Das Essen war absolut top ! Das Personal perfekt koordiniert und alles super eingerichtet . Essen war sehr lecker und sehr gesund , tolle Auswahl !

Wir sind zufällig auf diesen Ort gestoßen. Er bietet viele vegane Optionen, genau das, wonach wir gesucht haben. Der Falafel-Mezze-Wrap war köstlich. Der Kaffee war lecker und die Tasse groß. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzplätze. Absolut empfehlenswert für eine Essens- oder Kaffeepause. Sie haben Bowls, Salate, Currys, Muffins usw. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Ich war am Samstag, den 9.05., am späten Nachmittag dort. Die Soße und das Hähnchen waren sehr lecker. Das Problem war jedoch der Reis – er war nicht richtig gekocht, eigentlich sogar fast roh.

Wir hatten dort ein Griller Veggi Sandwich und ein Vegan Sweet Potatoe Sandwich.Am Bestellterminal sah es extrem lecker aus. Versteht mich nicht falsch, klar weicht das Bild immer etwas ab vom Original, aber seht selbst und entscheidet selber. Weiß ich nicht, müsst Ihr wissen. Und das Trinkgeld was Automatisch mit berechnet wird? Hmm weiß ich auch nicht. Aber es hat gut geschmeckt.

Was den dean&david von anderen abhebt sind die Freundlichkeit und die Zuvorkommenheit der MitarbeiterInnen. Das war außerordentlich gut. Danke!

Sehr lecker und nette Leute, aber die Soße ist manchmal etwas zu viel. Für ein reines Gemüsegericht etwas teuer, aber insgesamt komme ich gerne wieder.

Sehr freundlicher Kerl, ich hatte versehentlich Essen zum Hieressen bestellt, und es war überhaupt kein Problem, dass er es in Essen zum Mitnehmen umgewandelt hat, obwohl es schon angerichtet war :))

Hausgemachte Sandwiches und leckere kleine Kuchen. Tolle Musik und entspannte Atmosphäre. Insgesamt ein ruhiger Ort, um sich allein oder in Gesellschaft bei angeregten Gesprächen zu entspannen.

Ich bin seit langer Zeit Stammkundin bei Dean & David in Potsdam und bestelle hier normalerweise alle zwei bis drei Tage. Umso enttäuschter bin ich von meiner letzten Bestellung. Ich habe zwei Salate erhalten, die jeweils nur halb gefüllt waren. Fehler können passieren – gerade, wenn eine neue Mitarbeiterin im Team ist. Das habe ich auch am Telefon klar gesagt und ihr gegenüber Verständnis gezeigt. Was jedoch absolut nicht akzeptabel war, ist der Umgang danach: Während des Telefonats wurde im Hintergrund laut und abwertend über mein Anliegen gesprochen. Beim zweiten Anruf bat ich darum, mit der Teamleitung zu sprechen. Diese war angeblich „gerade am Abwaschen“ und äußerte sinngemäß, es sei doch eine ganz normale Bestellung und was ich denn wolle. Der Ton war unfreundlich, abweisend und in keiner Weise lösungsorientiert. Als langjährige Stammkundin habe ich mich nicht ernst genommen gefühlt. Es gab keinerlei Entgegenkommen, keine Entschuldigung und keinen Versuch, das Problem zu klären. Ich werde mir den Betrag nun über PayPal zurückholen. So ein Umgang mit Kund*innen ist für mich nicht akzeptabel. Ich kann aktuell nur davon abraten, hier zu bestellen.

Neulich sind wir mit meinem Freund in dieses Café gegangen. Wir haben Flat White bestellt. Das Personal im Innenbereich war mürrisch, und die Kaffees wurden lieblos zubereitet. Ich kann es nicht empfehlen.

Salmon Spring Salat war zu 80% ein Blattsalat für 15,45€. Im Vergleich zu meinem letzten Besuch waren Lachs, Käse und Tomaten um über 50% reduziert. Unglaublich frech! Vielleicht sollten sie ihr neues Personal nochmals schulen, damit es weiß was und wie viel davon in den Salat gehört.

Incredibly unfriendly guy behind the counter. When I politely asked him about the completely foamless cappuccino, he completely lost it, became sarcastic, and was obviously insulted. The other employees were amused by the situation. I don't need that kind of thing.

