For us, this is one of the best restaurants in Wolfsburg. The location is unique, directly on the Allersee lake. The food is excellent, with top-quality ingredients. A good selection of wines and cocktails. The owner and chef are very attentive to their guests, and you feel like you're in good hands here.

We celebrated our wedding at the Aalto am See with around 120 people at the beginning of May, and we're still thrilled with this wonderful celebration. The support during the planning phase was excellent. Our design and menu requests were fully addressed. Communication was extremely straightforward, and every question was answered promptly. Even outside of the contractual scope, they were extremely helpful, for example, with table decorations. The location and view are simply stunning, the food and drinks were excellent, and the service was incredibly attentive, something I've rarely experienced. All in all, it was an unforgettable evening for both us and our guests. Thank you!

We had reserved the restaurant for our wedding reception. Three months before the wedding, the Aalto am See canceled the reservation. The reason was that a larger group had requested the same time period, and it was more financially worthwhile for the restaurant to accommodate other customers. Simply outrageous and completely unreliable!

I was visiting my uncle in Wolfsburg with my wife for the first time and he recommended us to visit aalto am See. The result? Amazing! The owner welcomed us with respect and kindness. Me and my wife have traveled a lot in europe but this was one of the best places we have visited. Fantastic service and quality! The mojito was 10/10, the owner promised that they make good mojitos and it was the best one we ever tasted! With respect! Gzim & Ardijana

I stopped at Aalto am Allersee with my girlfriend and was given an extremely friendly welcome and hospitality by the owner of the Süheyl restaurant. I'll definitely come back here and it's a unique location with a wonderful ambience and the wine was delicious. Unfortunately I was only in town for a visit, but I will definitely plan another visit on my next visit. I can only recommend it. Thank you and see you next time.

A feel-good place with soul – Aalto am See I discovered the aalto am See in Wolfsburg during a visit and was really impressed. As soon as you arrive, you are greeted warmly and immediately feel welcome - like with good friends. This special “at home feeling” runs through the entire stay. From a culinary point of view, it was also a hit: we had ribs and pasta - both prepared to perfection, prepared with love and really tasty. You can just tell that people don't just cook here, they work with passion. Also the dessert and the greeting from the kitchen were simply perfect in our opinion. 🤩 The location right on the lake makes the whole thing even more beautiful - relaxed atmosphere, stylish furnishings and plenty of space to feel good. No wonder that the location is also often used for weddings, birthdays or special events. Big compliments to the team – I’ll definitely be back. Thanks.

Our first visit to Aalto am See. Dining with a view of the water and sandy beach. Very pleasant atmosphere accompanied by good chilled music. The menu was very well prepared. The quality of the cook can be seen in the fact that the dishes are very well seasoned. Salt is tasteful, not too much and not too little...great!!! The Primitivo🍷excellent and the service, smiling and very friendly! If you just want to drink something, all drinks such as coffee to go or ice cream, you can get them at the kiosk right in the building. Great concept. We'll be back.

We were there today on March 9th. at Allersee and wanted to spontaneously grab something to eat there or, if possible, grab something “to go”. As we walked in the door we were immediately shouted at in a very unfriendly manner: “Get the dog out!” we had a little French bulldog with us. In any case, I couldn’t see any “No Dogs Allowed” sign from the outside. In general, I was a bit surprised by this, as my dog ​​was always welcome, even in star restaurants. Questionable concept for a restaurant that is right on a lake where a lot of dog owners go for walks. What I found even worse was that a young mother entered the store after me and asked nicely if she could use the toilet with her child for a moment (the public toilets at Allersee are currently closed) and was also shouted at in the same way in front of everyone. Well, a few meters further to the hotel. We were warmly welcomed there, the dog even got a bowl of water and it was delicious there too.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the boss of this restaurant today. The friendliness left a lot to be desired. I was turned away at the door and even yelled at at times because I entered the entrance with my dog. Such behavior is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

Yesterday on Sunday around 4 p.m. Great weather, lots of people were out and about at Allersee, including us. We wanted to stop here and have a drink: coffee, cake or something similar. We were turned away with the words: “We are a restaurant. We could get coffee to go.” The restaurant was quite empty, what's the problem? Even in a restaurant you can sometimes just have a drink. It doesn't work that way!!!

Nobody needs a luxury restaurant on Allersee. When I'm at Allersee I want a bratwurst and a cola but definitely not caviar with champagne. This restaurant just doesn't fit this place!

