen. Im Vergleich zu anderen griechischen Restaurants ist der Grieche etwas teurer. Die Portionen im Vergleich sind kleiner- man ist aber satt. Die Vorspeisen jedoch waren durchweg super. Der Abend war schön, dass Essen hat mich leider nicht ganz überzeugt. Probiert es aus und hinterlasst mir ein Like 👍, wenn ihr diese Bewertung teilt.

Schmackhaftes griechisches Essen, nicht fettig, ein kleiner Salat vor dem Essen immer vom Gastgeber dabei. Alles sehr sauber, ordentlich und gemütlich. Immer wieder gerne.

Wir waren zum ersten mal hier. Sind sehr überrascht gewesen vom Essen und der Freundlichkeit. Essen war sehr gut. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gyros Lecker.... Pfeffersose war ein fertig Produkt. Bedienung so lala.....

Wir haben uns heute eine Mittagsportion Gyros mit Pommes, Zaziki und Salat geholt. Wir waren super zufrieden, sehr lecker und der Preis ist angemessen und nicht zu teuer. Wir dachten erst "etwas wenig" war es aber im Endeffekt gar nicht. War genau richtig 👍

Hab Gyros bestellt und abgeholt und war sehr enttäuscht: das Fleisch war hart, teilweise schwarz und fett. Bin von diesem Restaurant Besseres gewohnt, schade.

I got to say, one of the best restaurants in Germany that I have been. Excellent taste, presentation and price. The sea plate was so delicious. And the rest of the plates were also amazing. 10/10, attention is also amazing they are very nice, attentive and also speak English.

Riesige Portion. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir konnten einen Teil von unserem Hauptgang einpacken lassen, da wir es nicht geschafft hatten.

Im Grunde ein guter Grieche. Es gab einen Vorspeisensalat extra und nach dem Essen auch einen Ouzo aufs Haus. Hatte das Gyros mit Käse, geschmacklich echt gut, aber die Portion war etwas klein und die Pommes waren auch sehr wenig. Auch die Zeit bis das Essen kam könnte kürzer sein.