The selection was very interesting, staff nice and helpful and food delicious. We are very happy!

Really delicious food, large salads for 10 euros. Lots of tasty wraps, plus some muffins and other snacks. The atmosphere is great, easy to chat with. It's also very clean, and the staff is friendly.

I made an order through the terminal, took a number, waited for half an hour, it turned out that the terminal was not working, no one knows anything about my order. It's good to keep the check. They took out the order in 10 minutes, without cutlery. I went to get the appliances, there were no iron forks. Only knives and spoons. I didn't order during rush hour. The place was not busy. The quality of service leaves much to be desired. Salad for 4/5, serving for 4/5

Super fresh salads and nice clean restaurant.

We've been here several times as customers. One member of our group wanted to use the restroom. When we asked if we could use it, the friendly gentleman said yes. However, another employee intervened and said it wasn't possible and that there were probably restrooms further down the street. I understood what it meant when someone said it was only for guests or that they had to pay, but for one employee to say "yes" (which I think is humane) and the other to intervene and say no doesn't speak well for a restaurant's philosophy. It's a shame. This will probably be our last visit here.

It was our first time eating a bowl. Result: repeat offender... The bowls we tried were very delicious. We had no idea what they would be like, but we were won over. We can give the food and service a 💯 percent recommendation. There's still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness.

Ordered from vending machines, quick and easy. Variety of healthy dishes such as salads, wraps, sandwiches, etc. Food was delivered incorrectly compared to the order (it was double chicken), some ingredients were a bit old (fava beans, for example, had a strange taste). There were no metal utensils left, only disposable ones.

First time at this "salad bar" in Potsdam. It's not at all my style to order a meal from a screen, but with my friend, I did it. I must say my salad was very good: very fresh, avocado, very good lettuce (no iceberg lettuce, thank you!), falafel, beetroot, and very good slices of bread, very fresh too. All for €15.45. A generous bowl of food!

Staff was very relaxed and friendly. Food was brought to my place. Also a quiet, nice location in the evenings during the week. Food was also very tasty, fair price-performance :)

Unfortunately the food wasn't fresh. The snacks in the display were already dry. There were also old, sticky vegetables on the plate. Unfortunately, the service spoke little to no German, which made it difficult to even place the order. For a fresh mint tea (hot water with a style of fresh mint) €4 is also extortionate. All in all a very disappointing visit.

I love dean&david meals and the staff is very nice. But I'm sure that there wasn't any Chicken in my Hot Teriyaki Chicken Wrap- I took small bites but there wasn't any. Now I think I didn't hit my Protein and paid with the only money I had left :/

Super friendly staff! You simply order at the counter, pay directly and then wait about 10 minutes for your food. The portions are large. You pay around €10-16 per bowl. Overall you have a snack bar feel. I would come again :) Small defects: - The toilets weren't that clean. - You take the cutlery yourself from such a small counter, I had the feeling that everyone touched the cutlery beforehand, which I found to be a bit unhygienic

I have never had to give such a bad rating. After an hour of waiting and multiple confirmations of our questions, we were told food was coming soon. When we had to leave, they hadn't even started yet. I won't come here anymore. I can only advise against wanting to eat something here between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. Online orders seem to be the priority. We didn't get any food because we had to leave. :-(

Had a great experience :) The salad was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the team behind the counter were absolutely lovely. They were very friendly and happily accommodated my dietary preferences, which I really appreciated. Huge thanks for that! One small suggestion for an improvement with big impact: I noticed the buzzers were handled with the same gloves used to prepare the bowls and salads. To ensure the highest level of hygiene, especially with the buzzers coming into contact with numerous unwashed customers hands, it would be beneficial to implement separate procedures for handling them. This would really elevate the experience and give customers even more confidence in the cleanliness. Despite this point, I enjoyed my visit and will be back.

Unfortunately there is very little vegan selection, especially when it comes to smaller snacks :( ... no wraps or filled (larger) breads. I would like to shop here more often as I'm often nearby, but after being here on several days and always having the same selection, I unfortunately have to continue to buy my lunch elsewhere. It's a shame, because the food on offer is actually delicious.