It's a shame, it's certainly a great restaurant! But as grandly announced that you can drink a café or drinks 🍸 there, that's not the case! We are a pure food restaurant - it says so! That doesn't fit Allersee at all!!

We wanted to have a coffee, but unfortunately that's not possible there, only if you order something to eat. This is how you spoil it with new guests!!!

We are familiar with the restaurant from the city center. Located directly on the lake, it is a wonderful place for an enjoyable restaurant visit. The restaurant is elegantly and tastefully furnished, the food is high quality and creatively presented/prepared. The price-performance ratio is definitely right, we would be happy to stop by again. The food was very average and not very varied, the service was acceptable, incredible that it was Friday night and it was empty, but hey, it's Wolfsburg, you can't expect much.

Hallo Wir waren am 14.02.2024 erstmalig mit Freunden beim Valentins Menü vor Ort. Wir waren angenehm überrascht von der Zusammenstellung des Menü,s von der Vorspeise über das Hauptgericht bis zum Dessert. Getränke ebenfalls sehr gut. Alles sehr gut zu bereitet und geschmacklich Top. Sehr nette Bedienung. Kommen gerne wieder. PS: Preislich Top

A great restaurant in WOB, the second family celebration was again a complete success.

Very snooty and unfriendly staff, the restaurant tries to present itself as a “noble Italian” or whatever, which it is by no means. Do not recommend eating a special feature. I just hope that the restaurant's future plans have changed and that a new restaurant doesn't open on Allersee as planned.

Nothing special for the prices.

Gehobene Gastronomie. Nur ein Fleisch- und ein Fischgericht für je 32€ zur Auswahl. Pastagerichte gut, aber sehr teuer.

War zum Geschäftsessen am Abend dort. Die Pasta war super und der Service auch.

Wir haben sehr schön und ruhig auf der Terrasse gesessen. Das Essen war sehr lecker und als Mittagstisch auch ziemlich preiswert. Wir mussten nicht lange auf das Essen warten und wurden freundlich bedient. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

It was my birthday dinner, a very nice and quiet place, the very friendly waiter recommended a fantastic cocktail, some delicate antipasti and the main course, a very well presented dish, meat with a tasty sauce, soft, tender texture and delicious. And dessert was courtesy of the house!

Kleine Karte, aber mit sehr gutem Essen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider waren die Temperaturen recht frisch, sodass ich etwas gefroren habe. Ich freue mich aber schon, wenn man zum Essen wieder draußen sitzen kann.

Insgesamt nettes Ambiente, aber aus meiner Sicht trifft das Restaurant nicht den eigenen Anspruch. Die Bedienung war eher hochnäsig als hilfsbereit. Frage: haben Sie ein Weizen, Antwort: Haben wir nicht und werden wir auch nie haben...Danke für die nette Antwort. Das Hauptgericht wurde für viele Personen auf in der Mitte stehende Platten aufgetischt und guten Appetit gewünscht, Kellner (mehrzahl) gehen, aber leider haben alle 12 Gäste keinen Teller. Kellner durcheinander? Trotz grosser Gruppe mussten 3 die abgesagt hatten 41€ Gebühr bezahlen. Also war mein letzter Besuch.

Inspired by the Finnish architect/designer, Alvar Aalto, the interior design of this restaurant is classical, creating a fantastic atmosphere. Combined with superb service, delicious antipasti, dry aged steak and mouth watering wine, this truly is an unbeatable combination. If I ever come agail here, I will return to Aalto.

Das Aalto ist ein nobler Italiener in Wolfsburg. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Gerichte sind sehr schmackhaft. Beim Service ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Ich würde mir ein wenig mehr Freude am Job wünschen. Das man sich einen Schlüssel holen muss, um auf das WC zu gehen, finde ich etwas komisch. Preise sind hoch, aber (noch) gerechtfertigt. Unter dem Strich: Empfehlenswert!

Wer etwas besonderes sucht ist hier genau richtig! Service und Essen 1A ... wir waren mit 4 Personen im Restaurant Essen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Wir waren nicht das letzte Mal dort!

