I work next door, but I've been annoyed every time I've bought my lunch there: about the price, the tiny portions, the bad service... The last time I ordered a salad bowl with grilled mushrooms in a deposit box. The salad bowl came, but in a disposable container and without mushrooms. The former was remedied straight away in the store (by refilling and throwing away the disposable container), but unfortunately I didn't notice the forgotten mushrooms until I got to the office. I returned the deposit box and will not set foot in this store again from now on.

I won the #frischechallenge via Instagram and wanted to get my voucher at dean&david Leopoldstr. on June 30th, 2024. redeem. Even though the voucher was shown to me in the app, it could not be redeemed in the app or on the website... and the employee couldn't help either. I immediately contacted dean&david's social media team, from whom I finally received the voucher code. Although new stories were posted, my direct message was not replied to and only after contacting me again after 3 days. I was asked to contact dean&david via email (feedback@deananddavid.com), which I did on 7/5/24. To date - 11 days after my email - there has been neither an apology nor a refund for my restaurant bill of EUR 35.50. I have different ideas about “customer service”… SHAME!

The range of superfood salads surprises me every time. Health is very important here.

The flatbreads, sandwiches and salads are really good. The curries, on the other hand, are a rather tasteless affair and the rice that came with them was unfortunately overcooked. I also always found the wraps rather disappointing because they consist almost entirely of raw ice cream lettuce. What struck me as particularly unpleasant in this branch was an unsympathetic lady at the checkout who attacked and belittled her colleague in front of the guests. Unfortunately, that seemed very unprofessional and I hope that this is not the normal tone of behavior in the company.

Katastrophe ich werde nie wieder ein Fuß in diesen Laden setzten weil die Mitarbeiter keine Ahnung haben was die machen wir haben zwei bowls bestellt und zwei Smoothies stattdessen bekommen wir eine richtige Bowl und einen salat der nicht geschmeckt hat und zu den zwei Smoothies die haben wir nicht einmal bekommen die Mitarbeiter sind sehr unhöflich gewesen und haben auch nicht den Kundenwunsch erfüllt denn man sich wünscht die meinten dann einfach ja es gebe keine smoothies mehr aber davor bekommen noch ein paar Damen ihre deswegen hab ich das ganze heute nicht verstanden ich empfehle diesen Laden auf gar keinen Fall weiter und an die Mitarbeiter ihr müsst an eurer Höflichkeit arbeiten ansonsten werdet ihr es nicht weit bringen

Wir haben mittags bei dean&david bestellt und über die App mussten wir nicht einmal anstehen. Die Lieferung war zügig, und wir konnten die leckeren Speisen genießen. Besonders die Smoothies sind ein Highlight. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Ich liebe dean&david in der Leopoldstraße! Das vegane Angebot ist wirklich beeindruckend. Die Falafel sind mein Favorit, und ich kann die Vegan Falafel Bowl oder den Falafel Salad nur empfehlen. Leckere und reichhaltige Gerichte, die man ohne schlechtes Gewissen genießen kann.

Musste nicht lange auf meine Bestellung warten und die Portion war super gut und ich wurde defintiv satt. Die Auswahl ist generell klasse. Absolut empfehlenswert.

War seit Langem mal wieder dort und wurde leider enttäuscht. Ich wollte einen Grillgemüse-Wrap und gab der Mitarbeiterin 10 Euro. Obwohl ich 5,75 Euro hätte zurückbekommen müssen, gab sie mir nur 5 und meinte es gäbe kein Kleingeld. Dann gab sie mir, ohne zu fragen ob ich den Wrap gerne warm möchte, den kalten Wrap, worauf ich sie bat ihn doch bitte warm zu machen. Daraufhin legte sie ihn 15 Sekunden in den Grill und gab ihn mir wieder. Nach 15 Sekunden! Wieso stellt man solch einen Mitarbeiter ein? Und warum werden die anscheinend nicht geschult? Der- oder Diejenige der/die den Laden dort managed würde ich als Inhaber wegen Unfähigkeit wenigstens abmahnen. Kein Wechselgeld am Start, obwohl es 100 m weiter eine Bank gibt. Unfassbar.