The daily delivery, at impossible times, with vehicles that have such a loud cooling system that you think a tank is driving up, is an absolute disgrace for us residents! A number of discussions have so far only provided brief relief. Too bad! However, the team itself is very nice! So the rating here doesn't go to the store itself, but to the poor management. *Update* Things are going better now!

Since I eat here regularly, I wanted to leave a recession after today's experience. In general I am completely satisfied. The food is always great, the service is always friendly and the atmosphere is nice. Today I had a coughing fit while eating and the friendly employee immediately brought me a glass of water without being asked and then asked again about my well-being. Very attentive - thank you for this positive experience. I will continue to enjoy eating at Dean&David in Potsdam!

Always very nice staff, good offerings and a great location on Potsdam's shopping street. I'm always happy that Dean and David is in downtown Potsdam. You can also pay by card, salads and dishes can be customized, there is plenty of space to sit inside and outside, there is a toilet, the opening hours are long and you get your food prepared very quickly. I can simply recommend it.

Towards the evening of October 3rd, there was nowhere to be found in the restaurant. Dean & David discovered, hardly anything going on, even though it's open until 8 p.m. I immediately ordered the autumn salad with pumpkin and goat cheese as well as a mint tea. It was ready quickly and so delicious. I know the shops in Braunschweig and Wolfsburg, the range is really good. Prices have generally increased, but that's understandable. Anyone who complains about the service should spend 30 minutes observing how customers act and what they want - whether it's on the menu or not. I experienced a friendly team that patiently responded to everyone. Thanks!

This store is a disguised intelligence test, which, judging by the shockingly positive reviews, often produces disappointing negative results. On the other hand, if you want to spend money on overpriced bowls with raw rice and wilted lettuce, you'll get your money's worth here.

The salad was okay, a bit small for 12 euros. When we saw how little it was, we wanted to upgrade later - the clerk on duty only allowed us to do so after long negotiations. Food ok, staff unfriendly. The boss in particular is an imposition. One should not dare to enter the store at 7 p.m. or even later and seriously want something to eat. Then you as a guest have very bad cards. In this case, a harsh announcement with a disparaging look at the clock is guaranteed. Unfortunately, a very unpleasant stay and therefore we cannot recommend it.

The bigger one of the women is very disrespectful and works unhygienic, touches everything with the same gloves, not only the food and even food that'd be easier to portion with a spoon. Her attitude is that of an immature bully. The seats and tables were all dirty, we got dirty stains on our clothes from sitting there, not even basic cleanliness. Now I really don't like D&D as a chain anymore.. just too bad impression.

I get food to go every now and then. So far I haven't been disappointed. Food was always fresh and delicious. You can also pre-order online to pick up, very practical.

Chain store for wraps and bowls. Hot rice with lots of veggie salad. Yummy. There is toilet, very clean and good place to have a coffee break.

Shortly before 7 p.m. we wanted to have something to eat. We were informed that after 7 p.m., food was only available to take away. Even when we asked and asked that we would only eat a salad quickly, the lady told us that it would only be available to take away! There were no other people in the store, just one person picking up food. Customer friendliness unfortunately -5 stars.

We were guests in Potsdam, because I was very impressed with Dean & David in Magdeburg, so we stopped there. The salads and bowls were delicious as always, unfortunately I had to redesign my salad because the sauce and one ingredient were not available. For the toilets you need a code, which was very new for me, due to my nearsightedness I only recognized the code entry by pointing at the handle. But unfortunately the toilet was not clean and paper towels were scattered around. Please check and clean often. Compared to Magdeburg, things are weak in Postdam.

Very nice and relaxed people and it's very cozy inside. It's a bit difficult to get there by car, as parking spaces just before the pedestrian zone are usually full. But if you're willing to take a few more steps, parking spaces are easy to come by. The food is delicious.

As always at dean&david, the food is excellent. The staff friendly and helpful. But the ambience… the store desperately needs a renovation. Even though it's almost clean, it looks a bit run down. I pinch the toilet when I'm there. It needs a complete renovation. The store is okay in terms of price. Parking spaces in the area are rare and cost a lot of money.