Alles gut, sehr gut oder hervorragend Das Wild war ein bisschen trocken und es fehlte die Soße aber das ist Klagen auf hohem Niveau... der Service wirkt ein wenig kühl, aber ist ohne Tadel .. Weinempfehlung war auch lecker... zum 2ten mal da innerhalb von 1 Monat... vielleicht gibt es beim nächsten Mal die 5*

"Sorry no Pizza" 😁 Aber vermisst man auch nicht, die angebotenen Gerichte sind exzellent! Als Empfehlung gab es "Beef Short Ribs" ein Gesicht - das Fleisch zart und würzig mit Süßkartoffelstampf und Coleslaw. Absolut empfehlenswert! Die hausgemachten Limonaden sind abwechslungsreich und nicht zu süß. Der Service ist aufmerksam, schnell und unaufdringlich - wie man sich das nur wünschen kann. Jederzeit und sehr gerne wieder!

Mein All Time Favorite Restaurant in Wolfsburg: Das aalto! Ich komme immer gerne wieder. Das Essen schmeckt einfach fantastisch! Da sprechen die Bilder für sich! Die Menschen, dort dort arbeiten, sind sehr herzlich und verstehen ihr Handwerk. Im Sommer kann man mit wunderbaren Getränken draußen auf der Terrasse verweilen, an kälteren Tagen im stilvoll eingerichteten Lokal! Bei meinen zahlreichen Besuchen dort, war es einfach immer toll. Von mir eine glasklare Empfehlung und Pflichtprogramm, wenn man in Wolfsburg ist!

Unglaublich unverschämt! Wir haben heute zwei gute Gläser Wein bestellt und wollten dann eine gemischte Antipastiplatte für zwei Personen bestellen… die Inhaber erklärten uns dass nur Antipasti nicht geht, sondern man dann auch noch ein Hauptgericht bestellen müsse… auf meine Nachfrage ob es gegen Aufpreis möglich wäre doch nur Antipasti zu bekommen, da unser Appetit nicht so groß war, antwortete man mir dass ich lieber gehen solle und wir nicht in den Laden passen. 1 Minute später bat man uns dann das Lokal zu verlassen. So etwas habe ich nie erlebt und es ist eine absolute Schande… sorry!

!!!!!Unglaublich unverschämt!!!! Resturante Aalto nie wieder!!!!! Ich gehe hier in Wolfsburg ca. 6-7 mal im Monat essen. Sowas freches habe ich noch nie erlebt, weder in Wolfsburg, Deutschland oder im Urlaub im Ausland. Ich habe mit meiner Frau im Resturante Aalto je eine Vorspeise/Antipasti bestellt immerhin 17.00,- € pro Portion. Wir hatten eigentlich vor danach noch eine Hauptspeise zu bestellen je nach dem wie groß die Vorspeise ausfällt da wir hier noch nicht waren. Dies hätten wir auch gern der frechen Bedienung mitgeteilt, sind aber nicht dazu gekommen da wir gleich aufgefordert wurde ein Hauptgericht zu bestellen. Hier wird eine Vorspeise nicht als Hauptgericht serviert, wir müssen eine Hauptgericht bestellen, wenn wir eine Vorspeise haben möchten. Dies wurde uns in einer Art und Weise mitgeteilt die an Unverschämtheit nur schlecht zu überbieten ist. Meiner Frau ist die Kienlade runtergeklappt und im gleichen Atemzug sind wir aufgestanden und gegangen. Frech, Unverschämt, Schlecht= Aalto!!!!! Nie wieder Aalto und ich warne jeden den wir kennen da hin zu gehen!!!!!!!!! Fank Fischer

Die Empfehlungen auf der Tafel sind immer zu empfehlen und eine gute Wahl. Die Küche ist wirklich sehr, sehr gut. Fisch ist auf den Punkt, frisch, gut gewürzt und mir tollem Gemüse und Pasta kombiniert. Die empfohlenen Weine passen sehr gut. Und kleiner Tipp: wenn der Chef den Cocktail mixt, wird es der Beste der Stadt.

Stylisches 60er Jahre Ambiente. Essen gut, nette Bedienung.

Gehobene italienische Küche, ab und an gibt es aber auch anderes, z.B. zur Weihnachtszeit "Ente". Entspannte Atmosphäre, freundliche Bedienung, unkompliziertes Entgegenkommen bei Änderungen. Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt, Brot und Dip kam vorab vom Haus. Preis/Leistung passt. Leider ist die obere Etage der aten Milchbar nicht mehr nutzbar. Ich mag das Ambiente des Gebäudes. Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus Kunstmuseum/Rathaus.