Ich hatte mir vorher über eine App einen Salat zum abholen zu Mittagszeit bestellt. Die Schlange war sehr lang, aber dank Bestellung konnte ich den Salat gleich mitnehmen. Das Gemüse war noch warm, trotz Vorbereitung. Der Salat war sehr frisch und gut!

Gehe seit vielen Jahren immer wieder gerne hier her, wenn ich in der Nähe bin. Das Essen hat gleichbleibend seit jeher eine gute Qualität und vor allem begeistert mich die Auswahl an gesunden aber zugleich super leckeren Gerichten. Die Mitarbeiter unterliegen einer (in dieser Branche sehr üblichen) Fluktuation sind aber bisher immer sehr freundlich gewesen. Gelegentlich spricht mal ein Mitarbeiter nicht ganz fließend Deutsch. Ist aber eher die Ausnahme. Leider kann man nur noch mit Karte zahlen. So kam es vor kurzem, dass zwei Kids mit Bargeld zahlen wollten und bereits wieder enttäuscht von dannen ziehen wollten. Wir luden die Kids anschließend ein und zahlten mit Karte. Einem Mitarbeiter fiel dies auf und spendierte uns mit einem großen Danke zwei kostenlose Ingwershots an unseren Tisch.

Kein Wechselgeld anzubieten ist lächerlich. Komme, was soll.

Sehr leckere Salate, Bowls & Sandwiches. Ich hole mir hier immer gerne etwas zu Essen für die Arbeit oder für Fahrten. Die Zutaten sind jederzeit frisch und lecker. Besonders gerne kaufe ich mir hier etwas zu Essen, wegen des netten Teams, welches mich auch in stressigen Situationen immer freundlich bedient.

Gestern haben wir uns bei Dean&David ein schnelles Frühstück auf die Hand geholt - es gibt ausgeschilderte, vegane Optionen, was immer ein Plus ist, und somit auch eine Auswahl an gefüllten Wraps und Bowls.

Das preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht. Die Portionen sind in meinen Augen zu klein, für einen ähnlichen, bzw. günstigeren Preis, erhält man ebenso eine Mahlzeit im Restaurant mit Tischservice. Der Mitarbeiter, der meine Bestellung entgegennahm war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen schmeckte soweit gut, jedoch erwarte ich für einen derart hohen Preis höhere Qualität. Ich hatte eine Bowl mit Rindfleisch, Reis, Mango, Granatapfelkernen und Salat. (Granatapfelkerne waren hierbei bereits angetrocknet).

Das Essen bei dean&david ist fantastisch. Die Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Speisen ist groß, und die Salate und Bowls sind einfach lecker. Die Terrasse ist ein schöner Ort, um zu entspannen und zu genießen.

Das Motto "CHANGE FOR BETTER" spiegelt sich wirklich in der Qualität und dem Geschmack der Speisen wieder.

Bis dato das beste D&D in dem wir waren und wir waren schon in einigen. Sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Essen war sehr gut angerichtet und selbst als ihnen ein ganz kleiner Fehler unterlaufen war ( Salat Dressing nicht sperat hingestellt) wurde uns etwas süsses als Entschuldigung angeboten. Aber da es wirklich ein kleiner Fehler war lehnten wir dankend ab Aber jedes Geschäft ist nur so gut wie sein Personal. Und hier hab ich selten so einen kompetenten Mitarbeiter gesehen. Extrem Freundlich und das nicht gespielt. Hat den Rest vom Personal total im Griff gehabt und geleitet trotzdem auch hier immer sehr freundlich und helfend. Es war an dem Abend auch es scheint ein neuer Angestellter da gewesen. Der wurde von der besagten Person fachmännisch und professionell angeleitet