When we visited this restaurant in Kiel, we were looking for a bowl restaurant nearby and found one in Potsdam. We weren't disappointed, it was again very tasty, we'll be back.

We were there last week as a couple with a small child. The food was delicious, unfortunately there were only disposable wooden forks. I have to say, the service wasn't particularly friendly, it was more like a check-in. Relatively expensive, but healthy.

Hier gibt es leckere Bowls mit frischen Zutaten (soweit ich das überblicken konnte). Wird ahoc zusammengestellt und warm serviert. Preislich noch okay, dafür ist es reichlich (männlich, "guter Esser" ;-) )

Habe von 5 auf 3 Sterne reduziert. Sie liefern nur über Lieferando zu mir. Nicht aber über die eigene App. Außerdem gibt es nicht mehr dir Möglichkeit seinen Bowl selbst zu mixen. Schade dass das Angebot von d&d schlechter geworden ist. Meine Lieblingssoße wurde aus dem Sortiment genommen :( Antwort auf den Kommentar von D&D: Die Bowlbar ist nicht immer verfügbar bei Lieferando. Keine Ahnung warum.

Meine Freundin und ich sind oft hier essen und es schmeckt jedesmal super. Immer super freundlich, keine langen Wartezeiten und angenehmes Ambiente. Ich könnte jeden Tag hier essen.

Kurzbesuch in Potsdam. Es war zwar ein heißer Tag aber das konnte uns das gute Essen nicht verderben.

Nachdem ich nun fast wöchentlich bei euch esse, dachte ich mir, dass ihr mal eine rundum positive Bewertung von mir verdient habt. Seitdem ihr in der Brandenburger Straße eröffnet habt, bin ich regelmäßig Kundin und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Sowohl die Bowls, Salate, als auch Süßspeisen sind immer frisch, gesund und lecker! Was will man mehr :) Das Personal will ich in diesem Zuge auch nicht vernachlässigen- ich wurde immer mega freundlich und fröhlich empfangen und behandelt…Top! Mittlerweile habe ich sogar auch schon meinen Freund und meine Eltern mit euren leckeren Speisen angesteckt und das hat was zu bedeuten ;)

Was macht man wenn man unterwegs ist und Hunger auf was gesundes Essen hat, man schaut sich in der Brandenburger Straße um, dort haben wir Pause gemacht und haben erstmal geschaut was es dort besonders gibt. Der Trend zur Bowl ein Gericht zum selbst zusammen stellen .Super Idee! Das Ambiente war sehr schön gestaltet. Wir wurden gut beraten und es wurde sehr gut erklärt was es schönes gibt. Man kann nicht gleich alles probieren aber es war lecker und wir kommen wieder ! Ein Besuch lohnt sich.

Auf den ersten Blick sehr geil. Wenn man dann auf Stühlen sitzt, bei denen kein Bein mehr fest ist und man auf eine BehindertenToilette muss, weil die anderen verschlossen sind, ist das nicht so schön, zumal auch diese Toilette nicht wirklich sauber war und teilweise defekt. Alles in allem ein FastFoodLaden.

leider nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt haben. Preise sind wirklich überteuert, wir waren auch die einzigen Gäste, da kommt man sich schon komisch vor. Das Essen war in Ordnung und hat gut geschmeckt aber die Portionen waren doch recht klein.

Nice. Two small negative points: The menu app was weird. It keep adding a 2 euro option called "Sweet deal" to the price. So, it was increasing the price without increasing the dish. The salad was super bitter (the bitter core was not cut out).

Usual dean&david franchise bistro and restaurant. There is large varienty of vegetarian and light meals, bowls, quick bites, snacks and desserts. All freshly made and prepared. I like the Vegan Fallafel bowl. There is a take away options as well. The meal is prepared very quickly. There is also a kids menu. The staff is nice.

We ordered Caesar Salad and smoothies. Portions were big enough. Everything was very fresh and tasty. Preparation took less than 10 minutes. I really recommend this place.

Das Essen war sehr lecker, es gab spannende Kombinationen und eine vielfältige Auswahl. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem ein schöner, gemütlicher Laden :)

Ich liebe dieses Essen. Netter und zügiger Service. Preise in Ordnung. Sauberkeit an den Tischen ist noch steigerungsfähig.