Wir gehen immer wieder ins Aalto. Es geht nicht leckerer, das Ambiente ist top, der Service ist wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann, die Weine sind hervorragend.

Sehr tolles Restaurant mit einer Bedienung, ohne die der Besuch keinen Spaß machen würde.

Achtung... Während der Corona Einschränkungen ist die Bar geschlossen!!!!! Auch nach fünf Jahren immer noch unschlagbar gut.... Ich war bereits zwei mal dort, ich werde immer gerne wieder kommen... Gutes frisches Essen sehr angemessener Preis.

Bedienung unfreundlich. Hauptgericht war Pflicht. Wir wurden genötigt ein Hauptgericht zu bestellen. Das machen wir nur einmal mit.

Im Sommer 2019 habe ich mich aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen animieren lassen, das Aalto aufzusuchen. Das Essen war sowohl im Salz als auch Pfeffer sehr schwach gewürzt. Aber es war okay, eine Katastrophe hingegen der unaufmerksame Service. Mein erster und letzter Besuch dort.

Ich hab ja in Wolfburg schon viel Gastronomie kennengelernt. Endlich ein Restaurant mit "schweizer Niveau" Jederzeit wieder Danke an den Gastgeber

Nachdem wir mit 9 Freunden dort essen bestellen wollten wurden wir "vor die Wahl gestellt" mindestens Vorspeisen Hauptgang und Dessert zu bestellen ansonsten sollten wir das Lokal verlassen (und das nur weil eine Person nur eine Vorspeise bestellt hat). So ein unprofessionelles und unangebrachtes Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt. Wir haben sofort unsere Sachen genommen und sind gegangen. Das Lokal ist nur auf Profit aus kein Sevicegedanke

Das erste Mal, dass ich mich gezwungen fühle eine Rezension zu schreiben... Das Essen war sehr lecker, die Bedienung leider sehr unfreundlich. Da ich nur einen kleinen Hunger hatte, wollte ich nur eine Vorspeise bestellen. Daraufhin wurde mir mit den Worten "Madame, wir sind hier ein Restaurant und Sie können keine Vorspeisen als Hauptgang nehmen." geantwortet. Das ist mir auch zum ersten Mal passiert und hier werden ich auch kein zweites Mal hingehen.

Auf den ersten Blick macht das Restaurant einen guten Eindruck. Beim Bezahlen - ohne vorher irgendwo darauf hingewiesen zu worden zu sein - wollte die Serviceangestellte die Visa Karte nicht akzeptieren. Erst ab € 50.- meinte Sie sehr schroff. Am Schluss haben wir mit der Karte bezahlt, der negative Eindruck bleibt bestehen. Wir kommen sicher nicht wieder.

Unser Besuch im Aalto mit fünf Personen war ein absolutes Highlight. Selten haben wir erlebt, dass alles so perfekt stimmte. Angefangen vom Empfang, über das hervorragende Essen und Trinken, die schöne Umgebung und vor allem den herzlichen Service von Chefin Alesia. Wir sind immer noch begeistert. Leider kommen wir aus Münster und sind nur hin und wieder zu Besuch in Wolfsburg. Sonst wären wir sicherlich dauerhaft zu Gast. Ein echter Geheimtipp. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für den schönen Abend!

Wir sind an einem regnerischen Wochenabend hier gewesen und haben wunderbar italienisch gegessen. Qualität und Zubereitung der Speisen sind exzellent. Die Bedingung ist aufmerksam und persönlich. Man ist willkommen und kommt gerne wieder. Fazit: sehr zu empfehlen!

Ungewöhnlicher Italiener , doch absolut Empfehlenswert. Es war ein fantastischer Abend mit einer Antipasta und Bruschetta mit Trüffelgeschmack zum Start. Dazu einen delikaten Weißwein. Zur Hauptspeise gab es Rote Beete Ravioli, geschmorte Ente und ein Dry Age Steak 🥩 eher ungewöhnlich für einen Italiener.... es hat allen vorzüglich geschmeckt. Dazu ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber + Ein Chefkoch der sein Handwerk versteht und ein herzlicher Service. Danke 👍

Das Restaurant ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir sind über Bewertungen auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen war sehr gut, reichhaltig und frisch. Den Service kann ich mit Worten kaum beschreiben. Die Bedienung war super freundlich und ist individuell auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Es ist nur schade, dass wir nicht Wolfsburg wohnen und hier regelmäßig essen gehen können.
