Disgusting food, salad is prepared with dirty gloves, extremely unfriendly staff, I would like to give zero stars, NEVER again!!!

I usually really enjoy eating the Crunchy Beef Bowl, but now in July the quality wasn't as usual (mango unripe and beef not crunchy). That didn't bother me that much, but I used the terminal to order and was shocked that a tip (€1.50) was added to the bill without me doing anything. It was a bit difficult to remove that (the buttons were suddenly in English?!?). I don't like this American type of "tipping" at all, especially since the beepers for food pickup didn't work. In addition, I don't see any added value with the higher prices and low staff service.

Even when eating to go, you should eat slowly. A roughly 7mm red plastic part with sharp edges only hurt my gums. It was hidden in the filling of a “Pesto Chicken Flatbread” (see photo). Luckily I didn't swallow it. When I complained, a member of staff apologized and offered me a drink. More important because other foods could also be affected: He picked up the phone to clarify the origin of the foreign body and took the sandwiches from the display. He didn't have an immediate explanation. The question for Dean & David is how such a plastic part can get into the sandwiches during preparation? With such experiences, I can only give one star regardless of your taste for the food.

Ordered chicken teriyaki bowl with double chicken for pickup. Double chicken can only be added later upon request. Arrived home and had quinoa in the bowl instead of rice...

Crunchy chicken bowl with extra meat is really tasty, employees are friendly and everything is clean. Preparation was very quick.

Wenn man schon den Anspruch hat von gesundem und frischem Fastfood hat sollte man das auch Leben. Ein Wrap mit braunem labbrigen Salat für 4,50 Euro kann das in einem Bahnhofsimbiss besser und günstiger bekommen

Yesterday I had dinner at Dean&David in the City Galerie. I ordered a salad with chicken and mint tea. The young man at the checkout was very friendly and professional, politely asked if I wanted any additional ingredients, which I thought was very good because you don't know what other ingredients there are to choose from. The ambience is very calm and inviting. I would love to come back.

We often have here Crunchy chicken salad but since last 2 times the standard has gone down from 10 to 0, I pay 12.45 for this salad( which was really worth the price since the first 2 visit ) but not anymore...the tomatoes were VERY bad, white rice instead of the standard quinoa, bread from the day before, and it was even better when I told the employee this, who said yes, we told our boss the tomatoes didn't look good and THE BOSS said they would sell anyway.. ...really hard to believe anymore.

Basically a great concept 😊 Good selection of quickly prepared dishes, something for everyone. Not cheap, but what else is cheap today... But; The location has deteriorated a lot ☹️ Portions small, unloving, everything hectic... It's a shame, I won't be a regular again.

I order an avocado salad and this is what I get: half an avocado in a corner. Incredible to teach you how to cook and cut the ingredients into pieces. Very expensive for that.

Delicious, fresh and healthy food. Of course it's a little more expensive than fast food, but it's also healthier. Employees are really friendly. They have decorated the corner in the City Gallery quite comfortably.

The salad is amazing. Service very, very friendly. I'll stop by more often.

Leider eine negative Bewertung, denn die Kassiererin war so etwas von unfreundlich, mein Essen war nach 25 Minuten noch nicht da. Dann stritt die Kassiererin vor allen Kunden mit der Küche, dass es nicht Ihre Schuld sei, wenn kein Bon da seie. Die Küche reagierte schnell und bereitete das sehr leckere Essen zu, aber den bezahlten Salat gab es auch nicht. Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung

I was really positively surprised by the price-performance ratio. I had the vegan Buddha Bowl for just under €10 and it was not only incredibly tasty, but also a really generous portion that kept me full for a long time. Great way to quickly eat something healthy :)

Selbstbedienungsgastro. Personal ist sehr nett und macht Vorschläge, wenn man sich nicht entscheiden kann. Das Essen ist lecker und wird frisch zubereitet. Preis-Leistung passt auch. Sehr gute Auswahl, auch für Vegetarier/Veganer. Filiale im Outlet Wolfsburg ist ebenso empfehlenswert.

Habe einen Ceasar Wrap gegessen der zu 90 % aus Salat bestand.. Für den Preis kann man meiner Meinung nach mehr erwarten.

Beim Chinesen wollten sie den Coupon nicht annehmen. Auf weitere Nachfrage wurde mir nur gesagt " ich nicht deutsch . Sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben dort schon öfter gegessen. Aber das war das letzte Mal. Uns sehen die dort nicht wieder.

I loved my experience during lunch. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. And the food was super tasty and fresh. I recommend it.

I had lunch here at Dean&david and I really enjoyed it, the staff were very friendly, the space in the restaurant was clean and so were the tables. I recommend people to go there at any time of the day.

Wir haben eines dieser sandwiches gegessen und für fast 5€ ist das echt mager. Das sandwich hat jetzt auch nicht super frisch geschmeckt und eigentlich wollten wir auch ein anderes aber der Mitarbeiter hat uns hartnäckig dazu überredet ein anderes zu nehmen. Echt überteuert

Hole mir da gefühlt jede Woche eine Bowl oder einen Salat. Das ist von der Qualität und dem Geschmack einfach der beste Laden, wenn es um gesundes Fast Food geht. Kein schlechtes Gewissen und satt :)

Having enjoyed meals at other Dean & David's, I was glad to see one at the Wolfsburg outlets. We only had a couple of sandwiches and they were both ok, but nothing really special. The service was quite slow, maybe they are understaffed. Overall it was a good option for a less expensive lunch as there are not many similar options in the area.

Das Wrap sieht sehr lecker aus, nach dem ersten bissen bestand es jedoch fast nur aus grünen Salat, dafür ist es dann zu teuer.

Leckeres und frisches Essen, leider etwas teuer für die Menge.

Mega toll ,verbringe gerne meine Mittagspause hier Tolle Salate & Bowls und für den kleinen Hunger die Wraps auch alles to Go .... Personal super freundlich .....

Red Thai Curry: leider sehr enttäuschend, weder Gemüse noch Reis hatten ansatzweise Biss, das Gericht empfand ich als sehr weichgekocht und fad im Geschmack

Kurzfassung: Essen um 15.58 Uhr bestellt, nach zwischenzeitlichen Anruf von mir kam das Essen um 18.15 Uhr. Das Rindfleisch war total zäh, das Dressing ungenießbar. Ein Reinfall, Preisleistungsverhältnis Note 6.

Seit dem Dean&David in der citygalerie ist habe ich schon die ein oder andere Mittagspause mit einer leckeren Bowl verbracht! Ich bin jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert, super nette Mitarbeiter, immer freundlich und zuvorkommen. Auch die Wraps kann ich nur empfehlen :). Bis zum nächsten Mal

Die Gerichte sind interessant und schmackhaft mit einer breiten Varietät an Zutaten, auch wenn alles relativ hochpreisig ist.
